Landslide is a geological phenomenon which cause annual enormous losses of life and property in the country. Since the set of natural and human factors contributed to the damages caused by the landslide, this phenomenon is known as the limiting factor in land development policies. One of the most important solution to reduce the damages caused by landslides, is to avoide these areas. For this it is essential to provide high accuracy maps of landslide hazard zoning by an available and suitable method. Thus in this study GIS (Geographic Information System) was utilized to determine the high risk areas and evaluate the impact of various factors. At first the influenced factors were selected by field and other reserchers studies then the layers were prepared on GIS ( by the use of ArcGIS 10.2). These layers are lithology, slope, aspect, land use, road networks, distance to fault, elevation and drainage watershed in Emamzade Ebrahim watershed in west of Guilan province, Iran. In step 1, standardization of the layers was done using Fuzzy logic. Step 2, analyze hierarchi prossess (AHP) was used to pair-wise comparison of these factors and the weight of each factor, which represents the degree of their influence had been calculated and finally landslide hazard zonation map was prepared with different sensitivities. Slope by the weight of 0/308 and lithology 0/231 had highest impact and should be more emphasis and considere on basin development planning managers and policy makers. Also 39% of the basin area has low sensitivity and 2% has very high sensitivity to the risk of the occurrence of landslide hazard. Manuscript profile

Due to the increase in human activities, the destructive impact on the environment is not limited to a particular region of the world. Including the destructive impacts are entering non-native plant species around the world that during the 200 years ago with the spread of agriculture, increase the exchange of goods, increased human activities as well as increasing environmental destruction, it's increasing. Although only a limited number of non-native species can be invasive, the negative effects of these species on natural and crop communities, human and animal health, and the changing ecosystem characteristics are so high that the research process is constantly expanding in this regard. One of the damages, which has received considerable attention in recent years, is the problem of the introduction of non-native (invasive) plant species into natural ecosystems, but not all non-native species are harmful. Sometimes non-native species are well absorbed by the ecosystem and positioned like native species. But invasive species are species that are not native ecosystems, and their entry causes economic, environmental or human health damage. In this study, the ecological risk assessment of aggressive plants will be provided and suitable strategies for controlling entry and risk reduction will be presented. Manuscript profile

Any land use program will be carried out at the ground level and will result in changes in landfill, surface and even underground landforms. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to the importance of landfills and landforms in their role in land application models., considering that geomorphologic knowledge studies the forms and processes of the Earth, it is necessary to consider the characteristics and processes affecting landforms in order to environmental Capability assessment in the land use planning In this research, the methods of environmental Capability assessment in land use planning of used in Iran from the geomorphology viewpoint have been investigated and analyzed. Investigating the methods according to the criteria used in each method showed that in the Land System Approch, the criteria of climate, fault, groundwater and environmental hazards are not considered, and also in the Natural Resources Master Plan, attention to environmental hazards And only two protection and grassland of land use are defined. In a system analysis, given that experts have different specializations, they do not take into account all the components of a system The Urban, Rural, and Industrial Development Model of McHarg and Makhdoum have a general view of nature. Therefore, the new environmental Capability assessment model was proposed based on the integration of existing methods and according to the geomorphology viewpoint, in order to evaluate the environmental Capability assessment based on the base units of the landform, and the resulting results would be more consistent with the Earth's realities. This model includes assessing ecological capability and assessing the environmental hazards. In assessing ecological capability, sub-criteria for dominant winds, slope curvature, surface water and underground water were added. Also, in the land parcel standard, a different classification of landforms for urban development was presented, and environmental risk assessment included flood potential assessment, landslide and seismicity. Nowadays software systems have very important role in a lot of sensitive and critical applications. Sometimes a small error in software could cause financial or even health loss in critical applications. So reliability assurance as a nun-functional requirement, is very vital. One of the key tasks to ensure error-free operation of the software, is to have a quantitative measurement of the software reliability.Software reliability engineering is defined as the quantitative study of the operational behavior of software systems with respect to user requirements concerning reliability. Software Reliability is defined as the probability of failure-free software operation for a specified period of time in a specified environment. Quantifying software reliability is increasingly becoming necessary. We have recently proposed a new approach (referred to as SDAFlex&Rel) to the development of «reliable yet flexible» software. In this paper, we first present the definitions of a set of key terms that are necessary to communicate with the scope and contributions of this work. Based on the fact that software reliability is directly proportional to the reliability of the development approach used, in this paper, a new approach is proposed to quantitatively measure the reliability of the software developed using SDAFlex&Rel, thereby making precise informal claims on the reliability improvement. The quantitative results confirm the reliability improvement that is informally promised by SDAFlex&Rel. Manuscript profile

