The entrepreneurial mindset is the concept that works on the way of decision-making in entrepreneurial processes and tries to specify the differences between entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs in terms of the personality and cognitive systems that influence decision making. Despite growing studies have been done in the conceptual framework of the entrepreneurial mindset, this concept is faced with a lack of measurement tools that cover the broad dimensions of entrepreneurial decision-making. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to develop an instrumental tool for the entrepreneurial mindset. In the first section, the first items were identified with extensive study of the background of the research. Then, the final tool was designed in the form of 4 diminsion, 18 factors and 54 items with three steps of the Delphi method and applying present expert’s opinions in the panel. Participants in the Delphi section were entrepreneurship faculty, corporate and independent entrepreneurs, as well as several psychologists and psychiatrists. The results of the research indicate that all 54 final items are considered important for entrepreneurs and have an average of more than 4 in the Likert spectrum. Also, prioritizing the factors of the entrepreneurial mindset shows that the skills, personality traits of the first category, personality traits of the second category and motivators, in that order, have most significances in the formation of the entrepreneurial mindset. The results will help entrepreneurship policy makers and company managers to achieve a better understanding of potential entrepreneurial capabilities in individuals. Manuscript profile

Moving on the path of innovation and entrepreneurship (value-creating) and fulfilling the desired social responsibility is one of the axes of the evolution of universities in recent years, especially in the last two decades. Innovative and value-creating university, for which various definitions have been proposed and various dimensions and criteria have been proposed for its introduction and creation, is one of the new initiatives and ideas for transformation in university systems. Despite identifying and introducing various components and criteria for an innovative and value-creating university, creating this type of university and purposeful and managed movement in the path of innovation and entrepreneurship requires a comprehensive roadmap and a balanced action guide. In order to evolve and achieve a comprehensive model, a guideline framework consisting of eight dimensions, as an action plan and operational model of an innovative and value-creating university by the European Commission and OECD, design and more than 600 universities and higher education institutes in Europe and OECD has evaluated this model. In this paper, through a review of documents, the guide to innovative and value-creating university is introduced as a guide for mainly European programs, for the gradual and systematic transformation of existing universities into innovative and value-creating universities with local considerations. All Iranian universities and higher education institutions with any mission, by learning and adapting actively and productively from this framework and gradually adapting their conditions to its dimensions and criteria, can take fundamental steps in the path of innovation and entrepreneurship and become an innovative and value-creating university in the Relation of Industry and University, Innovative and Entrepreneurial University, Value-creating University, Third Generation University, Guiding Framework for Innovative Higher Education Institute (HEInnovative)true and actual word. Many scholars have highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship ecosystems in improving entrepreneurial activities, but, nevertheless, studies that are quantitatively analyzing the interrelationship between entrepreneurship ecosystems and their impact on increasing entrepreneurial activities at various stages of entrepreneurship are very limited. Therefore, the aim of this study is to fill the gap in entrepreneurship literature and also to study the effect of these two variables in different stages of development of countries. In this regard, using data from 107 GEM countries During 2008-2017 and Generalized Momentary Econometric Model (GMM), the relationship between the components of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and economic growth has been estimated. The results showed that the impact of the financial environment on the entrepreneurial stages in the resource-based countries was negative and significant. However, the impact of entrepreneurship education, dynamics of the domestic market, social status of entrepreneurs (entrepreneurial culture) and the GDP growth have had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship in these countries. The results also indicate that the impact of ecosystem factors such as government policies and programs, taxes and bureaucracy, entrepreneurial education at basic and academic levels, R&D transfer, infrastructure, market dynamics and appropriate business environment have positive and significant impact on the growth of entrepreneurial activities in efficiency and innovation-driven countries. Overall, the results of this study indicate that in an ecosystem with low barriers to entry, government support policies for entrepreneurs, basic and higher education, commercial and legal infrastructure, and normative culture supporting entrepreneurship increases entreprenurial activities Manuscript profile

