One of the types of obligations that arise from the contract and people commit to it in their contracts is voluntary obligation. Voluntary commitment is a commitment with two or more issues where the implementation of one of the issues is enough to fulfill the promise. Like the commitment of someone who has bought a product from a person to check it and decide to buy it or not after checking it. Jurists and jurists have different opinions on the validity and invalidity of such obligations, and the legal regulations do not have the necessary transparency in this matter. Although some people believe that the subjects of voluntary commitment should be equal to each other so as not to affect the validity of the contract. These people believe that voluntary commitment is a commitment to two or more goods with specific characteristics and price, And the selector is also known, and there is no unusual uncertainty. Sometimes, instead of determining the subject of the obligation, rules are determined, in which case the subject of the obligation should not be considered unknown. In fact, by determining the holder of the right to choose, who may be the obligor or obligee, the confusion is eliminated and the grounds for voiding the obligation are eliminated. Some people have the opposite opinion. In this article, the authors try to explain the concept of voluntary obligation, compare it with similar titles and concepts, examine its validity or invalidity in Iranian jurisprudence and law, and provide a suitable solution to those interested. Responsibility literally means to be obligated or committed to do something. Duty refers to something that is legally or customarily incumbent on someone. Homework also means burdening someone with hard work and suffering. Commitment means taking on a job as well as making a covenant. Right also means share and share. Each of these words is somehow related to each other. For example, unless someone has a duty, he will not be responsible for doing it or not, and he will not be held accountable. The word homework is also associated with responsibility and duty; Because in all three cases, something is the responsibility of the person that its implementation is necessary and obligatory. Naturally, a person's divine human personality and his or her faith beliefs will play a key role in commitment and fulfillment of extraterritorial duties. In the present article, using a descriptive-analytical method and based on qualitative content analysis, the role of the individual's spiritual and doctrinal personality in the commitment to fulfill duties and contracts has been explained and ambiguities have been answered in this regard. One of the key factors in achieving sustainable and prosperous economic growth is 'export' which is considered the most important goal in trade policy. Meanwhile, one of the requirements for economic development of the country is increasing food and agricultural export as one of the non-oil commodity export to move away from the oil-based economy, enter the global economic market and create diversity in exported goods. Therefore, the study of effective variables contributing to the field of export is of paramount importance. Considering the crucial role of human's effort and entrepreneurship in regard to religious education, it can be deduced that through examining verse 39 of Surah Najm, verse 15 of Surah Taha, verse 22 of Surah Ansab, the spiritual personality of human beings is directly in line with their own work and effort. In other words, the criterion for admiring people in the world of survival is what they do and the lasting impact they can have on the world. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of export learning orientation and entrepreneurship along with the contributing factors on export performance and to find the paradoxical role of market distance and its moderating role in the relationship between two variables of learning orientation and export performance. To test the research hypotheses, a sample of 296 people who worked in companies that took part in the International Exhibition of Food and Agriculture in 1998 was selected. Using a standard questionnaire and random sampling method, data was collected and analyzed by SPSS and smart PLS software. The findings of the present study depict that the export commitment, resources and intensity of competition have a positive effect on export entrepreneurship, but the effect of market distance on export entrepreneurship is not significant. The results also reveal the positive effect of the export learning orientation and entrepreneurship on the export performance of the sample companies. However, increasing the market distance variable weakens the relationship between export learning orientation and export performance. Manuscript profile

In the view of the Transcendent Philosophy, knowledge, love, kindness, desire, and free will, similar to existence, exist at various levels in all existents, including in Man’s voluntary acts. Lack of moral commitment results from one of the following three factors: 1) weakness of moral beliefs (lack of perfect certainty and being heedless of existing beliefs); 2) weakness of desire (dominance of whimsical desires and forces and wrath over rational and moral enthusiasm), and 3) weakness of will power (weakness in making decisions and removing obstacles to the desired aim). Accordingly, moral commitment is realized through: 1) attaining the level of certainly and notifying others; 2) intensifying enthusiasm to the level of intellectual desire and delight, and 3) strengthening will power to make the right decision. Given the graded structure of the principles of voluntary act and the promotion and strengthening of the three levels of belief, desire, and will can consolidate the relationship among them and the realization of act will bring them closer to necessity. