The word “landscape” today has broader and deeper meanings than in the past. In medieval times, it was used with German roots to mean "region" and "territory". After the 15th century, it became a visual genre; But today, it’s a scientific interpretation that not only describes a manifestation, but is a mental, aesthetic, artistic, and existential test that is constantly changing. Thus, each of its geographical landscapes can represent a story of civilization, culture, society, and the ideology of human groups. It is in this view that today, the landscaping and emphasis on the landscape, the elements of emergence and interaction of each with the whole set and the emphasis on the role of the people's craftsman in recreating it are among the inseparable principles of any urban planning system. The present study, based on the same importance, tries to analyze the effective factors of human civilization by using the philosophy of interpretivism and qualitative approach and applying the technique of in-depth content analysis by enumerating themes and concepts and categorization by open coding, categorization, central coding and selective coding. It has a geographical perspective. The results of this study, which used a purposeful and information-driven model from print sources in the field of human civilization and geographical landscape; highlights the importance and role of 10 influential categories of civilization in shaping the geographical landscape, which guides us to the geographical perspective of worldview, political thought, philosophical thought, consciousness, private and public agreement, cultural dimensions, social resilience, sovereignty, social context, and moral considerations. The aim of this article is to become familiar with different views toward women and their rights from gender perspective and to describe the original and common Iranian culture about women focusing on one part of Oral Literature which is Proverb. The under review corpus of the study involves 382 proverbs that are collected from valid Persian books and Proverbs dictionaries. Regarding the importance of this subject, the qualitative analysis of content is used for analyzing this corpus; and we reviewed three pivotal and general areas about women by reviewing, separating and distinguishing proverbs which were somehow related to women. First, we review the physical and psychological features of women, then their moral and emotional features and finally their family and social relations. The findings show that the structure of above proverbs does not show the real status of women and focuses mainly on highlighting the negative aspects of woman character. Moreover, the varied status of women becomes obvious in reviewing the proverbs, since she is sometimes described with respectful and scholarly language and she is in climax; and she is sometime faced with unconscionable and partial judgments that consider her as Satan. Therefore, the article shows the status of women in Persian Proverbs and public views toward women in these proverbs and how much these views are different with the current social and women condition; due to this fact that the social view toward women is more positive today, the necessary condition for improving the status of women are ready now. Women, as composing half of society population, have significant roles in contemporary period’s social and cultural changes and their effective presence in society is manifested in many stories. Using Descriptive-phenomenological approach, this article attempts to analyze four groups of women, i.e. traditional women, Iranian culture-advocate women, westernized women, and wandering women in five contemporary novels. Traditional women are usually those homemakers or housekeepers paying attention just to domestic matters. Iranian culture-advocate women are those involved in social and political activities outside home and consider supporting and defensing Iranian culture ideals and doctrines as their own duties. Another group, i.e. westernized women, make claims about internal matters of country, support western culture, seek basic and fundamental reformations and protest against the current situation. Wandering women are not interested in western culture and do not follow and support Iranian domestic culture, but they are wandering in-between these two cultures. Manuscript profile

One of the greatest Iranian novelists is Mahmoud Dowlatabadi, who is celebrated enough in the literary society of Iran and to some extent in the world due to his creative works. He has also gone forward in his works step by step, like every other author. In fact, he has been affected by various and continually renovating discourses of contemporary history of Iran in such a manner that a part of his works has been written in response to theses discourses. In this research, the direct and indirect impacts of ideology and common discourses on Dowlatabadi’s novelettes in 40th and 50th decades are studied in terms of their being between novel and short story. These works were promising with a great author regarding to the writing of Kelidar, Missing Soluch, Bygone Days of the Elderly, although they might have a range of weak points as well. Furthermore, in choosing the themes and the characters which he has created and developed through his novelette, he may have been influenced by the ideology and discourses of his own time without being conscious. Finally, the topics used in his novelettes as well as the characters are not in harmony with their roots and their local culture, that is, they are not created for the referred culture and the characters just speak in Persian and wear local cloths without having any other common root with the country they live. What is new is our approach to it. The article claims that in addition to bold traces of Persian wisdoms in Arabic Literature, most part of more than a thousand proverbs available in Arabic literature are of Persian origin. We have first introduced historical background facilitating the way to transfer of the proverbs into Arabic literature, and then we have traced back lots of Arabic proverbs to their roots to make sure of their origins. In addition, we have also referred to Dehkhoda’s Amthal-o-Hekam for common contents of Persian and Arabic proverbs. In some cases we have carried out critical study and analysis of some Persian literary texts, resulting to the fact that the influence of Persian wisdoms and thoughts on Arabic literature goes beyond the imaginations of not only the contemporary Arab scholars but also the Persian scholars. Then, we check the point with the poetry of Parvin E’tesami, Simin Behbahani, and Forooq Farokhzad, as the representatives of three different attitudes of objection reflected in their poems. Parvin represents the poets of ‘protesting’ attitude, who never go beyond the rigid limits of the tradition though. Simin is the representative of the poets distancing themselves from the tradition and have ‘reformist’ sympathies. Finally, Forooq represents the poets for who ‘protesting’ and ‘reform’ is not an end. Rather, they take a “rebellious” attitude toward the traditions. Manuscript profile