Entrepreneurship is the stimulus engine of economic development, creating occupation and reforming society. Entrepreneurship is a process to create an employment and make profit from valuable combination of sources. Entrepreneur is a person who commits to run and accepts the risks of economic activity. Entrepreneurs undertake an important role in the movement of economic development cycles and are considered as the source of huge breakthroughs in industrial, productive and service fields throughout organizations. Financing is, therefore, one of the most important challenges or business obstacles faced by entrepreneurs. The purpose of this research is to study the quadruplet methods of financing entrepreneurial projects in Mazandaran province. Statistical society consists of 141 entrepreneurs with 110 persons selected as a sample. Then by collecting the required data and using a questionnaire with standard components and reliability coefficient of 79%, the quadruplet hypotheses have been tested. The findings have shown that all four methods of financial supply have been considered by the entrepreneurs, each of them with their special intensity and weakness. From this point of view the personal capital has been in the first priority and the methods of loan, shares, and internal sources in the subsequent priorities. In addition, the entrepreneurs studied have less knowledge of the different and various methods of financial supply and have considered only the methods that have been common in our society and use all of them generally. Finally it has been concluded that it is necessary to carry out some innovations in this respect and other methods of financial methods should be applied. Manuscript profile

Investigating this question that why entrepreneurial indexes in Iran have got no desirable place in relation to other similar countries and also pondering culture as a very important parameter in the formation of entrepreneurs behavior has resulted in this new question that how culture could affect the entrepreneurship in that country. Entrepreneurial Alertness as a critical index in the entrepreneurship means that discovering new opportunities is also discussed as the chosen parameter of entrepreneurship and its relation to culture is analyzed. To study Iranian culture we use credible Hofstede method which enables us to compare cultures of many countries by its four dimensions: power distance, masculinity, individuality and uncertainty avoidance; we also use GEM reports that are related to the entrepreneurship condition in Iran in contrast to other world countries. By investigating the culture based on Hofstede Model of different countries in addition to entrepreneurship alertness and comparison with Iran indexes reported, we may conclude that cultural changes happened on the basis of dimensions of Hofstede as described before against the entrepreneurship indexes such as perceived opportunities in the years of study taken in Iran, i.e. these dimensions have been changed in a way that is not pro to entrepreneurial alertness increase, So that loss of risk taking and also increase of power distance as two dimensions of Hofstede model may decrease the entrepreneurship alertness which results in a total mitigation of entrepreneurship growth. One of the most important concerns which have coerced organizations to illustrate tendency toward entrepreneurial activities is survival and growth. This is, thus, to assert that time is ripe for investigating the relationships between entrepreneurial behavior and performance. This study is aimed at investigating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientations and organizational performance of the Islamic Research Institute for Culture and Thought in 2013. To do so, descriptive and correlative research methodologies were used to examine the relationships among these variables. Statistical population of this study contains a number of university staffs at different managerial levels, members of Faculty Board, and experts, who are estimated to constitute 110 persons from the total number of 320. Pearson correlation and multivariable regression methods were used to analyze data. Moreover, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to affirm the model. Results show that there is a positive and direct relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. In addition, there is indirect relationship among innovation, leadership, risk-taking, and aggressive competition as aspects of entrepreneurial orientation, on the one hand, and organizational performance, on the other. However, there was no relationship between independence and organizational performance. Therefore, development of attitude and attention to entrepreneurial orientation in an organization can be effective in elevating organizational performance. Manuscript profile

