There is a National Innovation System in countries which includes network of different institutions, that their interactions provide appropriate ground for production and development of science and technology. This system forms value chain from idea to product and market and provides innovation climate and innovative activities throughout this chain. Higher education sector is one of the core elements of national innovation system (NIS). Then quality concept in higher education can be analyzed in this system, which now changed to national open innovation system (NOIS). Actually, by systemic approach, higher education quality is influenced by NOIS in one hand and impacts on it from other hand. Therefore, quality in higher education is a multidimensional concept which needs a quality plan and quality management. This paper aims by stating the higher education position in the NIS and with focusing on developments of its mission, to reflect the role of Technology management on quality issue with systemic approach. Then, it defines quality by considering the position and mission of higher education sector along with offering a conceptual model. It is evident that, quality should be considered as a flow and culture not as a tool until could be institutionalized. In this respect, it is required to develop and execute short and long term quality plans in line with NIS. Manuscript profile

In different stages of steel production, many defects appear on the surface of the sheet. Regardless of the causes of failures, accurate detection of their types helps to correctly classify the steel sheet and thus occupies a high percentage of the quality control process. Quality control of steel sheets is of great importance in order to improve product quality and maintain a competitive market. In this article, while reviewing the used image processing techniques, by using image processing with the help of two-dimensional Gabor wavelet, a fast and high-accuracy solution is presented for revealing textural defects of steel sheets. At first, using Gabor wavelet, it extracts significant textural features from the images, which includes both different directions and different frequencies. Nowadays, a majority of cities suffer from shortage of quality spaces for collective living. Undesirable space and lack of identity are among factors which put a higher emphasis on promoting quality of life. Life quality is a multi-aspect and complex category, and this concept has various meaning for different people and groups with respect to time and local conditions. Nowadays, life quality has decreased in various aspects and people′s presence has faded away in urban areas. However, existing population in public spaces is such that we face a large number of population in some spaces. This population is a factor to decrease collective life quality in cities. This population does not have sufficient area and required facilities to do voluntary activities in the area, and consequently less interactions will be hold, resulting in urban areas which have changed into sedentary spaces and without manifesting social life conditions. The major function of cities is facilitating the presence of citizens in urban spaces, collective life has become the victim of automobile comfort. Thus, the study is looking for explaining the position of public spaces in meeting regeneration policies in ineffective contexts such that promoting public spaces provides some conditions to promote people′s life quality in ineffective contexts (historic contexts). Various diagenetic processes have affected reservoir quality of the Asmari Formation in Ahvaz Oil Field in wells No. 19 with a thickness of 357 meters. It is composed of limestone dolomite, dolomitic limestone, sandy dolomitic limestone, sandstone, siltstone and shale. Study of 1100 thin sections from available cores at this well as well as the well’s numeral data, porosity and permeability of cores, indicates that the most important diagenetic processes is anhydritic cement with different types of textures. It appears as poikilotopic, porefilling and pervasive, nodular, fracture filling, sparce crystals, and evaporite veins. During different steps of diagenesis, these texture show replacement and pore filling porosity that have affected different facies to some degrees. Results of this study show that anhydrite cement occurs mainly in dolomitic and sandstone facies and to some extent, affected the reservoir quality. This is due to the effect of sulphate rich brines during dolomitization. Where the presence of anhydrite cements in limestone facies is sparse and rare, it has little effect on reservoir quality. However, pore filling and pervasive anhydrite texture filling all pore-space in dolograinstone and dolopackstone grain-supported facies during shallow burial intensively reduced reservoir quality. Dissolution of cements at later stage of diagenetic processes (creating secondary porosity) improved reservoir quality. In addition, solution of texture poikilotopic anhydrite in sandstone facies and repercipitated as patchy anhydrite with poikilotopic texture, results in reduction of porosity but it doesn’t make any changes in throat pores. Hence patchy anhydrite with poikilotopic texture that reduces porosity converts the sample from Lucias class 2 to class 1. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to focus on the challenges that the nitrogen discharge permits market face with in Sefidrud River. In addition, it intends to find the optimal waste load allocation (WLA) in regard. Thus, the river is simulated by Qual2kw in which the total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) and the impacts of dischargers at the quality of checkpoint are calculated. Eventually, the optimization of WLA is assigned using the total abatement cost functions. Results verify that this market is limited because of few permits supplied by point sources. Here, 150 permits are totally traded that can only save 2% in total abatement costs comparing to the conventional TMDL policy. The economically incentive based optimal solution is only in hand if some dischargers use 15 to 25% of primary price as discount. However, in case of Gharesoo, the total cost savings increase to 35%. It can be concluded that the outcomes of discharge permit market relies on the total permit supplies and demands and their feasibility requires case studies in advance. Manuscript profile

