In order to explore the psychological empowerment (PE) and cyberloafing (CL), the standard scales are used. Data analysis through Pearson's correlation coefficient test and the step by step multiple regression has been done by SPSS software. Research results showed that there is a negative and significant relation between psychological empowerment and cyberloafing (r= -0/243; P<0/001). Also, the regression analysis test showed that the psychological empowerment explains the 24 percent of changes in cyberloafing variable. On the other, among psychological empowerment dimensions, only the meaning variable is able to negatively and significantly predict and influence on the employees' cyberloafing behavior. On the basis of this results, it could be perceived that the cyberloafing is impressed by psychological empowerment and this subject is very important in organizations. In recent years, the expansion of industries has led to increase industrial wastewater production and environmental pollution. Dyes materials are one of the most important pollutants in industrial wastewater. Today, dyes are widely used in various industries such as textile, paper, leather, printing, and cosmetics. Drainage of colored wastewater does not only affect the aesthetic aspect of the receiving water but also reduces the process of photosynthesis. Also, the colors and their intermediate products are toxic, carcinogenic and mutagenic for aquatic life. Most of these dyes cause skin allergies, dermatitis, and itching, and accelerate the incidence of cancer and mutation in humans. Therefore, industrial wastewaters containing dye need to be treated prior to discharge into the receiving environment. The purpose of this study was to provide a summary of the most important industrial dyes, the health and environmental effects of dyes as pollutants, and to describe the methods for their removal from water and wastewater. In this study, different dye removal methods such as biological, physical and surface adsorption methods were described and the best process for treatment of colored wastewater was introduced considering the economical cost. The purpose of this study is investigation of the employment status of environmental and health graduates in Karaj Municipality. In the first step, frequency and frequency percentage of all employers at three levels of completely related fields of education (including environmental science and environmental health), semi-related fields of education and unrelated fields of education were investigated in three groups of central headquarters, organizations and regions according to the information received from the planning deputy of Karaj municipality. In the second step, the relationship between education and work responsibility of experts and heads of the responsible departments for environmental protection was investigated. The results showed that only 1% of the total personnel of Karaj Municipality have a specialty in completely related fields of study and 3.1% of them were graduates in semi-related fields of study. Only 8 (16.3%) of the 49 personnels with completely related fields of study, have been employed in their education-related responsibilities. The results also showed that only 5 (42%) of 12 heads of the departments or responsible personnels for environmental protection have education in completely related fields of study and only one of them were graduates in semi-related fields of study. This fact indicates the lack of attention of municipal managers to the existing organizational chart and non-regulation of the responsibilities distribution especially in the environment and health field. Based on the research results, reviewing and modifying the process of personnel recruitment and using managers and experts with a relevant specialty in the Karaj municipality is necessary as the first prerequisite for managing and preserving the environment to achieve sustainable development. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between seven components of women's lifestyle (sleep, omega-3 intake, exercise, sunlight, and socialization, using cyberspace and using traditional media) with their mental health according to an evolutionary point of view. The statistical population included women over 18 years old living in Shiraz in 1398-99, of which 182 women answered the questionnaires by sampling. Lifestyle questionnaires and Hopkins syndrome were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using two tests of Pearson correlation coefficient and regression coefficient using SPSS-26 software. The results showed that in general, omega-3 consumption has a significant Curved linear dual relation with mental health. Among the subscales of the Hopkins sign, sleep also showed a significant positive relationship with somatization and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It can be seen that women's lifestyle has a great impact on their mental health, their children, and maintaining the physical and mental health of the family. In recent years, environmental contamination with plastics has become one of the biggest concerns of various communities. Microplastics (MPs) are plastics less than 5 mm in size. MPs remain in the environment for thousands of years without decomposing. However, accurate analytical methods for the detection and characterization of MPs are scarce. In this descriptive-review study, based on the studies of various researchers and the papers of recent years, this contamination has been introduced and its adverse effects on human health and different environments have been discussed. The results of the studies have shown that microplastic contamination of salt has been reported significantly between four different sources: sea salt 0-1674, lake salt 8-468 and well rock salt 0-204 microplastic per kg (MPs/kg). The number of MPs in untreated water is 1437±34 to 3605±497 particles per liter and in general, the amount of microplastics in treated water is about 83% less than untreated water generally. The length and diameter should be considered when reporting the presence of MPs because the diameter is significant for respiration, while length plays a vital in durability and toxicity. Although the adverse health effects of microplastics have not been fully revealed, but the transfer of chemicals from microplastics to living organisms is a significant concern, and a better understanding of the potential dangers of microplastics is essential to human health. In Islam, the cornerstone of the healthy relationship between human beings has been based on morality and has always been considered a sacred morality in verses, traditions and religious orders. Accordingly, they have recommended them to comply with the ethical guidelines in regulating human relationships before they bring them to the rule of law and rights. This feature is most commonly found in the family, which is the basis of the human community. Accordingly, if couples' relationships are governed by instruments and rights instead of being based on moral authority, the coldness and strain on the relationships of family members shadow, and life and life will be unflattering and void of joy and joy. Marriage and family formation are one of the fundamental guidelines of the Islamic religion. The purpose of marriage is to reconcile men and women together, to establish affection and affection among them, to cultivate couples and to create a suitable environment for the cultivation of competent children. Achieving these goals is only possible if there is a kind of fidelity and faithfulness between couples. In the term jurists, this type of adaptation and consistency between couples is referred to as "guardianship in marriage". The material that jurisprudents have raised in jurisprudential discussions regarding the issue of virtue and Qur'anic and narrative criteria indicates that the most important factor in the success of a marriage and the formation of a healthy and competent family, attention to the standard of religiosity and fidelity And moral and moral harmony between male and female are in faith. The findings of this paper show that the condition and the condition of being married are mutually exclusive and that they are both Muslims. It is also received from the infallibles of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) that faith, morality and good deeds will be two important factors in choosing the wife of the future. As these issues are examined from the point of view of the Imams and Sunni jurisprudents, at the end of the article, the answer to this important question is whether the spouses have a condition in terms of criteria and criteria other than Islam. Health is one of the most important human rights. The right to oral health is one aspect of this right and an integral part of public health pertains to the disease-free status and chronic pain in the mouth, face and throat. Among the human groups, children are the most vulnerable to various health threats, and therefore international instruments, in particular the Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989), emphasize the right to children's health. Oral diseases are among the factors that seriously affect this right. These diseases not only cause pain, but also affect the eating, speaking and quality of life, inner and social self-esteem of the child. Based on a descriptive-analytical approach and in the light of an overview of the international law approach to the right to health and the right to oral health and the explanation of children's rights in this field, the present paper addresses the question of the right to oral health and what is the position of child in oral health? This paper concludes that, despite the particular importance of children's oral health and the achievement of important results in this area, Oral diseases continue to be widespread among children and the right to do so is faced with many obstacles and limitations. In addition to international institutions, it is essential that states, along with global health programs for all, are targeted and organized, in particular to prevent these diseases and improve access to primary health care. Access to health information around the world, the use of new technologies, regular and annual reports by states on children's oral health can help promote the right to children's oral health. Children as the recipients of the right to health and the future of any society need the support of the government, their parents and legal guardians while entering adulthood. The Convention on the Rights of the Child has referred to the issue of child health in several articles and the Committee on the Rights of the Child has called on governments to consider childhood conditions and children's evolving capacities when fulfilling their obligations toward them. Thus, the Convention on the Rights of the Child has four core principles that underpin all children's rights: the right to life and survival, non-discrimination, the right to be heard and consideration of child’s best interests such as all human rights. Since children's right to health is a general right and encounters various challenges from the time of birth and even before that to adolescence, some principles are added to the basic principles in order to supplement the content of their right to health and complete them. The right to education, protection from abuse and misbehavior and prohibition from harmful practices and threats of the digital world are specific principles governing the definition of children's right to health. Governments need to consider this right of children in all areas and recognize children as individuals possessing rights. Manuscript profile

