The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral stress management training on quality of life and happiness in M .S patients in Shiraz. The present study is a semi-experimental type. The statistical population of this study included all patients referring to the MS Society of Shiraz in 1397. Among them, 30 women were selected by available sampling and randomly assigned to two groups of the experimental and control group. The used scales included The quality of life questionnaire for patients with MS Ayatollahy (2006) and the Oxford happiness questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Covariate analysis). The results showed that the implementation of stress management training improves the quality of life(F=10.12, P<00.04) and happiness(F=118.84, P<0.01) in the experimental group compared to the control group. According to the results of the study, cognitive-behavioral stress management can improve the quality of life and happiness in these patients. Therefore, this training program can be used as an intervention program for the target group. Manuscript profile

Various indicators are used to measure the level of development, changes and developments of the rural development process and with the aim of planning and evaluating rural development plans. One of the important indicators for measuring rural development programs is the use of Physical Quality of Life Index (PQLI) indicators. This index is widely used to measure or compare the level of development between different regions due to its simplicity and usability. In this study, using the natural indicators of quality of life in Morris and Calpine, the level of rural development of the country has been studied. In this research, with a positivist and positivist approach that has a practical nature and emphasizes on quantitative methods, the aim of the research, which is to measure the level of rural development in Iran, was pursued. Research data were collected from sources such as the Statistics Center of Iran, data from the Ministry of Health and statistical yearbooks of the provinces. Were compared with each other. The results showed that the level of development of the country's villages are different in terms of natural indicators of quality of life. The central provinces of the country in terms of the coefficient of this index compared to other regions of the country are at an appropriate level of rural development. While the peripheral provinces of the country are at a moderate level of development, and Sistan and Baluchestan province, which is one of the underdeveloped provinces of the country, is at the lowest level of rural development. In recent decades, studies related to women's health and quality of life have emphasized the notable role of feminine norms and gender discrimination. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of self-silencing components in the relationship between conformity to feminine norms and perception of gender discrimination with the quality of life of employed and student women aged 18 to 40. The sample included 687 women in Kazerun who participated in this study virtually by responding to the questionnaire link. This link is composed of items related to the four tools: Conformity to Feminine Norms Inventory (Parent and Moradi, 2010), Schedule of Sexist Events (Klonoff and Landrin, 1995), the Silencing the Self Scale (Jack and Dale, 1992), and WHO Quality of Life Questionnaire- Brief form. The analysis results, performed using structural equation modeling in AMOS-22, showed that conformity to feminine norms and perceptions of gender discrimination, in addition to direct impact, indirectly and through self-silencing components, also affected various aspects of women's quality of life. These results showed that the emphasis of the WHO on the necessity of attention to women's understanding of social discrimination and gender norms is a serious matter and should be considered for Iranian women. Today, in most developed countries, habitability is discussed as a principle in the context of sustainability. It is also argued that viability assessment can help implement new urban plans by providing a descriptive method for assessing urban environments and their quality, and varied approaches. Living quality is one of the main concepts of urban design, which has practical and theoretical importance. In this research, an attempt was made to formulate a theoretical framework to explain the concept of happiness in the environment by analyzing the scope of Tajrish and placing a policy for creating happy environments. Then, by introducing and recognizing its constituent components, a model should be presented in order to extract solutions called design policies. Therefore, after reviewing the quality indicators through selected criteria related to happiness, they have been studied in four influential dimensions. By measuring the extracted situation, the results showed that in addition to the three main stages of knowing the current situation, knowing the future ahead, the connection between the past and the future, which in urban culture is called livability, the fifth phase of analysis with three main components including, Identity, structure, and meaning have emerged that will be responsive to the policies of the four main dimensions. This study aimed to investigate the prediction of marital conflicts based on marital quality of life and communication patterns during coronavirus quarantine (Covid-19). The descriptive-correlation method was used. According to the random convenience sampling method, 385 married women in Shiraz were selected by the Cochran formula as the statistical population. The selected population was asked to answer the Marital Conflict Questionnaire (MCQ) (Barati and Sanaee, 1372- solar calendar), Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS)(Busby etal, 1995), and Communication Patterns Questionnaire (CPQ)(Christensen and Sullaway, 1984). The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression. Findings showed a significant correlation between marital life quality and communication patterns with marital conflicts (P<0/01). Regression analyses also revealed that %27.4 of the variance of marital conflicts was explained by the marital life quality and communication patterns. This study demonstrates that marital life quality and communication patterns significantly contributed to marital conflicts prediction during quarantine (Covid-19). Manuscript profile

Background and Aim: Chronic back pain is a common problem in the world, which is the most frequent among middle-aged women. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of eight weeks of corrective exercises along with water therapy on reducing pain, fatigue, life expectancy and trunk kinematic indices in women with chronic low back pain. Material and Methods: The research sample includes 30 of these people who were randomly selected and then randomly divided into two groups of 15 people, control and experimental. In this study, the amount of back pain was evaluated with the help of a visual pain assessment questionnaire. Also, the quality of life of the subjects was evaluated with the help of the World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire - short form and the intensity of fatigue with the help of the MFIS questionnaire. After evaluating the variables, the subjects were divided into two control and training groups, and the training group did the training program for 8 weeks and 3 sessions per week. The control group also did their daily activities during this period. In this study, the normality of the distributions was investigated using the Shapiro-Wilk test. In order to test the research hypotheses under normal conditions, analysis of covariance (between groups) and correlation t (within groups) were used. Results: The results of this study showed that applying an eight-week corrective exercise program along with water therapy is effective in reducing fatigue and quality of life in addition to reducing pain (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed the effect of corrective exercises along with water therapy on reducing back pain, improving quality of life and trunk kinematics in middle-aged women. Based on this, it seems that applying the exercises of the present study can be effective in improving the quality of life in middle-aged women with back pain Manuscript profile
