In today's cities, housing has a large part of urban utilities, as well as housing, which consumes a lot of energy and resources imported to cities. Hence, housing sustainability is an important step in achieving sustainable urban development. At the present study with a descriptive-analytic approach with the aim of evaluating the indicators of physical sustainability of housing in two regions 2 and 4 of Tabriz city, Using the Fuzzy AHP model in the GIS software, we evaluated each of the individual physical sustainability criteria. With the formation of the paired matrix, the weight of each criterion was obtained and then, by integrating the criteria based on the weights assigned to them, in the GIS map of the overall sustainability of the buildings in the two regions was achieved. In region 2, the high sustainability floor has the largest area of the region, which is 315 hectares (ie, %71 of the area of the region's housing). And the very sustainable floor has only %1 of the area in the region. While the floor with a high and very high sustainability, in Tabriz region4,was only %3.48, and the floor with moderate sustainability with an area of 437 hectares accounts for%68 of the total area of the 4th region. The class with moderate physical sustainability in region 2 has about %8(27 hectares) and in region 4, covers about %27 of the area. Therefore, the residential region of Tabriz 2nd region has higher levels of physical sustainability than region4. Manuscript profile

Water and its ancient exploitation methods in Iran, which a large part of its territory is characterized as arid and semi-arid, has continuously played a determinant role in establishment of cultural landscapes and as a whole, in its socio-economic developments. With the beginning of modernization and turning to new planning methods, with introducing interim development plans (from 1948 onwards), along with the implementation of Land Reform Act (1962), and perhaps most importantly, the change in the state's basic incomes from taxes and duties (shareholdings) to oil, with growth of urbanization and expansion of industrial activities, the country witnessed unprecedented changes in large scale water management, with focusing a completely centralized framework and dominant role of state. . After the Islamic Revolution (1979), the process of increasing the country's capacity to exploit the water resources was expanding unprecedentedly. During the period, regional development programs, with emphasis on water resources, in new land areas, with comparative advantage, gave way to implementation of development plans throughout the country. Thus, the attitude toward water resource management and its governance has received somewhat new features. This article tries to study these processes and approaches to water governance and their role in balanced and sustainable development, and, as well as, their spatial implications as a case, in the Karkheh irrigation zone(Khuzestan). The study was conducted on the basis of a mixed (quantitative and qualitative) method, using structured questionnaires and interviews, group focused discussion sessions and non-cooperative observation and discussion. Efforts have been made to review the Karkheh Irrigation Development Plan, based on the points of views of all stakeholders at various national, regional and local levels (including managers and experts from different fields, such as university professors, experts in water, agriculture, environment, development planning, local community representatives and common beneficiaries of the project), by using the methods of individual and group interviews. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to investigate the status of sustainable development of the neighborhood in the neighborhoods of Khorramabad city and in general, to understand the different situation between neighborhoods and to show different levels of neighborhoods in terms of indices of regional development. According to the results of Anova test, in all indicators of sustainable development of the neighborhood (socio-cultural, economic, environmental, physical), there are significant differences between the studied neighborhoods in terms of mean differences. In other words, Fisher's test for each of the four indicators is equal to 0/000 and the confidence level is 0.95% smaller than 0.05. Therefore, there is a significant difference between the groups in terms of average, and all the neighborhoods in terms of this index The situation is different. Also, in order to answer the research question and to determine the homogeneous levels of neighborhood development and ranking of neighborhoods in terms of the level of sustainable development indices, the cluster analysis and Tukey test have been used. The results of that neighborhood have a stable development of the high neighborhood in the 3rd level (sustainable), Khajavi coastal districts, Delphan, Shahid, Phazik, Alawi districts with medium-level neighborhood development at Level 2 (semi-sustainable ), Keghaneh neighborhood, Eastern spain, and white flowers have a low-lying neighborhood development at level 1 (unstable) within the study area. In the structure of the political economy of the world, some countries are developed and some are developing. Some countries are not only not being developed due to geopolitical fragility and threats and internal crises and the external environment, but also on the path to development. Afghanistan is now considered to be one of the world's worst-hit and underdeveloped countries, with no clear prospects for development, nor at the level of the basic development theorem, nor with clear, coherent development strategies, nor with any operational guarantee document. These problems in Afghanistan are rooted in internal and external issues of geography, culture, politics and security. Therefore, planning for the country's territorial development depends on solving these problems. Strategic planning with a framework and political and security considerations can reduce security threats and political challenges and, as a result, territorial development. