Many scholars have highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship ecosystems in improving entrepreneurial activities, but, nevertheless, studies that are quantitatively analyzing the interrelationship between entrepreneurship ecosystems and their impact on increasing entrepreneurial activities at various stages of entrepreneurship are very limited. Therefore, the aim of this study is to fill the gap in entrepreneurship literature and also to study the effect of these two variables in different stages of development of countries. In this regard, using data from 107 GEM countries During 2008-2017 and Generalized Momentary Econometric Model (GMM), the relationship between the components of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and economic growth has been estimated. The results showed that the impact of the financial environment on the entrepreneurial stages in the resource-based countries was negative and significant. However, the impact of entrepreneurship education, dynamics of the domestic market, social status of entrepreneurs (entrepreneurial culture) and the GDP growth have had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship in these countries. The results also indicate that the impact of ecosystem factors such as government policies and programs, taxes and bureaucracy, entrepreneurial education at basic and academic levels, R&D transfer, infrastructure, market dynamics and appropriate business environment have positive and significant impact on the growth of entrepreneurial activities in efficiency and innovation-driven countries. Overall, the results of this study indicate that in an ecosystem with low barriers to entry, government support policies for entrepreneurs, basic and higher education, commercial and legal infrastructure, and normative culture supporting entrepreneurship increases entreprenurial activities Manuscript profile

The challenge of the relationship between academia and industry is an issue that experts and academics and industry officials have been addressing more and more in recent years and are looking for safe and planned solutions and ways to strengthen this relationship. The relationship between industry and academia has been discussed in the country for several decades, and the first statements of the Supreme Leader in this regard date back to 1990, but what is certain is that there has been no effective relationship between science, academia and industry; Today, more than ever, the structure of science, technology and industry in the country needs to be reviewed and interacted as much as possible, and industry stakeholders must accept the fact that, along with the university, they will be able to fully absorb technology. This is part of His Holiness's statement in a group meeting of university professors, elites and researchers: "We have talked a lot about 'beneficial science'; "That is, the science that solves the problems of the country; the solution of the problems of the country is a beneficial science, that is, it is a scientific confrontation with the various problems that exist in the country." At first glance, perhaps the biggest problem in the communication space between industry, society and academia is the technical issue, but upon entering this space, it is seen that this is not the case in practice, and it seems that lack of information, lack of trust and lack of motivation are the three main pillars. ; Too often, our industry and society are unaware of the capacity and potential of knowledge-based companies, academic companies, and faculty members. In the current era, universities and entrepreneurs have a greater mission and social responsibility in the face of economic development, productivity in production and the creation of sustainable income, and a connection with industry and production. These basic problems led to the presentation of research in this area to be able to be effective in removing existing barriers. One of the most important challenges in the relationship between industry and the university is the academic level of Iran's first-ranked universities, which is at the level of international knowledge, while Iran's industry is at the level of developing countries. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of achievement motivation in the relationship between emotional creativity and self-directed learning. The present study was a correlation study using path analysis. The statistical population of the present study was including all second-grade boys secondary school students in Khoy city to number of 5300 people. From the population were selected a sample of 360 people using the Morgan table by stage cluster sampling and completed emotional creativity inventory (ECI), achievement motivation questionnaire (AMQ) and self-rating scale of self-directed learning (SDL). Data were analyzed by SPSS24 and Amos22. The results of this study showed that emotional creativity was able to explain 29% of the variance of achievement motivation, also, the variables of emotional creativity and achievement motivation can simultaneously explain 43% of the self-directed learning variance. Also, the achievement motivation has a significant mediator role in the relationship between emotional creativity and self-directed learning (p<0.01). Hence, expressing positive emotions in the form of an achievement motivation, it makes people see new links between ideas, organizes information and creates new solutions to the problem. Therefore, the creativity of this kind of emotion improves the person's readiness to engage in various activities and self-directed learning. Manuscript profile

Considering the relationship between tourists' motivations and the type of their trip, a clear and logical perception of the process could be of great significance. Therefore, this study sought to analyze the tourists’ motivations for traveling to the coastal cities of Mazandaran province, taking a distinct anthropological perspective by highlighting the concepts of leisure trips. As ethnography is the main method used by anthropologists to discover the elements existing in a field, this study used a qualitative method with an emphasis on ethnography. Primary data were collected through participant observation and semi-structured in-depth interviews. To this end, 16 tourists who had visited the three coastal cities of Mahmoud Abad, Fereydoonknar, and Babolsar were selected via purposive sampling. The collected data were then analyzed using a three-stage coding system. In this regard, first, three categories, including "a place with a different structure", "in search of novel experiences", and "suspension" were identified. Finally, after performing the selective coding, the core category of "rites of passage" was extracted. According to the study’s results, it appears that the tourists who travel to the cities mentioned above for recreational purposes experience a mixed feeling of suspension and freedom from the requirements and responsibilities of daily life during the trip, which could be considered similar to the second phase of the theory of rites of passage. Ecotourism has attracted much attention in recent years. A critical issue in ecotourism is to understand the state of demands. Demand is typically measured in terms of the tourism market. The tourism market is linked to the region of tourism products, and the characteristics and preferences of their representatives. Noting ecotourism, this study analyzed the demand situation of ecotourism in Gilan province. The statistical population of all tourists entering Gilan province was 384 individuals. Wilcoxon, Binomial, and T-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the role of geo-touristic attractions such as coasts and forest areas was essential for the present and future travel of tourists to Gilan. However, the goal of many tourists to these attractions was mere fun. Thus, they suggested little ecotourism motives. The services of the indigenous people and lodging in indigenous resorts did not have high effects on the travel of tourists and did not create much incentive for them. Manuscript profile

In order to analyze the data in this research, multivariate regression analysis and Pearson correlation were used. The results show that according to the coefficients obtained with 95% confidence, it can be said that there is a significant positive correlation between the exploratory teaching method and a significant negative correlation between the traditional (demonstration) teaching method and student motivation. The regression results also showed that exploratory and demonstration teaching methods predict 26.8% of motivational changes. In other words, 26.12% of the dispersion observed in the students' motivation variable is explained by these variables. In addition, the calculated F ratio is significant at the confidence level of at least 98%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the motivational teaching methods and students' progress. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of selecting managers with innovative management characteristics on the motivation and organizational commitment of teachers. The type of research is correlational in terms of descriptive method and it is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the education workers of Khoy city in 1401-1402, and 215 people were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, organizational commitment questionnaires by Maududi, Steers and Porter in (1979), Omid et al.'s innovation (2002) and Lawrence and Jordan's motivation (2009) were used. The data obtained from this research were analyzed using SPSS 17 software and using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient test and step-by-step multiple regression). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the predictor variables and the criterion, also the regression results also showed that the sum of the predictor variables explained and predicted R2=0.33 of the variance of the criterion variable, that is, the predictor variables accounted for 33% of the characteristics score. They explain innovative management. Hope for companionship 15%, hope for power 11%, fear of failure 3%, emotional commitment 2% and continuous commitment predict 2% of changes in innovative management characteristics. The observed F level for predictor variables is significant at the 0.001 level. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation and organizational commitment play a role in the level of innovative management characteristics. Manuscript profile
