Nowadays, organizational portals hold a key role in disseminating organizational information at different layers. Within their scope, educational portals are particularly significant, due to their ability in upgrading users’ knowledge and skill in realizing entrepreneurship business. Considering the geographical distributed-ness as well as job variation in entrepreneurship and the parameters which are influential in the process of designing these portals, developing a mechanism that can offer a high capability to portals in upgrading entrepreneurship skill, is of high priority. This necessitates the very features which are essential to designing efficiently these sorts of portals. In this paper, an approach is suggested according to which the features expected for designing an educational portal are represented in terms of an ontology, and it is subsequently explained how and in what way these features can on the one hand help realize entrepreneurship business and on the other hand help entrepreneurship training/education come true in a reasonable way. At the end, the capability of the proposed approach will be discussed in terms of two practical scenarios being used frequently. Manuscript profile

That change of behavior is the result of deliberate and accountable efforts in the form of an official or traditional educational system, or as a form of influence of the environment, to shape the characteristics of the individual and society. However, the transformation of society from the influence of traditional factors and the deliberate efforts of the formal educational system Are caused. The study deals with the "educational system and methods of Islamic view and its analogy with the school of existentialism". The purpose of this research is theoretical, applied and descriptive-analytical study. In existentialism methodology, the teacher tries to persuade the student Find out personal truths through questions about the meaning of life. The task of the teacher is to provide a learning environment where students can express their mentality. Existentialists believe that the learner should not be forced to learn by deception or force, but that the learner should seek to learn by himself or herself and face an indefinable situation. In this way, the teacher has a facilitating role. And the ubiquitous pursuit of desire seeks to discover the truth. It has also been emphasized in the school of Islam. However, access to this issue is different in these schools. In general, in examining whether the educational methods of Islam and existentialism are the same direction, it can be said that these approaches to fostering rational thinking in learners are somewhat consistent, but the Islamic educational methods are The holistic view of Islam is more general. The tendency to wisdom and its description are one of the most prominent and important features of Naser Khosrow's writings. The present article is intended to investigate Nasser Khosrow's thoughts on reason and rationality, philosophical and religious foundations, and his educational teachings. After describing and explaining Naser Khosrow's Philosophical and Educational Perspective, the author looks at the nature of reason and rationality to study the resulting educational teachings. In this article, the author has used descriptive, analytical, and documentary methods using library and electronic resources to describe concepts, analyze and explain the problem. Meanwhile, information analysis was carried out using a (inductive) category system. Also, human supremacy affects all the creatures of the science of appearance and inner being due to the existence of reason. The educational basis of the Quran is based on the improvement of the behavioral and moral relations of the people of the age of decline. "Nejibit" and "fanaticism" are one of the most pre-Islamic Arabic behavioral attributes that have been reflected in various forms in the verses of the Qur'anic religion. The plot of subjects such as ignorance, violence, divorce, tribalism, multiplication and divorce on property and children shows that the Qur'an sensitively challenges all aspects of the discussion and seeks to eliminate them in various ways. The condemnation of the mistaken audience, the trauma of behavioral harm in the past and the past religions, as well as the explanation and explanation of the position of the Muslims towards other religions, forms the scientific logic of the Qur'an in educating the people of the age of decline. The characteristics of neurotic neurosis with the same indices are also observable today, although its structure has been adapted to the present day. Modern nervousness in the age of technology has kept man in riots such as racism, violence, war, murder and looting. The Quran, in its educational fundamentals, provides humans with thoughtful ways to pass through the vices and attribute virtues. Absolute acceptance of the sovereignty of the sacrament, the rejection of the rule of folklore, the obedience of the Prophet of God, the reliance on individual virtues, the negation of worldly and divine ignorance, the rejection of selfishness and cobraism, the emphasis on tolerance and the educational elements of the Quran is about the issue of the prohibition of ignorance, It is also on modern nervous system. Surah An-Nisa 'is one of the civil surahs. In this surah, marital issues and rights are discussed. One of the issues raised in this surah is the "solidity" of men over women. Verse 34 of this surah states the strength of the men of woman based on the charity and detail