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze the internal and external factors affecting territorial integration in Afghanistan from a geopolitical point of view. In this regard, there are two questions to be asked: 1) What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and geopolitical threats of Afghanistan in its spatial planinng? 2) How can the landscape of the land in Afghanistan be mapped based on internal and external geopolitical factors? This paper has been written in a descriptive-analytical manner, and the required data is also compiled in a library, documentary and bases and websites. Manuscript profile

Abstract Most of Iran's land is located in a dry and semi-arid region in the desert belt area of the world. Accordingly, drought and dehydration are inherent in the central plateau of Iran, and access to sustainable water resources has been the most important challenge for the residents of this area. Ancient Persians, with the invention of Qanats, provided a good way of accessing water based on the principle of respect for the environment and adaptation to nature, which was the source of a magnificent civilization in the central plateau of Iran. What is called sustainable development today has been well adhered to in the structure and system of Qanats, and hence the Qanat has been in operation for over three thousand years. This research, in addition to studying the properties of the Qanat and its structure in the economic and social life of Iran, has paid attention to the indigenous knowledge of Qanat. By studying the case of GuharRiz Qanat of Joupar in southern Kerman, it has been concluded that the revival of Qanats and reliance on indigenous knowledge of water management It can be the source of many environmental and water crises in the central plateau of Iran. Smart urban mobility has become increasingly controversial in recent years, not only in academic literature but also in urban policies and strategies. However, in many cities around the world and in our country, Iran, smart urban mobility and mobility have been associated with problems such as lack of citizen participation and inequality due to inefficient urban management. Therefore, in the present study, an attempt has been made to evaluate and explain the indicators of mobility and mobility indicators (including transportation infrastructure, public transportation, sustainable transportation, information and communication technology) and the social dimensions of these infrastructures, including the level of citizen participation. Use of these infrastructures) and the relationship between these indicators and sustainable development of Shiraz city should be discussed. and analyze the framework of mobility and transportation of smart transportation for Shiraz. The results show that the mobility and displacement variables are in poor condition based on different dimensions of access, sustainable transport as well as ICT. Different indices of each of these dimensions point to the same issue, as its level of evaluation (significance level less than 0.05 and average lower than the criterion) points to their undesirability from the point of view citizens. The study of the impact of smart mobility indicators on sustainable development also shows that smart mobility indicators account for 26% of the total variance of sustainable development. On this basis, it should be noted that the mobility variable does not have an appropriate position in Shiraz, and this has not only affected its development process in recent decades, but also poses many challenges for its future development. The growing trend of the population and on the other hand the various social and cultural features as well as tourism are evolving in such a way that it requires a major focus on a systematic transportation based on smart city approach. The status of urban areas has a decisive role in the health of residents. In such circumstances, the adoption of environmental planning and design approaches is essential for promoting the health of citizens. The application of healthy city criteria with regard to sustainable development through designing and upgrading the quality of urban spaces and residential areas can lead to the general health of citizens. Many social, economic and environmental indicators such as safety and security, social participation, environmental quality and access to facilities and services can be factors that affect the health and quality of life of individuals. This is an applied research and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the library and field method is used for data collection and WASPAS model is used for data analysis. The statistical population of the study is all residents of Kerman. The sample size is 384 people by Morgan table. The results show that in all three dimensions of sustainable development and healthy city, Kerman is far from standards However, in terms of the current status of the indicators in the four regions of Kerman, Zone 2, there is a better situation than other regions. Although it is not in ideal conditions, it is in better condition than other areas and after that, the first, third and fourth regions were located in the next places. Of course, in most of the indicators, the first and third regions were very close to each other, but the fourth area is in the lowest level in all dimensions. Manuscript profile

