The main purpose of this research was to explore the effect of total quality management’ (TQM) components on the job performance of the employees considering the moderating effect of personal factors in teacher education universities of Iran. This study was conducted using correlational research method. Its statistical population consisted of all the staff employees working in the teacher education universities situated in 32 provinces of Iran (n=2553). Using Kerjesi-Morgan table and random cluster sampling method, a sample of 335 subjects was selected. Data collection was done using four questionnaires including TQM’s questionnaire developed by US Federal Quality Institute, Paterson’s (2000) job performance questionnaire and two self-designed questionnaires on the personal knowledge and skill factors which were checked and confirmed by the respective experts and practitioners in terms of their validity. Estimated using Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of four questionnaires was found to be 0.97, 0.92, 0.95 and 0.74, respectively. As per the results, there was a statistically significant relationship between the components of customer focus, employee empowerment and teamwork, quality analysis, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance with the moderating effect of personal knowledge (P<0.01). Furthermore, considering the skill as the moderator variable, a statistically significant relationship was observed between the top management support and leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance of the employees in question(P<0.01). ). It is suggested that Teacher Training Universities apply Total Quality Management to improve job performance of their staff, where organizational culture and organizational support play a key role. Thus, the study went on to identify those training courses which failed, how this failure took place and what repercussions occurred and then to design the process of the justification model. Participants of this study consisted of those teachers who had participated in development courses. These participants were 23 teachers from Khorasan Razavi Province, selected purposefully on the basis of data saturation. This study was conducted within qualitative approach using grounded theory method. In order to gather the sine quo non data, semi-structured interviews were used. Afterwards, the interviews were recorded and transcribed. To analyze the gathered narrative data, Strauss and Corbin's method came to help. Consequently, two core phenomena, namely Learning and Learning Transfer emerged which emanated from contextual conditions such as learners, trainers, content, facilities and equipment, time and space, evaluation and feedback. These two phenomena culminated in outcomes which can be categorized as "consequences for Teachers" (such as negative attitude towards training, wastage of time, lack of quality teaching) and "Consequences for Students" (such as disorder and congestion, facing the same old stereotypical methods, lack of updated knowledge, apathy and monotony). At the end, to validate the emerged paradigm, the following criteria were applied: appropriateness (member check), comprehensiveness (member check), understanding (external audit and member check), and clarity (process description). Authenticity is a concept with a broad background in modern culture, the introduction of which is relatively new in the intellectual and cultural space of our country. During this time, some books and articles on this concept have been translated and sometimes written. There are several readings of this concept. It can be considered individualistic and collectivist reading as two important readings in its philosophical background. The aim of the present study is, first, to describe Charles Taylor's reading as a justified reading of the phenomenon of originality, which considers both individual and social dimensions of authenticity. The research method in the part of expression and analyzing of concepts is conceptual analysis, and in drawing the implications, will be practical inference. At the end of this research, the implications of Taylor’s reading of authenticity in defining one of the pillars of education, i.e. the authentic teacher, are mentioned. The implications are "involving in the active form of authenticity", "involving in the passive form of authenticity", "involving in the dialectic of authentic teacher - authentic student" and "involving in social realities". Spiritual well-being is affected by several variables such as hope, happiness and religious orientation. This research investigates the relationship of hope, happiness and religiosity with spiritual well-being. The statistical population includes all Quran teachers of Varamin suburbs. For this research, 120 teachers were selected using random sampling. All of them completed the questionnaires of hope (Snyder et al, 1991), happiness (Argyle and Luo, 1990), religiosity orientation (Allport and Ross, 1967), and spiritual well-being (Paloutzin and Ellison, 1982). The data collected was analyzed through step wise regression method. The findings showed a positive and significant relationship between hope, happiness and internal religious orientations with spiritual well-being. Internal religious orientations, happiness and hope in one predicted model predicted 39 percent of variance of spiritual well-being. In order to increase spiritual well-being, teaching internal religious orientations should be given first priority. Then the priority goes to teaching happiness and then hope. Manuscript profile