Kashf-ol-Mahjub of Hujwiri is one of the most authoritative ancient sources of the mysticism in Persian literature. So it might be useful in searching for the unknown sources influential in forming Persian-Islamic mysticism, which have mostly been used by the author without mentioning them since during the translation movement, mainly from Greek into Arabic, the exact titles or authors of most translated works were ignored, and remained unknown for Muslim writers. This was because, traditionally, ancient authors rarely mentioned the source of their citation. This resulted in the fact that some considered the second author the true owner of the quotation. In this article, introducing the sources of some phrases used in this book, we have tried to show the common sources in forming Islamic and Christian mysticism and to investigate their traces in Kashf-ol-Mahjub. Clearly, it might be the case that association of ideas has developed common thoughts between these two cultures. It is hard to render every similar idea to adaptation, or a direct influence of one on the other. Manuscript profile

In the literary history of Iran, there can be found samples of women’s writings, most of which are in prose. Until the Naseri period, the very few writings were limited to jurisprudence, litanies and prayers. Two travelogues and one critical-social writing are available relating to the Naseri period. The writing mode of these texts reveals that the women at that time were not familiar with the common frames of formal writing. They wrote in a female intimate environment and employed a spoken language. At the Constitutional period, as women made their presence felt in society, they did so in the field of prose writing. Publishing their letters, particularly in women’s journals of the time, gave them an opportunity to experience formal written language. Women’s language entered a public zone. Their highly frank and open language which had been formed during centuries at an intimate female atmosphere, and under the influence of oral literature, was refined and distanced itself from the words that were supposed to be offensive for the public usage. In this way a civilized language of women was formed that followed the norms of the dominant culture of the time. So, one could claim that women’s presence at the society coincided with their transition from the field of oral literature to the field of written literature. Manuscript profile