Determining suitable land uses in order to make optimal use of the land and prevent the destruction of resources is an effective step in the sustainable development strategy. On the other hand, ecotourism is considered as a tool to improve the social and economic levels of indigenous peoples and one of the most important positive effects of tourism in nature can be considered the protection of natural resources in the region. Accordingly, in this study, the introduction of global criteria for selecting the geographical location of forest parks to develop the tourism industry in the watershed or wider for ecotourism was examined. Due to the lack of comprehensive planning at the national level, urban service uses, including urban forest parks, face problems such as inadequate distribution and location, lack of such spaces in cities, and a per capita shortage of green space. Green space in urban areas is considered as a tool to reduce the stress of everyday life and is of great importance and attention. Due to this issue, it is necessary to construct urban green spaces, including urban forest parks, and select new locations with detailed studies and principled methods in cities. Choosing the right place is very important in reducing costs in setting up various activities. For this reason, it is one of the most important and effective steps in the implementation of projects. In this article, after stating the preliminary definitions of urban forest parks, the criteria and standards used worldwide in locating urban forest parks are discussed. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the location criteria of urban forest parks. The results indicate the importance of land use criteria, accessibility, topography, landscape, proximity to water resources, vegetation and so on. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, the sustainable development has become an ideal and great challenge. The universities are obligated to realize this ideal in higher education, and undoubtedly, the role of universities in sustainable development is undeniable. In the meantime, the appearance of entrepreneurial university is a response to increasingly importance of knowledge in the national and regional innovation system and new understanding of university; i.e. the institution which is counted as a factor for development, knowledge and technology transfer, and the source of creative inventions, and is good and thrifty economically. Therefore, present research is conducted to explain and investigate the entrepreneurial university model toward achievement of sustainable development in Mazandaran universities. This research, in terms of purpose, is an applied research, and in terms of data gathering, is a descriptive research. First, by means of literature review and interview with experts, the primiarly questionnaire is designed and the principal indices of entrepreneurial university model are extracted. Then, the FDEMATEL is used to explore the causal relations between variables, and finally, the (FDISM) is used to design the structural model. Results showed, among explored indices, five variables play a causal role and five variables play an effectual role. Results of fuzzy weighting technique showed, among explored indices, the indices of vision, mission, and strategy in university possess the most weight and importance. Also, FDISM approach showed the variables have been categorized into seven levels, and the variables of vision, mission, and strategy in university, leadership in university, and organizational structure and design in university are more influential as infrastructural factors. Environmental problems with economic and social inequalities caused by the industrial revolution led to intensifying the rise of movements and ideas in the second half of the 20th century to achieve a balanced development in different fields, which can be referred to as sustainable development theory. Achieving the goals of sustainable development in the field of architecture requires attention to all environmental, economic, and social aspects. Studies have shown that sustainable architecture, especially later-related movements, which utilize modern technologies in design and construction fields, are more suited to such goals. In this regard, computer-based design technologies, as effective instruments, played a significant role in achieving sustainability goals. This research investigates the amount of the effects of building information modeling (BIM) applications in different stages of the design process on achieving sustainability goals. The research method is descriptive-analytic. So indicators related to the use of BIM in sustainability achievement were collected through the library sources and case studies that contain sustainable buildings, which were designed using BIM applications. Then, by performing a hierarchical analysis based on the criteria derived from theoretical foundations, the authors concluded that the major BIM effects in achieving sustainability are due to the