The Upper Surmeh Formation (Upper Jurassic) consists of limestone, dolomite and interbeded anhydrite equivalent to the Arab Formation in the southern Persian Gulf. This succession is the main producing reservoir of the Jurassic system in the Arabian plate. This research was carried out based on core (thin section, porosity - permeability, capillary pressure data) and well log data to study the depositional environment and diagenetic effects on reservoir quality of the upper part of the Surmeh Formation. Petrographic investigations led to recognized nine microfacies which were classified in four facies belt including supratidal, intertidal, lagoon and shoal which were deposited in an arid homoclinal carbonate ramp. Diagenetic processes affected reservoir quality of identified microfacies. Among them, dolomitization, anhydritization and cementation are the main effective processes. Dolomitization increased reservoir quality but the anhydritization and cementation decreased reservoir quality. It is important to note that relevant reservoir quality is improved by development of shallow marine facies associations and secondary diagenetic events. Based on the porosity, permeability and mercury injection pressure data, anhydrite and anhydrite bearing mudstone have very low reservoir quality whereas ooid and bioclastic pack ston to grainstone have the best reservoir quality. Rivers are the key resources for drinking and agricultural purposes and the assessment of water quality is very important. In this study, a detailed investigation has been made for identifying the natural and anthropogenic processes that offected the quality of Gorganrood and its tributaries water in the Gonbad-e-Kavoos district. The Gorganrood is the longest river in the Golestan province (NE of Iran). During previous years, various wastewaters (i.e. domestic, agricultural and industrial) produced in Gonbad-e-Kavoos district have been discharged into the Gorganrood. To evaluate the chemical quality of water in the study area, 37 water and 6 wastewater samples were collected. The physicochemical parameters including pH and EC were determined in situ by an EC/pH meters. The concentration of major ions was measured using the standard methods. The piper and Wilcox diagrams were used to assess the water type and water quality for irrigation, respectively. Scatter diagrams were used to assess the hydrochemical processes influencing the chemistry of the water samples. Results of this study indicate that the pH and EC values of the water samples decrease in the city district. This is due to the discharge of urban wastewaters with lower EC and pH values which leads to the dilution of the river water. The lower concentration of nitrate in water samples collected in the city district is probably due to the denitrification process. Results show that the prevailing water types of Gorganrood and its tributaries are Na-SO42- and Na-HCO3-, respectively. The entrance of tributaries enhances the Gorganrood water quality for drinking and agricultural puposes. Along the river course, the natural processes of halite- gypsum- anhydrite dissolution and ion exchange, as well as anthropogenic factors (discharge of agricultural and urban wastewaters) deteriorate the water quality. In this study, the hydrochemical evolution and qualitative deterioration of Gorganrud River water were investigated in a distance of approximately 100 km from the northern margin of the Alborz highlands to Gorgan Gulf. For this purpose, the analysis results of elven physicochemical parameters related to four hydrometric stations over a ten-year statistical period were used. Gibbs, Stiff, Piper, Durov diagrams as well as five saturation indices for carbonate, sulfate and chloride minerals were used to study the hydrochemical evolution of the river. Water quality changes in drinking (using Schoeller Diagram), agricultural (using Wilcox Diagram), and industrial (using corrosion indices) sectors along the Gorganrud River were also investigated. In this study, F test and hierarchical cluster analysis were used to analyze the variance of data and the number of factors affecting water hydrochemistry, respectively. The results showed that rock-water reaction, evaporation, and Gorgan Gulf saline water intrusion are the most important factors controlling the river water chemistry. Also, the water dominant type of Gorganrud River at the highlands margin is bicarbonate and as it enters the plain, it tends to reach full maturity, the type of sodium chloride. At all stations, river water is supersaturated with respect to calcite and dolomite but it is under saturated respect to anhydrite, gypsum and halite. However, evaporite minerals saturation increases in the flow direction. The quality of water for drinking and agriculture is suitable at the margins of highlands and as it enters the plain and the path to the Gorgan Gulf decreases sharply. According to the statistical analysis results, the most changes in physicochemical parameters are obtained between the Lazoure Station at the highlands margin and the Qazaghli Station in the middle part of the plain and after that no significant changes were observed between the quality parameters until Gorganroud outlet. One of the most important solutions for reducing the capacity of metropolises and solving their problems is building new towns. An Important factor in attracting people to new towns is providing higher housing quality than the mother city and generally, a better quality of the living environment. This paper explores the relationship between satisfaction with subjective indicators of quality of life in residential complexes based on architectural design properties. The main goal is to achieve the optimal design criteria for residential complexes based on satisfaction with the subjective indicators of residents. First, the research model is designed based on the relationship between subjective indicators and architectural components, and resident's characteristics. In evaluating the structural model, first, the factor load of different variables of the questionnaire in predicting the relevant items examined to ensure the suitability of measurement models and the acceptability of their markers in measuring variables. The research method is using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique and AMOS software. A questionnaire survey was distributed among occupants of some residential complexes in the three new cities of Andisheh, Parand, and Pardis. The results show that among the evaluated indicators, security has the highest satisfaction. Residents do not feel a sense of belonging despite satisfaction with objective indicators. Physical factors as façade design and landscape design have relatively low satisfaction. Residents' social relationship is weak, the most important factor in terms of design is the lack of spaces for social interactions. Manuscript profile

From controversial view that has been flowing with regard to governmental interference and market freedom since three last centuries, two approaches can be identified: market-inclined and gvernment-inclined. This distinction is based on the weight that each approach assigns to one of these two institutions and its capacities for achievement of optimal economical efficiency. Controversy on this issue has a deep idealogic nature more than anything else and each approach tries to form historical evidence in their favors. In this paper, in addition to proposing the historical process of two approaches’ controversy and their internal varieties, we prove that in the shadow of achievements and failures of two approaches on one hand and proposing the alternative theoretical patterns and formation of developmental successful experience outside of conventional experiences that documented by two controversy parties on other hand, the grounds of the new pattern proposition of governmental interfernce extent have been provided since 1990 decade until now. Quality of urban life is a multidimensional concept and includes various social, economic, political and physical dimensions. This diversity in dimensions causes quality of life planning to be influenced by different actors and factors and crystallized with complex features such as Uncertainty, nonlinear growth and unpredictable capability. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of urban life in District 2 of the Municipality of District 13 of Tehran and analyze the factors affecting it in terms of complexity. The method of data collection was based on questionnaires and interviews. Hierarchy and Expert Choice software and Mactor method are used. The statistical sample of the study includes 280 residents and 50 municipal experts in the 13th and 2nd districts. In the study of quality of life based on the results of AHP technique, it was found that in terms of quality of physical-spatial (objective) dimensions, environmental, socio-cultural and economic, Niroo havayi neighborhood and in terms of quality of physical-spatial (mental) dimensions of Piroozi neighborhood, They are considered the most desirable neighborhoods. However, in examining the factors affecting the quality of life, it was found that a variety of actors are involved in policies affecting the quality of urban life in Tehran and show different positions of convergence, divergence and competition towards quality of life policies. Such diversity in actors and convergence, divergence and competition in their stance on policies, indicate the diversity of elements of intervention in urban planning, especially quality of life. That is, the era of the idea of the city as a machine with executive tools such as comprehensive and detailed plans and static models is over, and evokes a new concept called the city as a complex system. As the Internet of Things (IoT) expands and becomes more widespread, we will soon see the dependence of human life on its services. At that time, it would be difficult to imagine the survival without the IoT, and disruption of its services would cause great loss of life and property. Disruption of IoT services can occur for two reasons: network errors due to congestion, collision, interruption and noise, and disruption due to the malicious activities of infiltrator. Also, the destructive activities of infiltrators can lead to various cyber attacks and violation of the privacy of individuals. Therefore, before the interdependence between human life and IoT, it is necessary to consider measures to ensure the quality and security of service and privacy. In this study, a solution to reduce service delay (improve quality) and ensure security and privacy of things by relying on the computing power of nodes available in the Fog Layer has been proposed. The proposed solution simultaneously improves service quality and maintains security and privacy. Other features of presented algorithm in proposed solution of fairness between objects are in terms of the quality of service received and minimizing overhead processing and transfer of expired packages (packages that will certainly experience a consumedly threshold delay). Adherence to fairness ensures that the quality of service of any of the things does not be a subject of the reduction of the delay of the service of the entire network; These aforementioned objects may be subjects of critical applications, such as health. Thematic analysis technique (theme) was used to analyze the data. After implementing the content of the interviews and their preliminary analysis, the codes or basic concepts were identified and in order to achieve the main categories, similar codes were placed in special categories. Finally, for each category, a title was selected that includes all the codes of that category. As a result of this study, the model of quality management of research activities of university faculty members was identified, which according to academic research experts, includes the dimensions of bedrock, policies and missions, planning, support / incentive systems, and the dimension of evaluation and monitoring. Are that the sum of them in the pattern is 25 components. The results of quantitative data analysis showed that the research sample evaluated the quality management model of research activities of university faculty members at the desired level and recognized the existence of these dimensions and their related components as important and important. Validation of the model designed in the research sample showed that all observable variables have a suitable factor load on their latent variable and according to PLS indicators have the necessary desirability to measure their corresponding latent variable. Also, the findings of the goodness of fit test and other quality indicators of the model showed that the proposed model of quality management model of research activities of faculty members of universities has the necessary quality and fit. It is beyond a shadow of a doubt that the issue of Devine knowledge is one of the most important and complicated issues in Islamic theology and philosophy. Islamic theologians and philosophers have engaged in various aspects of this issue, including how to prove and quality of that, and present different arguments. Mulla Mahdī Narāqī was one of the great figures who has discussed regarding two above-mentioned aspects of Devine knowledge and innovated new ideas. The quality and argument in favor of Devine knowledge in the view of Narāgī, are the main questions which this paper concentrate on. Analyzing several books of Narāgī, such as Jami' al-Afkār wa Nāqid al-Anzār, we came to following conclusions: First: The correct aspect of proving omniscience upon the "Any unphysical entity is thinker of itself" rule would be that any unphysical entity which stands on its essence has the capacity of perception and thinking. But actuality of thinking is subordinated to actuality of the most powerful interest between thinker and which has been thought, and that would exactly be the presence of its essence in its essence, that is knowledge by presence. Second: for the quality of omniscience, the best view would be that to make the presence of god's essence in its essence the criterion of God's detailed knowledge to all entities, even before as after creation. It is the total presence and all discovering for all entities, in their inclusion and causality. The presence of God in its essence is more powerful than the presence of entities to God. Today, the biological sciences are one the most important parts of the basic sciences. This explains why most industrial countries are heavily investing in it. In the USA, more than half of all federal government support in science is allocated to the biological sciences. In the EU, more than 22 million people are employed in professions relating to the biological sciences. In Iran, Science and Technology Initiatives consider basic sciences as one of the important parts of science and most universities educate students in the biological sciences. In addition, some incubators and science parks are devoted to biological sciences. To evaluate the research in biological sciences in Iran, we compared the quantity, quality, international cooperation, and the cooperation between academia and industry with Asian and global universities. To do this, we used Leiden ranking results in two time frames, namely 2008-2011 and 2012-2015. The results demonstrate that Iran stands at a relatively good point based on the number of publications. However, greater efforts are necessary to avoid falling behind in terms of rank. Additionally, this study shows that the quality of publications requires significant improvements. Furthermore, international cooperation of universities should be expanded. Poor industrial cooperation between university and industry is mainly due to the lack of related industries. In conclusion, a detailed plan should be developed to ensure leadership in biological sciences and achieve scientific authority in the field Manuscript profile