A conventional camera with small size pixels may capture images with defocused blurred regions. Blurring, as a low-pass filter, attenuates or drops details of the captured image. This fact makes deblurring as an ill-posed problem. Coded aperture photography can decrease destructive effects of blurring in defocused images. Hence, in this case, aperture patterns are designed or evaluated based on the manner of reduction of these effects. In this paper, a new function is presented that is applied for evaluating the aperture patterns which are designed for defocus deblurring. The proposed function consists of a weighted sum of two new criteria, which are defined based on spectral characteristics of an aperture pattern. On the basis of these criteria, a pattern whose spectral properties are more similar to a flat all-pass filter is assessed as a better pattern. The weights of these criteria are determined by a learning approach. An aggregate image quality assessment measure, including an existing perceptual metric and an objective metric, is used for determining the weights. According to the proposed evaluation function, a genetic algorithm that converges to a near-optimal binary aperture pattern is developed. In consequence, an asymmetric and a semi-symmetric pattern are proposed. The resulting patterns are compared with the circular aperture and some other patterns in different scenarios. War crimes are one of the most important examples of international crimes and, as a moral anomaly, are within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. As long as it has been criminalized in Article 8 of the Statute of the International Criminal Court, it has undergone a long process. In general, the Statute of the Court exceeded the limits of the customary international law on war conflicts in significant and perceptible cases and imposes new obligations on States Parties. In addition to the criminalization of certain acts related to the war in international armed conflicts, the crimes committed in conflicts within the countries have also been sanctioned. By 1949, International humanitarian law has not considered to internal armed conflicts, and up to 1977, no independent treaties were drawn up in this regard. It can also be found in the absence of a comprehensive definition of non-international armed conflicts. However, in the 1990s, The International Criminal Court for the former Yugoslavia defined a definition, while reflecting the custom of its time, influenced the development of the future custom. In this paper, The formation of resources and bases governing internal armed conflicts and its gradual and moral development will be assessed on the basis of humanitarian criteria by the library method and using fishing tools, and will show that the procedure of the Court The former Yugoslav penal code, followed by the drafting of the 1998 Statute of the International Criminal Court. Evaluating the performance of the knowledge-based companies settled in science and technology parks is one of the criteria for determining the success rate of these STPs. Promoting the necessary skills in STP managers through the implementation of real and operational performance assessment systems is the best way for fulfilling this goal. The STPs mission could be achieved through a n integrated chain from research to production. Removing the gap between scientific and research ideas into products and services, directing the knowledge-based companies, meeting the actual needs and providing value-added services to the commercialization stage are the major missions of technology parks. The existence of a model for analyzing the role and the status of effective factors through assessment process is considered as one of the important measures for developing science and technology which has been paid less attention in Iran today. Therefore, there are different items used in assessment procedure including gaining some statistics on technology level, the relationship between the components of science and technology system, the status of intellectual property, cooperation methods between higher education and research centers with industries and organizations, diversity of financial resources and the rate of incomes, attracted investments, the scope of providing services and products, the number of customers and many other factors which are considered in a k-based company as key factors. This paper intends to investigate and present the best assessment and effectiveness evaluation model together with the performance of k-based companies mostly obtained based on the tacit knowledge through ISTT experiences. The objective is to localize executive processes in accordance with the cultural and social structures in Iran. Manuscript profile

Transfer of technology plays a pivotal role in the industrialization of developing countries. The challenge faced by these countries is the non-avail of Transfer of Technology (ToT) model that can depict the technology transfer process by involving the internal and external factors. As the technology assessment and selection is the main process in ToT, so this paper focuses on this area and propose two approaches for development of a ToT model. Also existing analytical approaches to technology evaluation and selection, such as engineering-economic analysis, cost benefit analysis and optimization techniques have limited applicability due to imprecise and non-quantifiable evaluation of variable and factors. This paper proposes approaches to assess technology on both quantitative and qualitative bases simultaneously, involving all internal and external factors (forces) that affect the entire ToT process. During the last decade, the key role of information and communication technology has proven to facilitate the process of transition and change of organizations; The e-readiness is the platform for entering into the modern time and activities in the networked world ad well as competition in the market. Thus, the design of e-readiness evaluation models, regarding the internal and environmental conditions of organizations and communities with the purpose of assessing their e-readiness level is necessary. However, without the evaluation of e-readiness of the organization, activity in the networked world will be impossible and have very high obstacles. In this paper, a brief introduction of the proposed models for the evaluation of the e-readiness and their classification have been discussed. Moreover, the factors influencing the e-readiness of the small and medium-sized enterprises to enter the e-commerce market have been investigated and detected through a combination approach of Shannon entropy. In this paper, after identifying and introducting existing models; the concepts, dimensions, and indices of the research were extracted and ranked by the Shannon entropy method. The results of this study show that the first ranked factors were organizational factors. Then environmental and man power factors were ranked second and third, respectively. Manuscript profile