possibility of using dynamic analysis in the early stages of the design process, particularly the conceptual design stage as well as the establishment of effective interactions between engineers and other stakeholders. From the early decades of the twentieth century, the pressures of industrial and agricultural development visibly threatened the environment and environmental issues were rethought simultaneously with development issues. The history of development issues as a specific subject dates back to the after of World War II, and development theories in this period have emerged in the form of economic development and modernization. This issue is derived from Western modernity and its dominant ideology i.e. liberalism, tends to move toward the unification of humanity based on liberal values and the elimination of diversity in the world by claiming the universality of their values. The basic hypothesis of this study revolves around this idea that with the advent of Western modernity and capitalism and their dominant ideology i.e. liberalism, changes have taken place both in this school and in the developmental discourses that were born and emerged of liberal rationality over development of the environment. Presumably, we have shown that this has been achieved through the self-examination and rethinking of liberalism itself. Using the analysis of Laclau and Mouffe discourse and development theories in the field of environment, ie theories - production treadmill, metabolic theory and degradation treadmill theory - to a reading of sustainable development and its manifestation, the Rio+20 document as a buoyancy sign that in that discourse of liberalism, there is a crisis and a break, we have dealt. The results show that liberalism as a rationality that has sought to formulate environmental, economic and social crises in the dimension of sustainable development, has failed and this has caused the environmental crisis. The environmental crisis of the last two centuries is one of the most important problems threatening the human society and life. Accordingly, human beings should find a way to control the wrong and sometimes immoral acts that damage the environment. Mullā Ṣadrā believes that nature, objects, and inanimate bodies enjoy knowledge and intelligence; therefore, the Transcendent Philosophy follows a holy approach to nature. Accordingly, in this paper, the authors have tried to highlight the moral beliefs that could lead to sustainable development in the environment by emphasizing their divine-philosophical bases through resorting to firsthand sources by and on Mullā Ṣadrā and employing rational analysis and explanation. The findings of this study indicate that a scrutinizing rereading of the sources on the Transcendent Philosophy, which provides a comprehensive philosophical interpretation of various issues based on Qur’ānic verses and traditions, can contribute to protecting the environment. This is because, based on some principles such as the principiality of existence, gradedness of existence, commensurability of the cause and effect, and the nature’s being a manifestation of higher worlds, it is possible to regain the lost respect for nature and its dignity, which have been developed based on the holy perspective of religions and philosophical schools, and prevent the destruction of nature and, following it, the death of human life. Today, it is necessary to have livable characteristics for cities and especially metropolises. Therefore, the present study tries to evaluate the livability of the urban areas of one Karaj municipality region. The research method is evaluation-comparative and the collection of information based on library information and documentary and field data has been carried out in the form of a survey in each neighborhood by distributing and completing questionnaires and using the ELECTERE model. Sustainability in livability and neighborhood ranking are specified. A statistical sample of 385 was selected by random method using Cochran's model. The livability of neighborhoods has been evaluated in four dimensions. that in total, the northern neighborhoods of the region (Area 1) in addition to neighborhood 1 (located in Area 2) have shown the highest level of sustainability in livability. From the examined dimensions, it can be concluded that the localities of the region in terms of stability and livability from top to bottom were as follows: 5, 1, 4, 8, 6, 9, 7, 2, 11 , 10 and 3. In total, the northern neighborhoods of the region (area 1) in addition to neighborhood 1 (located in area 2) have shown a higher level of sustainability, the most important reasons for which are pointed out: the extent of the green area, the low level of air pollution, better access to facilities. And more services and green space and predetermined design and orderly texture, low density, more job opportunities and higher social level of these neighborhoods. Also, a lower level of stability was observed in the southern neighborhoods (zone 1). The most important reasons for the low stability of the roads and sidewalks and very high density and narrow roads and lack of various facilities and services, low security of residents, high unemployment and low income and constructions without permits and properties without documents and He pointed out the presence of incompatible uses in addition to the residential fabric and the lack of green space, the existence of various types of pollution and dilapidated fabric.. In recent decades, the urban regeneration approach has shifted from physical renewal towards sustainable urban regeneration as a result of the evolution of thoughts and policies. The goal is to achieve economic growth, social dynamism, improved urban environmental quality, and ecological sustainability. Inefficient urban fabric is identified as the primary target area for the regeneration of urban zones facing numerous economic, social, physical, and environmental challenges compared to other urban areas. One crucial solution in this regard involves harnessing developmental stimuli through a series of urban initiatives and plans to address the issues in various domains of urban areas. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors of catalyst and description of their role in the model of sustainable regeneration in Kohsar city, which is one of the most important inefficient urban areas in Alborz province. Therefore, identifying the drivers of development stimuli, elucidating their spatial distribution, and explaining their role in sustainable urban regeneration are paramount. The research methodology employed is descriptive, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analyses with a focus on GIS software and employing the Moran's I autocorrelation technique. The results indicate that the physical, social, and environmental criteria are clustered, while the economic criterion is randomly and unevenly distributed in Kohsar city. The finding of the research show that in the city of Kohsar , concentrating on the economic, social, physical, and environmental capacities of the existing urban areas and distributing them in inefficient areas can play a crucial role in accelerating the process of sustainable regeneration and addressing the challenges of inefficient urban fabric. In the digital era, the Internet of Everything (IoE) technology has rapidly become a cornerstone of technological and economic development. Malaysia, as one of the leading and developing countries in Southeast Asia, has examined its preparedness, opportunities, and challenges for adopting and developing this technology through the formulation of its IoT roadmap. Undoubtedly, the IoT roadmap in Malaysia is one of the most comprehensive documents in the study of macro-level Internet of Everything plans. This roadmap provides an analysis of Malaysia's current and future position in the IoT domain, including infrastructure, data and information, security, ecosystem, and talent, followed by a gap analysis. Studies show that the adoption of the next generation of information and communication technology in Malaysia has paved the way for the development of the IoE, outlined opportunities for economic innovation, and facilitated the commercialization of research outcomes by research organizations. The roadmap also emphasizes the importance of balancing development and security in this field, stating that with progress in this domain, Malaysia can emerge as a top hub and regional focal point for IoE development. The younger generation in Malaysia is highly interested in IoE, and they are not only consumers but also creative developers of this technology. This paper highlights Malaysia's recognition as a global pioneer in the IoE technology sector. The country has become a frontrunner in this field through advancements in infrastructure, increased domestic sales and exports, the development of services and platforms, emphasis on innovation, the importance of human resources, and, most importantly, the formulation of a comprehensive and complete IoT roadmap. Malaysia has benefited in two major ways: by deriving new value from technological innovation and gaining a competitive advantage and market share over governments unable to adapt and invest in the IoE market Manuscript profile

The Internet of Everything constitutes a comprehensive framework of connections, processes, and principles interlinked within a unified ecosystem. Within this framework, at a higher level, connections have broadened, and more importantly, these connections are comprehended. The present article delves into assessing the status of this innovative technology in two neighboring countries. This study serves as an excellent example for decision-makers and leaders to propel Iran towards a higher level of sustainable development. Meanwhile, Dubai, one of the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, by installing smart infrastructures, employing the unified DubaiNow application for all services (governmental and urban), and establishing a smart city, stands as the sole country among its neighbors to have successfully executed the Internet of Everything. The Internet of Everything has transformed Dubai into a significant economic hub in the region and globally. Conversely, although the Internet of Everything technology has not yet proliferated in Turkey, the foundations, technology, and key concepts have been well-established in the country. This technology, with its specific capabilities across various domains, from smart agriculture and livestock farming to urban traffic management, smart airports, and asset monitoring, has facilitated substantial improvements in infrastructures and services provided in Turkey. The examination results indicate that the orientations of these two countries toward achieving the prospects of this significant transformation have led to increased revenues, reduced operational costs, heightened productivity across various sectors, and positioning them on the path of sustainable development.
