Love is one of the most prominent concepts in Persian poetry that contains broad conceptual capacities to indirectly influence the semantic structure of the constantly transformative grounds of thought and functions of poetry. This research aims to understand whether through these transformations, the concept of love remains constant in the ever-changing semantic system or it undergoes dissociative fluctuations. Furthermore, this article tries to answer this question by approaching the poetry of different time-periods in their original form and focus on the interpretations that may arise from them. This matter gains further importance when we consider the decisive role that the concept of love plays in touching the reader’s emotions and its corresponding cultural influence throughout time. Hence, this research aims to arrive at the audience’s emotional involvement and the importance of cultural occasions by studying the concept of love in canonical works of poetry extending to different time-periods. Since the cultural occasions must correspond to their semantic parallels of the concept of love, we seek to extract these parallel meanings from the concealed concepts of Persian poetry. To arrive at these hidden components of poetry, this article views the Qualitative Content Analysis method in direct contact with thought centered content analysis. Therefore, two extensive stylistic schools of ancient and contemporary Persian poetry are studied to illustrate the semantic process that the concept of love undergoes and the scope contains some of the most important approaches of Qualitative Content Analysis such as: concealed and apparent meaning, semantic units, interpretive units, regional contents, theme and motif. This research concludes that through this process, the original semantic structure of this concept has been kept by remaining in close contact with its fundamental parallel meanings. This paper aims to examine the question of how we can respect multiculturalism and at the same time defend the rights of the individuals against ethnic minorities and cultural groups? In response to the question, we examined Rawls's strategy mentioned in his book of "political liberalism" emphasizing on the separation of rationality from reasonableness. But at the end it becomes clear that Rawls's definition of reasonableness is extremely strict and restrictive, and in spite of the distinguishing rationality and reasonableness can be a good basis for tolerance in multicultural societies, but this definition is highly detrimental to this goal. This research has exploited interpretive approach, conceptual analysis and critical assessment as the theoretical strategies and based on this fact, it deals with the issue of cultural diversity as a context of forming the subject introduction and also considering Rawls's theory of justice as background in which the idea of reasonableness and rationality was born and grown. In the model of good governance, the three sectors of public, private, and civil society work together with separate boundaries and in an interactive relationship in order to achieve development goals. This model is inconsistent with the current approach of civil society based on the Hegelian conception, which is based on political economy and conflict. Now the question can be asked that in the absence or diminishing role of economics and politics in the definition and explanation of civil society, with what basis and approach can this concept be explained in the model of good governance? The present article argues that cultural approaches to civil society, including Jeffrey Alexander's approach, can further explain civil society in terms of good governance. In this article, the writers discuss some aspects of this explanation by a descriptive and analytical method. The method of data collection is documentary and library, and by referring to reliable sources and analyzing them, documents have been provided to test the hypothesis of the article. Discourse analysis is an interdisciplinary approach in the fields of linguistics, semantics, literature, cultural relations, and international fields which analyzes and evaluates how meaning and message are crystallized and formed in relation to intra-lingual and extra-lingual factors. Discourses are a kind of language of power relations due to the use of language and linguistic power. Since coherent and common meanings and themes (Semantics-based) that are crystallized in language are also prominent manifestations of cultural power; the authors of this article sought to explain it on the basis of semantics and discourse analysis in the development of cultural relations. The most important findings of this study indicate that in the approaches of semantic discourse analysis based on common celebrities in the field of common (non-linguistic) civilization, themes, mental and especially mystical schemes between common Iranian and Turkmen celebrities are evident. It also has mystical and moral schemas for Iran and Uzbekistan, which can be of interest for the public. The themes and mental schemas of the Shahnameh and the themes of some of the love poems or even the themes of Omar Khayyam's poems, which have been most welcomed by Georgian scholars, can be considered in writing Persian language textbooks in Georgia to provide deep cultural ties with friendly countries in the field of common civilization. The present paper examines Khwajah Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī’s cultural role in interacting with Hulagu Khān and the other elements involved