Because involving people can play an important role in creating urban equilibrium. So, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the tendency of Neyriz citizens to participate in participatory management and explain the correlation between the degree of citizens' access to the components of social capital and their contribution to urban management. single-sample T-test, Independent T-test, variance analysis, Tukey, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman and multiple regression are used to analyze the data. The results of the research and the results of single-sample t-test ( =92/23) indicate the average of citizenship participation rate and This is a significant correlation between participation rate and variables of marital status, job type with significant level of 0/000 and 0/031 But it is not correlated with two variables, gender and literacy rate. On the other hand, there is a significant correlation between citizens' access to social capital with their participation rate with a significant level of 0/000 and the Pearson coefficient of 0.446 ̽ ̽.this means that, the greater social capital among individuals, the proportion of citizen participation in urban management increases. In this regard, the results of multiple regression show that among dimensions of social capital, social cohesion with a beta value (B = 0.292) has had the greatest impact on citizen participation in urban management. Globalization is one of the key concepts in political science and sociology, which has become one of the major discourses in the literature of these two areas of social sciences. Many thinkers referred to it as the “Discourse of Globalization,” which is a discourse that can measure the proportion of many concepts in political thought in relation to it. One of these concepts is justice. Justice, with any definition, is the starting point for discussing globalization. Is it possible, in principle, to expect justice to be realized under the globalization discourse? In other words, what is the relation between justice and globalization? To answer the question, this paper addresses the views of the two thinkers of the globalization era, Anthony Giddens and Emmanuel Wallerstein. Essentially, I argue that Giddens believes in the Kantian assumption that justice is inherent in globalization, and only with the creation of a civil society in the current era, societies can attain globalization. On the other hand, Wallerstein rejected this claim and placed justice in the age of globalization under the overshoot of the capitalist system. Manuscript profile

The concept of political capital is a relatively new term in politics. This concept is the intersection of various disciplines so that political stability, social solidarity, and national integration in the vast, complex, and impersonal modern political systems depend on it more than ever. However, despite its fundamental and practical importance, not much independent research has been conducted about it yet in the Persian language. From the perspective of the institutional approach, political capital is a socio-political construct, a contingent, contextual and time-laden phenomenon, whose decline has profound consequences for the political order and stability of societies. With this point in mind, the present article concentrates on this main question, what are the consequences and implications of the decline of political capital? The hypothesis is that the reduction of political capital has multifaceted consequences such as increasing the cost of political transactions, reducing civil participation, increasing corruption, increasing the government's interference, the prevalence of political anomie and disobedience, and the erosion of political legitimacy and its important implication is the necessity of serious changes in various fields of the polity. Inspired by the political institutionalism approach and with a descriptive-analytical method in the combined theoretical framework of Bourdieu and others, this article examines the conceptual dimensions of political capital and the consequences and implications of its decline. Abstract:In Islamic Sharia law, with respect to the rule of the association of profit and loss, basically the principal capital return is not guaranteed. Therefore, gaining real profit is always associated with the possibility of loss and damage. Whereas in Islamic financial mechanisms such as commissioned manufacture bonds, the payment of the nominal value included in the bonds is guaranteed by the publisher in due date. Therefore, the owners of the bonds who are the investors of transactions will not sustain a loss or receive a reward for the reduction or increase in the value of the project upon receiving the nominal value of the bonds (principal capital). However, an analysis of the procedure for publication of the bonds, makes it clear that in commissioned manufacture bonds based on interest, the receipt of nominal value of the bonds will be realized according to the entitlement of the owners in due date proportionate to the total value of the amount due. Also guaranteeing the principal capital by the publisher of the commissioned manufacture bonds is according to the liability of the seller to pay for the object of sale. Moreover, the owners of the bonds as the buyers only own the amount due in duty of the debtor and they shall have no right in project thus commissioned. In this sense, any increase or reduction in the value of the project will have no effect in the amount of their claim. Whereas the owners of commissioned manufacture bonds along with rent with an ownership option are the joint owners of the project, thus in case of increase in project value in connection with the nominal value of the bonds, they are entitled to claim the value added. This is because according to the rule of logics the owner of actual property deserves to take a share of the increase in value of actual property value as he is to sustain the damages incurred on the actual property. Similarly, the reduction in project value in proportion to the nominal value of the commissioned manufacture bonds along with the rent with an ownership option, must be attributable to the joint owners, i.e. investors. It is widely acknowledged that relying solely on physical capital and labor as main sources of the economic growth would cause countries to lag behind others in the process of sustainable development, and the productivity improvement through technological advancements is the only way that ensures the continued economic growth. So, it is important to study the economy’s potential of technological innovations and capacity of technology absorption in order to allocate the scarce recourses efficiently. