Abstract: Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Productivity for Companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. In this study, the relationship between intellectual capital as an important asset and competitive advantage has been discussed with productivity of the companies for Tehran Stock Exchange. To measure companies intellectual capital, two dimensions of capital efficiency (value added intellectual coefficient and its components) and value (calculated intangible value) is taken into consideration. For doing this work Information related through the years 2009 to 2013 for these companies have been collected. Hypotheses are tested by use of panel data regression. The results shows that the value added intellectual coefficient and its components (human capital efficiency, structural capital efficiency and efficiency of capital employed) have a significant and positive relationship with productivity. Also, the calculated intangible value of the company's efficiency has a significant and positive relationship only in models with fixed effects. The effect of the calculated intangible value components and value added intellectual coefficient on firm productivity, Test results shows that the efficiency of capital employed is the only factor for affecting productivity. This study aims to reveal whether different contemporary Farsi dictionaries lexicographers choose those compound words made by productive word-formation processes as the headwords, and whether they follow the same procedure for selecting the headwords in lexicography or not. To do this, two monolingual Farsi Dictionaries have been selected based on their closeness to today's Spoken Farsi: “Sokhan” by Hasan Anvari (2003) and “Moaser e Emrooz” by Gholamhosein Sadri Afshar (2002). In this descriptive research, First, the compound words which were headwords in the dictionaries mentioned before were extracted (495 words in Anvari’s , and 605 words in Sadri Asher’s dictionaries). Then, these words have been classified into twenty five categories based on Tabatabaee (2010-2007). The analysis revealed that even those compounds formed by the productive and predictable word formation processes (e.g. noun + present verb stem( have been used as headwords in these dictionaries. It has been concluded that the concept of wordhoodness or wordness which refers to the changing of the constituents larger than words, e.g. sentence, phrase and etc. into a word is the main criterion for selecting compounds as the headwords. On the other hand, this research revealed that the lexicographers follows almost the same method in selecting the headwords. Manuscript profile

It is widely acknowledged that relying solely on physical capital and labor as main sources of the economic growth would cause countries to lag behind others in the process of sustainable development, and the productivity improvement through technological advancements is the only way that ensures the continued economic growth. So, it is important to study the economy’s potential of technological innovations and capacity of technology absorption in order to allocate the scarce recourses efficiently. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to investigate the capacity of technology absorption in the Iranian Economy. To that end, using data from the Iranian economy over the period 1347-1390, the technological absorption capability hypothesis of Teixeira and Fortuna (2010) has been tested. According to this hypothesis, the existence of adequate human capital could help the economy to absorb the technological spillovers caused by FDI, importing capital goods, and the collaborations between countries. Furthermore, this hypothesis states that the higher is the R&D expenditures, the higher is the technological absorption capability. Using the co-integration method of Johansen and Juselius (1990), it is found that the existence of adequate human capital in Iran has enhanced the technological absorption capability of the Iranian economy. However, the R&D expenditures have no significant effect on the absorption capability of the Iranian economy. In sum, the Iranian economy can benefit from the technological spillovers because of its capabilities to absorb the new technologies. Manuscript profile

This research is evaluated the theorical and analytical role of domestic R&D stocks, human capital and foreign R&D stocks (technology embodied in imports of capital and intermediate goods) on total factor productivity (TFP) growth of Iran׳s industrial sector. As regards, the research and development activities of Iran's industrial sector as compared to developed countries are little it could be hope to foreign R&D stock role and their spillovers on total factor productivity growth of this sector. because the absorption of foreign R&D spillovers mid developing the domestic R&D activities will provide favorable field to total factor productivity growth. Therefore, this study is investigated the direct effect of foreign and domestic R&D stocks (via technology embodied in imports of capital and intermediate goods (and human capital on total factor productivity (TFP) growth of Iran's industrial sector in during 1338-1385. The analytical results say that, human capital and foreign R&D stocks have respectively, the highest positive effect on TFP growth of industrial sector. While, in literature theory, domestic R&D stocks is also have a determinant role on TFP growth. But, by reason of low investment in research budgets and lack of the demand base of research activities, the effect of domestic R&D stocks on total factor productivity growth of Iran׳s industrial sector have, lower effect than foreign R&D stocks. Trend of increasing competition leads to promotion of technical economy. Cost reduction and quality improvement has been introduced as bases for survival in global markets. What make this easier and accelerate it, are technical changes and improving efficiency and productivity. On the one hand, technology has a special position in theories of economic growth and in regard to constraints in economy and optimal use of available resources has an important role. Technology is divided into different levels with different features and effects. One of these effects is the differences of efficiency between the different levels of technology that this paper intends to compare the efficiency of industries with different technologies. For this purpose, data from firms with 10 employees or more from Iran Statistical Center has been used. In this study, the efficiency of industries with various technology levels (high tech industries, medium tech industries and low tech industries) using data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been measured. Industries with different technologies have different production functions, so in order to estimate production functions of these industries, econometric panel data method has been used. Results of the research indicate that managerial efficiency of low technology industries, in comparison with other industries, is lower and technical efficiency of high technology industries is lower than other industries. However, industries with medium level of technology have appropriate level of technical efficiency, technological efficiency, and managerial efficiency and also scale efficiency. Manuscript profile

