2 - The Role of "Allameh Tabatabai" Credit Theory in Realization of Transcendent Socio-Political Philosophy

Despite the welcome of scholars and thinkers in the Islamic world and the writing of numerous commentaries and interpretations, many functions of the system of Transcendent philosophy have not yet received enough attention. The socio-political dimensions of Transcendent philosophy are the most important neglected aspects of this school. Sayyed Mohammad Hossain Tabatabaei is one of the greatest followers of the Sadra's school who, by proposing the theory of credit, marked the extension of Transcendent philosophy in the socio-political path. This article examines the theory of credit perceptions and its role in explaining socio-political philosophy in the context of Transcendent philosophy. Credit perceptions are the mediators between human needs and his actions to meet those needs, and based on this, credit theory can be considered as the link between theoretical philosophy and practical philosophy. According to this theory, society is an irreducible reality to individuals and depends on the realization of a human group that has mutual influence and effect, the realization of this group is subject to the principle of employment. The principle of mutual employment requires mutual interaction and understanding, and consequently requires the creation of language and the continued validity of social structures, justice, power, and ultimately politics. Then, social systems are organized based on the rules and rational orders arising from nature for the good and development of the individual and society. The originality of society from the perspective of Allameh and the series of pre-social credentials in the later credentials provides a more accurate explanation of the perfectionist movement of the universe from plurality to unity and the orientation of individuals towards perfection in the context of transcendent socio-political philosophy and within the framework of Sharia. 3 - Republican freedom and its criticism based on the Quranic foundations of AllamehTabatabai

Republican freedom is one of the prominent concepts in the field of freedom that, despite its long-standing historical roots, has been of particular interest to freedom researchers for the past two decades. This article, based on a text-based interpretive approach, first discusses what the concept of republican freedom is. He then uses the anthropological foundations of freedom outlined by AllamehTabatabai in his commentary on Al-Mizan and critically evaluates this concept based on the verses of the Holy Qur'an. According to this concept, the mere possibility of arbitrary intervention by an external factor, regardless of whether there is interference in action or not, means the destruction of the freedom of members of society and their enslavement. Based on the Quranic principles of freedom, there are fundamental contradictions in two levels of this concept. At the basic level, this concept is based on the understanding of independence from man, which is in conflict with the truth of the divine caliphate of man and its accessories. At the process level, this concept intends to design tools for the objective realization of freedom and protection based on the individual will of members of society. Whereas the nature of relying on the individual will of man is in fact relying on the nature of the human employer; A trait that itself is the cause of tyranny and disruption of the enjoyment of their freedoms by members of society. It is only by relying on the element of "right" that human society can be freed from tyranny and human beings can enjoy freedom. Manuscript profile

