Conduct is a keyword in Suhrawardī’s political system. In his view, conduct or wayfaring begins with self-knowledge at the individual level and moves them ahead to the social and political level and, finally, to ruling over a society. Suhrawardī’s intended ruler is a philosopher who, through self-knowledge, steps into higher worlds, including the world of Ideas, which is the first world higher than the world of bodies in Suhrawardī’s philosophy. Through wayfaring in this world, the philosopher turns into an intermediary between the world of human beings and the world of God and angels. Through self-knowledge, wayfaring in the world of Ideas, and obedience to God, the philosopher further reaches the level of the spiritual leader, Imām, and leadership of the world. By considering the ruler as the spiritual leader or Quṭb and as an individual who is capable of connecting with the world of Ideas and mediating between God and human beings, Suhrawardī investigates politics, governance, ideal governance, and utopia in the light of a new philosophy. His views in practical wisdom and, particularly, politics correspond to his views in theoretical wisdom concerning some principles such as gradation, nobler possibility, wrath and kindness, and gradedness of the world. For Suhrawardī, as the world of Ideas, which among his own innovations, mediates between the world of matter and the world of omnipotent lights, the philosopher-ruler is related to the world of Ideas and mediates between human beings and God and also angels. The ruling of a ruler with the characteristics intended by Suhrawardī is never idealistic, far-fetched, or limited to specific people; rather, it is quite real and possible. Such a ruler pays attention to people’s happiness not only in the material world but in the hereafter. Manuscript profile

Leadership is one of the most complex issues, the most unknown and most effective conceptual components in the management of modern organizations. The role of leadership in the efficiency of the organization should be seen in the root differences of leadership practices. In recent years, the pure leadership has been considered by many researchers as the most important factor in achieving organizational goals. This research is aimed at developing theoretical foundations, designing a conceptual model of pure leadership and presenting and analyzing the Interpretive structural model model of communication, influence power and dependence of identified variables from library studies and applying the mental model of experts related to leadership issues. To this end, eight key variables related to the research topic were finally identified. A structural matrix questionnaire was designed to determine the interstitial relationship between these variables. The results of this questionnaire were analyzed using a Interpretive structural modeling approach and then plotted on six levels and in an interactive network. Findings from the research process showed that the variable of philosophy, authenticity and pure culture is considered as the most influential variable, and the variables of pure production and pure services are the most dependent variables with the least power of influence. رIn this paper, effective parameters on lightning performance of communication tower are analyzed. The effect of communication tower height, Influence of weather conditions and adjacent structures are investigated. A 3-D numerical analysis model based on charge simulation method is applied to calculate the probability of shielding failure and to determine the number of direct lightning strokes to antenna. The communication tower, lightning rod, downward descending leader and upward leaders are modeled by different shapes of charges. For each of the numerous points of all the space above the tower and for different values of lightning current, downward lightning leader is considered to be initiated, and it is distributed step by step until final jump. The electric field around the grounded objects is calculated and upward leader inception criterion is checked in each step. If this criterion were approved for a point, an upward leader would be initiated from that point and then the distribution of upward leader would continue. Upward leaders might be initiated from more than one point but only one of them could strike to downward leader. This process will continue for different conditions and in every situation all the results are analyzed and evaluated. Manuscript profile

