commerce (electronic-commerce) is, in principle, a financial transaction in the context of interconnected electronic devices; therefore, it is not a new financial contract, but includes traditional transactions and contracts. Interference with electronic devices has only changed the pillars of this contract. United Nation’s Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has provided three important documents on e-commerce as follows: “ANCITRAL Sample Law on E-commerce”; “ANCITRAL Sample Law on E-signature”; “The United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts”. ANCITRAL sample law on e-commerce, major changes in communications, and in particular, in electronic and computer-based communications on trading, led ANCIRTAL to put the issue of electronic commerce on an agenda from the early 1980s. E-commerce consists of series of legal issues which finding an answer to them, in legal systems, is an irrefutable necessity. One of these issues is the termination of electronic contracts. Since the traditional contracts, in our country, are in their early stages, it is desirable to take advantage of the patterns that international institutions have put forward in this regard. Offering functional suggestions in relation to the topic can be considered as the goals specified in this study Manuscript profile

Online travel shopping has become attractive for researchers. In our country, online travel shopping is thriving and researchers try to recognize customers’ behavior in online context and factors that impact on their behavior. Companies and organizations recognize customers’ behavior and effecting factors to find their strength and weaknesses in marketing and find customers’ demands; this subsequently leads to customer loyalty and an increase in their profit. Previous researches largely concentrated on Davis’s technology acceptance model, theory of reasoned action and theory of planned behavior. In this research by using technology acceptance model, 10 hypotheses were tested to analyze their impact on online travel purchase. In this descriptive – survey research, a questionnaire consists of 35 questions distributed online. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts’ comments and reliability was confirmed using Cronbach alpha. A sample of 250 were analyzed and the results indicate attitude, perceived usefulness, trust, and price have a meaningful relationship with online purchase intention. Secondly, perceived usefulness and trust have impact on attitude about online travel purchase. Separately perceived ease of use showed no significant relationship with attitude and online travel purchase. Results on perceived privacy suggest that it has a meaningful relationship with trust in online travel purchase, contrarily it has no significant impact on online travel purchase intention. . Printing technology is known as one of the most suitable methods for adding electrical functionalities to textiles and inkjet method because of advantages such as low cost, availability, flexibility, … is a special method amongst all available printing techniques. This is the objective of this research to employ the novel method of using reactive inks in order to react with each other after being jetted onto the substrate for fabrication of simple electric circuit components. In this method, dilute solution of silver salt and a reducing solution are subsequently printed on each substrate. Oxidation-Reduction reaction between two inks deposits metallic silver nanoparticles by in situ reduction of silver salt forming an electrically conductive surface. The best reducing agent for inkjet deposition of silver was found to be ascorbic acid at normal pH. Conductive lines and patterns were fabricated on paper, plastic films and textile fabrics using the above technique and the effect of different parameters on their final conductivity were investigated and tried to gain the highest possible conductivities on each substrate. Based on our observations and results; inkjet technology posses very high potential for fabrication of silver nanoparticles containing patterns with conductivities up to 5x105 S/m for use as circuitry components. E-commerce means using electronic tools in the process of doing new business. This type of business, as a link between technologies and the business market, has created a stable market for the employment of different groups. Some modern businesses have developed new electronic tools that make them different from other businesses. Intelligent agents, which act as tools for technology-driven companies, are responsible for the dynamic pricing of their products and services. In this pricing model, which is often done completely without the intervention of human operators and automatically (intelligently), electronic tools price by analyzing various factors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status and legal effects of this pricing model in companies providing intelligent transportation services. The present article has been done by analytical-descriptive and library methods. Dynamic pricing model has advantages and disadvantages compared to traditional model; Advantages: 1- Transparency in Costs Declaration, 2- Facilitates and Accelerates the provision of Transportation Services, 3- Reduces Costs. Disadvantages: 1- Absolute authority of the company in determining and paying costs to drivers, 2- Impossibility and unpredictability of monitoring the design and performance of applications of companies that use this pricing model, 3- Lack of appropriate and specific laws and regulations for possible violations. Based on the findings of this study, the existing regulations are not sufficient to address the challenges and possible violations in relation to the dynamic pricing model, and it is necessary to review and amend the regulations and formulate appropriate solutions in this regard. The purpose of this research is to provide an e-learning pattern for Tejarat Bank managers. This research is qualitative and quantitative (exploratory mix) in terms of applied purpose, in terms of how to collect data. The sample size in the qualitative to theoretical saturation section was 21 people and in the quantitative section according to Morgan table from the 300 managers of Tejarat Bank headquarters in the five districts of Tehran, 169 people were selected and distributed by stratified random sampling questionnaire. The researcher-made questionnaire in the form of 6 dimensions of paradigm model consisted of 19 