of the men. The issue of men's strength has been considered by commentators from the beginning until now, and each of them has had interpretations of this verse based on the prevailing culture in society. This verse, in the position of moral expression, is the subject of men's affairs over women, and the commentators have expressed the two titles of charity and detail as a factor of consistency, and have presented various views in determining the example of charity and detail. These views are full of extremism. In this study, based on the context of the verses of Surah An-Nisa 'and the verses before and after the verse of "Consistency" and other verses in the rest of the Surahs and accuracy in the meaning of charity, detail and consistency, it has been reached that consistency is close to educational and moral duties including behavior. The basis of justice is the observance of limits, the observance of the well-known principle, the denial of harm and transgression, forgiveness, etc. by men to women. It is also the "sphere of influence of men's solidarity related to family and marital issues" and does not cover other areas of women's lives, and women have full authority in other cases. Also, from the context of the verses related to marital rulings and the verses before and after verse 34 of Surah An-Nisa ', it can be seen that the authority of man over woman is only related to the field of marriage and woman has her own special and independent personality in other life situations. Is the only criterion of superiority of piety. Finally, it is inferred from all the moral teachings of Islam that the authority of a man over a woman is based on two principles, "infagh" which has been interpreted as paying dowry and "tafzil" which according to other verses of the Qur'an can be interpreted as provision. Islam has based the rules and rights of women on their nature, because social duties and responsibilities end with human nature. Manuscript profile

According to written sources, teaching and education in Islam was practiced in mosques and schools until the 900 A.D. gradually, from the late of 800 and early of 900 A.D, scholars began to establish Dar al-Alum and schools. From the 1000 A.D, there was a major change in the educational method in Iran and in the sovereign territories, and numerous schools were established throughout the country. This process continued during the two Ilk Hani and Teymuri periods and finally culminated in the Safavid era. The Safavid era has been introduced as a classic era in the history of Islamic Iranian schools. During this period, two important factors: the formation of a centralized Iranian state and the formal conversion of the Shiite religion paved the way for the creation of a new and dynamic educational system in a new format. The result was an increase in schools and scientific and educational facilities. This research is based on library and field research and in a descriptive-analytical and historical way, it seeks to study the impact of Safavid era schools, especially the two schools of Khan Shiraz and Chahar Bagh of Isfahan on cultural development in Iran and the Islamic world. Studies show that the schools of the Safavid era, especially the two schools of Khan Shiraz and the four gardens of Isfahan, play an important role in promoting the education and training of the Iranian youth and their special importance and presence in them. Finally, Iranian-Islamic culture has flourished. Accordingly, in the Safavid era, these schools and educational systems have contributed to the identification of the Safavid society, and the increasing expansion of educational systems in the context of the Shiite community has led to changes in social behavior and ultimately to the gradual growth and development of culture and civilization. The Islamic community of that era is gone. Manuscript profile

The aim of the present study is to investigate the role of virtual education in reproducing educational inequality during the Corona virus epidemic.. The research method is descriptive-analytical. Thus, in the first step, the challenges of e-learning in the country are analyzed, then the challenges in reproducing educational inequality in the Corona period are analyzed. The most important challenges of e-learning are distributing resources and facilities (spatial), the economic challenge, the gender challenge and the cultural challenge. Findings show that each of the challenges in the field of formal and public education has led to educational inequality. The challenge of distributing resources and facilities has led to lower quality of education in disadvantaged areas compared to the regions. The economic challenge has also created a class gap between deprived and privileged areas due to the low income level of people in deprived areas and the high cost of virtual educational aids. Gender challenges due to unequal use between men and women, most women have limitations in using e-learning. The cultural challenge is also due to the fact that the ruling classes have a larger share of cultural capital than other classes and are more able to deposit this type of capital in their children. The results show that the education system in the face of the challenges should consider measures and mechanisms, because until the challenges of advancing virtual education in the formal and public education systems are not addressed , educational inequalities cannot be eliminated. Moral autonomy means "self-government" and "self-rule". This paper presents the analysis and reasoning in search of answers to