Development of urbanization in the world has made the states confront various challenges in realm of certain rights of citizens, especially children, as far as they need more attention than other citizens concerning their special developmental conditions. However, not only the cities are not designed based on the needs of children, they do not offer the least rights to them. Convention on the Rights of the Child is certainly the main legal document for children. Children benefit from different rights that are reflected in the convention on the rights of children; however, this study intends to answer this question that, “What are the rights of children in the urban right area?” The necessity of identifying the children rights in the urban rights is important on that as one of the main pillars of the society, children are mostly subject to most social, economic, health and educational threats and losses. Moreover, as far as identification of the rights of children in cities is emergent at international arena, particularly in Iran, and concerning the efforts of international organizations such as UNISEF on promotion of these rights, the city managers and policymakers are expected to carry out the required action in this area. Based on this, the present study seeks to explain the main rights of children in cities such as non-discrimination, the right of children with disabilities, public hearing, benefiting social security, the right to health, education and playing and pleasure through investigating various economic, social and cultural areas that are effective on the children rights in urban area by collecting data through library method and descriptive-analytical data analysis. It is concluded that although appropriate theoretical actions have been taken by urban institution in Iran, it is obvious that there is a great gap in practice to make children achieve desired status. Patients depending on the severity of disease, suffer from functional impairment, in the areas of communication, social interaction and behavior, and generally behavioral imbalance caused serious problems for them in normal process of family and social life. The rising trend and tangible growth in the number of children affected in recent years, has sounded the need for targeted actions in the area of autism community health management. One of the most important areas that need to be addressed is the special support for children with autism based on the general principles of child rights and in accordance with the special situation of these children. At the moment, due to lack of health insurance coverage, inadequate diagnosis and rehabilitation facilities, ignoring the right to education and enjoy the conditions appropriate to the situation, necessity of establishing parent guidance and counseling system and support the living standards of children affected in their families and community, all has led serious challenges for those with autism and their families. Spirituality means to attend and develop the spiritual dimension of man. Bringing up and rearing human spirituality particularly in childhood is an inevitable condition for the attainment of psychic health in a world wherein the storm of technology, mass communication, and conflict of ideas threaten them from all sides. Psychologists usually prescribe two fundamental components for the spiritual training of children as follows: spiritual intelligence and moral intelligence (virtue). According to Imam Khomeini, spirituality is a willful attention to the world of meaning which consists of various levels and finally lead to the realization of the station of perfect man. From the perspective of this philosopher, spiritual training is a monotheistic upbringing which contains three angles of teacher, student, and training. Imam Khomeini is of the view that apart from the role of teacher and student, there are some other factors such as fitrah (nature), thought, will, and moderation which are effective in bringing about spiritual training. In his view, by spiritual training of children it means to draw the attention of children towards the world of meaning in order to actualize their spiritual and natural dimensions with the aim of achieving the final goal. All these depend on the human will power and the role of the parents even before the birth of their children. Manuscript profile

The concept of spirituality as opposed to materiality and the material world constitutes the main principle of all revealed and non-revealed religions. True existence is spiritual in all religions. Spirituality means having great faith in the existence of transcendent and supernatural truths, which, in Mulla Sadra’s view, have their origin in the unique existence of Almighty Truth. Such a belief grants a specific color and direction to human behaviors and various angles of life, so that individuals will never consider their own being or that of others and the world to be in vain. Rather, it fills them with a pleasant feeling of satisfaction. This concept is not limited to the holy doctrines of a specific religion in psychology, and it is not opposed in this field, either. Based on the principles of his Transcendent Philosophy regarding psychology and the mutual body-soul relation, Mulla Sadra believes that behaviors, physical acts, sciences, and human awareness exercise a profound influence over the human soul and spirit and finally determine their fate in the process of the trans-substantial motion and becoming. Accordingly, one’s spiritual and inner health depends on their awareness and behavior. The science of psychology, particularly humanistic psychology, greatly emphasizes the critical role of spirituality in organizing individuals’ life, character, and behavior. According to some existentialist psychologists, such as Frankl and Jung, mental or spiritual health comprises one of the important elements of a healthy personality. Manuscript profile