Improvement of labor productivity is one of the main objectives of the economic firms. Consequently, identification of the factors that affect the productivity was significantly considered by the economists. Entreprenership is one of the factors that affect the labor force productivity. Overall, entrepreneurship prepares the ground for efficient application of new technologies in the society. Moroever, entrepreneurship turns the knowledge and technologies to new goods and services and increases the labor productivity. The current study investigates the effects of development of entrepreneurship on improvement of labor force productivity in developed and developing countries using GLS regression. The results show that in both groups of countries, human capital has an equal effect on improvement of productivity. However, the effect of per capita physical capital on labor productivity is significantly different in developed and developing countries. It is worth noting that GEDI, entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial activities indices have significant and positive effect on improvement of labor force productivity in both developing and developed countries. However, the effect of entrepreneurial aspirations on improvement of labor productivity is posititve and insignificant. The results of the current study show that the coefficient of entrepreneurial attitudes and activities in developing countries is less effective on labor productivity compared to developed countries. In this modern world, considering expansion of competition and lack of resources, everybody knows the importance of measuring of productivity and decomposition of it. Although assigned about 2.8% of value added and 8.5% of employment of large manufacturing industries, the textile industry has not respected more attention. The main goal of this paper is measuring and analyzing of individual and total factor productivity in textile manufacturing industries during period of 1994-2007. For this purpose, after extraction of production factors (labor, capital stock, material and energy), it is measured individual productivity indexes in form of quotient of value added and each of production factors. It is also computed total factor productivity via divisia index and Tornqvist function. The results show that labor productivity has grown annually 4.4% because of labor decrease especially in large firms. However capital productivity has decreased less in the studying period. On the other hand, productivity of electricity consumption and material has decreased annually 1.7% and 1.9% respectively. Total factor productivity index has grown annually 0.6% in average and this improvement mainly has achieved via labor productivity. The econometric model for decomposition of total factor productivity in the textile manufacturing industries has confirmed the positive impacts of production values, per capita wages, percentage of small firms and government expenditures. It has also confirmed the negative impacts of foreign material dependency and working only in expert field. Manuscript profile

