The purpose of this research is to present a pattern regarding lay-off in local organizations (a case study about municipalities of Esfahan province) and also to analyze the impact of structural, behavioral and individual factors on lay-off and its aspects. The method used to do this research is descriptive and correlative .The method used to collect information is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the first stage (qualitative approach), the subjects were 22 experts who had suitable information about the issue of lay-off. A lay-off pattern and the influential factors on lay-off were designed using the fuzzy Delphi method and also fuzzy logic. These two methods were used to have more correlation between the views of the experts. Then, in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed in order to evaluate the pattern and then after reviewing the validity of the questionnaire through Exploratory Factor Analysis, it was given to some managers who, based on Judgmental Sampling, had been chosen out of managers of branches and units of municipalities in Esfahan province. The relationships between components of the model were reviewed using structural equation model. The findings demonstrated that the hypotheses were confirmed and the effect of individual, behavioral and structural factors on lay-off, the mutual effect of behavioral and structural factors and also the effect of individual factors on structural and behavioral factors are meaningful and direct. To this end, municipalities can take the right decisions, which are based on the views of experts, about the time of lay-off, the branch or the people who are going to be laid off and also the influential resources in lay-off. Today, the role of knowledge-based companies has grown as one of the key pillars of the resistance economy. Considering the importance of the ability, expertise, and skills of these companies, consideration of the mental, emotional, and interactive characteristics of the company is an essential precondition for the realization of the goals in the knowledge-based companies. The higher the degree of affiliation of the company to the knowledge workers, the more meaningful the concept of performance management will be. However, so far, in the field of knowledge workers' performance, it has been evaluating the performance of these categories of employees. The prevailing characteristics of performance evaluation systems can be seen as the tangent, downside, downside and low level of integrity and effectiveness of the entire system. The research is composed of two stages. With a library study and a review of the research background, an eight-stage performance management model process was extracted. In the first step, after interviewing 16 experts , using the qualitative method of the analysis, the dimensions (stages) of the performance management process of knowledge workers were analyzed. In the second step, the research was conducted using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach and the use of expert judgment to design a model for the performance management process of knowledge workers in knowledgeable Based companies. This article is aimed at designing and explaining the integrated pattern of employee performance management in the country's state-owned banks. In order to achieve this goal, first the integrated categories of integrated performance management have been identified and validated, and finally, by determining the model of causal relationships of these elements, the final model has been obtained. This research is based on empiricist philosophy and deductive-inductive method. The present study is a fundamental research in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, it’s a cross-sectional research. In this research, mixed method (qualitative & quantitative) has been used. The statistical population of this article includes professors and experts with management experience in SepahBank and has been used to sample the method of bullet and snow. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was achieved, and finally 11 managers of the central offices of SepahBank participated in this study. To identify the infrastructural categories of employee performance management, a metasynthesis method has been used and by using interpretive-structural modeling, an integrated staff performance management model has been presented. Data analysis was performed with MaxQda and MicMac software. The results show that among integrated management structures, performance, planning and targeting and organizational culture have high penetration power and have low effectiveness. So the variables are independent. The two variables of knowledge management and coaching have high penetration power and dependency, so they are transferable variables. Employee performance management variables and performance analysis and revision are also highly dependent but have little influence, so they are dependent variables. Manuscript profile

In this study, smart pls software was used to test the hypotheses. Because the model has two modifiers, one of which is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the interaction competency variable of queue employees has an effect on customer satisfaction. Also, the competency variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. Employee demand variable modulates the effect of queue staff competence on customer satisfaction, but queue employee demand variable does not moderate the effect of interaction competence on customer satisfaction. In addition, store swarm variable 6 moderates the effect of queue staff competence on customer satisfaction, but store swarm variable did not have a moderating effect on the effect of queue staff interaction competence on customer satisfaction. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the current status of the employee training and development system in Iranian organizations. The study deploys a descriptive research design and a combination of survey approaches – including field study, interviews, focus groups, longitudinal study and trend analysis – for data collection. The main basis for data collection and analysis is a Training and Development Excellence Model, which is used for evaluating the organizations under study. The statistical population of the study is comprised of all Iranian organizations that are active in five businesses; services, manufacturing, health and medicine, finance and insurance, and education. Moreover, these organizations are categorized into (1) large and (2) small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) each of which are further divided into private and public businesses. According to this algorithm and using a combinational approach, 20 organizations are selected as the sample population from the four categories described above via purposeful single-stage cluster sampling. Apart from literature review, methods such as interviews and focus groups are conducted in the evaluation process. The collected data are analyzed for descriptive statistics including the indicators of central tendency and dispersion. Furthermore, levels of excellence are analyzed with radar logic. The results indicate that the status of training situation differs for types of business, sizes of enterprise and types of organizational ownership. Of the five types of business, organizations active in the banking and financial sector scored highest on three key indicators of