Heavy metals are not chemically degraded, in order to prevent the entry and accumulation of this toxic pollutant along with factory effluents into the environment, so far, different methods have been used, but finding new methods with more efficiency in this area is necessary. In this research, a new class of compounds called organic metallic materials has been used to remove industrial effluent lead. These organic metallic materials contain iron and benzene tricarboxylate. To identify the characteristics of these materials, electron microscope images and Nitrogen adsorption and desorption isotherms has been used. To determine the optimal conditions for using these materials for lead removal from the effluent, the effect of parameters: time (10-120 min), the amount of adsorbent (0.2-0.5 mg/L), pH (3.5 -12.5) and temperature (10-75 ° C) were evaluated. The results show that the composition of MIL-100 (Fe) has a better performance than the other materials in this study and complete removal of lead was achieved with an initial concentration of 10 mg/l and an adsorbent dose of 0.25 mg / l, at a temperature of 50 ° C, pH =4.3 and contact time of 120 min. Other properties of this material in removal of industrial effluent lead such as magnetic properties, reusability in five consecutive periods, large surface area, low cost, high efficiency and easy to use, make it an ideal option for large-scale use. The concept of justice has been always among the most important concepts in domestic and international systems and great efforts have been made to administer it in both areas, especially after the World War II. Nonetheless, in most cases, justice has not been administered to leaders, especially in the Third World countries. The leaders and statesmen in these countries have never been held accountable for their inhuman acts which violate human rights as a result of their special position and by taking undue advantage of the concept of immunity. Since 2002, the Statute of the International Criminal Court has become binding for its Member States and this has been a major development in the administration of justice, especially with regard to political leaders with immunity and has paved the way for discussing the concept of transitional justice. The present article aims to expound the concept of transitional justice, its conditions, goals and mechanisms, as well as the impact of its enforcement on the restoration of peace and stability in transitional societies. The main argument of the article is that enforcement of transitional justice in transitional societies, especially by taking advantage of a combination of domestic and international courts, including the International Criminal Court, can pave the way for the restoration of calm and stability to transitional societies while sending a message to other totalitarian leaders who violate human rights. The research method is descriptive and correlational, and the library method was used to develop the theoretical framework of the research. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the General Post Office of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces and the postal districts of Yasuja, which number 430 people. The sample size of 203 people was determined, and 191 questionnaires were analyzed among the distributed questionnaires. In this research, Allen and Mayer's standard organizational commitment questionnaire and researcher-made moral leadership questionnaire were used. The reliability of the ethical leadership questionnaire was calculated as 0.811 and its content validity was also confirmed. The results of the descriptive analysis of the data state that the organizational commitment index and its dimensions, as well as the ethical leadership index and its dimensions among the employees of the General Post Office of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces and the 4 post districts of Yasuj city are above average. The results of the inferential analysis and the test of research hypotheses state that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between ethical leadership (ethical person dimension, ethical manager dimension) and organizational commitment (emotional and normative). Although the mentioned correlations are not strong, the results of the regression models predict well the amount of organizational commitment changes (emotional and normative) by the ethical leadership variable (ethical person dimension, ethical manager dimension). Although there was no relationship between ethical leadership (the ethical person dimension, the ethical manager dimension) and organizational commitment (continuous), the results of the present research have a good overlap with the results of other researches in the field of ethical leadership and the effectiveness of organizational commitment. The effect of contextual variables including gender, education, age, history of activity and field of activity on the attitude towards ethical leadership and organizational commitment indicators was not confirmed. The aim of this study was to investigate the emission of heavy metals (cadmium and lead) in the soil around Taybad landfill. For this purpose, 15 stations at a distance of 100 meters from each other to the landfill of Taybad city were selected for sampling. Sampling 5 samples and repeating 3 times from each station, the samples were transferred to the laboratory for analysis to check the level of pollution indicators. Hypotheses were analyzed using one-sample t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient with spss 24 software. It was found that the average total concentration of lead is equal to 52.04 and the average total concentration of cadmium is equal to 1.748. The concentration of the mentioned metals is significantly higher than the average global soil and earth's crust with 95% confidence. In the case of lead and cadmium, the highest contamination was in station 10 and 4, and the lowest contamination was in station 6 and 12, respectively. It is concluded that the amount of soil contamination does not change significantly with increasing distance, because the volume and concentration of contaminant runoff from the landfill (contaminant) along the path is constant. Therefore, it is better to provide environmental training for municipal municipal personnel and citizens of the region and to invest in the restoration of the environment and its further protection. mso-bidi-language: FA;">In recent decades, we have witnessed the emergence of various social movements in Western liberal democracies. These movements have their roots in a crisis of representation, which refers to the gap between citizens' aspirations and decision-making institutions in representative democracies. The aim of the present study is to investigate this crisis and conduct a comparative analysis of the characteristics of two dominant types of movements that have emerged in response to this crisis. The main question of the article is to explore the similarities and differences between late social movements in Western liberal democracies. In response, the hypothesis of the article posits that in circumstances where the emergence of new social and populist movements in the West can be viewed in response to the crisis of representation in the institutional structure of Western liberal democracies, these two types of movements differ in terms of ideology, organization, leadership, and perception of an ideal political society. To justify this hypothesis, a combined conceptual framework is employed, consisting of the elements of "politics of identity" and the dualism of pluralism and unity. According to this framework, the common element of late social movements can be identified as an "identity concern" stemming from the elitist structure of liberal democracy. However, due to differences in their interpretation of the "ideal society," these movements differ in their characteristics and implications for the democratic system. The research method of the article is descriptive-analytical, and data is collected based on the study of library resources and online databases.

Keywords: New social movements, Populism, Ideology, Organization and Leadership.

* Corresponding Author: M.A Student, Political Science, Mazandaran University, Iran.

salamegholipor9078@gmail.com

** Assistant Professor, Political Science Department, Mazandaran University, Iran.

Mohsen_Abaszadeh64@yahoo.com

*** Associate Professor, Political Science Department, Mazandaran University, Iran.

m.ghezel@umz.ac.ir

Manuscript profile

The constitution is the law of every country and, in a sense, it is the mirror of the whole view of its political and governmental system. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, following the occurrence of the Islamic Revolution, the first constitution was approved in 1358 with a public referendum. The urgency of the revolution soon showed itself in that law. The events of the imposed war and the reconstruction of the country and the need to revise this law in view of Imam Khomeini's (RA) emphasis on the removal of authority in the conditions of leadership and the appointment of a leader in his place and the establishment of the Expediency Council were among the main origins of this change. But a deep view shows that the conflicts and conflicts in the principles of the current constitution are among the issues that have challenged the abyss of decision-making, especially in the legal, social, economic and even political fields, and in some cases even led to the locking of affairs even more. has ended.