in this cultural agreement. It also aims to explain how, through a correct perception of the cultural features and symbols of the Mongol ethnic group, Ṭūsī managed to overcome them in a cultural battle. At the same time, he exploited the Mongols’ interest in astronomy, which was a part of their culture, and strengthen the Imāmīyyah kalām regarding its epistemological dimension and the status of Shi‘ism in the political structure of Hulagu Khān’s government. The presence of Khwājah Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī meant that Imāmīyyah Kalām had now a representative in the political structure of the time after many centuries, and even some Mongols became interested in Islam. With the downfall of the caliphate of Baghdad, whether Ṭūsī played a role there or not, one of the supporters of Ash‘arī kalām disappeared, and Imāmīyyah groups were revived. Manuscript profile

Policy making is a word which usually accompanies by government content. Government strategy in defending area and government plan for security is named security policy making. The goal of policy making is to accelerate or decelerate a changing movement in a part, therefore; policy makings make changes inevitably which should be managed. The mission of the present research is to design a major policy making for soft power (soft warfare) to reach national soft security. According to Joseph Nai, to face soft warfare holding soft power to obtain national soft security should consist of three main criteria; 1. Cultural attraction, 2. Internal political ideals, 3. Foreign policies of a state to own the capability of gaining “ideality” of internal system and foreign societies through attraction and not force or bribing. Vikers (2008) classifies the main elements of a soft power into; 1. Psychological, 2. Social, 3. Political, 4. Cultural, and 5. Scientific elements. According to Imam Khomeini, as he mentioned in his spiritual -political last will, fundamental criteria of soft power are as follows: 1. Cultural, spiritual, social, 2. Science and industry, 3. Economic, 4. Political and military. These criteria in soft power frame, based on the opinions of Imam Khameneyee, are also determined in four groups: 1. Cultural, 2. Scientific-Technologic, 3. Unity and National Identity, political steadiness, 4. Economic and defending. Islamic Republic of Iran Constitution stresses on four powers of; 1. Cultural, 2. Social, 3. Political (domestic& foreign), 4. Economic, to create a soft power and deems them as the main principle for the state development. In the proposed four-dimensional model of this paper, the main criteria for structure of resource of soft power regarding to providing soft security and preventing soft war, includes: Cultural- Social, 2. Scientific-Technological, 3. Political (domestic & foreign), 4. Economic. The following actions have been performed to examine the proposed model: Considering the four resources of soft power and their priority comparing with each other through Delphi and AHP methods Considering the parameters of four resources of soft power and national soft security as well as their priority and abbreviating them through Delphi and AHP methods Measuring the relation of evaluated parameters with indices of national soft security through AHP The relation of permanence and validity and accuracy of answers by Pierson impetus indices Findings of the study reveal that: 1. The main priority of soft power resources is cultural-social soft power, which gained the most marks. 2. The second priority of soft power resources is scientific-technological soft power, which is deemed as the second resource to provide soft power. 3. The third resource in the measurements is political (domestic & foreign) resource. 4. The weakest resource in soft power resources is economic resource. Ideal Model: 3. One-dimensional model “Cultural-Social” 4. The cultural-social resource is the one-dimensional producer of soft power for national soft security which can provide a short-term effect solely. 5. Two-Dimensional model “Cultural-Social” & “Scientific-Technologic” 6. This model enjoys a more strength and effect on production of national soft security. 7. Three-Dimensional model “Cultural-Social” & “Scientific-Technologic”& “Political (domestic & foreign)” 1. Four-Dimensional model “Cultural-Social” & “Scientific-Technologic”& “Political (domestic & foreign)” & “Economic” 2. This model is complete and comprehensive for policy making of effective resources to remove threats and soft war and develops national soft power and makes use of the highest capacities of existing state soft power. Finally, after conclusion, some proposals have been offered to organization, researchers, thinkers and scientists to continue the way. Manuscript profile