Skills training is an essential element for the development of human capital and achieving the goals of sustainable development of the land. This type of training has a special place in the private and public sectors. On the other hand, the acceptance of the training provided by the responsible organizations is an important issue that leads to the sustainability and continuity of skills training and on the other hand leads to improving the performance of responsible institutions and organizations. In this research, an attempt was made to plan and plan with a new approach, ie combining strategic attitude with market-oriented policy, development of skill, technical and professional training in South Khorasan province. The results of the research confirm that in areas where South Khorasan province has the potential of natural environment (such as mines), the lack or lack of skill training can also be seen. This issue has been exacerbated due to changes in the current economic and social environment of the country and the region. Also, part of the skills, technical and professional training that has been done so far in the province, was not in line with the real needs of society and did not lead to the necessary results. This means that the loss of resources and capital in the field of skills training in the province is one of the epidemics that needs to change fundamentally. Finally, the necessary strategies to overcome the current situation while maintaining maximum efficiency in the social space of the province are presented. Manuscript profile

A lot of methodologies for evaluation of the lean transformation have been proposed in the literature, but just a few of them explicit relations among the components of the lean enterprise transformation, with focusing on the priority and identification of the relative weight of each element on the lean transformation have been considered. Therefore, we try to quantify those relations in this study. So, to structural investigate the relationships among the elements, a model is proposed that presents a novel comprehensive insight to the lean transformation process. This study proposed an analytic modeling approach in the lean enterprise transformation to identify the weights of the elements. The goal is to operationalize the highly qualitative relationships among the lean transformation components. In this paper 32 effective factors in lean enterprise transformation, identified as "sub sub criterion" were grouped into eight categories classified as "sub criterion". These eight sub criteria classified through 3 criteria in the higher level which are “organizational asset development”, “quick adaptation to markets and competitive superiority acquisition” and “supply and distribution network optimization These three criteria were proposed as the major criteria involved in "delivery value maximizing", and ultimately, the value maximizing recognized as the main target of the lean transformation in companies. Fuzzy DEMATEL technique and fuzzy analytic network process modeling are used to determine the relationships and the relative weights of each component and then with fuzzy VIKOR method, 25 identified solutions related to conceptual model were ranked for implementing the lean transformation which regard the organizational purposes and the weights of the end level parameters of the conceptual model in a proposal framework. The present evaluating lean enterprise transformation is a comprehensive model that can be applied to different production industries. This model also was investigated in automative parts industry. Natural Disasters have always been a part of life on our planet. With human society development, urban areas and Metropolises have not been safe from destructive effects and consequences of disasters. In addition to intensity and extent of disasters, vulnerability of societies has remarkable dependence on proper urban infrastructures, strong structures, preventive programs and appropriate preparation in emergency-related organizations. Occurrence of an onset disaster like earthquake, usually leads to secondary damages in urban areas; they happen for an obvious reason and have specific outcomes. Identification of all significant reasons and consequences results in creating a vulnerability map for urban wards which could be a useful basis for preventive programs. On the other side, one of the most effective and efficient approaches to create preparedness and response plan disaster management organizations, is designing a relief chain with proper logistic modules and devoting responsibilities to authorities, based on data achieved from damage estimation studies. Hence, in this paper, a sequential approach is used to apply geographic information system and eliciate experts' knowledge of urban areas so as to create both damage estimation and vulnerability maps; These information. In turn, help designing disaster management cycle, specifically, Preventive, preparedness and response programs for an urban area. In order to create a better perceptive of the proposed approach, Tehran municipality district (1) is used as a real case study and its vulnerability to a hypothetical earthquake is estimated to create disaster management program. According to strategic importance of performance assessment, today a few limited numbers of organizations are going to guarantee the improvements of their personnel’s performance through an appropriate evaluation of their staff. For this purpose, the current research was done in social security fund of Semnan province. This research has followed a descriptive goal (based on a case study) with a comparative logic through a limited applicable process which is considered to be as the most crucial selected method in order to extract the information of documents and the organization. Receipt, tables and diagrams are referred to as the most important tools applied in this paper. The fuzzy data envelopment analysis was selected as the most appropriate method for analyzing the data based on the studies done. The results in this research indicate that the current traditional systems of assessment in the social security fund of Semnan province does not have enough efficiency and it does not have any effect on the increase of willingness and tendency of the staff. Therefore, a new system of assessment which was compiled on the basis of the fuzzy data envelopment analysis was represented to substitute the traditional system. This model had some strong points such as the personnel assessment without the manager`s verdict, having the ability to perform under the circumstance of uncertainly, the probable presence of an ideal virtual unit, and the evaluation of personnel based on the predetermined objects. There is a hope to see this part of the health services management to become more represented in the future by the conduction of the suggested assessment system in the research society. Healthcare is one of the basic needs of all human beings and none of the people is needless from it. Personal and public health depends on providing appropriate, adequate and quality services. But a significant portion of the potency of the healthcare activists spent on providing health services and policy-making, monitoring and assessment is neglected. This weakness has led to the fact that the health care services is seriously flawed and unable to properly respond to public expectations. By considering the importance of assessment and supervision and aiming to fill this gap, this paper will architecture the healthcare assessment system in Iran. Therefore, after the design of conceptual model of assessment sector and definition of possible roles, we have distributed the roles between activists of this sector. Based on architecture results, it is suggested to set up organizations with