Public spending is a necessary requirement in every state for doing its tasks in the areas of education, health, security, and defense. How to spend on these expenditures can, directly and indirectly, impact the productivity of human resource. This paper seeks to examine the proportion of these expenditures together and their impact on the productivity of human resource. This study was conducted during the period 1990 to 2015 and the generalized least squares and Granger causality method was used to investigate the effect of public expenditure. The results of the causality test showed that there is a one-way causal relationship between educational expenditures and health expenditures and there is no causal relationship between military expenditures and human resource productivity. On the other hand, the results of the model's estimation indicate that the health and military expenditures don't effect on human resource productivity, which indicates the health expenditures are not properly spent by the government and military expenditures don't have the role of complementary or competing for two other components of public expenditure. The purpose of this paper was to express and emphasis on the necessity of training for management team and employees and at the same time to provide a comprehensive training model to compensate lack of training in the Bank Melli printing and publishing company (BMIPCO). It was mixed method study based on the scope of the research. Moreover, the conducted structure of the research was based on two different phases as follow: The research in phase 1 was conducted with qualitative nature. The goal was set to obtain an analytical phenomenological analysis in connection with the current status of training management in the printing industry of Iran. In this level, 45 printing experts were interviewed. The selection of the experts was based on the purposive sampling method. The collected data were analyzed based on phenomenological research methodology and with the Colizzi’s method Results of analysis concluded that lack of “Training Management System” is the major issue which caused mentioned deficiencies and skills retardation in this industry. In the second phase, the research was conducted with quantitative nature. The goal was set to check the conformance of a structural domain with experimental data. The research type was conducted based on correlation method. Research was implemented on 150 employees of BMIPCO with employment of Cochran formula. Data collection tool was consisted of a questionnaire which was developed on a research basis. Analyzing and interpretation of the collected data, with the implementation of the structural hypotheses in the model, suggests that deficiencies of training assessment, educational planning, provision and execution of training, evaluation of the result of training and its outcomes and supervision are five essential independent factors that affect the situation of the “Training Management System” in the BMIPCO. Analyzing of the collected data indicates that the proposed structural model enjoyed a great popularity among participants. Eventually, to enhance productivity in BMI PCO, “Comprehensive Training Management Model” which has been approved both theoretically and experimentally is quite ready for “Deployment and Establishment” on management and employees of this company. Results were analyzed in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics by LISREL software.  Relationship between knowledge productivity and job meaningfulness (r = 0.83), between knowledge productivity and competence feeling (r = 0.86), between knowledge productivity with feeling of independence (r = 0.92), between knowledge productivity and feeling effective In the job (r = 0.90), there is a strong and positive relationship between knowledge productivity and a sense of trust in colleagues (r = 0.92), as well as between each component of knowledge productivity with empowerment. The relation between incremental innovation and empowerment (r = 0.66) and between fundamental innovation and empowerment (r = 0.92) was obtained. As a result, knowledge productivity is directly related to the empowerment of employees, but it does not have an impact on staff empowerment. So these factors are not conducive to empowering employees. According to the research findings, suggestions have been made to enrich staff empowerment and give importance. Manuscript profile

Human resource development is an important part of human resource management and in fact a kind of complement to human resource management. Garavan believes that human resource development is considered very important because its scope is much wider than human resource management (Garavan et al., 2012). The first efforts to develop human resources began in the 18th century with the establishment of the first technical school (Al-Faki, 2015). Today, human resources are the main assets and capital of the organization and the main factor of competitive advantage of organizations and this source is the only capital and assets in the organization that can not be imitated and has a unique feature. In addition, this resource is one of the assets that can grow. And development, and this development can only be achieved through learning and knowledge, and human resource development emphasizes the leadership perspective on employees to gain knowledge, expertise, experience and efficient decision-making and problem-solving skills in the organization. In this study, with the aim of identifying the variables affecting human resource development with a focus on productivity in the country's tax affairs organization, the Delphi method has been performed by 15 experts. After collecting data and conducting interviews and Delphi method in 2 replications and confirmation of validity and reliability tests using CVR, Cronbach's reflectivity and alpha, the final model is calculated in 4 main components, 15 dimensions and 53 indicators. Among these, group dynamics and team spirit, motivations for success and talent assessment and completion of talent banks from employees, documentation and continuity in learning, motivation and success among employees with an average weight of 4.9 are the most important factors identified. Finally, the structural model by partial least squares method was approved by PLS software with a sample of 251 people with a GOF fit coefficient of 0.63. Manuscript profile

Sovereignty is the legal authority of the government in international relations, and one of the forms of governance of governments is economic sovereignty. The economic sovereignty of the government has been defined as the supreme authority of the government in the economic will in the international arena. Among the sources of international law, five international documents have tried to explain the negative and positive aspects of the government's economic sovereignty in the international field. In order to measure the efficiency of the economic governance model, this article has undertaken the economic analysis of the government's economic governance in the international arena and has made five key economic theories the basis of the economic analysis of the government's economic governance. According to the analysis, the Keynesian economic theory guarantees the economic efficiency of the government more than other theories in accordance with the current situation of the international community due to its economic realism and order-oriented approach in implementing the government's decisions. It is worth mentioning that the characteristic of realism cannot be completely considered as a desirable model due to the neglect of human rights considerations, and governments are obliged to take such considerations into account in the implementation of economic governance.