Cultural-Educational Teaching Strategy in monotheistic education from Quran perspective In monotheistic education, human being has the power to choose, so is talented to learn deep insights, guides and to strengthen attitudes and toflourish innate talents. And the prophet's emphasis on moral strengthening (majlesi 6 p382) represents a person reaching the wisdom and perfection through the talent development, which is the most important aim of creation and mission. According to this basis, education fits the teachers' physical, mental, social characteristics. In this way, as education becomes qualitive and learning becomes deep, theoretical content of courses will become spiritual and educational, which not only trains the teachers mind, but it also changes his or her views to the universe. Therefore, Cultural-Educational Strategy Scheme for Teaching Courses according toIslam and its enriched culture, promotes the teachers educational roles and creates a relation between science and religion, education and worldview. As a result teachers get to know the courses content according to their religion's culture and in monotheistic worldview. For this purpose, by organizing educational messages in the content of courses and making them effective with the help of teachers, and appropriate context and background will be provide to teach and educate according to Iranian-Islamic pure culture. Quran introduces the prophet as the symbol of humans' insight and attitudes (ahzab33،21،) and believes monotheistic training an effective way to recognize right and wrong and believes it to have deep understanding and insight (anfal،298) it also introduces prophets two main aims as purification and teaching (AllOmran163،3) and these two aims are combined for a more important goal (anaam10،162) that all things are for monotheistic worldview through spiritual education. In this kind of culture, any insight is just a science, but any science is not and insight. Manuscript profile

Historical geography sources of the early and middle Islamic centuries have named two cities of, Fahraj and Aspi or Senij (current Nosrat Abad), which fall under prosperous cities on the outskirts of the desert and the route from Kerman to Sistan. Archeological studies of the Cultural Landscape Region of Bam explored the ancient Fahraj-to-Aspi route in the first half of the 2010s. Later studies identified the Biyaban-e-Gorg building. The themes raised in this research concern understanding the significance of the Fahraj-to-Aspi axis in the late Sasanid era until the end of the Seljuk era and the study of the function of the Biyaban-e-Gorg building and its date of construction. The present study uses the descriptive-analytical approach and gathers data via field surveys and library sources. The research goals are as follows: first, part of the ancient main route of Fars and Kerman to Sistan in the cultural landscape region of Bam is introduced, which is aimed at answering numerous historical ambiguities in the eastern civilization, and few measures taken to understanding the ancient axes of this area are also discussed; second, the use and period of construction of the Biyaban-e-Gorg building as an impressive building in the middle of the Fahraj-to-Aspi route, located in southeastern Iran, is investigated. The studied axis starts from Fahraj in the southern outskirts of the Lut Plain (Zangi Ahmad Lut) and leads to Aspi (Nosrat Abad) on the road measuring 150 km involving 4-5 settlements. The works identified on the axis include two large settlements, parts of the ancient cobblestone roads, ten castles and caravanserais, and two minarets. These works date back to the late Sasanid era until the end of the Seljuk reign. This important axis was used from the beginning of Islam until the end of the Seljuk dynasty. It was also part of the ancient Kerman-to-Sistan main route that broadly constituted part of the ancient Fars-to-Sistsan (Zerang) axis. The Biyaban-e-Gorg building was an excellent site in the middle of this route. This building has an octagonal sketch with eight towers in the corners and forty chambers around the atrium, and a caravanserai in the middle of the route. An explanation of the use and date of construction of this site not only helps understand the importance of the route under study but also complements a set of architectural evidence of caravanserais as well as castles in the Seljuk era, finally compensating for the lack of data and cultural-historical documents from this era. The principle of human-centeredness in sustainable transport means the development and creation of infrastructure based on respect for civil and human rights and public parkings, as one of the most important transportation infrastructures in this field, have a high share. The implementation of the plan to build a public parking lot in region 5 of District 14 is a response to the needs of citizens regarding traffic problems and increasing the indicators of sustainable urban transportation. The present study seeks to identify and predict the impacts and types of possible consequences of the implementation of appropriate mitigation plans and measures in the framework of social and cultural impact assessment studies. The methodological approach of this research can be called a combination through the use of different techniques and tools. Research data has been collected through surveys (residents and clients), in-depth and semi-structured interviews and observations. In the other part of the research, through GIS, three priority locations were selected and by reviewing the existing indicators in the field of location of public parking lots, four indicators were identified. Then, according to the results of interviews with transportation experts, officials, local informants and field visits of experts, a suitable place for the construction of a parking lot in the study area has been suggested. The results showed that the lack of car park space, despite the activity of administrative, service and commercial centers with extra-regional performance in this area, has increased the volume of Stagnant traffic and it has a direct negative impact on the exploitation of the potential of these centers and has affected various social, cultural, environmental and economic aspects of residents’ lives. Reducing instrumental lawlessness among citizens, boosting the local