Healthcare is one of the basic needs of all human beings and none of the people is needless from it. Personal and public health depends on providing appropriate, adequate and quality services. But a significant portion of the potency of the healthcare activists spent on providing health services and policy-making, monitoring and assessment is neglected. This weakness has led to the fact that the health care services is seriously flawed and unable to properly respond to public expectations. By considering the importance of assessment and supervision and aiming to fill this gap, this paper will architecture the healthcare assessment system in Iran. Therefore, after the design of conceptual model of assessment sector and definition of possible roles, we have distributed the roles between activists of this sector. Based on architecture results, it is suggested to set up organizations with public and non-governmental nature to collect and codify the healthcare indicators and also perform the assessment and accreditation of the healthcare production, services and activists. Nowadays, office, residential, and historic buildings often require special monitoring. Obviously, such monitoring involves costs, errors and challenges. As a result of factors such as lower cost, broader application, and ease of installation, wireless sensor networks are frequently replacing wired sensor networks for structural health monitoring. Depending on the type and condition of a structure, factors such as energy consumption and accuracy, as well as fault tolerance are important. Particularly when wireless sensor networks are involved, these are ongoing challenges which, despite research, have the possibility of being improved. Using the Markov decision process and wake-up sensors, this paper proposes an innovative approach to monitoring stable and semi-stable structures, reducing the associated cost and error over existing methods, and according to the problem, we have advantages both in implementation and execution. Thus, the proposed method uses the Markov decision process and wake-up sensors to provide a new and more efficient technique than existing methods in order to monitor the health of stable and semi-stable structures. This approach is described in six steps and compared to widely used methods, which were tested and simulated in CupCarbon simulation environment with different metrics, and shows that the proposed solution is better than similar solutions in terms of a reduction of energy consumption from 11 to 70%, fault tolerance in the transferring of messages from 10 to 80%, and a reduction of cost from 93 to 97%. Abstract: The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between spiritual in-telligence and locus of control with students' men-tal health. To do so, 400 male and female under-graduate students at Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz were selected as subjects through ran-dom multistage sampling. The subjects completed the King's Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report In-ventory (SISRI-24) the Nowicki-Strickland's Lo-cus of Control Questionnaire (LOCQ), and Ge-neral Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28). By apply-ing simple correlation, the findings showed that there was a significant and positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and its three dimen-sions (personal meaning production, transcend-dental consciousness, and consciousness state ex-pansion) with mental health. However, there was no significant correlation between critical thinking (one dimension of spiritual intelligence), and men-tal health. In addition, there existed asignificant relation between locus of control and mental hea-lth. The results from regression analysis indicated that locus of control and spiritual intelligence, res-pecttively, play a role in predicating the mental health. Besides, the regression analysis of spiritual intelligence dimensions (critical thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental consciousness, and consciousness state expansion) indicated that only the personal meaning production can pre-dicate 0.05 of mental health. The results showed that the need for autonomy, competency, and the relatedness play a mediating role between types of dependency with life satisfaction, anxiety, and depression. Satisfaction of relatedness and competency mode-rates the relationship between types of dependency and all health variables, and Satisfaction of competency moderates the relation-ship between types of dependency and all health variables except the relationship bet-ween exploitable dependency and depression. Therefore, the results imply that basic psycho-logical needs are important in improving psychological health of individuals; Moreover, targeting these mediating variables can reduce symptoms in individuals, because it is more feasible and achievable than changing the quality of dependency Manuscript profile

The innovation ecosystem consists of a group of actors and dynamic processes that provide innovative solutions to new challenges. The main purpose of this research is to design a university-centered innovation ecosystem. For this purpose, ecosystem functions were first identified through literature review. Due to the limitation of As-Is data in Iran, interviews with stakeholders were chosen as a complementary technique. The second round of interviews were developed to identify the rules and processes of the ecosystem. The results of this study led to the choose Triple Layers core-periphery framework of innovation ecosystem called "Core-Platform-Development & Application". In this framework, the Institute of Health Technological Innovations is placed at the core layer, which is associated with these six platforms: Work Integrated Learning, Idea Generation, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Shared Services, and Investment and Financing. Each of these platforms communicates with actors in that field at the Development & Application layer. After confirming the conceptual architecture with a triangulation technique, the ecosystem interaction model was designed & the results of the architecture in the case study were simulated by system dynamics method. For validation, the simulation results of the model under the two scenarios of continuation of the existing conditions and the establishment of the proposed architecture showed that the proposed architecture will clearly have a positive effect on the model variables in the future. Generally, the results obtained from the implementation of the model in favor of the implementation of architecture in the environment of innovation are studied in UT & TUMS Manuscript profile

Health tourism is becoming a developing sector in the tourism industry. It involves economic grounds; creates job opportunities; introduces different cultures; and even holds political interests for the countries. Health tourism has many economic benefits for the countries that are active in this industry. Health tourism is an emerging field, and there are serious competitions among countries that try to attract health tourists and keep them satisfied during their stay. This study aims to investigate the effect of perceived service quality, satisfaction, and trust of health tourists revisiting and reusing the hospitals and health centers in Mashhad. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Based on a judgmental sampling method, 206 people were selected from the international health tourists. Structural equation modeling was employed. Results confirmed there was a direct and positive relation between the perceived service quality and the customers’ satisfaction. Also, the hypothesis proved the positive effect of customers’ satisfaction on their trusting healthcare centers and their staff. Results also approved the effect of customers’ trust on their future decisions to return to the same places of treatments. Manuscript profile