public and non-governmental nature to collect and codify the healthcare indicators and also perform the assessment and accreditation of the healthcare production, services and activists. Each attack graph represents a collection of possible attack scenarios in a computer network. In this paper, we use weighted attack graphs (WAGs) for vulnerability assessment of computer networks. In these directed graphs, a weight is assigned to each exploit by the security analyst. The weight of an exploit is proportionate to the cost required to prevent that exploit. The aim of analyzing a weighted attack graph is to find a critical set of exploits such that the sum of their weights is minimum and by preventing them no attack scenario is possible. In this paper, we propose a greedy algorithm, a genetic algorithm with a greedy mutation operator, and a genetic algorithm with a dynamic fitness function for analyzing the weighted attack graphs. The proposed algorithms are used to analyze a sample weighted attack graph and several randomly generated large-scale weighted attack graphs. The results of experiments show that the proposed genetic algorithms outperform the greedy algorithm and find a critical set of exploits with less total weight. Finally, we compare the performance of the second genetic algorithm with an approximation algorithm for analyzing several randomly generated large-scale simple attack graphs. The results of experiments show that our proposed genetic algorithm has better performance than the approximation algorithm and finds a critical set of exploits with less cardinality. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of the construction of sidewalks in the area of Imamzadeh Hassan Boulevard in Karaj. This sidewalk is about 300 meters long and is located between the holy shrine of Imamzadeh Hassan and Quds Square in the agenda of Karaj Municipality. The theoretical model of the research is based on the concept of “sidewalk as an urban public space” inorder to use the opinions of experts in various fields as well as field observations has been used. The theoretical model of the research is based on the concept of “sidewalk as urban public space”.In order to evaluate the consequences of the action, various quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveying in the field of project intervention, interviews with various stakeholders, using the opinions of experts in various fields, and field observations have been performed. Consequences assessment has been done in the form of two scenarios, including passive scenario (status quo) and minimum scenario (status quo adjustment) and in assessing each of the scenarios, the consequences of the action in three areas including traffic, social and institutional context has examined. The results show that the area under study in the current situation has many problems including traffic, social and institutional issues. If the first scenario is realized and this situation continues in all three areas, we will see the complete dominance of negative effects on the positive effects, including traffic issues, opposition and dissatisfaction of residents and increasing social harms. If the first scenario is realized (adopting a passive approach) in any of the three areas of traffic, institutional and social, the favorable situation for the study area is not predicted. In other words, the area in question in the current situation faces challenges that necessitate a change in this area. While, the results show that the implementation of any maximum action in the area under review is also far from expected due to the lack of legal, operational and financial contexts. Therefore, the proposed plan of Ataf introduces the adoption of a minimal approach in the implementation of the road construction project as a desirable option. If the city managers approve and decide on the implementation of the road construction project, this plan is based on the idea that this project will be designed and implemented in two independent phases but with common goals. In the first phase, a set of pre-implementation corrective measures is considered and in the second phase, undergraduate and specialized studies are on the agenda. In this vein, Ataf Group has tried to provide solutions for better implementation of each of these phases. Manuscript profile

The principle of human-centeredness in sustainable transport means the development and creation of infrastructure based on respect for civil and human rights and public parkings, as one of the most important transportation infrastructures in this field, have a high share. The implementation of the plan to build a public parking lot in region 5 of District 14 is a response to the needs of citizens regarding traffic problems and increasing the indicators of sustainable urban transportation. The present study seeks to identify and predict the impacts and types of possible consequences of the implementation of appropriate mitigation plans and measures in the framework of social and cultural impact assessment studies. The methodological approach of this research can be called a combination through the use of different techniques and tools. Research data has been collected through surveys (residents and clients), in-depth and semi-structured interviews and observations. In the other part of the research, through GIS, three priority locations were selected and by reviewing the existing indicators in the field of location of public parking lots, four indicators were identified. Then, according to the results of interviews with transportation experts, officials, local informants and field visits of experts, a suitable place for the construction of a parking lot in the study area has been suggested. The results showed that the lack of car park space, despite the activity of administrative, service and commercial centers with extra-regional performance in this area, has increased the volume of Stagnant traffic and it has a direct negative impact on the exploitation of the potential of these centers and has affected various social, cultural, environmental and economic aspects of residents’ lives. Reducing instrumental lawlessness among citizens, boosting the local flower market business, increasing safety, reducing violence, improving the urban landscape, and increasing service per capita are among the most important known consequences of constructing public parking in this area. Finally, by examining the areas of the district, the most suitable place for the construction of the parking lot and how to optimally designed the parking lot to meet future needs has been suggested. Recent advancements in the social impact assessment of science have shown the diverse methodologies being developed to monitor and evaluate the improvements for society as a result of research. These assessment methods include indicators to gather both quantitative and qualitative evidence of the social impact of science achieved in the short, medium, and long terms. In psychology, the impact of research has been mainly analyzed in relation to scientific publications in journals, but less is known about the