flower market business, increasing safety, reducing violence, improving the urban landscape, and increasing service per capita are among the most important known consequences of constructing public parking in this area. Finally, by examining the areas of the district, the most suitable place for the construction of the parking lot and how to optimally designed the parking lot to meet future needs has been suggested. In recent years, the social and cultural field of urbanmanagement in Municipality Tehran has always faced the challenge of critics the adaptation of activities, description of the duties due to deviation from its basics. Accordingly, in the present study, the pathology of social activities of Tehran Municipality has been studied. In this study, in accordance with the theoretical framework of the subject, three main categories include conceptual adaptation; legal compliance and organizational compliance were considered for pathological measures. The research method was such that the list of social and cultural activities of the municipal organization in the form of a Delphi questionnaire was given to 10 experts and they were asked to evaluate each activity in three separate scales. According to the results, the most important challenge in the field of social and cultural activities of Tehran Municipality in the first place is the entry of this organization into some fields and activities that are outside its inherent and legal duties. In the second place, there is parallel work and overlap of some of these activities with other organizations, and finally, in the third level, the dominance of the theatrical approach is in some activities of Tehran Municipality. Accordingly, the application of the present study relies on a comprehensive review of activities in terms of the combination of three indicators. This revision shouldperform on the base of final score calculated for each activity and as a result, the activities of each area were classified into three categories: "continuity", "adjustment" and "change". Religious education with its concomitant attempt at shaping a single, uniform identity among the younger generation has always been the concern of our educational system over the past thirty years. To deal with this matter, the aim of this study is, first, to survey the dominant discourse of religious education with its subsidiary discourses of campaign against cultural invasion and the localization of sciences in post revolutionary Iran and, second, to investigate the pathology of the above discourse, particularly from the perspective of religious education. To achieve this purpose, the present investigation, using an analytical approach, surveying the history of the above discourse and categorizing the data thus obtained, attempted to review the Islamic education discourse over the past thirty years and critically evaluate its consequences. The rapid expansion of the tourism industry, besides positive aspects, can include many negative economic, socio-cultural and environmental issues. This paper, using structural analysis modeling, reviewed and analyzed the previous studies and experts’ opinions. The main purpose was to develop a model to identify and prioritize the influential positive and negative impacts of tourism on a national scale during tourism development process in Iran. The impacts include: (a) positive and negative economic impacts (including an increase in income, job generation, increasing the cost of living, inflation, etc.); (b) socio-cultural impacts (including an increase in social capital and participation, the revival of local values, increase in social gaps, consumerism, etc.); and (c) environmental impacts (including improving the quality of an environment, promoting the green architecture, reduction of natural per capita, reducing physical capacity, etc.). Structural analysis model was used to analyze the data using the Micmac software. The current study presented and arranged the most important influential and dependency factors in the economic, environmental and socio-cultural dimensions. The study pointed out that to reach a sustainable tourism system, the first priority is to concentrate on the influential negative impacts, especially on the environmental issues. The second priority is to focus on the reduction of the linkage and risk impacts due to their unpredictability. Manuscript profile

Tourism is a powerful means of cultural transactions among societies. UNWTO predicted the following two decades (to 2030) to be the tourism sustainable growth period. Cultural tourism development could preserve the cultural and natural assets of destinations, enhance the host communities’ quality of life, and delight the tourists. Following an interpretive approach and a systematic meta-synthesis technique, this paper systematically studied the scholarship in cultural tourism sustainable development. This study identified and categorized the extracted codes using a latent content analysis strategy. Based on the CASP criterion, the papers published in authentic Persian and English scientific databases by 2019 (Azar 1397) were selected. Maxqda 2018.1 was used to identify, group, analyze, and interpret the codes. One hundred four primary codes were grouped into 29 major and minor categories, and four main codes: i.e., dimensions, influential factors, impacts and challenges of cultural tourism sustainable development. We presented a conceptual model for cultural tourism sustainable development. Finally, by Cohen’s kappa index using SPSS, the validity of the results was measured 0.712, also verified by the experts excluding the authors. Manuscript profile

