Abstract :
Goal: the main goal of the present research was to investigate the relation of teacher’s use of knowledge management on student research motivation at Tehran city high school. Methodology: the study was descriptive. Its population was all teachers who teaching at high school in Tehran city. The sample was chosen according to kerjeci and morgan table 371 people. To make the questionnaire after deep studying of previous researchers and theoretical base, one standard Jashbars K.M questionnaire chosen& other researchers made questionnaire prepared to measure student research motivation. Collected data was analyzed by descriptive static as frequency distribution& inferential statistic as Pearson co relation test& multi line regression test by spss. Results: the result showed that there is direct relation between amount of teachers K.M&Their student’s research motivation at Tehran city high school. Finding: The Managers must create a culture to promote knowledge management, research and motivation towards improving teacher performance.