Comprising medical and health (prevention) types of tourism, health tourism is of great importance for Iran, considering the country’s potential medical capabilities (the presence of qualified practicing physicians and extensive medical and treatment facilities) and appropriate natural health resources (such as hot springs, salt domes, salt lakes, and Mud therapy facilities). Moreover, the capacity of health tourism in terms of foreign exchange earnings is more than three times than that of ordinary international tourism. However, despite its great capacities, Iran has a modest share of the health tourism market, the increase in which requires the assessment of the elasticity of health tourism demand from the Middle East in terms of the relevant effective factors. Therefore, this study sought to find answers to the following basic questions: 1- What are the factors affecting the demand for health tourism? 2- What is the elasticity of the demand for health tourism in terms of such factors? To this end, this study assessed the demand for health tourism using the Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS) and the simultaneous equation Model. Moreover, a questionnaire was administered to 182 tourists coming from the Persian Gulf countries to express their opinion regarding health tourism and estimate the elasticity of health tourism demands in terms of relevant effective factors. The results of the AIDS estimations revealed that the price elasticity of health tourism demand was greater than one, while the price elasticity of other products and accommodation services was less than one. Moreover, it was found that the elasticity of health tourists' demand from Iran belonged to significant variables such as the tourist’s income level, visa validity, expenses, exchange rate variations, and the inflation rate. The globalization of health means patients travel to other countries to receive medical treatment. Nowadays, healthcare is a global phenomenon. On the other hand, the establishment of multi-national hospitals, the competitive costs of healthcare worldwide, the internationalization of standards, and the fact that different countries are getting closer to each other in terms of specialized technologies are some indications of the globalization of healthcare. This applied exploratory study sought to develop a model for health tourism based on cultural indices in Iran using a mixed method. Accordingly, the required data were collected via semi-structured interviews and questionnaires at qualitative and quantitative phases, respectively. The statistical population of the study comprised of senior officials involved in health tourism policy making, professionals of Iran’s health tourism industry, and professors and faculty members in management who specialized in tourism and cultural studies, out of whom 100 participants were selected using Cochran’s formula. Finally, after multiple reviewing of the codes and combining them in several phases, some sixty-six sub-codes were identified, out of which eleven key factors were identified to be included in the intended cultural-indices-based model for health tourism in Iran. Focusing on "the residents' support for the development of health tourism" as a variable that could be considered by marketers to increase demands for this kind of tourism, this study sought to investigate the variables affected by the residents' support and prepare a fuzzy cognitive map of such factors using a systemic model. To this end, the aforementioned variables were identified using the Delphi technique. Then, the research model was developed and analyzed using fuzzy cognitive mapping. The findings of the study suggested that the residents' support affected factors such as the destination image, tourist satisfaction, tourist loyalty, positive advertisements by word of mouth, perceived quality of services, tourists' emotional solidarity with the residents, and spatial belonging of tourists to destinations. Moreover, the results of fuzzy cognitive mapping showed that in a system consisting of the above-mentioned variables, the residents' support played a significant role in tourist loyalty and positive word-of-mouth advertisement, with its impact being greater than that of satisfaction or even service quality. In other words, winning the residents' support is a priority in this regard. Moreover, residents' support affects other relevant factors, including perceived quality, tourist satisfaction, spatial belonging, and emotional attachment. Therefore, gaining the residents’ support is highly recommended to be considered in marketing health tourism. Considering the research gaps in this field, the results of the current study could be used for enriching the related literature. Manuscript profile

From the cognitive viewpoint, people’s psychological and physical health depends on how they view themselves and their universe. Given the prevalence of this view, the current research aims to consider how this notion is described in the Quran? The procedure in this work is descriptive (we collect data and information) on the basis of analyzing the concepts). We make an asymmetric comparison between Quran and the psychological data. The base of our work is considering keywords related to the subject. We collected information in libraries and used reliable sources like Quran interpretations and Hadiths. The findings showed that, from the point of view of the Quran, cognition is one of the major issues in anthropology and there are different words for describing it (such as Hikmat, Fiqh, Fikr, Nazar, Tadabbur, and so on). From the psychological viewpoint, self-analysis and knowing about our environment is enough, but in view of the Quran, this cognition is meaningful only in relation between humans and God, and the concept of logical and illogical thinking becomes clear only within the system of Tawhid (monotheism). Belief in Tawhid is right and logical and lack of belief in it results in psychological disorders. Manuscript profile

