Therefore, according to theories, adaptation is a necessity and vital for human beings, because human beings are born in a group, live in a group, become social, work in a group, and even lose their ability to adapt and become incompatible in a group. The question arises as to why this function was not regained and treated in the group. Accordingly, and in terms of the importance of group counseling and psychotherapy, which plays a key role in preventing waste of time and money. Many factors must be controlled to create mental health. Mental health can be created by preventing mental illness, effective factors in the occurrence of mental illness, early detection of mental illness, prevention of recurrent complications of mental illness and creating a healthy environment for establishing proper human relationships. The aim of this study was to review the effect of group meaning therapy education on mental health, life expectancy and loneliness of young divorced women. Given the relationship between mental health, life expectancy and feeling alone. The present study is a review. Using the results of others, the relationship between the variables was examined. The results of this test show that group meaning therapy training has been effective on mental health, life expectancy and loneliness of young divorced women.