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to investigate the capacity of technology absorption in the Iranian Economy. To that end, using data from the Iranian economy over the period 1347-1390, the technological absorption capability hypothesis of Teixeira and Fortuna (2010) has been tested. According to this hypothesis, the existence of adequate human capital could help the economy to absorb the technological spillovers caused by FDI, importing capital goods, and the collaborations between countries. Furthermore, this hypothesis states that the higher is the R&D expenditures, the higher is the technological absorption capability. Using the co-integration method of Johansen and Juselius (1990), it is found that the existence of adequate human capital in Iran has enhanced the technological absorption capability of the Iranian economy. However, the R&D expenditures have no significant effect on the absorption capability of the Iranian economy. In sum, the Iranian economy can benefit from the technological spillovers because of its capabilities to absorb the new technologies. Manuscript profile

In a knowledge-based economy, products and companies live and die on information and the most successful companies are the ones who use their intangible assets better and faster. Organizations are aware that knowledge is their most valuable and strategic resource in the present business environment. Knowledge management and intellectual capital approaches have become critical for universities, mainly due to the fact that universities’ main goals are the production and knowledge dissemination. Managers know they have to manage the process of learning and measure its outcomes and knowledge-based organizational resources, if they want to be competitive. Intellectual capital (IC) is a new approach which helps us face with barriers and problems of higher education system. It is the key successful element for knowledge-based organizations such as universities-. The managers of universities have to identify their IC, measure and manipulate it effectively. However, in the past few years, the problem of quantifying and accounting the value and explaining the components of the organization’s intellectual capital it has been questioned. Thus, this research tries to present indicators to measure structural capital (as one of the main parts of intellectual capital) by reviewing different frameworks in this field. At the end, we identified three Dimensions including Infrastructural Capital, Research and Development Capital, Knowledge Infrastructural Capital, using eight components and 50 indicators to measure these parameters. According to many economists, since the multinational enterprises entering the host economy have relatively more modern technologies than domestic firms, developing countries can reduce their technological gap through FDI inflow channel. It should be noted that the technology spillover of foreign investors is a function of domestic capacity for absorbing these technological spillovers. Considering the determining role of industry sector in the world economy, the goal of present study is to investigate the spillover effects of foreign investment from technological perspective, on the performance of industry sector of Iran during 1995-2009 years, in form of development plans. The results of the study show that during the second development plan a considerable correlation did not exist among improving the human capital (as the absorption capacity criteria), absorbing the foreign investment, spillover effects, and the industry sector performance. While in the third development plan, the mentioned correlations were significant. The reasons for the above mentioned significant correlations are as follows: policy requirements of the third plan about improving the research and development in macro-level of the economy, passing new laws of protecting and spreading the foreign direct investment in 2002. It is worth noting that while the above mentioned correlations had improved during the fourth development plan compared to the second plan, it shows weaker performance in comparison with the third plan. As a result, it should be noted that the mentioned correlations in industry sector were not significant during 1995-2002 years. Manuscript profile

One of the most important discussions in recent decades is human capital. Human capital, or in other words, quality of labor or institutionalization of knowledge in human, increases production and economic growth. Although human capital has been discussed since the classical period in economics , modeling and presentation of national models of economic growth, in which, human capital is considered, captured the attention of researchers in recent decades. In classical models, production was assumed to be the function of labor and capital; however, the quality of labor or human capital must be also considered in this function as an effective factor. The impact of human capital and technological knowledge on economic growth is commonly accepted. This study aims to measure the impact of human capital promotion on economic growth in selected countries of OPEC. Economists have presented different indicators for measuring human capital, one of them is the amount of government expenditure on education. In this study, the growth rate of government total education spending, along with other influential variables (R&D expenditure, Investment) are analyzed through the panel data approach for the period of 1998 to 2007.The research results of this