One of the most important tools for entrepreneurial growth and development is the existence of a culture that supports entrepreneurship. In this study, the cultural barriers of entrepreneurship were identified and the entrepreneurial culture and failure culture in the entrepreneurial society were evaluated. This study was conducted on the basis of qualitative and quantitative mixed research. The statistical population included the entrepreneurs of Khorasan Razavi Technical and Vocational Training Centers, which was determined by the purposeful sampling method of snowballs due to the dispersion of the community. The results of the qualitative section showed that entrepreneurs are facing cultural barriers such as lack of culture of creativity, rejection of failure, negative attitude to risk, distrust of women's empowerment, the existence of patriarchal culture in society and organizations and parental opposition to girls' entrepreneurial activities. Also, the results of the quantitative section showed that the rate of failure in the studied community is very high and entrepreneurs agree to give the failed people a chance again. In general, the analysis of qualitative and quantitative results shows that the cultural subsystem in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is not in a good situation and the existing culture is not supportive of entrepreneurship and even prevents the emergence of entrepreneurship in many cases. Growth and survival is one of the most important challenges for start-ups in the current situation. On the one hand, the coopetition strategy in the last two decades in order to gain, maintain and improve the competitive position has been considered by many businesses. Start-up can gain a good coopetition position in many areas by using a competitive strategy. So far, research has not examined the factors that are involved in the implementation of a coopetition strategy in start-up. In this method, in order to explain the factors affecting the application of the coopetition strategy, first by systematic review of the literature and using the method of meta-synthetic qualitative research, all dimensions of the coopetition strategy were identified. Then the importance and priority of each of the proposed factors is determined using the Shannon quantitative entropy method. After analyzing the articles, the effective factors were classified into 6 categories, 16 dimensions and 68indicators. The results showed; The most important categories are "institutional factors", "strategic factors", "environmental factors","individual-managerial factors","participatory factors","communication factors" respectively. Among the dimensions, " Events " were in the first place, " Supporting institutions ," and " Good reputation of the company " and , "Having coopetitive mindset " were in the second ,third and Fourth places. This study provides a deep understanding of the existing literature on coopetition strategy in start-ups by organizing the factors affecting it and can be used in planning for their growth and survival in complex and dynamic market conditions to compete with other businesse Manuscript profile

Over the past few decades, we have faced the failure of universities to create and strengthen entrepreneurial motivation among students. In fact, there has been a mismatch between the current capacity of universities for admission and the future needs of the job market, as well as the content of education and the skills required for launching new businesses. Consequently, we are witnessing graduates who mostly lack the individual capability and necessary skills to start a new venture. On the other hand, with the new approach of Iranian universities towards third-generation universities and with all the current education and the presence of risk-taking investors, accelerators, various funds, creative houses, innovation factories, technology parks, and growth centers, the number of startups that have overcome the death valley and succeeded is still low, and the number of unemployed graduates increases every day. In this regard, considering the inefficiency of Iran's national innovation system, this problem has been doubled. Therefore, this study seeks to review the literature comprehensively and take into account the points raised in other perspectives, and with a broader view, examine the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial intentions. It is recommended that universities pay attention to the variable of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in their education, as education alone may not create entrepreneurial intention. Familiarity with entrepreneurship barriers in Iran may discourage students from experiencing entrepreneurship. There is a need for an agent through which students believe they can overcome obstacles Manuscript profile

Social innovation, as a new and interdisciplinary concept that is less than a decade old, has been able to attract the attention of politicians and statesmen to academics. In the meantime, many categories and formulations have been made with different approaches, each of them seeking their goals and implementing their policies in the society in the form of a discourse. In spite of the different and sometimes contradictory formulations, its ideal goal, regardless of different discourses, is to reduce the existing gaps between the classes, which have been created by the implementation of inappropriate socio-economic policies, which will ultimately end in a civil society with a middle class. The most important goal of this article is to build the concept of social innovation and then to explain it in the form of existing three discourses (government, entrepreneurship and academic) and finally to apply the entrepreneurship discourse (with a view to the point that in the conditions of our country, the only possibility of creating and reproducing society and ultimately innovation and breaking out of the existing conditions is the strengthening of the middle class) in the "narrative of existing events" method. Based on this, while categorizing and evaluating entrepreneurial actions, we have explained and drawn its practical type in the existing conditions of the society Manuscript profile