His extensive information, deep knowledge and special attitude toward literature and its arts resulted in his prominent personality. In addition to his general knowledge and command of literature and Islamic sciences, he is unique figure in literature criticism, especially in rhetoric criticism. Although much attentions have not been paid to his works and ideas in Islamic civilization and especially in Farsi language environment, most of the theoreticians of the rhetoric and poets and writers interested in rhetoric have been considerably affected by Jahez’s ideas. He has some new and considerable ideas in the areas of the origins of poetry and the reasons of its emergence, the characteristics of good poetry and speeches, the distinction of meaning and speech and the features of structure and content and context, the psychology of poetry and poems, the reasons for nations’ different approaches toward poetry and prose and nonexistence of some in forms of writing. Elegy is one of the literary-lyric genres that two elements of emotion and feeling have pivotal role in it. According to this, from psychological view, the root of elegy shall be sought in psychological issues and human’s will of eternity. In authors’ view, the background of this literary genre is rooted in Iran culture and literature like single-couplets that are being throat-read in lak-living areas of Zagros named Mour and Hooreh. Scholars have collected info, used descriptive-documentary method, and reviewed different kinds of elegy and concept of lamentation from Literary-psychological analysis in culture of Lak. Results show that our cognitive gap about spiritual and psychological treasures of our domestic culture and literature caused us to face the phenomenon of “inter-generational gap” in transition of traditional society to a modern society. Although it seems that poetry and literature are not in need of analogy and affidavit and other ways of logical reasoning to prove the exaggerated literary claims, in fact the poets and a literary person usually benefit from methods similar to logical reasoning (claim, evidence, reasoning) like simile, allusion, and allegory (proverb, story and fable), proverbial method, discursive practices, and oath in order to express what they have in mind and to objectify the abstract concepts. Meanwhile, paying attention to “Folklore” plays an important role in strengthening and explaining the poet’s mental and intellectual principles in literary expression, and it acts like supporting evidence and the background for proving the claim in literary causal methods. The subject of “alienation” is one of the key and major issues in Shariati’s thoughts. As a matter of fact he analyzes and explains contemporary human’s concerns and issues through this concept. According to Shariati, in “self-alienation”, man feels as if “another individual” is “himself” and loses self-consciousness and suffers from a kind of “fraud self-consciousness”. Self-alienation is in other words like losing the “true and essential self”, in addition to the “social self.” Shariati believes that whatever distances mankind from his humanistic features- which possess a certain definition for him- is a factor for alienation. Based on Shariati’s thoughts, instrumental intellectuality, bureaucracy and machinery have altogether alienated man from own true self in the twentieth century; whereas he criticizes these issues from this point of view. Still he does not regard these as the problem; yet he believes we suffer from lack of machinery and if we complain from lack of it, it becomes obvious that we are feeling other pains and suffering from them. He claims that humankind is the essence of history and his cultural environment, and as long as they possess their own individual culture, religion and pains, they enjoy their own “true self”. But cultural imperialism has alienated men from themselves by distorting history, culture and also the religion of the third world countries; and therefore they suffer from“fraud self-consciousness”. He assumes that the solution is not offering a mass and general solution, but before anything else, we must return back to our own true “selves” and let go of “self-alienation” and free ourselves of it. The persistent and increasing concerns about the perseverance and raise of possibility of peaceful and fair coexistence in the infra-national, national and trans-national have all highlighted the significance of dialogue to a high extent. That is why the factors and fields influencing dialogue have become the topic of many researches and discussions. One of these factors is the communication-informative technologies which affects the differing aspects of social life more than ever. The topic of this article is the impact of communicative-informative technologies on the cross-cultural dialogues within the general electronic sphere. In this framework it will become clear that although the possibility and potential of communication and transaction about information increases the potential for dialogue, it also causes its own certain limitations and distortions too. The mentioned limitation is basically the result of the uneven division of related possibilities regarding this kind of technology, while the particular circumstance of the general electronic domain distorts the cross-cultural dialogues. Globalization is one characteristic of the world today. On the other hand, ethnicity, under some conditions, provides an excuse for political tensions. There are various views on the effects of globalization on ethnicity. Some theoreticians believe that as globalization grows, identity of ethnic minorities undergoes the assimilation of the values of the mainstream culture, which in turn is absorbed into the dominant global culture. However, others believe that globalization helps increase political self-awareness of ethnic groups. Overall study of these views show that political aspect of ethnicity is a function of different domestic and world factors, and is not of the same situation in all countries. In the present article, we study political and social situation of four Iranian ethnic minorities- Azeri, Arab, Baluch and Kurd. This is a field study. The data is gathered using questionnaires and interviews. Findings of the research show that while globalization, culturally, has led to a decrease in strictness of minorities over their cultural features- except language, it, politically, has resulted in a rise in their awareness and demands. Hence, to manage the demands, the government is expected to take felicity measures, including: promoting democratization, creating equal opportunities for political and economical participation of all groups, lowering the center-periphery distance through fair budget, and encouraging the national will for employment and removing deprivation. This paper focused on political culture and effective factors on political culture. It categorizes three pure types of political culture, according to Almond and Verba's theory, which are “Parochial”, “Subject” and “Participant”. These types are identified according to the “cognitional”, “emotional” and “evaluative” attitudes towards four conceptions: “system as a hole”, “outputs”, “inputs” and “self as a political actor”. The independent and grounding variants of this research include: gender, ethnicity, religion, academic discipline, academic level, political socialization and mass media. This research is done in survey method, according to a sample of 365 students of Kurdistan University. The results showed that the students have different types of political culture; and the dominant model among them is “non-participative protestor”; a model that was not defied in Almond and Verba's theory. The results also indicated that among the effective variants on political culture, the ethnicity, religion, academic level and mass media have meaningful impact on political culture of the students. Aramesh Doostdar considers “lack of question” as the main difficulty of Iranian society, which has been dominated by a religious culture since the ancient time. In this paper, his views are assessed on the basis of postmodern observations. Richard Rorty speaks of two accounts of rationality: a broad account which he favours and a narrow one which he crticises and attributes to modern thinkers. The main question in this paper is that in which category Doostdar’s views can be classified? It seems that he advocates the narrow modernist account of rationality that considers whatever does not comply with it as outside reason. Doostdar’s metanarrative on Iranian culture is based on unjustified extrapolations that ignore the complexity of the culture. Since he believes that Islamic and Iranian culture lacks fundamental philosophical questions, he disregards all other types of questions raised in that culture. In politics, Doostdar argues that the relationship between religion and the state in Iran, since the Achaemenid Empire, constituted the religious culture in the society in such a way that any escape from it and transition towards a developed society would be impossible. The uniform practice verdict No. 733, while posing the same question, has seen it as damages caused by the devaluation of currency. However, the fate of the possibility of obtaining compensation due to the difference in prices of object of sale is unclear. The remedies proposed by lawyers to compensate for these losses will remove the security against faults in tille from its original form. It consists of 26 factors and then with utilizing DEMATEL Fuzzy technique, they were reduced to seven variables, namely, culture of change, management performance, focusing on clients’ demand, financial conditions, product flexibility, using new technology and government support. Then the effects of above factors on organizational innovation have been assessed. Results emphasizes on vital role of culture of change among employees that must be at center of interest on managers. Also results indicate that clients’ interest is an independent variable that neither effects nor effected by other variables. Among other findings, results indicate that culture of change, management performance and using modern technologies are the most vital factors affecting innovation in petrochemical companies. Investment variable has been identified as an independent variable that has great effect on a number of effective variables in petrochemical companies. Manuscript profile