This article is written because of the lack of a model for understanding the relationship of the meaning of public space in the perceivers's minds. The results of the study showed that there are two types of levels in any observer's mind that the first are straight, immediate and referential, and the second are implicit, secondary and normative. In fact the secondary thought are a basis for knowing a place as high quality or not. For example everyone considers a clean public place or a place with law as a desirable place. However these places could have not been known as a quality places, if they are impure (according to Islamic rules) or there is a sin in it. With this example, it is cleared out that the secondary meaning plays an important role in the qualitative judgment of public places. Therefore in suggested model, a first levels are around the circle and the secondary are in a center of that and also this model is arranged by some components that has some properties such as a) Transcendental and uplifting, b) Being complementary and c) Hierarchy.in an example meaning relationship could be like atent with a main coulmn and some strings, implicit, secondary and normative meanings are like a main coulmn and straight, immediate and referential meanings are like strings. Finally, quality of holdfast arrange around it. Manuscript profile

Business intelligence is a set of theories, methodologies, architectures and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information for business purposes. BI as a discipline is made up of several related activities, including data mining, online analytical processing, querying and reporting. Companies use BI to improve decision making, cut costs and identify new business opportunities. BI is more than just corporate reporting and more than a set of tools to coax data out of enterprise systems. With today’s BI tools, business folks can jump in and start analyzing data themselves, rather than wait for IT to run complex reports. Evaluating the effectiveness of Business intelligence system is vital to our understanding of the value and efficacy of management actions and investments. This research aims to explain and clarify the inter-relationships and the interaction effects among business intelligence systems maturity and other relevant factors such as information access quality and information content quality. We developed a model of business intelligence systems maturity based on the outcomes of previous researches and semi-structured interviews with experts in information technology. To examine the model a descriptive survey was applied. The survey sample population consisted of 100 randomly taken managers and IT managers who apply Business intelligence system in their companies, according to a cluster random sampling skim. An important part of the results revealed business intelligence systems maturity relates directly with information quality and use of information in business process. Manuscript profile