methods for the social impact assessment of psychological research. Impact assessment in the domains of educational psychology and organizational psychology presents synergies with bottom-up approaches that include the voices of citizens and stakeholders in their analyses. Along these lines, the communicative methodology (CM) emerges as a methodology useful for the communicative evaluation of the social impact of research. Although the CM has widely demonstrated social impact in the social sciences, less is known about how it has been used and the impact achieved in psychological research. This article unpacks how to achieve social impact in psychology through the CM. In particular, it focuses on the theoretical underpinnings of the CM, the postulates linked to psychological research and some key actions for the implementation of the CM in relation to the design of Advisory Committees, working groups, and plenary meetings in research. Furthermore, it shows how the CM has been implemented in illustrative cases in psychological research. The article finishes with a conclusion and recommendations to further explore the ways in which the CM enables the social impact of research in psychology.. Manuscript profile

Needs assessment is a first step in the process of human resources soft skills learning and development programs designing, and paying attention to it, will increase the effectiveness of them. this study addresses the need assessment for learning, and development programs of human resources soft skills in public organizations. Lack of attention to the essential differences between soft and hard skills in the needs assessment stage, will cause problems in the later stages of the personnel development process. Based on this, first the components of human resources soft skills were identified using the systematic review method; Then in order to identify other components of the needs assessment, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 23 experts in the field of human resources training and development, and content analysis was performed. Then, the findings validity of the content analysis, was calculated using the Delphi method, and descriptive statistics, and was confirmed by reaching the maximum consensus of the panelists participating in the study. Finally, soft skills were identified in two categories of individual, and social soft skills with 20 components, and needs assessment components with two main themes, four sub-themes and eight codes. Lack of proper attention to soft skills by public organizations indicates their need to designing these programs. It is also worthwhile to pay attention to the codification of soft skills in the jobs description in the needs assessment stage, and the necessary .classification between managerial and non-managerial jobs in terms of the type of their need for soft skills. Process management in the organization requires the creation of process insights throughout the organization. In this regard, organizations need a comprehensive method to evaluate the implementation of organizational processes that determine the factors affecting the implementation of organizational programs. For this purpose, it is a responsive way for organizations that, in addition to creating awareness of the effective factors, provide a roadmap to improve the realization of the organization's plans and visions. In the present article, to facilitate the management of processes in the East Azerbaijan Province Gas Co., a Hybrid Process Maturity Model has been developed. This model has been presented and implemented with a combined approach of selected maturity models, considering the limitations of maturity models, which makes the models not comprehensive enough. The capability of the proposed model framework, unlike other models, is that the above model can be evaluated in detail. In this regard, first, the key processes of the company have been identified. Then by collecting the required information on how to implement the processes, the maturity levels of the key processes of the organization have been evaluated according to the proposed model and current level, the desired level of maturity is set. Implementing solutions also have been proposed to improve the processes. According to the collected information, 16 of the 26 Key Processes of the East Azerbaijan Gas Co. are at level zero or incomplete process implementation, eight processes are at level one or planned and two processes are at level two or controlled. In the architectural design process, the site is analyzed by different factors. These analyses require a complete assessment system and full knowledge. This research mainly looked to assess a parametric simulation of components affecting the site plan analysis in Khoi and the Shams Tabrizi Shrine using an environmental impacts assessment matrix. This quantitative research uses modeling and simulation techniques. To accurately assess the effects of the parameters, credible architectural software, Rhino and Grasshopper, were used. In order to analyze the site, such factors as the site bed, topography, accessibility, vision, perspective, noise pollution, and sunlight were considered. Results indicate that two factors, topography and surrounding buildings, contributed most to site calculations. According to algorithm calculations of environmental impacts assessment matrix, findings show that the cells with scores of higher than 5 were suitable areas for design and construction. Analytical components of the site can be used directly and more effectively in the design process using design algorithms and parametric methods, provided that the analysis step is an integrated method, unlike traditional methods. This research offers two takeaways. First, it provides an assessment of available plans. Second, a productive context for new plans; i.e., in addition to being a productive context for the final design, the site analysis components also serve as a vehicle to assess the final plans (both administered or unadministered ones). Today, we face numerous and diverse indicators in the discussion of sustainability. These indicators link sustainability to other concepts such as welfare, health, social cohesion, and they are also considered in the activities of design and planning time, construction, and operation. So, designing a sustainability assessment system for different regions of Iran is necessary and helpful to develop this country. The purpose is to show "the non-generalizability of international systems for use in different regions and climates and" the need to localize evaluation systems " and also emphasize the need to design an evaluation system according to the problems and facilities of the context, Attention to spatial capacities, modeling of traditional sustainable climate architecture as well as cold and dry climate ecological studies of Iran. This study first tries to prove the nature of these systems by analyzing the basis of production of stability assessment systems and the roots of the weighting of international, indigenous, and regional systems. Then, compile the structure and architectural elements of