training performance: the average direct cost of training per employee, hours of training per employee, and the ratio of trained employees to the total staff. Organizations active in the manufacturing sector had the highest performance only in the key indicator of the ratio of trained employees to the total staff. Moreover, large-sized organizations had a better performance than SMEs and private organizations had a better performance than public organizations in all the four indicators of performance. The findings also suggest that organizations active in banking and finance, manufacturing, health and medicine, education, and services have shown the lowest degree of overall satisfaction with training performance. The purpose of this paper was to express and emphasis on the necessity of training for management team and employees and at the same time to provide a comprehensive training model to compensate lack of training in the Bank Melli printing and publishing company (BMIPCO). It was mixed method study based on the scope of the research. Moreover, the conducted structure of the research was based on two different phases as follow: The research in phase 1 was conducted with qualitative nature. The goal was set to obtain an analytical phenomenological analysis in connection with the current status of training management in the printing industry of Iran. In this level, 45 printing experts were interviewed. The selection of the experts was based on the purposive sampling method. The collected data were analyzed based on phenomenological research methodology and with the Colizzi’s method Results of analysis concluded that lack of “Training Management System” is the major issue which caused mentioned deficiencies and skills retardation in this industry. In the second phase, the research was conducted with quantitative nature. The goal was set to check the conformance of a structural domain with experimental data. The research type was conducted based on correlation method. Research was implemented on 150 employees of BMIPCO with employment of Cochran formula. Data collection tool was consisted of a questionnaire which was developed on a research basis. Analyzing and interpretation of the collected data, with the implementation of the structural hypotheses in the model, suggests that deficiencies of training assessment, educational planning, provision and execution of training, evaluation of the result of training and its outcomes and supervision are five essential independent factors that affect the situation of the “Training Management System” in the BMIPCO. Analyzing of the collected data indicates that the proposed structural model enjoyed a great popularity among participants. Eventually, to enhance productivity in BMI PCO, “Comprehensive Training Management Model” which has been approved both theoretically and experimentally is quite ready for “Deployment and Establishment” on management and employees of this company. The purpose of this study was to provide a model of stress management training and its relationship with employees' self-efficacy. In terms of applied purpose, this research was a combination of exploratory data (qualitative and quantitative) and in terms of research implementation, it was a grounded theory approach (qualitative stage) and in terms of quantity, it was a cross-sectional survey. The study population in the qualitative section includes Professors and academic experts (psychology and social medical management specialists), according to the entry and exit criteria in the qualitative section and in the quantitative section including experts and managers who had taken stress management training. Sample size and sampling method in qualitative part based on the principle of theoretical saturation of 12 people using purposive sampling method and in quantitative part according to Cochran's formula 220 employees of Zanjan, Qazvin and Mazandaran Universities of Medical Sciences and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in 2020 using a multi-stage sampling method. To collect data, a semi-structured interview method and a researcher-made questionnaire were used and in a quantitative section of the General Schwarvar and Jerosalm General Self-efficacy questionnaire (1992).To evaluate the validity and reliability of qualitative section data, credibility, conformability and transferability criteria were used. content validity and the opinion of several experts were used to confirm the validity of the tool in the quantitative part. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated according to Cronbach's alpha formula. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the researcher-made education questionnaire was 0.84 and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.81 self-efficacy questionnaire, indicating that research tools have desirable reliability. In the qualitative part, the content analysis of the interviews was used to analyze the data, using the coding method (open, axial and selective coding), confirmatory factor analysis, heuristic factor analysis, structural equations and descriptive statistics were used. Then regression analysis was used to measure the relationship between coping methods with self – efficacy. The results showed that to deal with stressful situations, three basic strategies of problem-focused coping strategy, emotion-focused coping strategy and avoidance-focused coping strategy can be used for the stress management training model. In general, the components presented to deal with stressful situations have the necessary and appropriate validity, and all three main components (problem-focused coping strategy, emotion-focused coping strategy and avoidance-focused coping strategy) were in a good position to explain and fit.In this research, the questionnaire of coping with stressful conditions was valid and approved. Strategies for coping with stressful situations had a different effect on people's self-efficacy, so that problem-oriented coping strategy had a significant positive relationship with self-efficacy and the effect of problem-oriented coping strategy was on incremental self-efficacy (P <0.05). In other words, the more emphasis is placed on problem-oriented coping strategy, the more self-efficacy of individuals increases, and in contrast to emotion-focused coping strategy and avoidant-centered coping strategy has a negative and decreasing relationship with self-efficacy (P <0.05), As the emotion-focused coping strategy and avoidance- focused coping strategy highlighted ,the self - efficacy of individuals also decreased Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to provide a model for identifying and developing the growth of government employees (Case study: Ministry of Labor Welfare and Social Affairs). The research has been done in terms of applied purpose and exploratory methods. The data collection method was quantitative and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. The sample size is 237 employees of the Ministry of Labor Welfare and Social Affairs of Tehran living in Tehran (villages and cities), who have answered the above-mentioned distribution questionnaire in this study. In this study, to collect information, two methods of library studies were used to review books and articles and related and dissertations, and documents in libraries related to the subject and content in cyberspace, as well as field studies using a questionnaire. The researcher-made questionnaire is based on semi-structured interviews (individual or group) that include components that were administered after confirmation of reliability and validity. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. In the model of factor analysis between components because organizational growth dimension (one component) and ethical growth dimension (four components); they had a factor load of less than 0.3, were removed from the factor analysis process, and were considered "very desirable" given that the remaining 14 items were greater than 0.6. Finally, all 14 remaining components and their indicators were accepted under the heading of dimensions and components of the growth pattern of the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs. The results indicate that the main components of staff growth in the Ministry of Labor Welfare and Social Affairs are process maturity, individual maturity, organizational maturity, professional maturity, and moral maturity. To check the fit of the model, check the X2, R, and RS; It was discussed that the presence of low X2 and the ratio of chi-square to the degree of freedom less than three, as well as the coefficient of determination and the adjusted coefficient of determination, were calculated; Indicates the proper fit of the model. Findings showed that in the studied companies, there is a positive and strong relationship between intelligence and organizational performance. Also, the relationship between intelligence and organizational growth principles is positive and significant, but there is no significant relationship between organizational growth principles and performance. The results showed that the components of improving the quality of education and growth of municipal managers are individual, educational and organizational. The results of organizational maturity research align individual and organizational goals in order to create cohesive and efficient groups in the workplace, in accordance with the mission and interests of the organization, and this is important through responsibility and voluntary participation in continuous improvement activities. Reduces negative behaviors in the organization In general, organizational maturity is a very complex theory of behavior that refers to behavior change at the organizational level. Manuscript profile

Human resource is the main focus of behavior and performance in the organizations, and hence they should concentrate on their human resources in order to achieve more effectiveness and realize their mission and goals. Currently in organizations, new paradigms are based on empowering human capital to take advantage of individual abilities for dealing with uncertain and complex conditions and realize their plans and goals, which could lead to the survival and success of the organization. Considering the significance of the performance of the electricity industry, the purpose of this research was to provide a model of empowering the employees of the administrative system based on the components of organizational intelligence and organizational interpersonal relationships. The research method was applied in terms of nature, was descriptive in terms of data collection, and was a survey in terms of implementation method. The tool for collecting data included a questionnaire. First, the dimensions and indicators of empowerment, organizational intelligence, and organizational interpersonal relations were identified based on library studies and interviews with experts, and then interpretive structural modeling was used to determine and analyze the relationships between dimensions and indicators. The results of the research showed that the performance management index is located at the seventh level, which is the most important index. The foundation of employee empowerment is based on performance management, and in any action to empower employees, enough attention should be paid to the significant effect of this indicator on the macro variables of the organization. Also, the role impact index was placed at the first level, which had the highest dependence. Manuscript profile

This paper studied sustainable competitive advantage in competencies required by the hotel staff to ensure the permanent competitiveness of the hotels. The Resource-based View emphasizes the organizations need to attend internal resources, especially human resources. The agency approach emphasizes on staff role-play and their interaction within the framework. This research was a developmental-applied and descriptive-quantitative survey. For data collection, we distributed a questionnaire of 73 questions among a random selection of 260 individuals, including the managers and the staff of five-star hotels in Tehran. Using the structural equation modeling, we analyzed the data in both the measuring model section and the structural section to examine the technical features and the research hypothesis, respectively. Findings showed positive and meaningful impacts of the action-framework variable on the competent actor, and the competent actor showed the same impacts on creating a sustainable competitive advantage in the forms of productive, process, and administrative innovations. Based on the results, there was a relationship between the factors of action framework (i.e., mental welfare, affirmative freedom grant, knowledge sharing, revolutionary leadership, organizational equality, providing psychological conventions) and inter-personal, intra-personal skills and managerial skills and organizational competence of the staff. Finally, the hotel managers in Iran were recommended to provide the groundwork for staff role-play and to design job-tests and performance-appraisal standards, based on the skills and competencies identified in this study. Changing employee behavior is a common challenge for many organizations. When employees deviate from expected behavior, it can be seen as a form of human behavioral entropy, making it difficult to predict their actions. Entropy is a degree of disorder in any system that increases over time according to the second law of thermodynamics. Disturbances may also occur in human behavior when human behavior goes out of stability and moves towards instability, which can be called entropy in behavior. With the appearance of entropy in the behavior of employees, it becomes difficult for managers to control their behavior and the possibility of any behavioral problems in the organization is obvious. Understanding the underlying causes of these behaviors can help prevent problems within organizations. This study is focused on developing a model to reduce employee behavioral entropy within the justice administration system. The research is qualitative in nature, with a statistical population consisting of experts with relevant experience in the field. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling. Qualitative data was collected through interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the analysis identified background factors (economic, legal, social, political, and technological), behavioral factors (personality, professional ethics, job passion, impression management, and job satisfaction), and structural factors (structural and process, leadership, work rules and regulations, cultural and educational) as organizing categories and basic categories in the design of the model, focusing on a three-pronged approach to reducing justice administration employee behavioral entropy.