Human beings always seek the desired results and make efforts and struggles to that end. Fear of undesired results and failure irks human soul. Today, failure to reach one’s objectives has become a major source of mental health problems in society. Some factors in life cause one’s efforts and toils not to succeed. This research, using the descriptive-analytical method, has investigated such factors based on the teachings of the Quran. The Quranic teachings highlight the fact that man’s efforts are different from his responsibility. They also introduce internal obstacles to the success of efforts, including lack of determination, imprudence, conceit, hypocrisy, lack of pure intention (Ikhlas), lack of Trust in God (Tawakkul), and lack of purpose. This research seeks to clarify how much these factors impact mental health, because one of the main aspects of health is mental health that paves the way for one’s personal and social growth. Being healthy requires various factors, one of which is having a healthy mind. One who is suffering from thought disorder and mental anxieties can never have an accurate understanding of the realities of the universe and society will not be able to grow and make progress physically and mentally. Mankind has various dimensions with the most noble one being his heart. That is why when God wants to grant man a blessing and address him, addressed this dimension, i.e. heart (not the physical organ but the spiritual core). The heart, as a major means for cognizance has an important status in man’s creation and is considered the best path for guidance. Based on the Quran and the teachings of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS), understanding the characteristics of the heart and guiding it to a healthy path is necessary for perfection of every individual’s knowledge and for finding the path of the truth and improvement of one’s own and others’ lifestyles. Neglecting this important issue would render any effort for rectification and guidance incomplete and inadequate. This paper was conducted through the descriptive-analytical method, using verses of the Quran and Hadiths as well as analyses by Quranic experts. It concluded that in order for rectifying one’s lifestyle, it is necessary to rectify one’s heart. One should understand the role, characteristics and conditions of the heart and its life and death as well as their reason in order to come up with appropriate models for lifestyle. Health is a divine blessing and it is everyone’s obligation to maintain health. The Holy Quran considers the life of one human being as equal to the life of all humanity, which signifies how important it is for every human being to maintain his or her health. It is also a confirmation of what has been narrated from Imam Ali (AS), “Two blessings are unrecognized: security and healthy. Humankind will recognize their worth once they are gone.” Ibn Sina (Avicenna), the renowned Iranian Muslim physician who believes he is indebted for his knowledge to his Tawakkul (putting his trust) in the main physician of the world, namely God, and to his recourse to Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS), considers the main part of Hifz-ul-Sihha (hygiene, maintaining health) to be physical exercise, eating, drinking and measures related to sleeping. Today, in modern medicine, the growing trend of sleep disorders has turned into a fundamental problem and that necessitates knowing the Quran’s view about it. It seems unlikely that the Quran, a book that is the savior of human beings and their guide in all times, remain silent on the important issue of sleep and wakefulness. This paper has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and studying physiological sources and books on Hadith and Tafsir (Quran interpretation), including Nemuneh Exegesis of the Quran. It concluded that based on the first category verses of the Quran, the main time for sleep is at night, in accordance with the body’s rhythm and biological clock. Fundamentally, God has specified night for rest and day for activities. But in the second category of verses, the Quran exactly defines the span of sleep in the duration of the day and night: from after Isha prayers (a little after midnight as defined in Islamic Sharia) until the Adhan of morning or dawn. This can be inferred from verse 11 of Surah Maryam. It is hoped that human beings, especially Muslims, pay attention to and act upon the teachings of the Quran more than before, and here the role of the media, religious preachers and those promoting hygiene is important for spreading the Quranic teachings. These obstacles, the need for whose removal has been emphasized in the teachings of the Quran and Hadiths of the Infallible (AS), are 1. Doing injustice to others, 2. The Islamic culture is a set of beliefs, values, and commandments on what should or shouldn’t be done that have their roots in the Quran and Etrat (narrations from the Infallibles). The general principles and criteria of the Islamic culture have been mostly presented in the Quran and their details have been clarified by the Infallibles (AS). The Islamic culture, which revolves around the principle of being divine and is based on the Quran’s commandments and the teachings of the Infallibles (AS), determines the direction of all aspects of life, whose ultimate objective is personal and social elevation. In view of the Quran, the personal criteria of the Islamic culture in practical and behavioral approaches define the direction of personal and social life so that they not only provide spiritual health at the personal level, but also affect social health. The social criteria of the Islamic culture are the link between the individual and the society, and social peace is obtained through institutionalization of the criteria of the Quranic culture. This paper has sought to define the concept of Islamic culture and investigate its criteria through a descriptive-analytical method. It has concluded that the Islamic culture, revolving around the important basis of being divine, defines the direction of all aspects in personal and social life and, by presenting special approaches and factors, paves the ground for the salvation of the individual and society, whose outcome is personal and social health. The Holy Quran, as the Everlasting miracle of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is the best guide for humankind and, according to verse 89 of Surah al-Nahl “And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things…,” it is the clarification of all things and referring to it can solve many problems and meet many needs. One of the problems humankind has always, especially in recent times, been facing and the advancement of science and research has helped little to resolve, is mental health problems. Recently, thinkers and researchers have asserted that religion and faith play a major role in the mental health of individuals and society. How the Quran, as a source of major religious beliefs, guarantee one’s mental health and prevent individuals and society from suffering from mental and psychological pressures and harms? This paper, using a qualitative, descriptive library research method seeks to clarify the effectiveness of contemplating the verses of the Quran on enhancing mental health. It concludes that by reflection on the verses of the Quran, especially on such content and concepts in the verses as faith, Hijab, marriage and turning away from worldly things, supplications and prayers, one can reach good results in both preventing and curing mental health problems. Quran, as a divine book, has paid attention to all aspects of human life, including health. The Quran’s mention of the word Shifa (healing), which implies health, signifies this attention. An investigation of this word based on Shia and Sunni Quran exegeses shows that the Quran is Shifa in that it cleanses humans of false beliefs and gives them healing with the light of guidance. God, the Almighty, has first preached all human beings so that all of them receive Shifa through the Quran. But preaching is not effective for all of them as only some of them are inspired by preaching. These are the faithful who receive Shifa thanks to their willingness to accept the truth and obey divine commandments and the instructions of the Quran. When they gain Shifa, they also receive divine guidance and mercy. Of course Shifa for physical illnesses is not found in the Quran and should be sought in the material world. However, the mention of honey in the Quran is an example of divine signs that show that all blessings of God are beneficial and that some of them can certainly have healing effects. Introduction & Objective: Spiritual health is one of the important dimensions of human health and an important approach in promoting public health. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the level of spiritual health in Iranian nurses. Methods: This study was performed by meta-analysis. All related studies of nurses' spiritual health were searched in the PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Magiran, and SID databases and the Google Scholar search engine by the end of 22July 2021 with the appropriate keywords. In this study, the heterogeneity of studies was evaluated using index I2 and the probability of diffusion in diffusion by Egger test and Meta regression model to evaluate the variables suspected of heterogeneity at a significance level of 0.05. 16 articles were analyzed using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software. Results: Based on a random model, the rate of spiritual health in Iranian nurses was 82.53 ± 2.81 (77.02-88.04: 95% confidence interval). The mean and standard deviation of religious and existential health were 37.60± 7.30 and 37.38±7.75, respectively. There was a significant relationship between sample size, year, mean age and spiritual health (P <0.05). Conclusion: According to the research findings, the level of spiritual health was optimal. Therefore, given the country's adherence to moral values, achieving such a result is not unexpected. Manuscript profile

