The challenge of the relationship between academia and industry is an issue that experts and academics and industry officials have been addressing more and more in recent years and are looking for safe and planned solutions and ways to strengthen this relationship. The relationship between industry and academia has been discussed in the country for several decades, and the first statements of the Supreme Leader in this regard date back to 1990, but what is certain is that there has been no effective relationship between science, academia and industry; Today, more than ever, the structure of science, technology and industry in the country needs to be reviewed and interacted as much as possible, and industry stakeholders must accept the fact that, along with the university, they will be able to fully absorb technology. This is part of His Holiness's statement in a group meeting of university professors, elites and researchers: "We have talked a lot about 'beneficial science'; "That is, the science that solves the problems of the country; the solution of the problems of the country is a beneficial science, that is, it is a scientific confrontation with the various problems that exist in the country." At first glance, perhaps the biggest problem in the communication space between industry, society and academia is the technical issue, but upon entering this space, it is seen that this is not the case in practice, and it seems that lack of information, lack of trust and lack of motivation are the three main pillars. ; Too often, our industry and society are unaware of the capacity and potential of knowledge-based companies, academic companies, and faculty members. In the current era, universities and entrepreneurs have a greater mission and social responsibility in the face of economic development, productivity in production and the creation of sustainable income, and a connection with industry and production. These basic problems led to the presentation of research in this area to be able to be effective in removing existing barriers. One of the most important challenges in the relationship between industry and the university is the academic level of Iran's first-ranked universities, which is at the level of international knowledge, while Iran's industry is at the level of developing countries. Emotions are concerned about by philosophers because knowledge, happiness, and ethics that have been a longstanding concern of philosophy, have some intersects with emotions. They have, therefore, tried to show the value and place of emotions in the acquisition of knowledge of happiness and moral life. Their focus, in comparison with scientists, is more on an abstract analysis of emotions. Exploring the nature of emotion leads to several philosophical issues, such as: What are the differences between emotions? Is it evaluating, that is, whether it has to be taken as evaluative judgments, or perceptions, or something else? What is the epistemological status of emotions and their relation to evaluative judgments? What is the relationship between motivation and emotion? And finally, what its role in the moral life, and what effect does it have on the development of virtues and moral character?. Manuscript profile

Cloud computing is a concept introducing in the world of information technology recently, and provides an environment for sharing sources. In this environment, an efficient and effective scheduling system plays a fundamental role. Hence, the problem of scheduling tasks in cloud computing is a very important issue, which tries to identify an optimal scheduling for performing tasks and allocating an optimal source. The purpose of this research is to provide a new hybrid model for optimization of scheduling tasks based on combination of dynamic adaptive and genetic algorithms in a cloud computing environment. The hybrid model aimed to cover the defects of these algorithms. Based on this model, an initial solution was presented for resolving the weakness of the genetic algorithm, the action of low speed as well as the weakness of the dynamic adaptive algorithm, trapping in local answers. In the proposed model, first, dynamic adaptive algorithm could find an appropriate solution for scheduling problem within a good time using the technique of searching required resources by KD tree and data retrieval in parallel. This solution, as an initial answer, was given to the genetic algorithm, and this algorithm performed the optimal research. As a consequence, the final algorithm, a combination of these two algorithms, provides a better load balancing for cloud resources in a relatively acceptable time. Manuscript profile

today, Knowledge is considered as an essential part of any organization's capital. Even competition in the market depends on the development of individual and organizational knowledge, Hence Knowledge Management plans to organize the link between macro strategies and knowledge management strategy in order to give the right knowledge to the right person at the right time and also to maintain a competitive advantage. The study of factors affecting processes such as motivation will be very important. This study seeks ways to motivate employees to share their knowledge with their colleagues. In this study, that is based on the descriptive survey method, a statistical population of Bank headquarters staff, 191 people which is calculated 128 samples, has been used. Sampling has been done according to a simple random method, and for collecting data, a five-option likert questionnaire has been used. The Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by visiting masters and experts. Cronbach's alpha reliability of 82.4% was calculated by the formula. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to detect normal or abnormal data, which resulted in abnormal data. Spearman correlation test for abnormal data was used to test the research hypotheses. The results show that in the opinion of the Post Bank staff and managers, motivation affect the staff knowledge sharing. Indeed the relationship between motivational factors in motivating staff in Bank is not equal, and the greatest role is related to financial and non-financial rewards and the lowest one is related to organizational structure. The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between the quality of classroom instruction and cognitive appraisals with academic emotions and their motivational outcomes, based on Pekrun’s control- value theory. The participants were 586 nine grade students (male and female) in Tehran that selected using multistage cluster sampling method. The participants completed five questionnaires, Academic Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ), Academic Motivation Scale (AMS), Academic Control Scale, Cognitive Activation Questionnaires and Perceived Teacher Feedback, Questionnaire and four scales, task difficulty, task value, mastery evaluation and Teacher’s Quality of Teaching Scale. The relation between variables were examined by a structural equation modeling and tested with path analysis method that the model was confirmed. The results of path analysis showed that cognitive activation, task difficulty, mastery evaluation and achievement feedback had significant and direct effects on cognitive evaluations. Cognitive activation and task difficulty had direct and indirect significant effects on positive and negative emotions and self-determined motivation, through mediatory variables. Achievement feedback had a significant direct effect on positive emotions and it had indirect significant effects on negative emotions and self-determined motivation. However teacher instruction quality had only a direct effect on negative emotions and an indirect effect on self-determined motivation. Also academic control and task value had significant effects on positive and negative emotions and self-determined motivation, and this emotions had significant effect on self-determined motivation. Therefore instructional quality as classroom environmental factor affect on cognitive appraisals and they are both determinants of positive and negative emotions experienced in classroom, And these emotions affect on self-determined motivation of students Manuscript profile

Appetitive motivation is the drive to eat to obtain pleasure in the absence of hunger. The present study aimed to compare women and men with high and low appetitive motivation in terms of inhibition to food cues. Utilizing a causal-comparative design, fifty-nine healthy and normal weight students with high and low scores in the Power of Food Scale (PFS), who were selected from 1300 students, performed a go/no-go task of food and non-food related pictures to measure inhibition. Factorial ANOVA showed that women with high appetitive moti-vation had higher commission errors in expo-sure to food pictures than non-food pictures. Decreased inhibition in women with high appetitive motivation could be the result of food cues that overstimulate appetitive motivation. - Manuscript profile

Following a descriptive-analytic approach, the present study investigates Mullā Ṣadrā’s view of moral motivation. He has provided two types of explanation, quiddative and graded, for man’s source of motivation for doing acts in his works. In his quiddative explanation, in line with his preceding philosophers, he attributes motivation to the first loop of the origins of emanation of act, that is, cognition and imagination. However, in most cases, he believes that the main source of motivation is related to the second loop or desire. The desire emerging after perception (concept and judgement) and before free will (consensus and resolution) motivates the doer. Accordingly, the doer might perceive and affirm the goodness of the act but not feel enthusiastic about it. However, it is also possible that they do not put their mind to doing the act they feel enthusiastic about. Hence, a contingent relation develops among the three stages. Based on the ontological and graded explanation, there is a profoundly essential unity among perception, desire, and free will, which can be interpreted as “graded introversion”. Mullā Ṣadrā’s belief in three factors, including the flow of knowledge, desire, and free will all through existence; the single identity of the soul and the unity of potentials and acts, and the dual cognitive-motivational role of practical reason, are the reasons that can contribute to explaining this type of introversion in his approach. In recent tourism studies, motivation is accepted as a crucial variable that explains tourism behavior and is used to understand decision-making and destination selecting. Studies show that many tourists travel to war-related areas, and war memorials are important attractions in these destinations. In Iran, war tourism and war-related sites (e.g. sites of the 8-year-old war) provided real good demands. The purpose of this study was to assess the motivations for travel to war-related tourism destinations. The war museum in Khorramshahr was selected as the case study. This research employed quantitative research methods with 270 valid questionnaires obtained for data analysis. Based on 18 criteria, the motivational factors were classified into four categories: publicity; interest in the acquisition of knowledge and recognition; facilities; and internal factors. