Resilience in power systems refers to the system's ability to withstand severe disturbances with a low probability of occurrence. Because in recent years extreme dust storms have caused severe damage to Iran's electricity industry, especially in the south and southwest, in this paper proposed a new scenario-based stochastic planning model for enhancement of power distribution systems resilience against extreme dust storms. In proposed model, in the first stage, the investment costs to improve the distribution system resilience against extreme dust storms are minimized due to the financial constraints, and in the second stage, the expected operating costs in dust storm conditions are minimized due to the operating constraints. Because network's insulation equipment are major cause of distribution system vulnerabilities in the dust storms, measures in the planning stage include replacement of porcelain insulators with silicon-rubber type, installation of automatic tie switches and installation of emergency generators. In the second stage, the measures are divided into preventive actions and corrective actions, and coordination between stages 1 and 2 is implemented in such a way that the results of each stage depend on the decision variables of the other stage. The simulation results for IEEE 33-bus test system and a 209 bus radial distribution network located in Khuzestan province, Iran, confirm the efficiency of the proposed model in different financial conditions. Environmental problems related to urbanization have their roots in both ecological and urban development fields, led to the formation of joint research fields such as resilience. Urban spatial resilience indicators are directly related to physical and environmental dimensions and are related to the main components of the spatial organization of the city. The purpose is to explain the conceptual framework assessment against urban flooding in Babolsar and its application in urban planning, research method: descriptive-analytical, data collection method: library and field and tools. Data collection: questionnaire, statistical population: specialists of city related to the issue of urban flooding, of which 30 people were selected as a possible cluster sampling. Data analysis is done through mean, Kolmogrof-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk and t-test in SPSS software as well as AHP and WASPAS techniques. The results show that the city is in a relatively good condition in terms of resilience and it is necessary to use the existing potentials, opportunities and resources in order to improve spatial resilience against floods. The final status of the space organization has shown that the dispersion of uses, attention to natural elements and the condition of the road network and surrounding green and open spaces have been evaluated as favorable, and the lack of attention to the shape of the land, Attention to neighboring spots, lack of dispersion of high-risk spots, centralization of administration in the center of the city, centralization of functional elements by the river and centralization of services on the coastal strip are its negative points. Resistance economy as an economic strategy to face the dependent economy and in response to the arrogant global sanctions against Iran, has been emphasized by the Supreme Leader. Resistance economy seeks to reduce vulnerability to external threats, prevent crises, and review current inefficient economic structures and systems. In the resistance economy, the effort is to reduce dependencies and make maximum use of the advantages of domestic production. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the business models of Iranian enterprises based on this approach. In this regard, this research has compiled and explained the conceptual framework, dimensions and components of the business model based on the resistance economy approach. The approach of this qualitative research and the research method is meta-synthesis, which follows the seven-stage model of Sandelowski. In the first step, the Supreme Leader's statements regarding the resistance economy, as well as articles and research collections on the concepts of resilience and business models were carefully collected and studied. Then, the conceptual framework of business was identified with the resistance economy approach. In the following, the influencing factors on the design of the business model with the resistance economy approach were identified. For this purpose, 32 studies that were directly related to the research subject were selected and analyzed through MAXQDA software, and 169 codes were identified. In the next step, after categorizing the similar codes, finally 34 code titles were selected in the form of 9 topics and presented in the framework of the conceptual model of the research. This study is a qualitative study that aimed to phenomenologically examine the lived experience of female FGM victims, to develop a conceptual framework for professionals working with female FGM survivors. The current study population consisted of all circumcised women. Participants were selected through a snowball sampling to saturation (20 participants), and semi-structured qualitative interviews were conducted with 20 female survivors of genital mutilation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using grounded theory and three coding phases. Culture, religion, male role, lack of education, female identity, and fraud were identified as key factors influencing survivors' understanding of FGM and its consequences. Female FGM survivors' experiences, as well as their beliefs about the practice, affected their emotional lives, relationships, identities, and bodies. The fear of female genital mutilation described by survivors undermined their resilience. All major categories of emotional, relational, identity, and physical consequences of FGM, as well as survivors' resilience, were influenced by key stages of womanhood, such as menstruation, marriage, and childbirth. These factors were reinforced based on their needs. This is a lack of satisfaction and the health system does not pay attention to the needs of these women. It is impossible to study the physical and psychological consequences of FGM in isolation and without considering the cultural context and life cycle of female FGM survivors. In addition, The issue weakens survivors' resilience to living with FGM. There are complex relationships between the physical, psychological, and social consequences of FGM and the culture of FGM, which should inform health policy and medical care for survivors to meet their needs. Evaluating the Degree of Iran's Economic Resilience and determining the factors affecting it: Pre and Post JCPOA Abstract In this research, the resilience of Iran's economy before and after the JCPOA and the factors affecting it are evaluated. A composite index is used to measure Iran's economic resilience. This composite index covers the three dimensions of economic stability, welfare effects, concentration and export diversity. Results shown that Iran's E.R. varies from 0.31 to 0.53 during the period 1995-2016. It should be mentioned that the size of Iran's E.R. decreased to minimum level in 2013 due to imposing UN sanction against Iran's Economy. Our findings also shown that economic complexity, economic freedom, good governance and capital formation have positive and significant impacts on Iran's E.R, while, economic openness had a negative and significant impact on Iran's E.R. Finally, the regression results indicate that, JCPOA has a positive and significant impact on Iran's E.R. This agreement has had a significant impact on Iran's economy and world markets by canceling and removing nuclear sanctions against Iran. The implementation of this agreement made possible the entry of technology and investments of the world's oil companies in Iran. Apart from the energy sector, JCPOA has also had an impact on trade and other commercial investments.
