Nowadays, organizational portals hold a key role in disseminating organizational information at different layers. Within their scope, educational portals are particularly significant, due to their ability in upgrading users’ knowledge and skill in realizing entrepreneurship business. Considering the geographical distributed-ness as well as job variation in entrepreneurship and the parameters which are influential in the process of designing these portals, developing a mechanism that can offer a high capability to portals in upgrading entrepreneurship skill, is of high priority. This necessitates the very features which are essential to designing efficiently these sorts of portals. In this paper, an approach is suggested according to which the features expected for designing an educational portal are represented in terms of an ontology, and it is subsequently explained how and in what way these features can on the one hand help realize entrepreneurship business and on the other hand help entrepreneurship training/education come true in a reasonable way. At the end, the capability of the proposed approach will be discussed in terms of two practical scenarios being used frequently. Manuscript profile

Today, a modern and strategic approach has come out for teaching the environmental concepts to the children which is based on environmental art. The aim of this approach is to turn the environmental crisis into a thoughtful discourse for deepening our understanding, improving the techniques, nourishing our feeling and sentiments in order to have a different and fresh view towards the relationship between man and environment. The present article proceeds to study the principles of various solutions through which we can apply it to environmental art which leads to the enhancement of environmental understanding of children. Accordingly, the present work follows a descriptive- analytic method according to which the role of art creations and researches in nature will be used to promote the environmental awareness of children. The findings of this work indicate that environmental art by establishing easy relationship with the audiences by taking into account the objective, empirical, and reflective consideration can turn out to be a suitable method for children in their approach towards the environment. One of the main features of this approach is that it is based on visual, symbolic and conceptual method of environmental art versus mere scientific method of certain approaches. Manuscript profile

Skills training is an essential element for the development of human capital and achieving the goals of sustainable development of the land. This type of training has a special place in the private and public sectors. On the other hand, the acceptance of the training provided by the responsible organizations is an important issue that leads to the sustainability and continuity of skills training and on the other hand leads to improving the performance of responsible institutions and organizations. In this research, an attempt was made to plan and plan with a new approach, ie combining strategic attitude with market-oriented policy, development of skill, technical and professional training in South Khorasan province. The results of the research confirm that in areas where South Khorasan province has the potential of natural environment (such as mines), the lack or lack of skill training can also be seen. This issue has been exacerbated due to changes in the current economic and social environment of the country and the region. Also, part of the skills, technical and professional training that has been done so far in the province, was not in line with the real needs of society and did not lead to the necessary results. This means that the loss of resources and capital in the field of skills training in the province is one of the epidemics that needs to change fundamentally. Finally, the necessary strategies to overcome the current situation while maintaining maximum efficiency in the social space of the province are presented. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between child characteristics (behavioral problems and social skills) with the psychological well-being of mothers of students with intellectual disabilities with the mediating role of maternal mindfulness. The study was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population included students with intellectual disabilities in primary schools with intellectual disability in Golestan province, in the academic year 2019-2020, and their mothers. 298 students (out of 878 students) were selected by cluster sampling. The instruments used in the study were: The Children,s The Rutter Children,s behavior questionnaire (1967), Matson’s social skills scale (1983), Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (2006), and Ryff Psychological Wellbeing Scale (1980). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling, using SPSS23 and AMOS23 statistical software. The results showed a significant positive correlation between social skills and mindfulness with psychological well-being. There was also a significant negative correlation between behavioral problems and psychological well-being. In addition, the mediating role of mindfulness in the relationship between child characteristics (behavioral problems and social skills) with psychological well-being was confirmed (P <0.01). From the research findings, it is inferred that by reducing the behavioral problems and increasing the social skills of students in schools, it is possible to improve the psychological well-being of their mothers. In this paper, an online signature verification method using extended regression in stationary wavelet domain is presented. To calculate the similarity between two signatures by extended regression, we should equalize the time length of the corresponding signals in two signatures. Using all points of the signals to equalize their time length will decrease the difference between a genuine signature and its forgery. Here a new approach based on the extreme points warping of the signals is presented. This approach equalizes the time length of two signals without degrading the differences between them. Also we calculated the similarity of signatures by using the details of the signals in stationary wavelet transform, SWT, domain, which showed very good results. The proposed system was tested on SVC2004 signature database. The results were compared with the results of participant teams in the first international signature verification competition. We have gained EER=6% for skilled forgery signatures. Comparing the result, it shows that we stand in the second rank between all the participants. This system has no verification error for random forgery signatures and stands in the first rank. Our experimental results show that using SWT domain instead of time domain decreases the verification error rate by 35%. Manuscript profile