In general, attachment can be defined as the emotional atmosphere that governs a child's relationship with his caregiver. The fact that the child seeks and clings to the caregiver, who is usually his mother, confirms the attachment between them. Babies usually begin to show such behavior by the end of the first month of life, and this behavior is designed to accelerate intimacy with the desired person. According to Skinner, human mental health is equivalent to behavior that conforms to the rules and regulations of society, and such a human being when faced with a problem until it is considered normal by society, through behavior modification to improve and normalize the behavior of himself and others around him. It is used intermittently. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between attachment styles and the mediating role of mental health in teachers in Yasuj. To achieve this goal, a sample of 198 teachers in Yasuj was selected through available sampling. The instruments used included a general health questionnaire, Hazen and Shaver attachment, and Miller and Bron self-regulation. The results showed that avoidant attachment style (t = 04.50, p = 0.001) and safe attachment (t = 49/49, p = 0.013) can significantly predict mental health. Finally, mental health mediates the relationship between attachment style. Manuscript profile

Geology learning taught in secondary schools has undergone changes over time. Many researchers are looking for new strategies or trying to modify existing strategies to improve the teaching methods of this subject and help the emergence of active, critical and decisive citizens. Fieldwork is an increasingly popular strategy for integrated learning in the geosciences. In this research, we sought to identify the type and frequency of fieldwork performed by geology teachers. Also, our goal was to understand the importance of fieldwork in earth science education. For this purpose, a survey was prepared and answered by 16 11th grade biology and geology teachers. The results show that most teachers resort to fieldwork up to three times a year. Also, teachers know that the most suitable type of fieldwork for this level of teaching is problem-solving fieldwork. However, most of the activities carried out by the teachers show that they usually use the direct observation type of field work. These results show that teachers need training at the level of implementing problem-solving field work. Manuscript profile

It is more than 200 years since the monumental book of Sharḥ al-manẓūmah was written by Mullā Hādī Sabziwārī, the prominent philosopher in the field of the Transcendent Philosophy. During these 200 years, this book has always functioned as one of the most important texts in various seminaries and philosophy centers in Iran and in the world, and no other work, whether in the style of Sharḥ al-manẓūmah itself or in another style, has ever been able to replace it. What has resulted in the fame and endurance of this book is, firstly, the supreme scientific and spiritual character of its writer and, secondly, its expression of content in the poetic style for the first time; its comprehensiveness in terms of various philosophical problems and views; its innovative style; its concise but precise nature; its frequent use as a textbook by its writer; the existence of various glosses and commentaries on this work, and its being used as a textbook by several prominent teachers over time. In this paper, while dealing with the place of Sharḥ al-manẓūmah among similar works and its advantages and reasons for longevity in academic centers, the authors have provided a report of the history of this book, the quality of its teaching in Iran and in the whole world, and introduced its distinguished teachers during different periods in different educational centers. Professional excellence in teacher education significantly enhances the quality of teacher education systems and produces competent teachers who contribute to the improvement of the national education system. Hence, this study aims to explore the components of the professional excellence curriculum in teacher educators in Finland and the United States, as two developed countries, based on a theoretical research plan using a documentary-analytical strategy. The data collection method involved studying written sources including books, articles, and documents on the curriculum for professional excellence in teacher education in Finland and the United States from 2000 to 2023. Based on the analysis of data, three principal categories were extracted: vision, content, and implementation methods of the curriculum. Each of these three principal categories of the professional excellence curriculum includes several components. Future study, as a dominant component in the vision of the countries' curricula, has been an influential factor in shaping the content and implementation methods of curricula. The content of the curriculum has been flexible and inclusive. The link between theory and practice is emphasized. In terms of implementation, educational strategies and justice-based and anti-colonial strategies have acted as two complementary strategies. In the whole curriculum, respect for professional independence and the development of a sense of agency have been emphasized as effective components in the professional excellence of educators.