the hot and dry climate according to the basic stability indicators. To meet the aim, first, studying the existing evaluation systems as a case study shows that in all systems, even systems are known as international, regional coefficients are effective in weighting the indicators. Also, they are designed based on a regional context. Based on the research findings and the reviewed systems, the coefficients of headings and indicators are mainly based on regional indicators. Therefore, this system cannot be generalized to other regions, despite the claim of international design. By analyzing the findings from the Delphi technique and examining the climatic and social situation of the cold and dry climate of Iran, the proposed indicators for the cold and dry climate were introduced. Considering the dependence of tourism on its host community and thus the interdependence of tourists and local residents, it could be argued that the culture and viewpoints of the local people may influence tourism activities. Therefore, the local community must be actively involved in the development process to ensure the success of feasibility studies, proper assessment of investments made in tourism, and the extension of tourism projects’ lifespan. In this regard, this study sought to perform a feasibility analysis of tourism activities, focusing on running a coffee shop in a representative tourist destination in Kermanshah Province, Iran. To this end, the tourism development project during the years 2019-2023 was examined in terms of financial and economic assessments, and the evaluation of its effects from the viewpoint of the local community. The financial and economic data were collected from the Statistical Center of Iran, and the data concerning the evaluation of the project’s effects from the local community’s perspective were gathered through a questionnaire. The results of the financial and economic feasibility study indicated that setting up the coffee shop was financially and economically viable and justified. On the other hand, the evaluation of the local residents’ viewpoint in this regard revealed that tourism could contribute to economic prosperity, the introduction of the region to others, feeling the sense of pride by the local people, and the restoration and reconstruction of historical buildings. This study attempted to identify the factors involved in the feasibility study of tourism and assess the local community's viewpoint regarding the effects of tourism. The findings of the study suggested that financial and economic feasibility studies along with an evaluation of the effects of tourism could contribute to the success of investment projects. Social Impact Assessment (SIA) essentially is an individual report or a subfield of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). It is demarcated as the social sciences required in developing a knowledge base to provide a systematic assessment, in advance of the impacts, on the day-to-day quality of life of persons and communities whose environment is affected by a proposed project, plan or policy change. SIA is a platform for diverse groups and people in a community to voices out their need and concern. SIA are the ‘people impacts’ of development actions. Social impact assessments focus on the human dimension of environments, and seek to identify the impacts on people who benefits and who loses. New provision has been enforced in January 2017 to the Malaysia SIA procedure. Therefore the objective of this paper is to review the new provision and procedure of SIA enforcement in Malaysia. Good practice social impact assessment (SIA) should lead to improved local community development outcomes. However, the social benefits alleged to flow from projects are often not as evident to affected communities as the project’s adverse impacts. Projects still give inadequate attention to social issues and fail to achieve social development outcomes. Using a prominent gas project in Russia, the Nord Stream 2 project, as an illustrative example, we explore the potential of environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) to enhance the effectiveness of project contributions to local community development. We analyse the main steps of the community development process for the Nord Stream 2 project, and consider how it benefitted from the SIA process. We also reflect on the potential further contribution of SIA to community development. Even though SIA and community development are interrelated, we conclude that SIA, as currently practiced, is constrained in its ability to contribute to community development outcomes. Adjustments to the SIA and corporate social investment frameworks are needed to make them more effective in achieving social development outcomes. Manuscript profile

The results related to the gas tanks of South Pars refineries showed that among the leaks, the leakage related to the inlet valve flange and the outlet valve flange, according to their location (close to the car parking lot and vehicle traffic road as well as the traffic route) people and buildings around it) is more important. The individual risk contour diagram is the result of the combination of two scenarios, inlet valve and outlet valve, which shows the amount of deaths per year within the specified limits. This means that the collective risk of the area under investigation is high. Considering the conditions in the South Pars Refinery in terms of regional weather conditions, wind speed and direction, prevailing wind direction, the location of the buildings in the station and its population distribution, we come to the conclusion that in the event of a leakage incident, the consequences It is in the form of release of flammable gas and two possible types of fire, Jet Fire and Flash Fire. <p>The word personality refers to the uniqueness, individuality and subjectivity of the subject being studied. The measurement of such a dynamic and complex concept is considered a fundamental challenge in the field of methodology for the measurement of psychological constructs. The aim of this research is to present a new method in two different parts of personality questionnaire question analysis: a) personality questionnaire question dimensions obtained from the implementation of questionnaires on independent samples through correspondence analysis and b) question prioritization using from the network data analysis method based on the importance of questions in each dimension. To achieve these goals, 32 personality questionnaires - which cover most of the application areas of personality questionnaires - were implemented on 82,988 volunteers via web-based forms. Correspondence analysis results show that personality has two dominant dimensions that explain about 75% of personality variance. The results of network data analysis show that the important questions in different indexes are not necessarily the same and the selection of questions based on a specific index should be based on the meaning of that index, however, according to the correlation structure of the priority of questions in the index network, a general index was defined based on which questions were prioritized in two dimensions of personality. The result of the present research led to the presentation of an algorithm for selecting personality questions in personality dimensions.</p> Manuscript profile