Human presence in urban places means connection to collective existence and the space perceived by them is the result of a discourse between mind and society. Therefore, the quality of interactions resulting from the qualities of place proposed in the West, with the mental qualities in the Islamic approach, will not be effective in expressing the facts of human interactions with place. Therefore, the present study aims to achieve a model of place quality in the Iranian-Islamic city and in accordance with the Islamic school and thought seeks to answer the questions that what are the components affecting the meaning of place from the point of view of the Iranian-Islamic city? What are the necessary qualities to create an Iranian-Islamic urban place? What is the quality model of the place in the Iranian-Islamic city? In order to achieve the purpose of the research and answer the mentioned questions, qualitative methodology and content analysis strategy have been discussed in a descriptive-analytical process and content analysis of relevant resources in the field of Iranian-Islamic city. The model of place quality in the present study is based on the theory of phenomenal originality of meaning based on the idea that the place form is the most basic level of human interaction with the environment. Also, it has a completely tangible and physical nature and can be considered an object independent of human presence and knowledge. Human knowledge of the environment and the emergence of new concepts following the human presence in the environment, will provide the context for the emergence of the content of the place. For this reason, place and the meaning of place in the present study are considered to have two “subjective components” and “objective components”, which are inseparable in the content of place. According to the research results, the subjective component includes three components “perceptual”, “social” and “managerial” and the objective component has three components “function”, “shape” and “nature”. These components include a total of 52 qualities of places that make the model of quality of Iranian-Islamic city and can be considered in planning, design, management and decision-making and evaluation of the quality of Iranian-Islamic urban places. The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between the quality of classroom instruction and cognitive appraisals with academic emotions and their motivational outcomes, based on Pekrun’s control- value theory. The participants were 586 nine grade students (male and female) in Tehran that selected using multistage cluster sampling method. The participants completed five questionnaires, Academic Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ), Academic Motivation Scale (AMS), Academic Control Scale, Cognitive Activation Questionnaires and Perceived Teacher Feedback, Questionnaire and four scales, task difficulty, task value, mastery evaluation and Teacher’s Quality of Teaching Scale. The relation between variables were examined by a structural equation modeling and tested with path analysis method that the model was confirmed. The results of path analysis showed that cognitive activation, task difficulty, mastery evaluation and achievement feedback had significant and direct effects on cognitive evaluations. Cognitive activation and task difficulty had direct and indirect significant effects on positive and negative emotions and self-determined motivation, through mediatory variables. Achievement feedback had a significant direct effect on positive emotions and it had indirect significant effects on negative emotions and self-determined motivation. However teacher instruction quality had only a direct effect on negative emotions and an indirect effect on self-determined motivation. Also academic control and task value had significant effects on positive and negative emotions and self-determined motivation, and this emotions had significant effect on self-determined motivation. Every one of distinguished poets of Persian literature has been master in some types of literary. In such a way that they have changed that type of literary into a good standard for other literary works. Furthermore, their works as a mother text have attracted poets, writers, and other artists. One of this great poets , “Sa’adi-e Shirazi “, is as a certain literary Persian master. Also many poets are influenced by Sa’adi’s style in the way that they versify. One of the contemporary sonneteers who is more influenced by Sa’adi in his style of poems, selecting the terms, composition, content, and the type of his glance is ‘Mohammad Hosein Rahy Moayeri’. This article tries to investigate Rahy Moayeri’s impression from Sa’adi in ode based on Gerard Genette’s transtextuality theory . This theory surveys all correlations between one text and other texts as well as it characterizes the quality of the influence of “pretextuality” and “hypertextuality” and analyzes the aspects of a text. In result, what we can understand includes something such as: Rahi’s attitude to Sa’adi’s ode, the use of terms and combinations in an un explicit and implicit way, and the processing of the subject and content, the type of Rahi’s look into Sa’adi’s poets in different topics, and the quality of imitation or the changing of looking into Sa’adi’s contents . Identification and classification of power quality disturbances (PQDs) are one of the most important functions of monitoring and protection of modern power systems. One of the most important issues in PQ analysis is automatic diagnosis of waveforms using an effective algorithm. This paper presents an effective method, for extracting features, using integration of discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and hyperbolic S transform (HST). Moreover, an efficient feature selection method namely Orthogonal Forward Selection (OFS) by incorporating Gram Schmidt (GS) procedure and forward selection is applied for selection of the best subset features. Multi support vector machines (MSVM), as famous classifier, is applied. Also, the variable parameters of the classifier are optimized using a powerful method namely particle swarm optimization (PSO). Six single disturbances and two complex disturbances as well pure sine (normal) selected as reference are considered for the classification. Sensitivity of the proposed expert system under different noisy conditions is investigated. Also, efficiency of the proposed methods by comparing the results of this study with the results of other papers is examined. Manuscript profile

The main idea in ADPCM coding is to remove the redundancies of the speech signal before quantization. One of the important characteristics of this coding scheme is the spectral flatness of the reconstruction noise in spite of its low level. It has been tried, in the present research, to improve the perceptual quality of the reconstructed signal by shaping the spectrum of the reconstruction noise using an all-zero filter in the backward ADPCM coding. By doing so, a useful compromise is achieved between the level and the spectral shape of the reconstruction noise. The obtained results show an improvement in the perceptual quality of the reconstructed signal (higher PESQ score) and an increase in the noise level (lower SNR). Manuscript profile

Fast development in the utilization of cloud computing leads to publishing more cloud services on the cloud environment. The single and simple services cannot satisfy the users’ real-world complex requirements. To create a complex service, it is necessary to select and compose a set of simple services. Therefore, it is essential to embed a service composition system in cloud computing environment. Service composition is one of the important NP-hard problems in the service-oriented computings. In this paper, a biogeography-based optimization algorithm is used to create the optimal composite-services. The proposed method was simulated and executed on five different scenarios with different number of tasks and candidate services. The throughput of the proposed method, genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are respectively 0.9997, 0.9975 and 0.9994; furthermore, the reliability of these methods are respectively 0.9993, 0.9980 and 0.9982. The results of simulations indicate that the proposed method outperforms the previous methods in the same conditions in terms of throughput, successability, reliability, response time, and stability. In this paper, we propose a cognitive radio network which consists of a number of secondary users and one primary user. The primary user utilized a successive relay performance. The successive relaying technique creates a full duplex relay performance by two half duplex relays, which improves spectral efficiency. In the presence of secondary users, we use successive relay technique in the primary user to ensure its acceptable performance. Also, the sum rate of secondary users is increased. The challenges of this network are inter-relay interference and inter user interference. The interference alignment method is utilized to eliminate the interferences in the successive relay technique and in the cognitive radio network. Besides, the minimum transmitted power of the primary user is derived to guarantee its quality of service requirement. Two power allocations algorithms are proposed to maximize the sum rate of secondary users and the energy efficiency of the network. In both power allocations algorithms, satisfying the quality of service of the primary user is considered. The closed-form solutions of these algorithms are studied. The fractional programing approach was employed to solve the energy efficiency optimization in two steps. Manuscript profile

Training officials are often unable to prove how effective they are in meeting the business goals. We clearly admit that top managers need reliable and valid data to trust training functions, but training officials often lack justifiable indices to back up their claims about improving staff's performance in real work. Although ROI was a rigorous index to report on effectiveness of work-based training programs, but it did not turn into popular trend it is hard and costly to estimate. Hence, we here put forward a new index for reporting on effectiveness of work-based training programs, entitled Rate of TOL. This index aims at measuring how much of what participants learn during training programs transfers into performance in real workplaces. To do so, two strategies are suggested: firstly, Simple Linear Strategy (SLS) which is based on calculating coefficient of determination between scores of final course tests and performance appraisals; and secondly, Cluster Linear Strategy (CLS) which is based on calculating multiple regression between scores of final course tests plus other influencing predictor variables (such as work climate, personal motivation, etc.) and performance appraisals. It is finally argued that the proposed index just improves when training programs are designed and implemented in the best possible manner to meet quality measures like learners' satisfaction, relevance, importance, instructors' competency, and etc. Consequently, Rate of TOL as a quality index helps training and development officials to report more exactly and justifiably on how effective they are in improving people in real workplace. Abstract Hope and self-efficacy might play a constructive and important role in the sub-stance abuse recovery process and prevention of repeated lapses in the process of therapy. This research has been conducted with the aim of the examination of such a role by comparing hope and self-efficacy of addicts in mainten-ance methadone therapy who were without lapses and those with repeated lapses. This re- search was a causal-comparative design study. The population of the research consisted of all the addicts referred to the maintenance metha- done therapy centers of Khorramabad city in the first half of 1394 (2015). For this purpose, one group of 40 patients with repeated lapses and another group of 40 patients without lap-ses were selected by convenience sampling. They were asked to fill Hope and Self-Effi- cacy Questionnaires. Results of analysis of variance indicated that although the scores of hope were high in these two groups, there was no significant difference between them in this variable, and they were significantly different only in self-efficacy. It could be concluded that, in order to gain positive and maintaining therapeutic outcomes, in addition to high levels of hope, high levels of self-efficacy are also necessary. Manuscript profile