the following questions: first, what conditions does moral autonomy require? Second, does moral autonomy possess the requirements necessary for being considered as an aim of education? The theoretical framework of this study is based on Kant’s and Peters’ views that have served the theoretical sources and bases of the survey questions. The first question has been answered by referring to Kant’s ideas, whereas the answer to the second question has been derived from Peters’ sources. Kant believes that reason and free will are the fundamental bases for moral autonomy. On the other hand, Peters argues that the concept of "education" and the "educated person" provide the criteria and necessary conditions for moral autonomy. Hence, it was concluded that by recourse to conceptual analysis, and here, the analysis of the concepts of "education" and "educated person", we are able to demonstrate that moral autonomy should be one of the main aims of education because moral education implies the concepts of both education and educated person. The paradoxes between the concept of "autonomy” and “educational authority”, between "reason and habits" and "authenticity of choice and educational content" are also discussed. Manuscript profile

The main aim of this essay is to explain Plato’s idealism in terms of general concepts and their educational implications. In this research, which is of a qualitative kind using the inferential method, the works of Plato, along with the books and articles related to his opinions are investigated. The research attempts to answer these questions. How is Platonic Idealism explained in terms of defining general concepts? What are educational implications of Plato' thought? The results indicate that Plato seeks to explain general concept as the representation of ideas. For him, these ideas are real but immaterial beings. The main elements of definition are concept and example. One of the main functions of general concepts is the use of them as a criterion for action in partial and objective situations, concepts that all have essential and necessary conditions and it can be distinguished on the basis of topics and also it can be put the plural things (examples) under a general concept. In terms of educational implications, Plato’s idealism entails a shift towards a concept-based framework in education including rebuilding curriculum, teaching methods, teacher and student relationship, and evaluation based on the discovery of general concepts. Preconceptions and biases as problems and challenges in the process of people's thought face them with a lot of difficulties in analyzing, explaining, and interpreting affairs and issues. The aim of this study is to investigate the role of self-imposed exile to overcome the preconceptions of understanding based on Wittgenstein’s later thought and to draw its educational implications. This qualitative research utilized a descriptive, analytical, and interpretive method. In the first step, the definition of understanding from Wittgenstein's point of view is discussed, and in the next step, it is made clear how people's understanding and attitude depends on their "world-picture", and how its formation begins from the early stages of life. It is also argued that if the world-picture is a result of persuasion and does not meet the requirements of language games, one's thoughts and insights will be limited by preconceptions. Then, the self-imposed exile as a strategy derived from Wittgenstein's later philosophy is introduced as a solution in order to overcome the preconceptions and the spirit of the times. Finally, the effects and educational implications of self-imposed exile are inferred, and it is discussed how self-imposed exile would work effectively in order to overcome the preconceptions of thought. The present study is an attempt to fill the gap between educational theory and practice, taking into account the Islamic perspective on education, which is based on the destruction of the concept of martyrdom (Shahadah). In this regard, by emphasizing the role of the original factor in Islamic education, the Prophet has been considered as a perfect manifestation of human beings and witnessed the implementation of original theories and the main mediator between theory and practice in education. Thus, the transition from theory to educational practice is explained by the basic principle that approaching the Prophet is a criterion for approaching the field of action and an objective manifestation of the theory of education, and consequently, distancing oneself from this educational criterion is a sign of the separation between theory and educational practice. Therefore, according to the Prophet's practical life in the history of Islam, transition in terms of educational practice has been introduced in three levels or general phases, including rational, emotional and behavioral levels by introducing twelve basic components. This article aims to study the role and value of children’s voices in the reformation of educational programs. This study is conducted through a critical philosophical inquiry method. The ultimate purpose of this method is the improvement of educational practice. Three questions are raised in this paper: 1.Why children’s voices have historically often been neglected in relation to their life matters? 2. Why children’s voices must be heard and been considered as criteria in their life matters? 