In today's world, issues such as the depletion of energy resources, environmental pollution, the increase in material and spiritual damages caused by accidents, the supervision and management of intercity transportation, the increase in wasted time, and the rapid growth of transportation demand in the world have become a serious problem in the road transportation sector. This is while the existence of smooth and safe transportation is one of the most fundamental infrastructures for development and increasing the level of well-being and social welfare in any country. On the other hand, the rapid growth of emerging technologies that play a driving role in various industries and economic sectors and guide the transportation industry towards becoming intelligent, increasing efficiency, and raising the level of service quality has attracted the attention of policymakers and planners in the country to use these emerging technologies to solve the serious problems in this field. Due to the limitations of resources, naturally, a comprehensive understanding and then prioritization of these technologies can be a step towards getting out of the current situation. In this research, an attempt has been made to identify emerging technologies in road transportation by conducting library studies and then prioritizing them using the multi-criteria decision-making method (TOPSIS). The results indicate that according to the indicators of national strategic goals in this sector, the "smart communication networks" technology ranks first, followed closely by "traffic automation" and "smart buses" technologies in the second and third ranks, respectively, with an index close to the first rank. Today, issues such as population growth and climate change have greatly affected societies in the optimal use of natural resources while maintaining and improving the quality of life. Meanwhile, infrastructures are at the heart of this challenge. In such conditions, building infrastructure facilities and improving the quality of existing infrastructures is a critical issue, and Iran is not exempt from these conditions. In this regard, it is necessary to find ways to minimize the negative effects of development on the environment and affected communities. Sustainability rating and evaluation systems can play an important role in moving towards sustainability. Therefore, the current research aims to respond to the need to extend the life span and improve the performance quality of the infrastructure in Iran, and has sought to evaluate the infrastructure of the inter-city transportation sector from the perspective of sustainability. The evaluation is based on the Envision evaluation system for the projects of the Khorasan Razavi Department of Roads and Urban Development. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS. According to the results, 5 indicators of quality of life, project management, resource allocation, natural environment and climate and resilience are important. The analysis of the obtained data showed that among the 14 sub-indicators of the evaluation system, for the projects of the General Administration of Roads and Urbanization of Khorasan Razavi, the sub-indicators of economy and society have the most impact and the sub-indicator of pollutants have the least impact. Finally, the criteria of each of these sub-indices were prioritized. Manuscript profile

Problem and necessity: In order to create sustainable buildings, systems have been developed to evaluate the performance of buildings, separated by use. Due to the prevalence of Islam and Shia religion in Iran, one of the most used buildings are religious-pilgrimage buildings, the number of which is significant and influential in terms of sustainability. However, until now, these buildings have not been reviewed from the point of view of achieving sustainable development goals, and criteria for this review have not been defined. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to provide special criteria for evaluating a sustainable pilgrimage building and then upgrade and improve these holy places based on these criteria. The purpose of the research: The aim of the current research is to design a model to evaluate pilgrimage buildings in achieving the goals of sustainable development in the building sector in Iran. research method: The research is in the stage of collecting information by survey method. In order to increase the validity of the questionnaire, the initial questionnaires were designed and approved by studying similar questionnaires in researches and consulting professors and a number of elite board membersof Delphi method. Then, a number of questionnaires were distributed among each part of the statistical population and all identified ambiguities were resolved and the final questionnaire was distributed. The consistency rate of less than 0.1 of the questionnaires confirmed the reliability of the questionnaires. In the step of data analysis, Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used. Research result and suggestion: The results of Delphi analysis were the introduction of a model consisting of 10 headings and 94 criteria. According to the results of the AHP method, among the criteria introduced to achieve a sustainable pilgrimage building in Iran, the first three priorities are: "sustainable management and processes", "technical and functional quality" and "water". Based on these results, an evaluation system and a special weighting system for sustainable pilgrimage buildings in Iran were proposed. The suggestions of the research are preparation of special management annexes, self-sufficient design of energy and water and sewage infrastructures and more serious pursuit of water consumption optimization. In recent decades, the outlook for economic activities in the tourism and hospitality industries has been increasingly unstable. Despite the high number of articles published in sustainability science with different approaches and topics, it has been extremely scattered. The purpose of the preliminary review is to provide a structured overview of published articles related to the evaluation of sustainability performance in the tourism and hospitality industry and documentation in terms of the current state of the literature, categorization of published articles, analysis and linking to the studied trends. and also, to highlight gaps and provide scientific research recommendations. The method and investigation in this proposed research include two consecutive methodological steps. First, how to identify articles as a data collection approach and then how to analyze these articles. In this article, the results show that the sustainability assessment models in the tourism and hospitality industry should be more balanced, criteria and relationships should be defined in an appropriate way, and the subjectivity of subjective criteria inherent in