Large and small companies are faced with a significant environmental complexity and turbulent business world. The world is changing at an unprecedented rate due to technological advances. For most businesses, the ability to monitor, identify, and master critical technological skills and technologies is important .In times of economic downturn, technology and innovation can be potent sources of growth as long as the investment and talent are there to drive them. Innovation, creativity and technology are enablers of economic advancement. In this paper, the importance of Innovation, Creativity management and Technology Scouting for organizations in a turbulent environment is explored and it is shown that the winners will be those that react to the crisis by further embracing technology and innovation to find ways to become more productive and competitive. It is shown that sometimes it is better for an organization to put another part of itself out of business rather than have the competition destroy the whole business. Innovation is a team effort and successfully managing innovation teams is an art. The first step toward innovation is the openness of an organization to new ideas and concepts. It is mentioned that managers cannot order creativity; managers can only provide an environment where creativity grows well. An important step is to establish an organizational culture that fosters creativity. As one of the biggest obstacles to fostering innovation and creativity is uptight and rigid people, the paper emphasizes on organizational openness to new ideas and concepts and discusses the ways to achieve this goal with a view to past experiments. Technology scouting is another important factor that can serve as an early warning system. The early detection of new technologies allows an organization time to prepare for or even acquire these technologies before they have a negative business impact on the firm. However, it is important that the process is performed in the right way to guarantee the best possible extent of technology surveillance occurs. In this paper, it is explained that organizations must keep a keen focus on technological areas that could affect the business environment. Overall, it is concluded that for organizations in a turbulent environment, developing an environment that fosters creativity and innovation is an important step in assuring long-term survival. To fail to do so can mean the death of an organization. Manuscript profile

One of the most important concerns which have coerced organizations to illustrate tendency toward entrepreneurial activities is survival and growth. This is, thus, to assert that time is ripe for investigating the relationships between entrepreneurial behavior and performance. This study is aimed at investigating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientations and organizational performance of the Islamic Research Institute for Culture and Thought in 2013. To do so, descriptive and correlative research methodologies were used to examine the relationships among these variables. Statistical population of this study contains a number of university staffs at different managerial levels, members of Faculty Board, and experts, who are estimated to constitute 110 persons from the total number of 320. Pearson correlation and multivariable regression methods were used to analyze data. Moreover, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to affirm the model. Results show that there is a positive and direct relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. In addition, there is indirect relationship among innovation, leadership, risk-taking, and aggressive competition as aspects of entrepreneurial orientation, on the one hand, and organizational performance, on the other. However, there was no relationship between independence and organizational performance. Therefore, development of attitude and attention to entrepreneurial orientation in an organization can be effective in elevating organizational performance. Manuscript profile

Cloud computing is a concept introducing in the world of information technology recently, and provides an environment for sharing sources. In this environment, an efficient and effective scheduling system plays a fundamental role. Hence, the problem of scheduling tasks in cloud computing is a very important issue, which tries to identify an optimal scheduling for performing tasks and allocating an optimal source. The purpose of this research is to provide a new hybrid model for optimization of scheduling tasks based on combination of dynamic adaptive and genetic algorithms in a cloud computing environment. The hybrid model aimed to cover the defects of these algorithms. Based on this model, an initial solution was presented for resolving the weakness of the genetic algorithm, the action of low speed as well as the weakness of the dynamic adaptive algorithm, trapping in local answers. In the proposed model, first, dynamic adaptive algorithm could find an appropriate solution for scheduling problem within a good time using the technique of searching required resources by KD tree and data retrieval in parallel. This solution, as an initial answer, was given to the genetic algorithm, and this algorithm performed the optimal research. As a consequence, the final algorithm, a combination of these two algorithms, provides a better load balancing for cloud resources in a relatively acceptable time. Manuscript profile