method, indicate that the impact coefficient of all variables are confirmed by theoretical bases, coefficients for all variables are significant, and human capital has a positive effect on economic growth. According to the research findings, improving human capital by increasing labor skills and capabilities, which leads to increase in productivity and production, along with enhancing research and development expenditure is recommended in order to achieve higher economic growth. In knowledge based economy, the most successful enterprises are the ones who efficiently utilize their intangible knowledge capital. It is also considering that the term "Knowledge based enterprises" refers to enterprises that use their knowledge capital in order to compete against one another. In knowledge based view, profit is the result of commercialization of new ideas and innovations. In this respect, managers of knowledge based enterprises realize that their knowledge capital extent of their enterprises play a vital role in their business continuance. However, in practice managers usually are not aware of the value of knowledge capital or do not know how to measure it. Moreover, Knowledge capital analysis is not considered in the annual reports and balance sheets, leading complications for the managers to estimate its quantity and quality. It is also considering that the issue has also international importance in addition to its obvious internal significance. According to the latest studies, the major challenge that knowledge based enterprises (especially new born enterprises) face in the resent years has been the requirement to attract financial resources. Moreover, since most of the results and consequences of knowledge based enterprises are intangible knowledge outcomes, the requirement of communication with stakeholders and investors emphasizes the need of external knowledge capital reporting. In this respect, modeling and involving a good arrangement for reporting knowledge capital seems to be essential. This article seeks to browse among history, role, significance as well as economic function of venture capitals. To this end, it is endeavored to consider venture capital concept with a comprehensive and full detailed view. Therefore, in order to clarify the concept of venture capitals, we have assumed a lot of related key words. Yet, due to abundance of related key words and based on this fact that many of them have convergence with each other, therefore, an objective of this paper is to elaborate the mentioned terms. It is worth mentioning that necessity, significance and the role of such investments in economy and especially in investment scopes, have also been surveyed in this article. As a matter of fact, entrepreneurs are one of the main elements of every venture capital; therefore, we have tried to give enough information about their roles in this regard. Anyhow, this article plans to provide a proposed structure for carrying out venture capitals by investment companies, which is applicable domestically. For this reason, we have provided related records of global venture capital companies along with domestic ones. Based on previous propounded subjects, final part of the article is allocated to introduction of a feasible proposed structure for carrying out venture capitalism by investment companies. According to the accomplished studies, all of domestic venture capital companies have been established by the government, which their number does not exceed the fingers of a hand. Thus, shortage of these companies is obviously felt in domestic financial market and as before mentioned; lack of a feasible structure to do such investments is a main reason for this vacancy. The purpose of this research was to identify and rank what venture capitalists consider negotiable with startups. For this purpose, the negotiable items were identified through a literature review and then the validity of the questionnaires was evaluated and approved by experts. Consequently, the data of 26 experts in the field of the venture capital industry in Iran is collected through two questionnaires on a 5-point Likert scale. Reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha. Therefore, the research method was a descriptive survey based on the nature and data collection, and in terms of purpose, it was a practical development. Finally, the data were analyzed and ranked using multi-criteria decision-making algorithm (Shannon’s entropy and TOPSIS) based on the degree of importance and flexibility attributes. According to the findings of this study, these negotiable items fell into the descending order based on two criteria including importance and flexibility: preferred stock, board control (control rights), pro-rata rights, investment amount, valuation, performance indicator, liquidation preference rights, ownership stake, information rights, vesting, anti-dilution rights, tag-along rights, drag-along rights, option pool, dividends, participation rights, pay to play provisions and redemption rights (repurchase rights). The purpose of this article is to identify and present a high-risk investment model for insurance institutions in order to establish a risky insurance investment fund. The insurance industry is one of the strongest and most important supporting institutions of financial institutions, through risk coverage and investment of technical reserves in financial and real assets and the implementation of profitable economic activities, it plays a very important role in the dynamics of financial markets. Creating a decision-making model in a fuzzy environment provides this possibility for decision-makers so that they can more easily comment on the evaluation of options and determining the importance of decision-making criteria. In this article, it has been tried to identify and introduce the most important factors and effective factors of venture capital (VC) using the technique of fuzzy network analysis process in the insurance industry. The data needed for the research has been collected through in-depth interviews with a number of experts and researchers in the insurance industry, as well as a questionnaire. Due to the lack of independence and the existence of dependence between the effective factors, the method of fuzzy network analysis process was used to identify the possible dependencies between factors and measure them for the development of the VC model, and the results were prioritized with the method of non-fuzzy network analysis process. Is. The findings of the research show that operating cycle indicators, total asset turnover ratio, total investment return, loss factor, asset-liability ratio are ranked first to fifth among VC indicators. VCs help the insurance industry establish internal accounting rules and standardize their financial statements. In other words, VC support modifies the "hard" and "soft" information required for insurance.. Manuscript profile