sustainability indicators should be considered. To deal with this mentality, other analytical methods and group decision-making techniques can be used that can deal with uncertainty, conflicting indicators and linguistic evaluations and can be used in future works. By presenting research gaps, this review encourages researchers to develop practically applicable sustainability performance assessment frameworks to help assess and compare the degree of sustainability and lead to more sustainable business practices. This review defines the sustainability performance assessment of tourism and hospitality companies for the first time, examines the gap between sustainability accounting and sustainability assessment, and provides a structured overview of innovative research recommendations on the integration of analytical assessment methods into unique sustainability conceptual frameworks provides. A wind power plant or wind farm is a collection of several wind turbines located in one place. A large wind farm can consist of several hundred wind turbines. Such a complex can be located on the sea. Offshore floating wind power, an emerging technology in the offshore wind industry, has attracted increasing attention due to its potential to cooperate with other renewable energies to decarbonize energy systems. The environmental effects of floating offshore wind farms in deep sea areas should be considered and methods to enhance the low-carbon effect should be devised. Few studies have been conducted to evaluate the environmental effects of offshore floating wind farms, but the scale of these studies was relatively small. In the future offshore wind farm, more baseline data should be collected to improve the reliability of LCA. The effects of floating offshore wind farm on marine ecology and physical atmospheric properties should be investigated in depth. Organizational training could play a significant role in keeping the knowledge, skills and attitudes of employees updated, if it is conducted based on scientific principles and methods and considered as an empowering factor. In this regard, the present study seeks to evaluate and identify the limitations of the organizational training of engineers in the water and electricity industry. To this aim a mixed method was used including survey method in the quantitative phase and phenomenology in the qualitative phase. The research tool in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire and in the qualitative part it was a semi-structured interview. The participants in the quantitative part included trained engineers, 900 individuals in the year 2021, and in the qualitative part there were teachers and employers in the water and electricity industry. In the quantitative section, 269 individuals were selected by simple random sampling using Morgan's table, and in the qualitative section, 20 individuals were interviewed based on the theoretical saturation level. For analyzing the quantitative data, SPSS software was used and for qualitative data analysis, thematic analysis method was used. According to the findings of the quantitative part of the research, the current state of organizational training of engineers in the water and electricity industry in all 5 dimensions of education is at the average and below average levels. On the other hand, based on the findings of the qualitative part, the main limitations of the organizational occupational training system include process limitations, motivational, cultural and administrative structure. The results revealed that the organizational training of the water and electricity industry does not meet the desired quality levels; cultural problems and inattention to the academic degrees, lack of motivational incentives, structural-administrative problems and process problems and non-compliance of organizational trainings with scientific and logical approaches could be mentioned as some of the factors leading to the current situation. Based on the theoretical framework of the smart city, the third generation of smart cities in the world emphasizes "smart citizens" rather than supporting infrastructure; In fact, the smartness of cities depends on the smartness of citizens rather than the development of new technologies and infrastructures. Also, there are internationally approved indexes for measuring and evaluating the state of intelligence of citizens, which of course can be revised based on the cultural and contextual conditions of each region in cities. Therefore, according to the importance of the subject and to extract and diagnose the intelligence indexes of citizens in Iran, in this research, after document, with the conceptualization method, the indexes and sub-indexes of citizen evaluation have been extracted and then in the stage of survey studies, electronic questionnaires have been designed to measure the mentioned indexes and distributed among about 270 citizens of Tehran (as the capital and the leader in the field of intelligence in the country). In the next stage, quantitative and qualitative analyses have been carried out. By using multivariate regression and beta test, related indicators have been ranked and interpreted. Finally, the results show that the participation index is the most important element in the field of smart citizens, and this indicates that the promotion of the role of the citizens does not necessarily depend on the provision of infrastructure and the introduction of new technologies in cities. Also, suggestions for educating smart citizens from preschool to university level have been presented. Manuscript profile

The residues of Moinfos and Ethion pesticides in 20 samples of apples and 12 samples of grapes, in two treatments, unwashed and washed, after extraction with a convenient, fast, effective, and safe analytical method (QuEChERS) were analyzed using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Also, the health risk assessment of pesticide residues in apple and grape samples was done using the hazard quotient (HQ) and based on the Monte Carlo simulation for two age groups of adults and children. The results showed that the average residue of ethion in unwashed apple and grape samples was lower than the maximum residue levels of the MRLs of Iran. While, the average residue of Moinphos in unwashed apple and grape samples was higher than the MRLs of Iran. Also, the pesticide residues of Ethion and Moinfos in 100% of the apple and grape samples were higher than the MRL of the European Union. After washing, the average residue of Moinfos and Ethion pesticides decreased by 47 and 45% in apple samples and 44 and 42% in grape samples, respectively. The results of risk assessment based on Monte Carlo simulation showed that the HQ value is less than one with 100% certainty in the age groups of children and adults. Therefore, the consumption of apples and grapes with these two pesticides does not pose any significant risk to the health of consumers. However, due to the use of numerous pesticides, continuous and accurate monitoring and strict regulations regarding the quality and safety of fruits are recommended. Manuscript profile