Providing theoretical resources for the emergency policies of governments in the face of unexpected crises is one of the most important tasks of the scientific community of any country. Fighting the COVID-19 epidemic crisis as a comprehensive threat to the international community has led many governments to change their health care policies by being surprised by the severity of the disease. In this regard, the philosophers of the Stockholm School of Ethics have tried to help the Swedish healthcare system control and manage the epidemic of COVID-19. How to interpret and determine the biological age of patients according to the epidemic emergency is one of the most notable parts of this theory. Accordingly, by determining the actual age difference from the biological of each patient, it is possible to determine the probability of survival after treatment and his life expectancy. The Stockholm School of Philosophy suggests that if you have to decide between helping patients with the same probability of survival who have different life expectancies, the priority should be to help a patient who is younger biologically. The present study, in a descriptive-analytical manner, examines and critiques this legal-ethical theory and will explain the consequences and effects of adopting such policies on the social system. In the present age in urban and industrial societies, the environment's negative effects on the psyche of individuals and the prevalence of mental disorders make a need to pay attention to public health. Based on this fact, healing spaces are required for a daily stressful life. Residential areas have the largest share among where human beings deal during the day and have the most significant impact on the individual. So, these spaces should be designed to provide mental and physical health for residents. This study aims to provide effective components for promoting the general health of residents in residential complexes. This research has been done by a combined method (quantitative-qualitative). In the first stage, after introducing the basic concepts, healing architecture characteristics have been extracted from the research background, which will be the basis for the researcher-made questionnaire. Data collection was conducted by presenting a researcher-made questionnaire, a standard general health questionnaire (GHQ), and Keyes's Social Well-being questionnaire (KSWBQ) to the residents of Zanbagh, Civil and development residential complexes in Shiraz. Finally, the data obtained by Spss-23 software were analyzed using factor analysis, Pearson correlation, and the Friedman test. According to the results, the effective design components of residential complexes include various spaces and activities, environmental safety and security, privacy, environmental well-being, environmental pleasure and attractiveness, and social interactions based on promoting the general health of residents. Among these factors, the highest mean rank belongs to the component of social interactions, and the lowest one belongs to the component of various spaces and activities. Manuscript profile

Organizations are considered living entities whose character and identities, either healthy or unhealthy, are quite independent of their members. In this regard, it could be argued that a healthy organization can act efficiently to attract the citizens’ satisfaction, thus developing social trust. On the other hand, the Aviation Industry consists of companies and organizations, playing a pivotal role in the economic, social, cultural, technological, and developmental programs in both developed and developing countries. Therefore, the organizational health of this industry can increase the citizens’ social trust. Accordingly, this applied-developmental qualitative study sought to present a model of social trust-based organizational health to be used in Iran’s Aviation Industry using a grounded theory method. The required data were collected via semi-structured interviews made with twenty experts. The collected data were then analyzed using the NVivo software, according to which 218 open and 32 axial codes were extracted through open coding. The findings of the study suggested that factors related to service quality, customers (the passengers), the Aviation Industry, and staff and managers (human resources) were among the causal conditions. Furthermore, the background conditions involved in the organizational health of the Aviation industry were the status of the managers, staff, airports, aviation fleet, and the industry. Moreover, the intervening conditions identified in this regard included political, economic, technological, social, and legal factors. On the other hand, the study found that strategies such as promoting strategic thinking, improving communications, increasing technological utilization, and improving organizational structure could help enhance the organizational health of the Aviation Industry. Finally, the outcomes of such an enhancement could affect customers (passengers), the Aviation Industry, the staff, and the managers (human resources). Manuscript profile

In general, attachment can be defined as the emotional atmosphere that governs a child's relationship with his caregiver. The fact that the child seeks and clings to the caregiver, who is usually his mother, confirms the attachment between them. Babies usually begin to show such behavior by the end of the first month of life, and this behavior is designed to accelerate intimacy with the desired person. According to Skinner, human mental health is equivalent to behavior that conforms to the rules and regulations of society, and such a human being when faced with a problem until it is considered normal by society, through behavior modification to improve and normalize the behavior of himself and others around him. It is used intermittently. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between attachment styles and the mediating role of mental health in teachers in Yasuj. To achieve this goal, a sample of 198 teachers in Yasuj was selected through available sampling. The instruments used included a general health questionnaire, Hazen and Shaver attachment, and Miller and Bron self-regulation. The results showed that avoidant attachment style (t = 04.50, p = 0.001) and safe attachment (t = 49/49, p = 0.013) can significantly predict mental health. Finally, mental health mediates the relationship between attachment style. Manuscript profile