The issue of visitation of God in views of theology and exegesis of Shia, Motazele and Ashaere are conflicting in two points with each other. Shiite and Motazele believe to refuse of vision and their belief is based on rational and textual. Ashaere believe to ability to meet God in this world and the occurrence of certain of it in hereafter and it is the result of the appearance of the verses and repeated texts and predecessor opinion. To be sure, this long-standing dispute is result of foundations and defaults that organize the hidden levels of the confrontation and its results. The importance of discussing from the topic "visitation of God" is checking and evaluation in the same principles and presuppositions of theology and interpretation. There are antithetical opinions in this topic and by this, could found about foundations of Islamic sects more than other topics and criticized them. Otherwise if ignore of the concerns of understanding and comparative criticism of principles and its reasons , the arguments about the visitation issue will be unfruitful and confirmed on the words of Seyyed Qotb: "Talk about the truth of God's vision is unfruitful and long-time discussion that Motazele and their opponents have overtaken from Sunni commentators and theologians. Because, they looked at this issue by land criteria and the worldly limited documents with the finite wistom. The howness of God’s Will is one of the problems that has provoked a lot of discussion in the field of theology. Although all philosophers have accepted God’s Will as a Divine Attribute, there are several disagreements in its interpretation. The purpose of this paper is to investigate, compare, and evaluate the views of Khwājah Naṣīr al-Dīn Ṭūsī, Mullā Ṣadrā, and ‘Allāmah Ṭabāṭabā’ī in terms of the semantics, origin, and ontology of God’s Will. Ṭūsī maintains that will is the same as motive, which is the same as knowledge of the goodness of act, and thus believes in God’s essential will as an essential attribute. Mullā Ṣadrā also adds the sameness of love with will to the sameness of the knowledge of goodness of act with act and introduces will as an essential attribute. Moreover, he justifies the Infallible Imam’s narrations regarding the sameness of will with act by changing its meaning from having the intention to perform an act to the making and changing of its level from essence to the level of actual existents. However, ‘Allāmah Ṭabāṭabā’ī views the identity of free will with the knowledge of the best system as a verbal conflict and a merely different denomination. He disagrees with equating free will with any essential attribute (such as love) other than knowledge. Thus he maintains that free will is not an essential attribute but is, rather, abstracted from the level of act and is one of its attributes. He also introduces the essence of an act that occurs in the outside or the presence of perfect cause for the act as its source of abstraction. It seems that ٬Allāmah’s change of ontological view of free will and considering it an actual attribute in justifying rational constraints are more accurate than regarding it as an essential attribute without paying attention to the conceptual difference between free will and knowledge and love, which has been propounded by Ṭūsī and Mullā Ṣadrā. Human perceptions can be divided into two real and mentally-posited groups, each with their own specific features and principles. The inappropriate combination of these two perceptions has resulted in some mistakes on the part of thinkers and, sometimes, has even resulted in doubting the basic principles of intellection. This incorrect combination is rooted in the lack of a clear criterion for the separation of these two types of perception. In his quest for the parameters of the separation of the truth from mentally-posited entities in ‘Allāmah Ṭabāṭabā’ī’s works, the author has proposed six criteria in this paper and then analyzed and criticized them. Finally, he concludes that although none of the mentioned parameters can be an absolute criterion by itself for the separation of real and mentally-posited perceptions from each other, the collection of the assumptions originating in the simultaneous use of a combination of such criteria could create a high confidence level regarding this necessary separation. The general philosophers of Muslim ethics, in accordance with the application and permanence of Islamic law and the eternal authority of the tradition of the Infallibles (pbuh) and also in accordance with rational reasoning and stability of human nature and despite the difference in the method of explanation, consider the criteria for values and They have become moral norms. Two great philosophers of Shiite ethics in the contemporary period, namely Allameh Tabatabai and Allameh Mesbah Yazdi, have theorized in their seemingly different explanation of moral realism and the application of moral criteria; The present article seeks to prove that these two explanations can be referred to a single explanation.Allameh Tabatabai (in the common interpretation of his theory) considers moral necessity as a matter of credit and considers the real and developmental necessity between the action of the active force and its objective effect, figuratively (meaning unity in meaning and difference in instance) to the resulting mental and sensual necessity. It has spread from the idea of a mental end, but Allameh Mesbah has reached the necessity of moral requirements due to the necessity of comparison to others. By considering the necessity of comparative necessity and referring it to the necessity of others, these two theories can be considered as different interpretations of a truth. The present research has explained this important point. Manuscript profile

‘Allāmah Ṭabātabā’ī’s view of the immortality of the soul is based on his monotheistic worldview. He has tried to respond to the most challenging discussions and objections in relation to the immortality of the soul regarding the problems of essential happiness and affliction, cancellation, excommunication, and immortality in chastisement. Relying on rational principles and the Transcendent Philosophy and through benefitting from some principles including the principiality of existence, the graded trans-substantial motion, the unity of the truth of the soul and gradation of existence, ‘Allāmah Ṭabātabā’ī has provided a new interpretation of the resurrection and eternity of the soul. Through propounding the problem of eternity, the present paper aims to explain its relation to human purposes and ultimate goals, which are the same as the realization of the true totality of human beings in the light of the soul’s resurrection and eternity. In line with this purpose, the authors have discussed the innovative aspects of his view concerning immortality as well as its epistemological consequences and outcomes. They have also tried to respond to some of the objections raised against the immortality of the soul based on ‘Allāmah’s principles. Manuscript profile

comparing the opinions of thinkers in the field of Quranic studies, it is possible to achieve the growth and expansion of Quranic studies and the recognition of the greatness of revelation, and to remove deviant thoughts from the holy area of the Quran. According to Allameh, the miracles of the Quran are absolute and are not limited to specific aspects. Some of the aspects that Allameh discussed include the miracle of the Prophet's (PBUH) being an Umi, the absence of differences in the Qur'an, occult news, legal miracles, verbal miracles, and scientific miracles. According to Allameh, a miracle is the intervention of a force outside the world of nature and does not mean the acceptance of the intellectual impossibility, and the Qur'an considers the miracle according to the law of causality, which is accepted by the intellect. According to Allamah, the revelation has the divine word and divine origin and is far from differences, contradictions and distortions. The revelation was brought to the people by the Prophet (PBUH) who had the status of infallibility. Orientalists' views on revelation can be divided into three groups. The first group studies the Qur'an without prejudice and fairly, and admits the truth and miracles of the Qur'an, and some of them have converted to Islam. The second group has realized the revelation of the Qur'an, but they refuse to acknowledge the miracles of the Qur'an and consider the origin of the Qur'an to be human. The third group denies the revelation of the Qur'an and the prophethood of the Prophet (PBUH), and the study of the Qur'an by this group is prejudiced and contradictory. Manuscript profile