In recent decades, studies related to women's health and quality of life have emphasized the notable role of feminine norms and gender discrimination. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of self-silencing components in the relationship between conformity to feminine norms and perception of gender discrimination with the quality of life of employed and student women aged 18 to 40. The sample included 687 women in Kazerun who participated in this study virtually by responding to the questionnaire link. This link is composed of items related to the four tools: Conformity to Feminine Norms Inventory (Parent and Moradi, 2010), Schedule of Sexist Events (Klonoff and Landrin, 1995), the Silencing the Self Scale (Jack and Dale, 1992), and WHO Quality of Life Questionnaire- Brief form. The analysis results, performed using structural equation modeling in AMOS-22, showed that conformity to feminine norms and perceptions of gender discrimination, in addition to direct impact, indirectly and through self-silencing components, also affected various aspects of women's quality of life. These results showed that the emphasis of the WHO on the necessity of attention to women's understanding of social discrimination and gender norms is a serious matter and should be considered for Iranian women. The Oligo-miocence Asmari Formation in the Cheshmeh Kush Oil Field consists of a mixed carbonate-siliciclastic succession. The carbonate intervals of the Formation display a high degree of vertical heterogeneity created by a complex diagenetic history. This study is aimed to investigate the effect of diagenetic events on reservoir quality of carbonate intervals of the Asmari Formation. Core samples and thin sections were studied from sedimentological and diagenetic point of view. Results from cathodoluminesence and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate diagenetic features in details. Core analysis data (porosity and permeability) and wire-line logs (porosity and oil saturation values) from studied interval were used in order to examine reservoir properties. Diagenetic studies and their comparison with petrophysical data demonstrated that dolomitization, cementation (calcite, anhydrite and celestite cements), compaction and dissolution are the most important diagenetic events affecting porosity and permeability of the reservoir. Based on vertical distribution of diagenetic features and reservoir characteristics, diagenetic zones (DZ) of the carbonate succession were introduced. Medium crystalline dolostones with sparse compaction features and limited anhydrite cement (DZ-23, 27 and 30) comprise the highest value of porosity and permeability. Whereas intense mechanical and chemical compaction and evaporate (anhydrite and celestite) cementation in some dolomitic intervals have thoroughly reduced reservoir quality (DZ-12, 11 and 24). Compaction and calcite cementation (coarse spary, equant and poikilotopic types) in some limestone intervals damaged reservoir properties and created non-reservoir intervals (DZ-3, 20 and 17). In contrast, high value of interparticle and dissolution porosities along with minor compaction and cementation effects has improved reservoir properties of the Asmari limestones (DZ-31 and 32). This study shows that the reservoir characteristics of the Asmari Formation in the studied field are dominantly affected by diagenetic events and therefore diagenetic studies and determination of diagenetic zones in field-scale are the most important part in static reservoir modeling and Manuscript profile

Studies of the electrical Rock Type a very important role in the development process plays a field. In these studies, theporo-perm Cores data and well log data used for reservoir simulations. In the present research, the flow of four flow units was determined in the reservoir using porosity and permeability data from well logging core by regional index method. In some wells, using well logging the basic model of electrical rocktype was determined with three methods of MRGC, SOM, and DYNAMIC. The determined facies by different methods were correlated with the flow unit. Finally, SOM method was selected, which has the best concordance. The initially created electrofacieswere reduced to 4 electrofacies due to the similarity of some parameters such as effective porosity and gamma logging. To ensure the accuracy of the electrical rock type by neural networks, these electrofacies were correlated with capillary pressure data. After confirming the determined electrofacies by capillary pressure, these facies were propagated in other wells in this field. This created a model, which was able to separate different parts of the reservoir. In this model, different parts of the reservoir were determined in terms of reservoir quality. Manuscript profile

The Golkhary oil field is located at the west of Qatar-Kazerun fault, in between Binak and Nargesi oil fields. The Jahrum Formation consists of limestone, dolomite limestone and dolomite. Petrographical studies accomplish in two parts microfacies studies led to the recognition of 9 microfacies that were deposited in 3 facies belt tidal flat, lagoon and open marine environment. In diagenesis studies the most important factors included bioturbation, micritization, mechanical compaction, secondary porosity, secondary anhydrite cement, calcite burial cement, stylolites and solution seams, replacement dolomite, dolomite cement and hydrocarbon shows. Porosities identified are intercrystalline, intergrain, intrafossil and intragrain, moldic, fracture, solution along stylolite, solution enlarge and shelter. The results of this study shows that Grain supported MF3 (Bioclast Nummulitidae Rotalia wackestone/ packstone/ grainstone) and MF4 (Bioclast Nummulitidae Orbitolites packstone/ grainstone/ floatstone) due to the presence in the environment energetic, micrite absence, lack of widespread cement, presence of effective porosities includes intergrain porosity and intercrystalline porosity identified are reservoir microfacies. Petrophysical data with high levels of permeability and effective porosity between these two microfacies is the confirmation of the results of petrographic studies. Manuscript profile