One of the most important tools for entrepreneurial growth and development is the existence of a culture that supports entrepreneurship. In this study, the cultural barriers of entrepreneurship were identified and the entrepreneurial culture and failure culture in the entrepreneurial society were evaluated. This study was conducted on the basis of qualitative and quantitative mixed research. The statistical population included the entrepreneurs of Khorasan Razavi Technical and Vocational Training Centers, which was determined by the purposeful sampling method of snowballs due to the dispersion of the community. The results of the qualitative section showed that entrepreneurs are facing cultural barriers such as lack of culture of creativity, rejection of failure, negative attitude to risk, distrust of women's empowerment, the existence of patriarchal culture in society and organizations and parental opposition to girls' entrepreneurial activities. Also, the results of the quantitative section showed that the rate of failure in the studied community is very high and entrepreneurs agree to give the failed people a chance again. In general, the analysis of qualitative and quantitative results shows that the cultural subsystem in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is not in a good situation and the existing culture is not supportive of entrepreneurship and even prevents the emergence of entrepreneurship in many cases. Today philosophy for children is an issue that has drew the attention of different communities to itself, for through this program it is possible to impart various teaching to children, and bring them up with creative and critical thinking. In Iran this program initiated by Sadra Islamic Philosophy Research Institute (Siprin) in 1994, following which it proceeded to work out an Iranian version of this philosophical program. The present article makes an attempt to give an account of the program of philosophy and children in the following sections: 1- tutor, 2- time table, 3- environment, 4- method of beginning discussion, 5- thinking, 6- method and form of presentation, 7- content. In this paper the authors seeks to deal with the notion of tutor as a facilitating role in detail. This program have been formulated formally in the West and it is possibly tinged with Western ideas, so it requires to be localized and consorted with native culture, namely Iranian tradition. Moreover, Islam has reiterated the intellectual upbringing of man and there are sufficient Islamic resources which contain certain principles, methodology, content, etc. on the basis of which one can work out an indigenous program consorted with its culture. The present work is based on a library work and is regarded as a small example of the present capacity. Manuscript profile

The method of “philosophy and Children” turned out to be one of the modern methods that today not only have been appreciated in the field of education, but also have been used in different societies. The objective of this program is to bring up certain critical and creative thinking in children as is stressed by Islam as well. On the basis of the principles of Islamic training and from the perspective of Religious texts, intellectual training should be commenced from the childhood, which exactly can meet the goal of the program of “Philosophy and Children”. As a matter of fact, the present program of the philosophy for children is affected by Western society, for instance we can easily detect the trace of pragmatist and pluralistic views in them. With respect to these intellectual roots, the existence of copious capacities in the religious seminaries, and their principles, methods, and contents in Islamic-Iranian culture, it is befitting to localize the program of “Philosophy and Children” in accordance with Islamic-Iranian culture. The purpose of this study was to identify the status of green library components in the central libraries of the target community, clarify the role of libraries in implementing the culture of a green community and provide solutions and strategies to fill existing gaps and implement a green library. The research method is survey-descriptive. The statistical population includes the libraries of level one universities of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education in terms of space, equipment and manpower. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed at the level of descriptive statistics with SPSS software and by calculating the mean, standard deviation, absolute frequency and frequency percentage. The research findings showed that the central library of level one university of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education are not in a good condition due to the green components and the standard lead. To have a green academic library, one should start by promoting green thinking and culture in the society, because many of our problems in this field are rooted in culture and misuse of natural and non-renewable resources. The results of the present study can inform libraries about their current situation that how they are far from the ideal situation and use the strategies presented in this study to implement a green library to have a green academic library. We do not necessarily have to start with a green building, these libraries have green missions and they can be known as the green library by implementing several green components in their library. This study is aimed at investigating the role of Organizational Culture in Manager’s Inclination toward Accepting the Green Production Technology. Using simple randomization of administerial and executive staff, a population of 115 Iranian casting industry experts, administrators, and managers in the year 2015 was selected for the present study. The size of the sample required in this study was 88 according to Cochran’s formula and, a sample of 90 members was examined investigated based on Krejcie and Morgan Table. The data were analyzed using structural equations. Attending to the non-normal distribution of the data as indicated by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, a non-parametric test was used to analyze the relationships. Combined reliability, internal consistency, and internal validity of the model, as well as the predictive validity at construct level, were proved during data analysis. Positive values of the CV Com index were suggestive of the high quality of the model. Finally, the GOF index was found to be 0.723. Considering 0.1, 0.25, and 0.36, proposed as weak, moderate, and strong values for the GOF index respectively, the obtained value of 0.723 indicates the overall appropriateness and good practice of the model and stands in a strong point on a weak-strong continuum. Based on the findings of this study, organizational culture has a direct impact on the acceptance of the Green Production Technology. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this research was to explore the effect of total quality management’ (TQM) components on the job performance of the employees considering the moderating effect of personal factors in teacher education universities of Iran. This study was conducted using correlational research method. Its statistical population consisted of all the staff employees working in the teacher education universities situated in 32 provinces of Iran (n=2553). Using Kerjesi-Morgan table and random cluster sampling method, a sample of 335 subjects was selected. Data collection was done using four questionnaires including TQM’s questionnaire developed by US Federal Quality Institute, Paterson’s (2000) job performance questionnaire and two self-designed questionnaires on the personal knowledge and skill factors which were checked and confirmed by the respective experts and practitioners in terms of their validity. Estimated using Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of four questionnaires was found to be 0.97, 0.92, 0.95 and 0.74, respectively. As per the results, there was a statistically significant relationship between the components of customer focus, employee empowerment and teamwork, quality analysis, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance with the moderating effect of personal knowledge (P<0.01). Furthermore, considering the skill as the moderator variable, a statistically significant relationship was observed between the top management support and leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance of the employees in question(P<0.01). ). It is suggested that Teacher Training Universities apply Total Quality Management to improve job performance of their staff, where organizational culture and organizational support play a key role. To achieve the goals, a hybrid research strategy has been used in this research. In qualitative research, 16 factors affecting the behavior of individual investors (availability, limited attention, self atribution, anchoring point, over confidence, gambler's fallacy, loss aversion, increasing risk appetite, justification, optimism, regret aversion , time horizon, control center, tolerance of ambiguity, confident- anxious, careful-impetuous) which was obtained through the method of analyzing the content of semi-structured interviews of capital market experts, which were based on the construction of a researcher-made questionnaire. In the quantitative section, the final model of decision-making behavior of the individual investors was extracted using structural equations and fitted out. In the capital market of Iran, the model of the behavior of individual investors begins with cultural factors. In other words, the underlying factor in the behavior of investors is the factor of culture. The theory that emotional biases are prior to cognitive biases is not confirmed in this research. Personality has a positive relationship with herding behavior. In other words, category of anxiety in stockholders, increases the volume of their herding behavior. Manuscript profile