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that three of the categories, excluding the internal factors, influenced on creating the visitors’ motivation but the most important factor was about interest in acquiring knowledge and recognition (R2=0.645). Considering the relationship between tourists' motivations and the type of their trip, a clear and logical perception of the process could be of great significance. Therefore, this study sought to analyze the tourists’ motivations for traveling to the coastal cities of Mazandaran province, taking a distinct anthropological perspective by highlighting the concepts of leisure trips. As ethnography is the main method used by anthropologists to discover the elements existing in a field, this study used a qualitative method with an emphasis on ethnography. Primary data were collected through participant observation and semi-structured in-depth interviews. To this end, 16 tourists who had visited the three coastal cities of Mahmoud Abad, Fereydoonknar, and Babolsar were selected via purposive sampling. The collected data were then analyzed using a three-stage coding system. In this regard, first, three categories, including "a place with a different structure", "in search of novel experiences", and "suspension" were identified. Finally, after performing the selective coding, the core category of "rites of passage" was extracted. According to the study’s results, it appears that the tourists who travel to the cities mentioned above for recreational purposes experience a mixed feeling of suspension and freedom from the requirements and responsibilities of daily life during the trip, which could be considered similar to the second phase of the theory of rites of passage. Motivation is considered as the main driving force in tourists’ behavior and an important basis for their decision making. This study sought to examine the ecotourists’ motivations for their travels and the impact of motivations (intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and amotivation) on their intention to revisit the destination according to the self-determined psychological theory. To this end, a questionnaire was administered on 163 visitors of the Soleiman-Tangeh region during the first week of August 2015 who were selected via convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, mean and one-sample t-test. To examine the relationship between variables, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis were utilized. The findings of the study showed that from among the three forms of ecotourists’ motivation, i.e., intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, amotivation, it was merely the intrinsic motivation that had a significant and positive relationship with the possibility of revisiting the Soleiman-Tangeh region, indicating that an increase in the ecotourists’ intrinsic motivation would increase the chances of revisiting the Soleiman-Tangeh region in the future. One memory type which is particularly important in the correct performance of a nurse is prospective memory. Most of the times, the correct performance of a nurse and as a result their patients’ health and life depends on the health and accuracy of their memory. The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between work motivation and gender with prospective memory performance in nurses. The present research was a causal-comparative study. The statistical sample of the research consisted of 110 nursing students working in Zanjan hospitals. A simple random sampling method was used to select the subjects. The research tools were Hockman and Oldham's job satisfaction questionnaire and the researcher-made task. In order to create forgetfulness in people in the studied groups, a researcher-made task was used, which included 12 nursing activities, 6 time-based activities, and 6 event-based activities. The outline of this test was taken from DMDX software which McFarland and Glisky (2009) had used to evaluate time-based prospective memory. Independent t-tests and MANOVA tests were used to analyze the data. The findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and prospective memory; in such a way, nurses who had a higher work motivation showed better performance in prospective memory tasks, both time- based and event- based. The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of selecting managers with innovative management characteristics on the motivation and organizational commitment of teachers. The type of research is correlational in terms of descriptive method and it is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the education workers of Khoy city in 1401-1402, and 215 people were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, organizational commitment questionnaires by Maududi, Steers and Porter in (1979), Omid et al.'s innovation (2002) and Lawrence and Jordan's motivation (2009) were used. The data obtained from this research were analyzed using SPSS 17 software and using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient test and step-by-step multiple regression). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the predictor variables and the criterion, also the regression results also showed that the sum of the predictor variables explained and predicted R2=0.33 of the variance of the criterion variable, that is, the predictor variables accounted for 33% of the characteristics score. They explain innovative management. Hope for companionship 15%, hope for power 11%, fear of failure 3%, emotional commitment 2% and continuous commitment predict 2% of changes in innovative management characteristics. The observed F level for predictor variables is significant at the 0.001 level. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation and organizational commitment play a role in the level of innovative management characteristics. Manuscript profile