The globalization of health means patients travel to other countries to receive medical treatment. Nowadays, healthcare is a global phenomenon. On the other hand, the establishment of multi-national hospitals, the competitive costs of healthcare worldwide, the internationalization of standards, and the fact that different countries are getting closer to each other in terms of specialized technologies are some indications of the globalization of healthcare. This applied exploratory study sought to develop a model for health tourism based on cultural indices in Iran using a mixed method. Accordingly, the required data were collected via semi-structured interviews and questionnaires at qualitative and quantitative phases, respectively. The statistical population of the study comprised of senior officials involved in health tourism policy making, professionals of Iran’s health tourism industry, and professors and faculty members in management who specialized in tourism and cultural studies, out of whom 100 participants were selected using Cochran’s formula. Finally, after multiple reviewing of the codes and combining them in several phases, some sixty-six sub-codes were identified, out of which eleven key factors were identified to be included in the intended cultural-indices-based model for health tourism in Iran. This study sought to investigate the social, cultural, and environmental consequences of tourism development from the perspective of the host community in the Darband and Darake neighborhoods of Tehran using a qualitative approach. To this end, some eighteen people, including the owners of catering units, local officials, and residents of the neighborhoods were selected as the sample size via purposive sampling. The required data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory and non-participatory observation, which were then analyzed using content analysis. Finally, the analyzed data were categorized into 167 concepts, 17 subcategories, and four main categories. The findings of the study indicated that tourism development had brought about similar consequences for the studied neighborhoods (with slight differences) due to their similarity in terms of geographical location and existing attractions. Accordingly, tourism has, from the economic viewpoint, increased the revenues of the neighborhoods’ residents, boosted job opportunities, and changed the income resources. However, it paved the ground for some restaurant owners’ exploitation of foreign tourists and provided the traffic warden with false income. On the other hand, while the expansion of social interactions, the prevalence of some social anomalies, immigrant reception, and overcrowding were identified as the social consequences of tourism development in Darband and Darake neighborhoods, the development of cultural exchanges and learning English as a second language were found as the cultural consequences of such a development, contributing to cultural conflicts between the host and guest communities. Finally, environmental pollution, damages incurred to vegetation and wildlife, physical and land use changes, and the efforts made to increase the number of restaurants and improve their quality were identified as the main environmental consequences of tourism development in the neighborhoods mentioned above. The development of cultural tourism depends on the interaction of a wide variety of factors. On the other hand, considering the fact that the process of cultural tourism is influenced by Politics and that cultural heritage is regarded as a constructive source for cultural tourism, it could be argued that the success of cultural tourism is contingent upon the interaction of Politics and cultural heritage, between which interpretation can act as an intervening factor to establish such an interaction, playing different roles in this regard. This study, therefore, sought to investigate the functions of interpretation as a factor that establish an interaction between politics and cultural heritage and identify the status of such functions in this regard to help the IRI’s cultural tourism benefit from them. To this end, such potential functions were identified by reviewing the related literature and analyzing the qualified experts’ opinions as follows: recalling the spatial identity of historical sites, learning from the ancestors’ works and history, altering the politicians' attitudes towards cultural heritage, strengthening national identity, preserving the historical sites’ structure and spirit, bringing the stakeholders of historical sites closer to each other, fighting against racism and ethnocentrism, correcting historical misunderstandings, converging different cultures, and developing mutual understanding between politicians and the public. Moreover, the surveying phase of the study identified the aggregate opinions of experts concerning the priority of the aforementioned functions using the fuzzy Delphi method. The study’s results revealed that recalling the spatial identity of historical sites, strengthening national identity, and preserving the historical sites’ structure and spirit were those potential functions of interpretation in the interaction between politics and cultural tourism in which the experts had the highest consensus. The UNESCO registry of communities' cultural heritage as the World Heritage Sites prepares the ground for further development of tourism industry, requiring local communities' contribution to the success of