Electro-facies analysis is a sure method in clustering petrophysical logs analysis that can well indicates the changes of geologic charactereristics of the different lithostratigraphic units as well. Petrographic studies of 120 prepared thin sections of the upper parts of the Sarvak Formation in studied oilfield, Southwestern Iran, has resulted in definition of 6 microfacies sedimentary types. These data suggested that the middle Creataceous sediments in the studied area were predominantly deposited in two subenviornments of patch organic barrier and lagoon corresponding to inner and shallow a homoclinal ramp. In addition, using petrophysical logs in the studied well, 10 electrical facies were determined. By analyzing the data petrophysical in Geolog software, 10 electerical facies were optimized and then their number was reduced to six. According to good adaptation of optimized electerical facies with sedimentary microfacies, we would generalized obtained dresults to all parts of the Sarvak Formation. Study of porosity changes in the electrical diagrams such as CGR corrected Gamma, and sonic curves in mentioned well, indicated a significant reduction in facies porosity of 1 to 6. In addition, the results showed that the reservoir quality reductionin studied microfacies is corresponded to Bioclastic Rudist debris floatstone/ Rudstone, Benthic foraminifera Rudist debris wackestone / packstone, Benthic Foraminifera peloid Grainstone/Packstone, with High diversity benthic foraminifera wackestone / packstone, Peloid bioclastic wackestone /packstone with Low diversity benthic Foraminifera and Mudestone/Wackestone, respectively. In this study, we concluded that comparison and correlation sedimentary facies with electric microfacies provide an efficient method to study the quality of the hydrocarbon reservoir system that especially can be used in other wells with no core. Asmari Formation from the Gavarzin gas field have erosional unconformity boundary on marl and pelagic limestones of Pabdeh Formation and gradually change to evaporate cap rock of Gachsaran Formation. Cores studies from the one of wells of Gavarzin field is 183 m in thickness, which includes 1.30 m from the top of Pabdeh, 162.4 m from the Asmari Formation and 19.30 m from the base layers of Gachsaran. Asmari Formation includes alternation of limestone, calcite dolomitic, claystone and shale with green marl. Petrology and facies analysis of the sequence of these formations identified 12 microfacies, a carbonate ramp from deep-sea to sabkha environments and formed in a retrograded sequence. This ramp includes deep environments, open sea, patch reef, bio-, clastic-bars, lagoon and tidal environments, which confirms a changing environment due to rapid facies changes and deposition of evaporative sediments in Gachsaran as a restricted environment. Diagenesis processes are considered as the main factors in carbonate reservoir quality of Gavarzin field. The diagenesis history of the Asmari carbonates of the studied cores is summarized as A) marine phreatic diagenesis, bioturbation, micritization and cementation processes occurred. B) vadose zone diagenesis, where the crystallization, cementation, and dissolution occurred. C) burial diagenesis, comprises compression-induced, pressure dissolution and fracturing are common. The microfacies show a wide varieties of reservoir characteristics and therefore a heterogeneous reservoir has been formed. Micro-fractures, however have strongly influence on the reservoir quality in the section. The simultaneous presence of dissolved spaces and fractures in the reservoir the permeability greatly increased. The best reservoir quality in the Grainstone/Packston facies are coated grains with moldic porosity that were created by the leaching of Ooid-bearing Packston lithology during the diagenesis of atmospheric waters. The Sarvak Formation of the Albian-Turonian Formation is one of the most important hydrocarbon reservoirs in south and southwest of Iran. In this study, in order to assess the reservoir quality, from a petrographic study and porosity and permeability data, an important well in one of the oil fields of Abadan plain has been used. Based on microscopic studies, 13 microfacies have been identified in the form of Four facies tidal flat, lagoon, shoal and open marine for Sarvak Formation deposits in the studied oil field, indicating that the upper part of the Sarvak Formation is deposited in a homoclinal carbonate ramp. Among the identified diagenetic processes, dissolution, cementation, dolomitization, fracturing, compaction, neomorphism, micritization, bioturbation, pyritization, hematitization, phosphatization and silicification are mentioned. Diagenetic processes of Sarvak Formation occurred in three marine, meteoric and burial environments. Among the dissolution and fracturing diagenetic processes, the most important role has been in increasing the reservoir quality, and cementation and compaction have been the most important factors in reducing reservoir quality. Sequence stratigraphy studies identified third order sedimentary sequences of the age of Turonian, Late Cenomanian, and Middle Cenomanian, and studied the facies and diagenetic processes within its framework. Correlation of porosity and permeability data of the core showed that the reservoir quality in this formation was influenced by facies and diagenetic processes. So that the microfacies containing the rudist have the highest reservoir quality. Due to the diagenetic processes, sedimentary and porosity and permeability data, the facies shoal and open marine to the land have the best reservoir quality. Manuscript profile

Today, in most developed countries, habitability is discussed as a principle in the context of sustainability. It is also argued that viability assessment can help implement new urban plans by providing a descriptive method for assessing urban environments and their quality, and varied approaches. Living quality is one of the main concepts of urban design, which has practical and theoretical importance. In this research, an attempt was made to formulate a theoretical framework to explain the concept of happiness in the environment by analyzing the scope of Tajrish and placing a policy for creating happy environments. Then, by introducing and recognizing its constituent components, a model should be presented in order to extract solutions called design policies. Therefore, after reviewing the quality indicators through selected criteria related to happiness, they have been studied in four influential dimensions. By measuring the extracted situation, the results showed that in addition to the three main stages of knowing the current situation, knowing the future ahead, the connection between the past and the future, which in urban culture is called livability, the fifth phase of analysis with three main components including, Identity, structure, and meaning have emerged that will be responsive to the policies of the four main dimensions. Quality represents a philosophy, a combination of methods and practices, as well as a commitment to excellence, and has been considered in theoretical research as an important driver of sustainable competitive advantage. The concept of quality has evolved over time, making it a good time to reflect on the philosophy of quality. The concepts of quality management today are derived from human findings that have been experienced, evolved, and remembered throughout history. Therefore, the use of archetypes can lead to a better understanding of direct data from psychological experience and a better grasp of the soft and hard aspects of quality management. For this purpose, the qualitative method of introspection was used to analyze the archetypes related to these two dominant approaches. Twelve academic experts were interviewed about the concept of soft quality management, and a local model for soft quality management was presented. To measure the model, the quantitative method of path analysis was employed, and a questionnaire was developed based on the extracted components. This questionnaire was provided to the managers of 64 active economic units in Guilan province. The components extracted from library resources were analyzed, and three “normative” variables (expressing interpretations and explaining systems of common meanings among groups), “relational” variables (describing human relations within and outside the organization), and “structural” variables (determining patterns within the organization) were explained. According to experts, causal relationships between variables were defined and evaluated. The results of this study provide management guidelines and operational strategies in accordance with the analyzed dimensions of soft quality management. Manuscript profile