In addition to the negative environmental and economic effects, the scattered growth of cities has many social costs, these costs increase day by day with the displacement and distance of urban neighborhoods from the city center and the formation of urban suburbs. Urban sprawl in itself does not involve social costs, but population displacement is the first consequence of urban expansion that affects the social network. Social problems related to dispersion, such as lack of diversity, poor communication, and as a result, the reduction of social capital, as well as health problems such as obesity due to dependence on cars, have been attributed to it. Dispersion abandons neighborhood structure in favor of car-dependent patterns, resulting in driving being mandatory for almost all daily activities. Commentators such as Putnam argue that the low-density suburban lifestyle associated with sprawl also reduces social capital and leads to a less healthy society. Sprawl Repair transforms sprawling car-dominated urban developments into complete communities that perform better economically, socially and environmentally. The purpose of the strategy of regeneration of dispersions is to create communities based on neighborhood units. The primary tactic of this method is to insert required elements such as buildings, high density, public space, additional communications, etc. to complete and diversify the scattered monocultural masses. Given that today, the participation-oriented and people-based approaches are among the most advanced and accepted approaches in the field of urban design, therefore, in this research, which was carried out in a descriptive and analytical method, an attempt is made to link the concept of social capital with Sprawl Repair, which has been introduced as a new tactic in recreating sprawl and creating complete communities, and finally, we prove that recreating urban sprawl is a driving force and a facilitating factor that has positive consequences on social capital. In the world, most of the national economies have experienced economic stagnation after the financial crisis. This has raised the need to examine the impact of financial innovation and economic growth to protect countries from problems that may arise from financial sector market failures. With the growth in the global economy, it is one of the basic factors of financial innovation that is observed in developed and developing countries and creates fruitful results for the economy. The relationship between financial innovation and economic growth during the last few decades is one of the topics of concern for economists. In this study, using the PMG test, we test the effect of financial innovation indicators on economic growth in developed and developing countries for the period from 2000 to 2022. Three proxy variables have been used to calculate financial innovation: liquidity to the volume of money in circulation (M2/M1), bank credit to the private sector, and a proxy with mobile phone penetration is used to calculate the number of active internet subscribers to the population. In developed countries, in the long run, all the coefficients except the inflation rate are significant at the level of 5%. The effect of government spending, gross capital formation and trade liberalization on economic growth has been positive. The coefficients of M2/M1 and mobile phone penetration are negative and the reliability coefficient is positive. In developing countries, coefficients of M2/M1 and mobile phone penetration are negative and credits are positive. Financial innovation indicators M2/M1 and mobile phone penetration rate (MB) have a negative effect on economic growth. The growth of innovation cannot be the basis of economic development for developing economies; Because the infrastructure is not available in these countries. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the current research was to validate the designed model of human resources development based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. For this purpose, a mixed approach of exploratory research was used. The research community in the qualitative part consisted of experts and specialists in the field of human resources development and the statement of the second step of the revolution, who were among the university faculty members and were selected by purposeful sampling method. Accordingly, 15 individuals were interviewed until the data reached information saturation. In the quantitative part of the research, from the employees of the human resources department of the ministries, 372 individuals were selected through random stratified sampling and the research questionnaire was implemented. In the qualitative part the data was analyzed by qualitative content analysis method, and in the quantitative part the data analysis was conducted with descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS and Smart PLS software. According to the findings of the research in examining the fit of the model, there was a good fit of the model. After examining the fit of the model designed to evaluate the main dimensions of the human resources development model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution, it was found that the dimension of society plays the most important role among the dimensions examined, and after this dimension, there was the