preservation programs. Given that Yazd province includes a historic city with several gardens and aqueducts that have been registered in the UNESCO World Heritage list, it demands the identification of influential factors involved in achieving maximum social contribution and improving the process of destination's strategic management. Therefore, this study sought to investigate the influential factors involved in enhancing the social contribution of the local community in preserving the world heritage sites existing in Yazd province. The study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The study's statistical population comprised all tourism professionals and staff who were active in Yazd during winter 2019, out of which 155 individuals were selected as the sample size via stratified random sampling. The present paper is derived from a study conducted in 2020 under the title “Social and cultural impacts of the construction of a wet market in Karaj region 7”. The most important purpose of this study is to make sure the designed project conforms to the surrounding social and cultural context and also to improve their interaction and effective relationship. Considering that the design and construction of the wet market have both positive and negative effects and impacts – on the one hand, its establishment and operation can cause problems and difficulties for the neighbors and local residents of the project, and on the other hand, it can contribute to economic benefits, social justice, and reducing intra-city traffic – it reveals the necessity of research on social and cultural effects and impacts. The research method of this study is a combination of quantitative (survey) and qualitative (field observation and in-depth interview) research. Qualitative methods have been used for exploratory studies and quantitative methods have been used to ascertain the findings of those studies. Findings of the research indicate that the most important effects based on size and scope, extent, frequency, and composition are: 1- Demographic changes 2- Assessing people’s perceptions about public health and safety (traffic and pollution) 3 - Disruption of daily life 4- Assessing the change in commercial centralization of the community 5- Impact on business and employment 6- Assessing the formation of attitudes towards the project 7- Assessing the activities of the stakeholder group 8- Trading real estate and land. Finally, a smart monitoring system is developed to reduce the negative impacts of the design and construction of the wet market and strategies to strengthen the positive impacts. Manuscript profile

The Umayyads of Andalusia created a history in Western Europe that has distinctive features from their past. During the Middle Ages, the Maghreb interacted with Islamic civilization and they were influenced by Islamic culture, and then, by recognizing Islamic culture, they gradually influenced the Islamic government. Along with factors such as Europeans' familiarity with Muslim scholarly centers, economic growth, urban sprawl, and the establishment of schools in churches and monasteries, the translation of Arabic books into Latin was also an important factor in the astonishing growth of European universities. One of the effective factors in the emergence and consolidation of civilization, can manifest itself in the form of the use of common language. During the reign of Islamic culture in Andalusia, in addition to Arabic, which was the official language of educational and governmental institutions, Latin was also used in local churches and administrative systems. The findings of the qualitative part show that the causal conditions such as around adolescence, the family's cultural consumption and socialization have turned the study into a temporary and problematic matter, which is based on cultural-socio-economic obstacles and the issue of adolescence and in the intervention conditions. The expansion of media, books along with movies and the promotion of information literacy of teenagers leads the literary tendencies of teenagers towards translation with genres of excitement, humor and fantasy. This issue, considering the chosen strategy of teenagers for studying, has consequences such as a lifestyle based on questioning. , fragmented identity or youth passivity leads. Quantitative method was used to deepen the data analysis of the first stage. Therefore, the collection of quantitative data was done by setting up a questionnaire derived from the qualitative method, in the form of 6 survey and using the multi-stage cluster sampling method, according to the education regions of Isfahan city, among high school 384 students/youths. In the quantitative part, the hypotheses were tested with spss software. Then, the structural hypotheses of the research were tested in structural modeling using amos software. The findings of the research show that the amount of reading is most related to the independent variable of attitude to books, adolescent characteristics, and then socialization by the family. In terms of tendency towards exciting, humorous and imaginative genres, the main variables affecting attitude to reading are adolescent characteristics. and the needs of adolescence. And the only independent variable that has an impact on translation is the characteristics of teenagers. Other variables have the same effect on writing and translation. Manuscript profile