To achieve the purpose, the mixed method of qualitative-quantitative was used. To know the current situation, the quantitative survey method/ survey electronically were used in the country with the return of 801 questionnaires from 18 petrochemical companies and the variables of organizational culture, learning styles and dominant trends of learning were examined. For elaboration on the current situation and expectations of the company, the qualitative approach and grounded theory were used and finally the results of qualitative and quantitative parts were mixed. The findings show that the organizational culture of petrochemical companies in the current situation has more skewers towards the hierarchy and to some extent towards the market, and the components of family culture and especially Ad hoc are poor. Also, among the four learning styles, in the company’s current situation the convergent and divergent poles are dominant and also assimilating and adapting styles have less frequency. In terms of existing training programs, the general attitudes can be observed to the personal acquisition of knowledge instead of attending the formal training programs. Also, the qualitative findings and the results of interviews highlighted the changes in three areas; requirements, key processes, learning operations for the establishment of organizational learning. This study aimed at identifying learning cultures in various workplaces through an emergent grounded theory study. To gather data, in-depth interviews were conducted on 98 employees of small to large companies to reach a vast breadth and depth of data. For purpose of inclusiveness, a maximum variation strategy was adopted for sampling to select participants purposively from manufacturing, business and service companies. The data were thematically analyzed at two levels, namely initial and secondary coding. To establish credibility, two dominant strategies were continuously used as member check and peer debriefing and external auditing. Consequently, a tripartite typology emerged to represent learning culture in various enterprises based on three criteria: management approach, peers' reaction, promotion expectancy. To sum up, in a malignant learning culture, bad working habits are learned and shared by staff, and commitment to work is gradually minimized to its lowest possible point. In a deterministic learning culture, a neutral learning climate dominates the workplace as staffs perceive no link between self-development and job promotion. Finally, in a demanding learning culture, people may clearly view the sensible link between competency development and job promotion, so they try their utmost to keep up with the latest developments in their field to avert the risk of demotion or job loss. The study suggests that if enterprises plan to achieve and keep a competitive edge, they should focus firmly on creating a demanding workplace learning culture. Manuscript profile

According to the policies of the resistance economy, paying attention to the markets of the countries of the region is one of the most important tools to increase economic resilience. Meanwhile, the food industry, as one of the most important large manufacturing-economic industries in the country, should have a special look at the cause, why and how to decide to buy foreign customers. The aim of this study is to provide a model for successful entry into the Iraqi food market. The approach of the present study is quantitative and applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study consists of buyers of Iraqi stores and supermarkets. Sampling is available in this study and has been done among customers of stores and supermarkets located in Iraq and in the cities of Najaf and Karbala, Baghdad, Basra, Nasiriyah, Hillah and Kohl, according to the Cochran's formula, 384 Iraqi buyers have been selected. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire that is validated by experts and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 863 /. Confirmed. Structural equation modeling has been used to analyze the data. The results show that "market overlap", which includes "marketing, facilitation and psychological factors" alone, cannot affect the intention to buy Iraqi customers alone and must be "internalized culture" which acts as a mediating variable. And "religious factors and values and preferences" have been used to influence the purchase of Iraqi consumers. Manuscript profile