Mashhad is one of the largest religious tourism markets in Iran and in the Muslim world. Sustainable development of this market is dependent on mutual satisfaction of service providers and tourists as customers. One of the important sectors of tourism services is shopping and souvenirs, which is mainly provided by retailers. Therefore, this paper tries to identify the tourists’ perceptions of these retailers in Mashhad. In the field of customer satisfaction, customer perception of service provider- customer interaction, is one of the dimensions of service qualities which determine tourists’ shopping experience. For data collection, a random number of 410 pilgrims who have visited the holy shrine of Imam Reza were asked to describe retailers in Mashhad. Collected data was analyzed by quantitative and qualitative content analysis method, pilgrims’ answers were categorized and then the frequency of each category was calculated. The results revealed that three categories of Profiteering, Deception, and Geniality, respectively include 40.7, 36.3, and 27.1 percent of the responses, which are the highest frequencies among the traits attributed to retailers. This could mean that pilgrims’ image of retailers is a person who uses deception and geniality strategies for his profiteering goals. It seems that temporal characteristic of tourist-buyers, as well as tourists’ insists for discounting, lead retailers to "flexible deception" strategies which more guarantee their interests. Considering the growing number of research articles published on regional planning and tourism worldwide, and the fact that it appears impossible for the researchers to review all of them in detail, it is necessary to analyze the studies conducted in this field whatsoever. Moreover, as meta-analysis has recently been welcomed by Iranian researchers, it seems that in a near future, a considerable number of studies on urban and regional planning would apply meta-analysis as their research method. Therefore, this study sought to examine, based on the PRISMA statement, the reports of meta-analysis studies on regional planning published in both Iranian and Non-Iranian journals. To this end, all Iranian and Non-Iranian journals (in Persian and English) in the field of regional planning indexed during the last decade with the subject of regional tourism by such databases as Magiran, SID (Scientific Information Database, affiliated with the Academic Center for Education Culture and Research), Google Scholar, and IranDoc (Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology) were examined, using meta-analysis and tourism as keywords for searching through the aforementioned databases, resulting in the identification of 38 relevant articles. Then, 13 articles were selected based on predetermined criteria, whose data were analyzed based on the PRISMA statement using descriptive statistics. The study’s findings indicated the examined meta-analysis articles were acceptably compatible with the criteria set by the PRISMA statement in terms of overall quality. Moreover, it was found that 38% percent of the articles lacked expected methodological quality. Also, the quality of the meta-analysis studies reported in the field of regional tourism was found to be moderate. Manuscript profile

The main objective of an architectural work is to elevate the quality of humans’ life. Moreover, Architecture gets its qualities from the qualities of human life. Since the quality of human life receives its different spiritual aspects from the cognitive system and perceptions of the architect and his life, it is not possible to discuss the relationship between architecture and human life quality in a research without Based on the presumptions of this study, the most effective cognitive system is that presented by Islam in the teachings of Quran, which is rooted in the innate existence (Fitrat) of man, and “Hayat-e-Tayyebah” is its fundamental basis. Therefore, the main consideration in this paper is to discuss the teachings of the Quran about the quality of human life and how they can be used in architecture. The aim has been to introduce an interdisciplinary research possibility using modeling and logical argumentation and analyzing issues in architecture with a look at the theoretical framework of the Holy Quran toward human and his life. To this end, knowledge about humans has been introduced as the basic cognition in architecture that leads to understanding human life. Doze and sleep mechanisms are the most common energy-saving solution in GPON networks. Sleep duration is the critical value in the energy-saving domain, and it will affect the QoS metrics with inappropriate value. In this paper, a new energy-saving mechanism is proposed using an optimal point based on gradient descent that calculates sleep duration and keeps QoS metrics acceptable. The historical value of average delay and packet, drop ratio, ONU buffer, and bandwidth request parameters are used as input, and the sleep duration value is calculated. The simulation results show that the proposed method saves up to 17% energy in GPON and keeps the network’s QoS in an acceptable domain. Manuscript profile

Freedom of abortion is one of the serious feminist demands that is pursued in different tendencies with different arguments. In some of the arguments of social feminists, this demand is addressed in order to achieve the moral rights of mother and fetus. The need for freedom of abortion because of the right of the fetus to enjoy favorable living conditions or because of attention to maternal quality, as well as because of the prohibition of compulsion to sacrifice as a moral right of women, as well as the right of women to conscious choice, are among the reasons. Some social feminists have suggested. According to the fundamental methodology, every theory of the humanities is influenced by the theoretical foundations of its evolution and cannot be understood without them. The Ilam formation is one of the important carbonate oil reservoirs of the Zagros and Dezful embayment basins. In order to identify the microfacies and depositional conditions and diagenesis processes, 100 microscopic thin sections from one well of this reservoir in one of the Dezful embayment oil fields were evaluated. Porosity and permeability data were used to check reservoir quality. The petrographic study led to the identification of 9 microfacies belonging to the facies belts of lagoon, barier, middle ramp and outer ramp, which were deposited in the homoclinal ramp environment. The most important diagenesis processes identified in Ilam reservoir include cementation, dissolution, fracture, micriteization, stylolitization, and dolomitization. Based on the qualitative classification of the reservoir and Lucia's petrophysical diagrams, the lagoon facies and the middle ramp have an average reservoir status, and the carbonate barier facies and the outer ramp have a weak reservoir status. The reservoir quality of the lagoon and middle ramp facies is related to the existence of interconnected and channel porosities. Due to strong cementation and the presence of unrelated porosity such as mold porosity, the carbonate barier facies has low permeability and has a poor reservoir status. In general, the Ilam Formation in the studied field is in a weak state in terms of reservoir, which can be important in addition to the facies controllers in relation to the lack of expansion of fracture and dolomitization and the excessive expansion of cementation in these facies. Therefore, the Ilam Formation in the studied field has a weak reservoir performance due to diagenetic processes, despite having more shallow sequences than deep ones. Manuscript profile