Today, the media, while informing, can change beliefs, feelings, attitudes, social behaviours, and reduce or increase satisfaction and improve life skills by designing programmed messages. This has increased the importance of the role of the media in meeting the basic needs of society, including social health, and has created a new field of study. Now, the most important question of the present article is: What effect has the consumption of satellite channels by Tehran citizens on their social health in the presence of the variables of voluntary participation and social bonding? The descriptive-causal research approach and survey method were conducted in May 2018. After examining the validity and reliability among 810 citizens of Tehran, the questionnaire was classified by multi-stage sampling method and clustering. The measurement of the social health variable was inspired by the Keys model after localization and the variable of consumption of satellite channels through the amount of time spent watching satellite. The findings of the present study based on the Pearson correlation coefficient test show that the variables of social bonding and voluntary participation have a positive and direct relationship with social health and voluntary participation has a positive and significant effect on social bonding. In examining the relationship between causality, social participation, voluntary participation and the rate of consumption of foreign channels affected social health, the rate of consumption of foreign channels as the most external variable has a negative impact on social health and two other variables. After the defeat of the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan by the military forces of the Central Government on December 12, 1958, a number of military-political leaders and some ordinary members and supporters were forced to take the path of the Soviet Republic of Azerbaijan. They faced great problems in terms of housing, food, clothing, and health. Of course, considering the economic, social and other conditions after the Second World War, these bad conditions seem natural and acceptable in terms of the lack of basic biological facilities. But in these circumstances, what was seen from the behavior of the communist government of the Soviet Union in practice was the dual and discriminatory treatment of the refugees of the democratic sect. The military and political leaders of the Democratic Party, along with a few others, had the facilities and privileges, but at the same time, as mentioned above, a very large number of simple refugees in addition to the smallest living facilities including food, housing, health, clothing. Etc. were deprived. Distance from family and relatives became an additional problem and they demanded to return to Iran. But party and military leaders were free of this problem. It should be noted that he was the only sincere leader of Muhammad who wanted to return home. The article seeks to answer the question of whether the Soviet treatment of refugees was discriminatory. The hypothesis of the article is that the slogan of socialist equality of the Soviet government in dealing with the refugees of the democratic sect was forgotten. Manuscript profile

Utilizing the Delphi method, the experts were asked to rank the mentioned list based on the three criteria including; prevalence, severity, and importance. Expert opinions were taken in three rounds. The country's social problems were categorized into three categories in order of priority. Although problems in society are numerous, the ten problems that have been assigned the highest priority in the present study are unemployment, corruption, income inequality, expensive housing, mistrust, poverty, reduction of productive investment, addiction, crime, and desperation. Planning for interventions and conducting social health research in the coming years should consider the aforementioned high-priority social problems that impose the most significant burden on society. The diverse social problems prioritized do not have exactly the same causes, consequences, and ways of control; therefore, identifying specific solutions to control them should be the next step in the process of social health planning. The aim of this study was to compare the health literacy and the lifestyle of Covid-19 patients admitted to Shahid Firooz-abadi Hospital in Tehran's 20th district and non-covid-19 patients. For this purpose, 60 Covid 19 patients admitted to the hospital were compared to 60 patients with diseases other than Covid-19. To achieve this goal, two questionnaires were submitted to the participants; Health literacy of Iran's Urban Population and Miller-Smith Lifestyle Assessment Ques naire. Data analysis was performed using central tendency analysis (mean), and multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed a significant difference between these two groups on the two variables of health literacy and lifestyle. The results showed that the Covid-19 patients had a higher level of health literacy than non-covid-19 patients. It is possible that covid-19 patients attempt to gather health-related information in order to accelerate the recovery process, to prevent other family members from getting infected, to reduce the side effects of medications and the disease, have led to an increase in health literacy in this group compared to non-covid-19 patients. Also, the unfavorable conditions and the long-term side-effects of Covid-19 have caused them to experience an unpleasant lifestyle compared to non-covid-19 patients. Manuscript profile

The basis of this background was the need to fight epidemics that transcend the borders of countries. However, the financial and technical opportunities needed to achieve their goals and the cooperation of the member countries were not always at the optimal level and are not. Experience has shown that half of the financial resources include voluntary contributions for specific programs, but the organization refuses to develop a binding legal rule regarding them. Covid 19 acts according to the guidelines and guidelines of the World Health Organization. It should be noted that despite all the problems and some mistakes, the organization managed this process correctly with the experience gained from previous epidemics. The beginning of immunity has been associated with the creation of man. A time when nature and wild animals were considered a threat to early humans. Early humans, like other creatures, instinctively avoided danger to save their animal lives. From the psychological point of view, after the physiological needs, the need for safety, like human instincts, is considered one of the most basic human needs in the direction of his growth and prosperity. In the era when man's only tools were stone, wood, and bone, according to the type and nature of dangers, the way of avoiding them also changed, and mankind started preparing measures to deal with the dangers related to tools. Safety has been important since the beginning of human life on the planet and has changed shape throughout history. Knowing the history of safety in the world and in Iran can be a perspective for the future. Humanity has been seeking effort and activity since it has known itself, and naturally, it has gone through changes in the course of time. In the periods when human life was supported by hunting and fishing or agriculture, due to the simplicity of the tools, the complications related to the job (safety and health of the work environment) were insignificant and in most cases from a few scratches with simple wounds to maximum Fractures of limbs have not increased, but gradually as the industry progressed and mechanical and electric power was created, the risks also increased in the same proportion. With the occurrence of the industrial revolution in the years 1760 to 1830 in England and its spread to other European countries, the mechanical and electrical driving force was created. These transformations also had negative aspects, the most important of which are industrial accidents, noise, environmental pollution and air pollution. <p>In recent years, living in residential complexes can be considered one of the most important developments in housing, which has become a form of contemporary living and housing in cities. Also, with the excessive growth of residential complexes and their physical development, we sometimes see a decline in the quality of residential spaces, which has caused various problems in the lives of the residents of these complexes. In this regard, the crises arising from apartment living have created a wide range of mental disorders, such as stress, anxiety, depression, etc. The current research is based on the evaluation and analysis of the impact of the physical components of the environment on mental health; so that the results may open the way for the design of healthy and growing residential spaces. In order to measure people's mental health and examine the environmental elements, the GHQ-12 standard questionnaire was used, and the environment's physical components were taken into consideration. Also, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared based on the environment's influential physical components. This questionnaire was answered by 340 residents of different residential complexes in Shiraz, and SPSS software was used to analyze and process the information. The findings of the present research show that the physical environment of residential complexes has a fundamental role in life quality and consequently has the greatest negative impact on the mental health of the residents. As a result, it has been determined that there is a reliable relationship between human health and the surrounding physical environment. Also, it concluded that to ensure the mental health of residents, the physical components of residential environments should be taken into consideration and designers should try to improve and fix their defects.</p> Manuscript profile