Considering the increasing movement of the country's organizations towards the full benefit of information systems, it is very important to identify the factors affecting the strengthening of these systems to improve the quality of service delivery. Therefore, this research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the effective factors on strengthening the infrastructure of information systems. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in nature. The research community is the government organizations of the country, and 10 people were selected to form the expert panel from among the experts who have the qualifications. Among the employees, 250 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. The research method is a combination of multi-criteria decision-making methods (hierarchical analysis process), structural equations and fuzzy inference system. After extracting the dimensions and factors from the literature and the background of the research, the ranking of the effective factors in the form of five dimensions and 15 components was done using the multi-criteria decision making method. The results showed that the legal infrastructure has established the highest correlation with the infrastructure of information systems. Also, among the dimensions, the technological infrastructure is the most important. The results of fuzzy inference also showed that the most favorable state for information subsystems is 0.698 according to the available facilities, and the optimal combination for this state is achieved when structural factors are 0.724, organizational factors are 0.58, governance factors are 0.569, social factors are 0.707, and educational factors are 0.468. Therefore, in order to strengthen the infrastructure of the country's information systems, it is suggested that the officials focus on strengthening and developing structures and supporting technological innovations in the first step. To understand the effects of physical, social, economic and management teachings of Islam about cities and explaining a model for the differentiation of cities in different periods, various studies have been conducted and various analyses have been presented, some of which consider the numerous religious references and texts on urban development. The specific nature of cities in the Islamic world and their concepts and inclusive common characteristics indicate the influence of the Islamic culture and their relationship with religious teachings. Thus, the Islamic city is a term introducing the cities influenced by the Islamic culture and values. This article, relying on references in Quranic verses to various aspects of architecture and urban planning as well as on the opinions of the commentators and philologists, has extracted reviewed and analyzed the identifiers and components of city in view of the Holy Quran while not considering the verses related to the life of the saints and eternal life. In this context, information and data have been collected and studied through analytic descriptive approach. The Holy Quran in order to avoid unnecessary and harmful construction refers to attributes such as security, peace, respect and compliance with natural and climatic conditions in urban and worldly development while also considering the ideal, perfect and absolute aspects in the heavenly abode. The style of the Quran in explaining the attributes of constructions is stressing the qualitative aspects in providing human social shelters and places. Basically, though, religious teachings do not mention detailed criteria and specific guidelines in this respect. Manuscript profile

The Islamic culture is a set of beliefs, values, and commandments on what should or shouldn’t be done that have their roots in the Quran and Etrat (narrations from the Infallibles). The general principles and criteria of the Islamic culture have been mostly presented in the Quran and their details have been clarified by the Infallibles (AS). The Islamic culture, which revolves around the principle of being divine and is based on the Quran’s commandments and the teachings of the Infallibles (AS), determines the direction of all aspects of life, whose ultimate objective is personal and social elevation. In view of the Quran, the personal criteria of the Islamic culture in practical and behavioral approaches define the direction of personal and social life so that they not only provide spiritual health at the personal level, but also affect social health. The social criteria of the Islamic culture are the link between the individual and the society, and social peace is obtained through institutionalization of the criteria of the Quranic culture. This paper has sought to define the concept of Islamic culture and investigate its criteria through a descriptive-analytical method. It has concluded that the Islamic culture, revolving around the important basis of being divine, defines the direction of all aspects in personal and social life and, by presenting special approaches and factors, paves the ground for the salvation of the individual and society, whose outcome is personal and social health. One of the areas in which most of the translators of the Holy Qur’an have stumbled over, is related to the rendering of items belonging to the unique culture of the Noble Qur’an and Islam. In the translation of these Quran-specific cultural items, every translator with different ideological background adopts different strategies. So this paper is to work on the fifty Qur'an specific-cultural items in all surah(s) of the Holy Qur'an along with their English translations by three different translators A. Yusuf Ali, A.J. Arbery, and T. Saffarzadeh. The present study concerns with the Mona Baker’s (1992) theoretical model for translating culture-specific items to determine the strategies and techniques which the three translators of the Noble Book have adopted in dealing with Qur’an-specific cultural items. The results indicate that that the strategy of translation by a more general word has been the most frequently used strategy and the strategy of translation by paraphrasing using a related word is the least-frequent strategy either in the work of each translator separately and in the works of all the three translators as the whole. As a result, the translators tend to use more generic terms and to be more target-oriented. Manuscript profile