Human has always been in interaction, one of its aspects is the communication with himself. In this relationship, on one hand, human is placed as a self- aware being and on the other hand, as the real self. In such a way that common sense is affected by his existential nature and affects the quality of life. The goal of the research can be considered to evaluate the biological aspects affecting the internal relationships of self- knowledge between human and the architectural body. Biological quality is created at different levels and shapes the environment in interaction with humans. The method of this research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative factors. So that, in the qualitative review, the topic is addressed using descriptions, observations and library studies, and in its quantitative aspect, it benefits from numerical data and analysis using the scientific method of Codas. The findings of the research show the formation of an internal relationship that has affected the quality of life and architectural environment. so that in each of the senses affecting self- awareness, Different quality levels are created. In this regard, it can be concluded that the purposeful design of architecture in order to shape the quality of life is influenced by the common senses of faith and time with the greatest impact, the sense of unity, presence and place with an average impact, and the sense of safety and awareness with the least impact. So that it is formed in a direct relationship between independent components (spatial physical perception, collective behavior, psychological) and connected components (common senses) and is a platform for achieving a desirable life. Therefore, this issue can be considered as a result of the internal relationship between three aspects of self- awareness, common senses and architecture, which is formed according to the relationship between independent and dependent components in architecture. As an urban space, the street is one of the most important places where face-to-face encounters and the arena of social interactions of citizens are considered. The presence of vehicle traffic crisis and low physical quality has caused a severe lack of public space with the ability to accept social interactions. Enhancing public spaces is a means of dealing with this fragmentation and related concerns. It is possible to strengthen the feeling of togetherness by creating a variety of public spaces. On the other hand, the presence of untouched natural environments inside the cities is one of the important potentials of the city in creating a new urban public space and strengthening the civic life and social connections among the city residents. Therefore, organizing these spaces, while transforming them from a defenseless space into a safe urban space, provides a basis for being present in the space and strengthening communication and social interactions in cities and among residents, which leads to the establishment and strengthening of civil life in the city. The phenomenon of an urban defenseless space and the effect it has on the collective conscience can turn the healthy human-city relationship into a disconnected and sometimes hostile relationship with the environment. Because until a person does not feel calm in the environment and space and always lives in worry as a victim, he cannot display his capabilities and values and fulfill his social role in a desirable way. In this research, the aim of which is to promote social interactions in the North Shahid Beheshti axis (between Shahid Square and Charah Safa Square), a combined research method (analytical-descriptive) has been used. The results of the research show that increasing comfort and healing for the people present in the area, creating beautiful and appropriate flooring, creating a favorable permeability for the area can greatly help to increase social interactions in this area. Sarvak Formation is one of the important carbonate reservoirs in Dezful Embayment. In order to evaluate the reservoir quality of this formation in one of the Dezful Embayment fields, multi-resolution graph-based method was used and compared with petrographic findings. The findings showed that the Sarvak formation in the studied field consists of 8 microfacies belonging to the sub-environments of the lagoon, carbonate bar, middle ramp and outer ramp, which were deposited in a homoclinal ramp environment. The main diagenesis processes affecting this reservoir include cementation, dissolution, fracture, stylolitization, and dolomitization. The results of multi-resolution graph-based analysis led to the identification of 3 electrofacies, EF1 electrofacies had the weakest reservoir parameters and EF3 facies had the best reservoir status. The majority of EF1 microfacies are grainstone microfacies and the majority of EF3 microfacies correspond to wackstone and packstone microfacies. Based on this, it seems that the lagoon sub-environment has a better reservoir condition than other sub-environments, especially the carbonate bar, and this is an important sign of the different performance of diagenesis processes in these sub-environments. In a vertical trend, the highest volume of hydrocarbon column is in the EF3 electrofacies and the lowest is EF1. In general, it can be stated that the use of multi-resolution graph-based analysis and comparison with petrographic findings is a suitable solution for accurate evaluation of the reservoir quality of carbonate reservoirs. In the field of art and architecture, aesthetic quality as one of the types of qualities has been considered in old and new researches. Although today, in the studies of urban planning and architecture, efforts have been made to understand the aesthetic quality of space and how to perceive it using the term atmosphere, but in the texts of Islamic sages and philosophers, no separate treatise has been written on this topic, and researchers in the old texts and the new ones have used many and sometimes inconsistent expressions. Also, no consensus has been reached in expressing its perceptual processes. Therefore, the research introduces the framework of transcendent perceptual process and its details, by correlating the expressions used in modern sciences and Islamic sciences with the help of Mullah Sadra's Transcendent Theosophy. The descriptive-analytical study first describes the viewpoints of three generations of theorists, then analyses them, and finally combines the viewpoints of new researchers and the Transcendent Theosophy to provide a comprehensive innovative framework. The results of the work include the identification of 5 depths for the perceptual process, providing a triple model to express the quality of the perceptual process with the terms used by previous scholars, and also extracting the framework of the transcendent perceptual process. This framework increases the ability of research in the interdisciplinary field, and where the range of words for communicating different sciences is wide, it creates a platform for the coordination of perceptual processes from the perspective of different sciences. This study was investigated the patterns of water quality changes and the identification of invasive aquatic plant species in drinking water dams located in Mazandaran province, including Alborz, Shahid Rajaei and Meijran Dams. The best conditions of dissolved oxygen in Alborz, Shahid Rajaei and Meijran dams were around 10, 10 and 16 mg/L in April, respectively. Due to the thermal stratification created in August and September, the content of dissolved oxygen in all dams at a depth of 7 to 10 meters reached zero. Based on Carlson's index, these dams were eutrophic during these months. The highest amount of phosphate measured in July, August and September was observed in Meijran Dam. However, biological pollution of Alborz and Shahid Rajaei dams were higher than Meijran dam, the biological and chemical oxygen demand of Alborz and Shahid Rajaei dams were about 2 and 2.5 times higher than Meijran dam, respectively. Also, the amount of faecal coliform in Alborz dams was about 2 time compared Meijran dam. Despite the decrease in the amount of total coliform in three dams in September, the amount of faecal coliform in Alborz dam was about 3 times other dams. Two plants, hydrilla and Potamogeton, were observed as the invasive plants in Meijran dam, which seems that cormorant bird are the cause of invasive plants entering the dam. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of linked data is to realize the semantic web and extract knowledge through linking the data available on the web. One of the obstacles to achieving this goal is the existence of problems and errors in the published data, which causes incorrect links and as a result, invalid conclusions. Considering that the quality of the data has a direct effect on the success of the linked data project and the realization of the semantic web, it is better to evaluate the quality of each of the data sets in the early stages of publication. In this paper, a learning-based method for evaluating linked datasets is presented. For this purpose, first, the base quality model is selected and the quality features of the model are mapped to the field under study (which is the field of linked data in this article). Then, based on the mapping done, the important qualitative features in the study area are identified and described in detail by defining sub-features. In the third stage, based on past studies, the measurement metrics of each of the sub-features are extracted or defined. Then, measurement metrics should be implemented based on the type of data in the studied domain. In the next step, by selecting several data sets, the metric values are automatically calculated on the tested data sets. To use observational learning methods, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of data experimentally by experts. At this stage, the accuracy of each of the data sets is evaluated by experts, and based on the correlation study tests, the relationship between the quantitative values of the proposed metrics and the accuracy of the data is investigated. Then, by using learning methods, the effective metrics in the accuracy evaluation that have an acceptable predictability are identified. In the end, using learning methods, a quality prediction model based on the proposed criteria is presented. The results of the evaluations showed that the proposed method is scalable, efficient and applicable in addition to being automatic. Manuscript profile

<p>Bipolar disorder, formerly known as manic-depressive disorder, is a mood disorder characterized by periods of depression and periods of abnormal happiness. Considering the high prevalence of this disease in women, the present research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the quality of life of patients with bipolar disorder type I in women under fifty years of age. To conduct the research, the individual characteristics of the participants were examined first, then the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of life. The statistical population of the present study was 50 female patients who were diagnosed with bipolar I disorder based on the criteria of DSM-IV-TR and who had referred to counseling and treatment centers in Tehran in 1402 and were included in the study using available sampling method. Also, in order to compare this group with healthy people in the community, a group (50 people) was selected from among the companions of the patients and the staff of counseling centers and the results were analyzed using independent T-test in SPSS software. Based on the findings of this research, the quality of life score for the healthy group was equal to 78 and above the average level (&micro;=50), which shows that the healthy group has a better quality of life. On the other hand, in the patient group, the quality of life score equal to 36 was obtained, which is lower than the average level and indicates the unfavorable quality of life of the patient group. This difference was also statistically significant.</p> Manuscript profile