Introduction: Due to the importance of data sharing in the digital era and the two main considerations related to it that are; standardization and privacy protection, this article aims to answer a critical question that is,does standardization play a role in the proposed solutions for health data privacy protection? Methods: The present study is a systematic review conducted by searching databases such as Web of Science, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Springer, Magiran and SID and by applying a time limit filter. After applying the criteria for inclusion and exclusion and evaluating the results, relevant studies were selected. Findings: Articles addressing standardization and privacy protection in health data have been analyzed by taking 5 indicators into account. The need for standardization and its role to preserve privacy in health data have also been explained by examining the findings and discussing various laws related to privacy in the health field and its relationship with standardization. After the investigation, our study reveals that due to the technical structure of the fourth and fifth generation of health care, which has facilitated standardization, privacy protection can also be achieved through standardization. Finally, directions for future research on this topic are also suggested. Conclusion: The results of this research showed that the fourth- and fifth-generation health care systems that are technology-oriented; are formed based on standards, and these standards provide the possibility of their evaluation. Thus if laws related to health data privacy protection are developed based on standards, they will have a high execution guarantee. This further highlights the critical role of standard development organizations in this field. Manuscript profile

<p>Violence against women and girls persists across all human societies despite differences in religions and other intellectual, cultural, economic, and social factors. It is a global, transhistorical and transcultural phenomenon with roots in the history of humanity. This consequence prevents the full participation of women in society and poses a serious threat to human rights and health. Violence has significant effects on women's physical and mental health. Despite extensive research on the consequences of violence on women's mental health, the prevalence of violence has increased during the COVID-19 quarantine period. This study examines the extent of violence against women and girls and its psychological consequences during quarantine. This is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study. The instruments used in this study include a Demographic Questionnaire, Standard Violence Against Women Questionnaire and the Hopkins Index (HSCL). Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 26 software. Right is the most central concept of legal science, the ambiguity in its definition and description causes misplaced expectations and, as a result, the feeling of injustice. According to the abstract concept of right, the researcher should go to analytical tools to get rid of the misconception, using Hofeld's theory in identifying and expanding the types of rights helps the researcher. The right of the child has been given special support by the institution of society due to their special position in the foundation of the future of human society on the one hand and their vulnerability as the first ones who are exposed to the direct attack of harm. Of course, how children's rights are violated is different in different parts of the world. In developing countries, children mostly face poverty and its consequences such as malnutrition, lack of health, medical and educational facilities. And in developed countries, moral problems and the weakness of the family foundation plague them. In any case, the main players in this arena, namely the family, the private sector, and the government, should try to protect everyone from this concept in an all-round interaction.Loneliness, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and physical problems such as diabetes and dry eyes are some of the possible problems of children in excessive use or early entry into cyber space.Addiction to this space has reduced the child's motivation to interact with others, which has negative effects on his (her) personal communication and social interactions. Due to the importance of data sharing in the digital era and the two main considerations related to it that are; standardization and privacy protection, this article aims to answer a critical question that is, does standardization play a role in the proposed solutions for health data privacy protection? The present study is a systematic review conducted by searching databases such as Web of Science, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Springer, Magiran and SID and by applying a time limit filter. After applying the criteria for inclusion and exclusion and evaluating the results, relevant studies were selected. Articles addressing standardization and privacy protection in health data have been analyzed by taking 5 indicators into account. The results of this research shows that the fourth- and fifth-generation health care systems that are technology-oriented; are formed based on standards, and these standards provide the possibility of their evaluation. Thus if laws related to health data privacy protection are developed based on standards, they will have a high execution guarantee. This further highlights the critical role of standard development organizations in this field. Manuscript profile

<p>This study aims to investigate the sexual harassment of girls and the injuries inflicted on them during the quarantine period of the coronavirus pandemic. This narrative review involved a comprehensive search of databases, including PubMed, Science Direct, Civilica, Noormags, SID, Springer, and Google Scholar, reviewing published articles on the sexual abuse of girls during the Covid-19 outbreak in recent years. The articles revealed contradictory and dual results. In the early stages of COVID-19, there were signs of resilience in the general population with an extraordinary ability to bounce back and adapt. However, during the coronavirus pandemic and quarantine conditions, the environment for violence, mistreatment at home, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse against girls was fostered. Therefore, educating and informing parents, as well as educating and informing girls, can be very effective in this regard. For this reason, one of the ways to improve this situation is to increase the awareness and knowledge of parents and daughters, in various means during the corona pandemic.</p> Manuscript profile

<p>This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of narrative therapy on weight self-stigma and the psychological well-being of women with obesity. This research method employed was semi-experimental with a pretest-posttest and follow-up with a control group design. The statistical population of the study included all women with obesity visiting specialists and clinics for obesity and nutrition in Tabriz in 1402 (Shamsi). In total, 30 participants were selected through convenience sampling and randomly divided into two groups: experimental and control (15 people each). The experimental group received specialized therapy in 8 sessions lasting 1.5 hours each, while the control group did not receive any treatment. Both groups responded the Lilis &amp; et al's weight self-stigma and Goldberg's general health questionnaires before, after, and 3 months after the intervention. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that compared to the control group at the post-test, narrative therapy caused a decrease in weight self-stigma and an increase in psychological health. The effects of narrative therapy on weight self-stigma and psychological well-being remained stable at the follow-up stage.