3. How can children’s voices be demarginalized and exercised in children’s educational matters for the betterment educational programs? The findings show that the total rejection of childhood and its values, a deficit conception of childhood, and inadequacy and deficiency of adults’ conception of childhood are among the most significant reasons of historical ignorance of children’s voices. Prerequisites of appealing to children’s voices include: A critical theoretical revision of adult-centered approaches of childhood, rejection of the universal notion of childhood, adopting the plurality and difference of childhood and children’s voices around the world based on various cultural climates and contexts, and adhering to the equality of children’s rights and adults. Dialogue and inquiry with children are suggested as two strategies for listening to and representing children’s voices in the reformation and improvement of educational programs and procedures. These two strategies can provide us with an access to fresh and firsthand knowledge about children and issues related to their lives. Manuscript profile

Over the last few years, online training courses have had a significant increase in the number of participants. However, most web-based educational systems have drawbacks compared to traditional classrooms. On the one hand, the structure and nature of the courses directly affect the number of active participants; on the other hand, it becomes difficult for teachers to guide students in choosing the appropriate learning resource due to the abundance of online learning resources. Students also find it challenging to decide which educational resources to choose according to their condition. The resource recommender system can be used as a Guide tool for educational resource recommendations to students so that these suggestions are tailored to the preferences and needs of each student. In this paper, it was presented a resource recommender system with the help of Bi-LSTM networks. Utilizing this type of structure involves both long-term and short-term interests of the user and, due to the gradual learning property of the system, supports the learners' behavioral changes. It has more appropriate recommendations with a mean accuracy of 0.95 and a loss of 0.19 compared to a similar article. Manuscript profile

The main goal of current research is deconstruction of the role of formal education in the Iran’s education system in the period of Islamic Revolution. Formal education by putting together the four dimensions of the formation of formal education, including structure, mechanism, valuation and educational activities, appeared almost from the middle of the Qajar period, and expanded considerably with its consolidation in the Pahlavi period The development of formal education continued after 1979, relying on the ideals of the Islamic Revolution, including humanization and human education. Increasing attention to the dimension of formal education in order to use its full capacity, while deepening the existing dualities of the education system, faced with the complete failure of goals and expectations. In this study, with a deconstructive approach, the dominant duality of the country's education system has been analyzed by examining the assumptions of the formation of formal education and the effective poles. The study of the Contamination of the poles related to both sectors shows the complementarity and necessity of both sectors, that by carrying out the reconstruction and using the capacities of both types of educational systems, there are many and multiple possibilities such as: access to educational justice, preparation for the conditions Especially, providing the context for the development of different aspects of the learners, realistic expectations and providing the context for accountability, acceptance of multiple cultural differences, change of master-servant schemas in education. Since the modernization of the Iranian school, the main question for reformers to deal with was how to interact and borrow from western education. Social reformers and educational activists have responded to this question and adopted a policy confronting it. The purpose of this article is to critically examine three moderate policies, namely: 1) Appropriation in the views of Mirza Malkum Khan and Mirza Yusuf Mustashar al-Dawla, 2) Selection in the views of Abdul Rahim Talibov, and 3) Instrumentalism in the efforts of Mohammad Ali Mojtahedi and Reza Roozbeh applying Derridean Deconstruction. Deconstruction shows that each of these policies has blind spots that have led to results contrary to the original intentions of their defenders. Appropriation, with its strong emphasis on commonalities, ignores the differences between the two systems of education. Selection has been inattentive to the gradual change of educational patterns by separating from their original context and the emergence of new interpretations. Instrumentalism with its focus on achieving the expected educational results has created an elitist system that ignores the unpredicted educational results and others marginalized by this consequentialism. Hence, this study was conducted with the aim of examining the effectiveness of an electronic off-line course for development of faculty members which was held in one of the high-rank universities of Iran. This course titled "Teaching Competencies in the Virtual Classroom" was designed and implemented in order to improve the competencies of the professors in the three fields of teaching, assessment and electronic content development in the virtual classroom. The current research design was quantitative and the research strategy was a quasi-experiment of the