Reinforcement learning is atype of machine learning methods in which the agent uses its transactions with the environment to recognize the environment and to improve its behavior. One of the main problems of standard reinforcement learning algorithms like Q-learning is that they are not able to solve large scale problems in a reasonable time. Acquiring skills helps to decompose the problem to a set of sub-problems and to solve it with hierarchical methods. In spite of the promising results of using skills in hierarchical reinforcement learning, it has been shown in some previous studies that based on the imposed task, the effect of skills on learning performance can be quite positive. On the contrary, if they are not properly selected, they can increase the complexity of problem-solving. Hence, one of the weaknesses of previous methods proposed for automatically acquiring skills is the lack of a systematic evaluation method for each acquired skill. In this paper, we propose new methods based on graph clustering for subgoal extraction and acquisition of skills. Also, we present new criteria for evaluating skills, with the help of which, inappropriate skills for solving the problem are eliminated. Using these methods in a number of experimental environments shows a significant increase in learning speed. Manuscript profile

This research focuses on the need to develop meaningful training programs as a part of the reform of the secondary education system. Given that preparing the future managers is a responsibility we all share today, this study aims at designing a model for training future managers. This study adopted a qualitative exploratory approach. Accordingly, subsequent to reviewing the related literature, the semi-structured interviews with 15 selected senior managers in the Ministry of Education as well as experts and elites of the field were done. Participants were selected based on the snowball method. The interviews continued until the saturation level was achieved. Then, interviews were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. After analyzing the data and extracting the codes, they were classified into three major categories: 47 basic concepts, 18 organizers, and 5 inclusive themes, as the components of the model. The five inclusive themes were named as self-management, social factors, management of others, planning and the education system policy, and educational skills. Then, the model was designed based on the relationships among the themes. Finally, the research findings suggested that teaching management skills to adolescents, based on the recommended model of secondary school education system transformation, would lead to changes in the educational policy and development of such management skills as communication skills, critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork. At the end, recommendations are made based on the sub-themes obtained in each area and the key points raised by the experts of the field. Manuscript profile