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) is among few intergovernmental bodies in the field of disarmament, which despite wide access of members of its secretariat to information on chemical activities of member states, takes advantage of a different regime, compared to other international organizations, with regard to confidential affairs, especially regulations related to violations of the secretariat staff and responsibility of this international organization with regard to their violations. The main question of this paper is whether the regime governing breach of confidentiality related to Chemical Weapons Convention is different from regulations related to common international law, and whether the contents of this Convention especially that related to breaches or alleged breaches of confidentiality (Para. 22, Section D of the Annexes) can exonerate the secretariat staff of the OPCW? The author hypothesizes that regulations of the Chemical Weapons Convention constitute a big part of the rules and principles of international law, and the confidentiality regime of the OPCW as well as liability resulting from breach of these regulations is a function of this regime. This research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of ethical leadership dimensions on the organizational commitment of employees in the General Post Office of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces and the post office of Yasuj city. The research method is descriptive and correlational, and the library method was used to develop the theoretical framework of the research. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the General Post Office of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces and the postal districts of Yasuja, which number 430 people. The sample size of 203 people was determined, and 191 questionnaires were analyzed among the distributed questionnaires. In this research, Allen and Mayer's standard organizational commitment questionnaire and researcher-made moral leadership questionnaire were used. The reliability of the ethical leadership questionnaire was calculated as 0.811 and its content validity was also confirmed. The results of the descriptive analysis of the data state that the organizational commitment index and its dimensions, as well as the ethical leadership index and its dimensions among the employees of the General Post Office of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces and the 4 post districts of Yasuj city are above average. The results of the inferential analysis and the test of research hypotheses state that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between ethical leadership (ethical person dimension, ethical manager dimension) and organizational commitment (emotional and normative). Although the mentioned correlations are not strong, the results of the regression models predict well the amount of organizational commitment changes (emotional and normative) by the ethical leadership variable (ethical person dimension, ethical manager dimension). Although there was no relationship between ethical leadership (the ethical person dimension, the ethical manager dimension) and organizational commitment (continuous), the results of the present research have a good overlap with the results of other researches in the field of ethical leadership and the effectiveness of organizational commitment. The effect of contextual variables including gender, education, age, history of activity and field of activity on the attitude towards ethical leadership and organizational commitment indicators was not confirmed. The research community was the mothers of children aged 4 to 9 years in Semnan city in 1400. 24 mothers were selected by the available sampling method and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 8 two-hour intervention sessions while the control group was on the waiting list. The research tools were Abidin's parenting stress index, Pianta's parent-child relationship scale, and Eyberg's child behavior questionnaire. The data were analyzed by multivariate covariance analysis. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the parental stress, parent-child relationship, and the child's externalized problems. Only in the dependence subscale, it can be seen that this difference is not significant. This combined program can be effective in reducing parenting stress and externalizing problems of the child and reduce conflicts between parents and children and bring closer their relationship, but it is not effective in the degree of parent-child dependence. Among the topics discussed in the field of responsibility are the intellectual and thought foundations raised in this field. This theory has been proposed by Imamiyyah jurists that if responsibility and commitment are given to different people, how much adherence to beliefs is involved in fulfilling commitment and responsibility. delivered They believed that when several factors jointly cause injury or damage, the responsibility for compensation is divided equally among them, regardless of the degree of fault or influence of the parties. However, the degree of involvement of belief and ideological foundations in adherence to duty and responsibility is a matter that has many ambiguities and has created many questions in this field. In the current research, the issue of commitment and responsibility has been addressed from this point of view and it has resulted in important achievements. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of selecting managers with innovative management characteristics on the motivation and organizational commitment of teachers. The type of research is correlational in terms of descriptive method and it is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the education workers of Khoy city in 1401-1402, and 215 people were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, organizational commitment questionnaires by Maududi, Steers and Porter in (1979), Omid et al.'s innovation (2002) and Lawrence and Jordan's motivation (2009) were used. The data obtained from this research were analyzed using SPSS 17 software and using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient test and step-by-step multiple regression). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the predictor variables and the criterion, also the regression results also showed that the sum of the predictor variables explained and predicted R2=0.33 of the variance of the criterion variable, that is, the predictor variables accounted for 33% of the characteristics score. They explain innovative management. Hope for companionship 15%, hope for power 11%, fear of failure 3%, emotional commitment 2% and continuous commitment predict 2% of changes in innovative management characteristics. The observed F level for predictor variables is significant at the 0.001 level. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation and organizational commitment play a role in the level of innovative management characteristics. Manuscript profile