pre-test and post-test type. The participants of this course were 33 university faculty members who completed the course in 5 weeks. In order to collect data, several self-report questionnaires were used, which were designed based on the level one and two components of Kirkpatrick's model. The results of the research showed that the reaction of the participants (satisfaction, involvement and relationship with the job) was positive towards the course and also this course had a significant effect on the perceived knowledge and skills of the participants. However, in the dimension of attitude, it had a negative effect on the attitude of the participants towards teaching. In addition, the self-confidence and commitment of the participants did not show any significant changes. These results have been discussed in relation to the eight pedagogical and andragogical features of the course, and the reasons this course has not been able to have the expected effects on the attitude, self-confidence and commitment of the professors has also been discussed. Also, the effects and application of these findings in both theoretical and practical fields are presented. Manuscript profile

Explanation and criticism of the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Win Dyer's thought based on the spiritualism of the Holy Quran. The present article is a descriptive study that was carried out with the aim of explaining and criticizing the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought based on the spiritualism of the Holy Quran. In this research, the method of scientific analogy (inferential) and lens comparison or isometric analysis and comparative criticism based on Keri Walk's point of view have been used. In this research, the researcher seeks to answer these questions: What criticism is there on the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism from the point of view and thought of Wayne Dyer based on the spiritualism of the Holy Quran? What are the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? With regard to Quranic spiritualism, what criticisms are there on the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? What are the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? With regard to Quranic spiritualism, what criticisms are there on the educational consequences of humanistic mysticism with an emphasis on Wayne Dyer's thought? The results show that humanistic mysticisms, reflecting on the one-dimensional and one-dimensional world, which place humans in the center of attention, are considered important achievements of humanists. Of course, Islamic teachings have ordered its application in the lives of Muslims; On the other hand, in the contemporary era, spiritual therapy became one of the trends that attracted attention in the field of health and mental health. Thinkers like Wayne Dyer, having a positive attitude towards life and using a spiritual aspect of human beings, gave double importance to the category of spirituality; But since the view of "spirituality minus religion" has dominated them, they have pointed out wrong perceptions in the interpretation of spirituality and its practical effectiveness. Spirituality will be effective and stable when it is taken from its true and real purpose; Both from an empirical point of view and the Holy Qur'an has emphasized and clarified in its teachings that the role of religion and spirituality arising from it in the mental health and well-being of people cannot be ignored. Since the divine nature of man is divine and he has a divine soul, spiritual psychology will be successful if it pays attention to the frameworks necessary to strengthen the human spirit, which is the category of religion-oriented ethics. From the middle of the fifth century to the fourteenth century (AH), the works and views of Iranian philosophers have had a noteworthy presence in the scientific centers of the Indian sub-continent. Mīr Dāmād’s philosophical thoughts created the turning point in this historical presence. After their transfer to India, his works and views were disseminated all over the sub-continent through textual traditions. The spread of his writings and thoughts, in addition to the turmoil it created in academic centers, divided Indian philosophical figures into two groups of opponents and proponents of Mīr Dāmād and led to some extensive discussions among them based on the book al-Ufuq al-mubīn, including the notions of simple creation of quiddity, origination through perpetual duration, types of simple questions, the liar paradox, etc. In this paper, while providing a brief account of textual traditions in India, the authors will demonstrate that seminary philosophy in this land was in close interaction with Mīr Dāmād’s philosophical thoughts from the mid-11th century to the end of the 12th century (AH). In doing so, some of the prominent philosophers of India during these two centuries are introduced; their station in textual traditions is clarified; their relationship with Mīr Dāmād’s thoughts regarding various philosophical subjects are explained and, finally, the geographical spread of Mīr Dāmād’s thoughts across the subcontinent are analyzed. Next, they will show that the spread of this presence in the subcontinent is much larger than it has been imagined in the contemporary period. Here, by India, the subcontinent, and South Asia, the authors mean the historical borders of this land before 1947 AD, which entailed the present geographical area of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and some regions in Afghanistan.