Needs assessment is a first step in the process of human resources soft skills learning and development programs designing, and paying attention to it, will increase the effectiveness of them. this study addresses the need assessment for learning, and development programs of human resources soft skills in public organizations. Lack of attention to the essential differences between soft and hard skills in the needs assessment stage, will cause problems in the later stages of the personnel development process. Based on this, first the components of human resources soft skills were identified using the systematic review method; Then in order to identify other components of the needs assessment, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 23 experts in the field of human resources training and development, and content analysis was performed. Then, the findings validity of the content analysis, was calculated using the Delphi method, and descriptive statistics, and was confirmed by reaching the maximum consensus of the panelists participating in the study. Finally, soft skills were identified in two categories of individual, and social soft skills with 20 components, and needs assessment components with two main themes, four sub-themes and eight codes. Lack of proper attention to soft skills by public organizations indicates their need to designing these programs. It is also worthwhile to pay attention to the codification of soft skills in the jobs description in the needs assessment stage, and the necessary .classification between managerial and non-managerial jobs in terms of the type of their need for soft skills. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational games on students' learning. To achieve this goal, the self-biography method was used and the memories and experiences of the student's internship in the last year of English language teaching at Farhangian University of Kerman were narrated. The memoirs section includes three memoirs from internships one and two. The results of the narrations show that in order to design and execute a suitable educational game in order to have a better effect on students' learning, we must inform the students about the planning of the games, provide the main supplies, materials and resources for the implementation of the game. Allocate adequate time to play, take time to listen to students' criticisms and suggestions, and avoid repetitive, complex, non-educational games that do the game's effect on education. Students will. The teacher must be careful in choosing the game to choose it according to the level of knowledge and skill of the student and in accordance with the subject of the lesson, because the student has the necessary confidence when he has acquired sufficient skills. Knowing the types of games and creating suitable opportunities for learning through games is useful in educating children, so it is necessary for educators to provide appropriate educational facilities and tools to enrich the intellectual dimensions and flourish the talents of students. The purpose of this research is to study the effectiveness of life skills training on cognitive emotion regulation strategies of gifted female students. Method: The present study is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of this study is female students studying in gifted schools in Tehran (secondary school) in the academic year of 1398-99. At first, all tenthth grade high school students (170 people) completed the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ) and among them, 32 students with lowest scores in resilient strategies were selected as a sample group, randomly divided into experimental and control groups of 16. One experimental group was given 12 sessions of training, while the control group did not receive any training. After the training sessions, post-test was performed for both experimental and control groups. Also, after a month and a half in the follow-up phase, both groups were tested. Results: Using the mixed variance analysis method, the results show that life skills training significantly caused the experimental group to receive higher average scores in acceptance strategies, refocusing, positive refocus and putting into perspective on post-test and follow-up stages compared to the pre-test stage. The study also uses non-adaptive strategies to reduce self-blame and rumination in gifted female students. Conclusion: Teaching life skills in gifted students significantly increases the use of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and decreases the use of non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. The purpose of this research is to investigate the social components in primary school students. Social skills have different components and experts have different views about the components of social skills. But all experts agree on components such as empathy, cooperation, visual and auditory ability, responsibility, self-expression, problem solving, etc. In this article, the role of various institutions in the development of students' social skills has been discussed. Communicating and continuously participating in group activities is one of the issues that affects everyone's personal and social life. Education and strengthening of social relations in children can help in getting their job positions in the future. Teaching these relationships from childhood and before entering school should be given to them by parents. Children who have learned these manners before starting school can accept being separated from their parents and entering a new educational environment better than others. Of course, training parents does not reduce any of the responsibilities of teachers and teaching staff to strengthen this skill. Students who acquire social skills are usually more popular with their peers, have higher grades, and are noticed by teachers. On the other hand, the low level of social relations of children leads to isolation and long-term consequences on their mental health. For this reason, teaching these relationships to children in schools is one of the necessary things to overcome the problems they face. Manuscript profile

Background: This study compared team and individual motor activity games on the development of social skills and executive functioning of students. Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study used a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the research consisted of all male students (256 subjects) of primary school in municipal Zone 4 of Tehran. The sample in the present study was estimated to be 30 students in 3 groups using G*POWER to achieve a test power of 0.8 and an effect size of 0.80. Cluster sampling method was used to select students. In the first stage, 5 schools, 1 class from each school, and 6 students from each class were randomly selected as samples. They were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups of team games, individual games, and the control group. The Matson Evaluation of Social Skills with Youngsters-II (1983) was used to measure social skills, and The Barkley Deficits in Executive Functioning Scale—Children and Adolescents (BDEFS-CA) (2012) was used for executive functioning. In the present study, the designed experiment consisted of sixteen 60-min sessions (2 sessions per week); two types of experimental protocols including individual games and team games and also control conditions were used. Individual exercises included ten male students wherein each student performed the exercises with a coach. Team exercises included ten male students in the form of two teams who performed exercises as various activities and games. Results: By examining the results of difference in the means of the two intervention groups (team and individual exercises) and control group, it was found that in the sub-components of appropriate social skills, aggressiveness, and impulsive behaviors, the individual exercises group was more effective compared to the team exercises group (P<0.05). In the sub-components of non-social behaviors, superiority, high self-confidence, relationship with peers, and total social skills, the team exercises group was more effective compared to the individual exercises group (P<0.05). Besides, by examining the results of the difference in the means of the two intervention groups (team and individual exercises) and control group, it was found that the individual exercises group was more effective in the sub-components of self-organization, problem-solving, and self-motivation compared to the team exercises group (P<0.001). Yet, in the sub-component of self-management of time, self-control/inhibition, self-motivation, and total executive functioning, the team exercises group was more effective compared to the individual exercises group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that both team and individual exercises lead to the promotion of social skills and executive functioning in students. Moreover, compared to individual exercises, team exercises are superior in enhancing students’ social skills and executive functioning. Manuscript profile