The present article studies, influential academic people in Iran and indicate that the position of influencers in the academic environment has also found its place. To conduct this study, we first investigate the concept of fame culture and then review the relationship between university and influencer culture. The next step is to study the typology of academic influencers in Iran through a literature review, as well as the study of seven professors’ Instagram pages. In general, three general types have been identified. The first category is traditional celebrities, who mostly have a small presence on social networks. The second category is professors-influencers, i.e. those who were born within social networks and whose presence, activity and reputation in the virtual world are greater than in the outside world. The third group has a hybrid identity and has an enriching experience in terms of age, but they are not related to the first group. In other words, they are on the border between the first and the second type, but they have a little bit of their former reputation in the world outside of cyberspace, and they have also created a new position for themselves in social networks. In the comparison between these three types of academics, the major distinctions of academic celebrities as emerging figures will be explained. The professors-influencers are born and live in social networks, they owe their fame to these networks, they establish a more horizontal relationship with their audience, they address a more general population, and they are well aware of the strength of weak ties. And finally, they appear in the role of new intellectual leaders in society. Manuscript profile

Good governance refers to achieving the rule of law, transparency, accountability, participation, equality, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, individual freedom, press freedom, and active civil society. Along with these prerequisites, political culture, and in particular the political culture of the elites, is crucial in institutionalizing the principles of good governance, especially in developing countries. This subject has drawn the attention of certain good governance studies academics in recent decades. The results showed that if the political culture of the elites is democratic or accepts at least some minimal democratic values, it can act as the basis for advancing democracy or political development in the sense of raising political participation and competition. In societies where, for various and complex reasons, the political culture of the elites is anti-participatory in the sense of being anti-democratic, authoritarian political structures and an ideology consistent with it can pose a significant barrier to the advancement of democratic indicators. A political culture that is authoritarian and non-participatory acts as a factor that hinders political development. In contrast, democratic and participatory ideals and attitudes significantly influence a country's political development. This is more evident in emerging nations when elite political culture has a more robust coefficient of determination. Manuscript profile

Abstract The increasing growth of urbanization and the lack of coherent urban management have led to the inefficiency of planning in cities, so that this inefficiency is more visible at the small "neighborhood" level. The concept of community-based development is an expanded concept of people-centered development that appeared in response to the development approach based on economic growth, which does not lead to social welfare. Rather, it spreads injustice especially in developing countries. In general, the community-based approach in urban development and planning can increase people's control over their own lives and livelihoods, and also increase participation in the provision of public services, and finally provide plans and programs. It should be more consistent with local needs and conditions. In the science of cultural economics, the fields and economic bases needed in a cultural category are discussed. For example, financial policies and issues, budgeting, pricing, market supply and demand of the cultural arena, identifying and paying attention to each of these elements as the main bases and origins of formulating efficient and operational strategies that lead to the growth and prosperity of the cultural economy. until reaching the target point of that country. Determining the correct policies in the field and sectors of cultural economy, i.e. production, distribution and consumption of cultural goods and services is one of the most important and key factors of its development. The growth and development of the economy of culture is one of the areas that can potentially lead to the growth of other sectors. In this regard, in the current research, effective policies in cultural economy in Muradab neighborhood of Karaj (Islamabad) were investigated with a neighborhood-based approach. The results show that the neighborhood council and urban management can contribute to the ecological, economic, social, political and cultural sustainability of the neighborhood by fundamentally changing the neighborhood planning structures in the direction of sustainable neighborhood development. Finally, it can be said that coherent neighborhood management plays a significant role in shaping the neighborhood and maintaining the economic structure of the neighborhood as well as creative industries. <p>This study examines consumer culture within commercial complexes in Iran's metropolises. Over the past two decades, Iran's major cities have witnessed significant developments in the construction of commercial complexes, which have also become symbols of social and cultural significance. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors influencing the formation of consumer culture in these complexes and their social, cultural, and economic impacts. The primary issue addressed in this paper is how economic transformations, globalization, social changes, and modern technologies affect consumer culture in commercial complexes of metropolises. Specifically, the research question focuses on how these factors have altered consumption patterns and purchasing behaviors, and what effects they have on social interactions and cultural identity. The research methodology involves analyzing existing literature, conducting interviews with experts, and evaluating field data from various commercial complexes. This approach examines economic and social changes and their impact on consumer patterns, while also analyzing the effects of technology and globalization on consumer preferences. The findings indicate that commercial complexes function not only as shopping centers but also as important social and cultural spaces. Economic changes and increased household incomes have led to higher demand for luxury goods, while globalization and modern technologies have influenced consumer preferences. These complexes provide opportunities for social and cultural interactions and contribute to the economic development of metropolises.</p> Manuscript profile