components and 147 indicators. In order to identify and confirm the measurement factors, the validity of the questionnaire was tested separately for each dimension by first-order confirmation factor analysis (dimensions consisting of two components) and second-order (dimensions consisting of more than two components). The results show that confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the quantitative results of the Strauss and Corbin Foundation data model to a large extent and the e-learning model of Tejarat Bank managers with 6 dimensions, 19 components and 134 indicators was obtained. Including cultural readiness, technical readiness, educational readiness, environmental readiness; Causal factors include human factors, educational structure and policies, management; Interfering factors include individual approaches, managerial approaches; Strategies included educational approaches, pedagogical and andragogical approaches, educational assessment and evaluation, ease of access, targeted educational quality, innovation and creativity, integrated management and finally the consequences included educational success and meritocracy, foresight, increasing effectiveness and improving organizational performance. The main purpose of this research, which is taken from the doctoral thesis, is to measure the intention to use NFC technology in the mobile phone payment system in Iran based on the technology readiness model and also to identify the drivers and inhibitors of using this technology in the banking system and economy of the country. From the point of view of the purpose, this research is practical and the research method used includes the study of available sources, forming a group of experts, conducting interviews and summarizing the views and applying them in the implementation of the research process, as well as surveying the views of users through a questionnaire, and from The partial least squares method is used to analyze the structural equations. In this research, the indicators of the technology readiness model (innovation, optimism, discomfort and insecurity), the positive (responsiveness, intelligence) and negative (unavailability) characteristics of technology, as well as the technology acceptance model (perceived ease of use and perceived benefit) are used. In order to evaluate the factors affecting the intention to use NFC technology in the mobile phone payment system and to extract the driving and inhibiting factors of its diffusion. The results of this research show that innovation, optimism and responsiveness have a positive effect on the intention to use NFC technology in the mobile payment system and are considered driving indicators, but insecurity and the lack of access to technology are inhibiting factors. mussel-inspired chemistry has become a powerful tool for the rational design and synthesis of hydrogels with modified properties and applications due to their unique functionalities. Hydrogels are cross-linked three-dimensional polymer networks with high water content and flexible structure, and due to their mechanical and chemical similarities with biological tissues, as well as the existence of mechanical and electrical properties, they are used in various fields of medical engineering, soft robotics, Electronics and environmental science have many applications. Despite the extensive progress in this field, conventional hydrogels still face many problems, such as the lack of general strategies to program the chemical/physical properties and the difficulty in meeting some specific application requirements, especially in the diverse and complex working environment that limit their application. severely restricts. Therefore, the modification of hydrogels according to different purposes can lead to their more and better use in various industries. Adhesive hydrogels are gaining interest for biomedical applications due to their high adhesion, tunable structure, high water content, and biocompatibility. Meanwhile, the modification of normal hydrogels with the help of oyster-inspired chemistry, such as the use of dopamine and tannic acid, can give unique properties to the gels and their application in many fields, including biomedical engineering, electronics, stimuli and sensors. Wider wearable. Our aim in this review article is to investigate the hydrogel made with the help of mussel-inspired compounds. Manuscript profile

In our country we face the fact that many faculty members of the universities have not received formal teacher training but they teach and this has been one major concerns in the field of education. On the other hand, many courses that are held in person or virtual with the purpose of training teaching to the professors do not serve the expected effectiveness. Hence, this study was conducted with the aim of examining the effectiveness of an electronic off-line course for development of faculty members which was held in one of the high-rank universities of Iran. This course titled "Teaching Competencies in the Virtual Classroom" was designed and implemented in order to improve the competencies of the professors in the three fields of teaching, assessment and electronic content development in the virtual classroom. The current research design was quantitative and the research strategy was a quasi-experiment of the pre-test and post-test type. The participants of this course were 33 university faculty members who completed the course in 5 weeks. In order to collect data, several self-report questionnaires were used, which were designed based on the level one and two components of Kirkpatrick's model. The results of the research showed that the reaction of the participants (satisfaction, involvement and relationship with the job) was positive towards the course and also this course had a significant effect on the perceived knowledge and skills of the participants. However, in the dimension of attitude, it had a negative effect on the attitude of the participants towards teaching. In addition, the self-confidence and commitment of the participants did not show any significant changes. These results have been discussed in relation to the eight pedagogical and andragogical features of the course, and the reasons this course has not been able to have the expected effects on the attitude, self-confidence and commitment of the professors has also been discussed. Also, the effects and application of these findings in both theoretical and practical fields are presented. Manuscript profile