organizational dimension. At the end of this continuum, the individual dimension played a significant role in forming the main dimensions of the human resources development model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. Based on the findings of the research, it is necessary to integrate the policies of human resources development with the policies of the country, including the policies presented in the statement of the second step of the revolution, which could lead to the realization of the goals of human resources development in the country. In the current challenging economy with increasing environmental pressures and limited external resources, current assets and liabilities, i.e., the working capital of economic enterprises, are increasingly important, and the working capital of economic enterprises can be considered as a competitive advantage for them. The working capital of the company is the amount invested in current assets. Working capital is considered as a life-giving force for every economic unit and its management should be considered as an important function in management. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the working capital behavior of companies under economic recession in Tehran's capital market. For this purpose, the information of the companies in the period of 10 years from 2013 to 2022 was reviewed and 110 companies were selected. In order to test the hypotheses of the research, multivariate regression method was used. The results showed that the economic recession has a significant impact on the components of working capital management, while the shock from the production sector does not affect them considering the role of financial constraints. The results also showed that the economic recession has a positive effect on the ratio of working capital and a negative effect on the cash conversion cycle, and finally that the economic recession, while having a negative effect on performance, is also affected by the shock from the production sector with the moderating role of financial restrictions. A reciprocal and ongoing interaction holds between literature and society. Some literary creations, particularly novels, represent and reflect societal concerns more than others. Drawing on Anthony Giddens’s theoretical framework, this descriptive-analytical study has been aimed to delve into a social issue in Mahmoud Dowlatabadi’s"Jāy-e Khāli-ye Salouch".Trust is a crucial component in every society and an indicator of social capital, for which sociologists have proposed multiple definitions and types. Indeed, distrust remains a shaky pillar of social harm. This analysis explores the roots of the widespread distrust that Dowlatabadi narrates in "Jāy-e Khāli-ye Salouch". The results indicated that the novel spotlights how the White Revolution in Iran, with land reform as its principal policy, and its consequent troubles for Iranian villagers impacted the amplification of distrust among the misery-ridden villagers. It pinpoints that the failure of Shah’s economic policies pertaining to the White Revolution and the incapability of the social system to address public participation were among the factors that diminished social trust. Unemployment, poverty, and migration from villages were some of the main outcomes of this project. Another contributor to distrust is injustice. The transformation of the underlying pillars of economic life, the state’s poor performance, and the consequent dire economic status of villagers were the major causes of distrust represented in "Jāy-e Khāli-ye Salouch". The novel’s weightiest types of distrust were institutional and interpersonal, highlighting the villagers’ lack of trust in the government and signifying that the policies of the second Pahlavi regime were not directed toward developing different types of trust. The university is considered the most important pillar of society's development, and the expansion of work ethics and its institutionalization provide the foundations for scientific and industrial prosperity in it. The main purpose of this article is to explain social factors related to work ethics. The research method was a survey (quantitative) and the tool was a questionnaire (which had acceptable validity and reliability). Due to the uncertainty of the exact number of faculty members of Tehran universities (statistical society), 300 people were randomly selected and questionnaires were distributed among them, and finally 292 forms were completed and entered into the analysis. Findings The results show that the tendency towards academic work ethics is higher among the married group, younger faculty members, and among the disciplines, respectively, social sciences, educational sciences, agriculture (especially the field of agricultural promotion and education) and finally, basic sciences. The results of the statistical tests also show that there is a direct relationship between social cohesion, social trust, social participation and religious affiliation, and between age, social anomie, feeling of relative deprivation and feeling of social discrimination with work ethic, and in the regression model, this is also a significant indirect relationship. The factors have been able to explain 0.43 percent of changes in the dependent variable (commitment to work ethics) Manuscript profile