The form and path of development in most of the current backward countries of the world is unfortunately an incomplete sampling of advanced and developed countries, and sometimes the regulations are only translated from one language to another without any change. It is certain that the traditional culture of a backward third world country cannot accept the model made for the culture of others. The current research is in response to the question: What function and role can culture play in the progress of countries that are lagging behind in the development process? The hypothesis of the current research is that the progress and sustainable development of a society depends on the acculturation of the members of that society and until the cultural patterns of the countries agree with the development components, the development of these countries will not be possible. Efforts should be made to reform the culture of backward countries in line with the development components. The current research is descriptive-analytical. As a result, fundamental changes in the path of development for any society must be in harmony with the culture and traditions of that society, and all cultural factors should be helped for its correct implementation, otherwise the path of progress and development in these countries, even though it is excellent, is doomed to failure. The spatial structure of quarters plays a fundamental role in revitalizing and improving their quality. Emphasizing the reconstruction of cultural heritage, this approach can serve as a suitable catalyst for strengthening related issues or the spatial structure of historical quarters. This research aims to reconstruct the spatial structure of the Arg quarter in Mashhad. The methodology employed is mixed (quantitative and qualitative), where initially, by defining the criteria for cultural reconstruction in both soft and hard environments and categorizing them into seven dimensions of the urban environment, the cultural criteria in the components of spatial structure were elucidated. In the second step, quarter issues in the Arg quarter were extracted through the perspectives of authors, experts, and residents using observation and interviews, then the issue network was drawn and analyzed using qualitative research analysis tools (Gephi software). The results of the research indicate that the most important issues of the spatial structure of the Arg quarter include the lack of day and night activities, neglect of social values, functional disturbances in space and activities, inappropriate environmental qualities, and the loss of a sense of place, which can be addressed by proposing suggestions for improvement based on the identified issues. The purpose of this study is to explain the semantic conceptual model of "Disciplinary-Architecture" to analyze the ideas and opinions of contemporary Iranian architects in the cultural space based on environmental aesthetic reflection in the genios loci. The present study is practical in terms of purpose and has been analyzed with an inductive approach. In nature, qualitatively describes existing information and component inductive analysis in theoretical subject matter. The method of collecting information by library relying on valid documents using the logical analysis method describes and analyzes theoretical propositions. The propositions have then been extracted, categorized and analyzed from the point of view of a number of contemporary Iranian architects and the views of the field of research. From the findings he suggested that the genios loci of communication with spiritual worlds and the underlying layers of the human soul can be possible. Because intuition is one of the semantic components due to sensory diversity and plurality in simple detail while complexity, in the form of a united whole, the aesthetic concerns of users. In this way, the discovery and intuition with the ability to safely predict the exciting at the same time have an impact on the integration of shared patterns of human emotions and senses. The criteria set forth in explaining a new model of environmental aesthetics in achieving the genios loci through "intuitive-intuitive architecture" lead to "extensive understanding" in contemporary architectural artifacts. <p>Society is constantly undergoing changes influenced by various factors, which impact all aspects of life, including culture. Consequently, when changes occur, adaptation and coordination become necessary. The architectural landscape in Iran, with its long history and remarkable works, has been rapidly and multi-dimensionally shaped by the developments of the 20th century. This has sometimes led to conflicts between the past and the desired future, resulting in periods of confusion regarding the direction of progress. The paper aims to investigate the effective components in the formation of contemporary Iranian architecture based on social changes. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative and follows an analytical-historical approach. Content analysis consists of three stages: preparation and organization, examination of materials and messages, and data processing and conclusion drawing. These stages are conducted using MAXQDA software. Additionally, graphical representations are generated based on the research components. Gafi stands out as one of the notable programs in this regard. The results indicate that social changes over time have significantly influenced the evolution of contemporary architecture in Iran. Factors such as political, economic, cultural, climatic and environmental consideration have distinctly shaped contemporary Iranian architecture during different historical periods.</p> Manuscript profile