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><strong>Introduction </strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">Social capital is considered to be a network of relationships, interactions, and the values and norms governing these relationships, which can create the necessary platform for the realization of society's goals by fostering trust, convergence, and proper interaction. To achieve collective goals, relying on and emphasizing social capital&mdash;meaning establishing trust, creating a spirit of cooperation, and fostering correct interaction&mdash;is essential and precedes other matters. By establishing contact with each other, members of society can cooperate, and social relations and interactions between people are influenced by various social, economic, and cultural changes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">The gathering of immigrants with different cultures in unsuitable living environments, along with unemployment and poverty, leads to the creation of delinquent neighborhoods and various psychological problems. Criminological studies and social psychology have always found their most important subjects in big, dense cities and among immigrants. In underdeveloped countries, urbanization expands along with the growth of services independent of industrial development, leading to decreased production, hidden and open unemployment, and the rise of urban crimes. Marginalization and its consequences can be seen as social damage and problems. It should not be overlooked that, in addition to the negative aspects of marginalization in the social structure and spatial construction of cities, this environment also has negative consequences for the marginalized themselves. These include the presence of crime and delinquency in these areas, an inappropriate social, economic, and cultural environment for children and teenagers, a sense of insecurity, and the lack of welfare, cultural facilities, and necessary amenities for youth and teenagers to spend their free time. This creates a poor way of life for these people.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">The main problem of the research is whether there is a significant difference in the amount of social capital among women in marginal and non-marginal areas of Sari city.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><strong>Methodology</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">This research employed a field-based survey method and was practical in purpose. The statistical population comprised 143,764 women over 15 years old in Sari. Based on Krejci and Morgan's standard sampling table, 384 participants were selected as the sample. To access the sample, a cluster random sampling method was used. Marginalized areas in Sari city, including Koi-e- Shahid Chamran, Ghafari neighborhood, and Azadi neighborhood, were randomly selected, while Farhang Street, Javadiyeh area, and Beasath area were chosen from non-marginalized areas. The data collection tool was a social capital questionnaire. The social capital measured in this research was divided into four dimensions: social participation, social trust, social cohesion, and social relations, each with 32 items across these four dimensions. The four dimensions of social capital were theoretically and operationally defined. The validity of the questionnaires was established through expert opinions, and the reliability, as measured by Cronbach's alpha, was 0.84 for the social capital questionnaire and for each component: social participation (0.74), social trust (0.91), social cohesion (0.83), and social relations (0.87). Data analysis used the Levene test, which showed a significance level (sig) of 0.114, greater than 0.05, indicating the use of the assumption of equal variances<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><strong>Findings</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">The research findings indicated that the average levels of social capital (99.63), social participation (23.36), social trust (27.24), social cohesion (27.38), and social relations (21.63) were higher among residents of non-marginal areas compared to the average levels in marginalized areas: social capital (74.87), social participation (16.37), social trust (19.27), social cohesion (24.46), and social relations (14.75). Therefore, it can be concluded that the type of residence&mdash;whether marginalized or non-marginalized&mdash;affects the amount of social capital<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">According to the t-statistic results (t = 25.41, sig = 0.000 for the first hypothesis; t = 29.25, sig = 0.000 for the second hypothesis; t = -9.29, sig = 0.000 for the third hypothesis; t = 19.94, sig = 0.000 for the fourth hypothesis), at a 95% confidence level (&alpha; = 0.05) and (df) = 384 - 2, which is greater than the critical t-value (t = 1.64), the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The research hypothesis is strongly supported by the data, with 95% confidence, indicating a significant difference between the views of women from marginalized and non-marginalized areas of Sari regarding the four components of social capital. Both groups of women recognize a significant difference in the status and level of these components in their respective areas<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">Additionally, the overall t-statistic (t = 24.963, sig = 0.000 for the main hypothesis), at a 95% confidence level (&alpha; = 0.05) and (df) = 382, is greater than the critical t-value (t = 1.64), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and strong confirmation of the research hypothesis. Therefore, we conclude with 95% certainty that there is a significant difference between the views of women in marginalized and non-marginalized areas of Sari regarding the status and amount of social capital<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="background: white;">Conclusion</span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">The findings suggest that the type of residence&mdash;marginal or non-marginal&mdash;affects the amount of social capital. According to Putnam's theory, suburbanization or marginalization is a factor in reducing social capital. Coleman also identifies migration and relocation of families as influential in decreasing social capital. Ofe and Fuchs consider living in suburbs or marginalized areas as affecting social capital levels. Putnam's theory indicates that marginalization limits people's opportunities to interact, as they must allocate more time to daily tasks and less to socializing. This situation impacts all indicators of social capital.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">Social cohesion is higher in non-marginal areas. According to the theory of social disorganization, factors such as reduced efficiency of social institutions like family and kinship restrictions, which act as informal forces to control social norms, are consequences of industrialization, urbanization, and increasing immigration. Marginal residents, many with less than eight years of peripheral experience, have not had the opportunity to form new relationships. Moreover, immigrants from diverse regions and cultures disrupt existing kinship and family ties.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">The results also reveal a significant difference in trust levels between marginalized and non-marginalized areas, with non-marginalized residents showing higher trust. Marginal residents often experience mistrust towards government organizations due to indifference from officials and poor conditions in marginalized areas. Social inequalities and unfair income distribution further contribute to this mistrust. Additionally, rising crime rates and lack of cooperation in addressing these issues reduce public trust.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;">In conclusion, the social capital of marginalized women in Sari differs significantly from that of non-marginalized women. This difference is influenced by social, cultural, and economic contexts, as well as the cross-sectional perspective of urban decision-makers. Erosion of social capital in marginalized regions affects their resilience in risk management and crisis situations.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"><br style="mso-special-character: line-break; page-break-before: always;" clear="all" /> </span></p> <div style="mso-element: footnote-list;"><br clear="all" /><hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" /> <div id="ftn1" style="mso-element: footnote;"> <p class="MsoFootnoteText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><a style="mso-footnote-id: ftn1;" title="" href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: FA;">* </span></a><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Corresponding Author: </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: FA;">Assistant Professor, Department of Social Sciences, Payame Noor University, Tehran, Iran.</span></p> <p class="MsoFootnoteText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: FA;"><a href="mailto:Javad_feli@pnu.ac.ir"><span style="color: black; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Javad_feli@pnu.ac.ir</span></a></span></p> </div> <div id="ftn2" style="mso-element: footnote;"> <p class="MsoFootnoteText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><a style="mso-footnote-id: ftn2;" title="" href="#_ftnref2" name="_ftn2"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: FA;">**</span></a><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: FA;"> Ph.D. Student in Social Issues Kharazmi University, Tehran, Iran. </span></p> <p class="MsoFootnoteText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: FA;">drali.gorjik@gmail.com</span></p> </div> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> Manuscript profile

regions of the country Afshin kasalaei Meisam mousaaei Reza Ali Mohseni Khalil Mirzaie Bahram Ghadimei Abstract The present study investigates the factors affecting capital absorption in less developed regions of Iran during the years 1300-1400. To investigate the above issue, the effect of independent variables (economic, social, cultural, legal and political indicators) on the dependent variable (the amount of capital surplus absorption) is examined. The statistical population in this study is 31 provinces of the country, among which 4 provinces have less (less developed) (Kurdistan, Hormozgan, West Azerbaijan and Sistan and Baluchestan) according to the studies (based on three principles). Opportunities, capabilities and achievements) have been purposefully selected as a statistical sample. Research method this research is a mixed method (quantitative-qualitative) and uses fuzzy Delphi techniques, TOPSIS-factor analysis, structural-interpretive equations and structural equations. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected by the mentioned methods and analyzed and explained using statistical tests. This study was conducted with the aim of "designing a model and mechanisms to increase the ability to attract surplus capital in less developed (less privileged) areas and with the assumptions of economic, socio-cultural, political and legal indicators on the impact of surplus capital and the results show This is because the hypotheses are confirmed and the independent variable affects the dependent variable. Arsham Hedaei Mohammad Reza Farzin Karim Emami Jazeh Farhad Ghaffari Abstract In the world, most of the national economies have experienced economic stagnation after the financial crisis.

Mohammad Taqi Heidari Saadi Saedi Doise Abstract In addition to the negative environmental and economic effects, the scattered growth of cities has many social costs, these costs increase day by day with the displacement and distance of urban neighborhoods from the city center and the formation of urban suburbs. Urban sprawl does not have a social cost by itself, but population displacement is the first consequence of urban expansion that affects the social network. Finally, commentators such as Putnam argue that the low-density suburban lifestyle associated with sprawl also reduces social capital and leads to a less healthy society. Sprawl Repair transforms sprawling car-dominated urban developments into whole communities that perform better economically, socially and environmentally. The purpose of the strategy of regeneration of dispersions is to create communities based on neighborhood units. The primary tactic of this method is to insert required elements such as buildings, high density, public space, additional communications, etc. to complete and diversify the scattered monocultural masses. Meysam Kaviani Frshad Bozorgi Farzad Nikfarjam Abstract In the current challenging economy with increasing environmental pressures and limited external resources, current assets and liabilities, i.e., the working capital of economic enterprises, are increasingly important, and the working capital of economic enterprises can be considered as a competitive advantage for them.
