Prevailing Low level of materialization of urban plans in the country may not be denied. The issue may be studied from the two following perspective: formulating efficient strategies and proper implementation of strategies. Proper formulation of strategy is related to plan and appropriate implementation of strategy is related to management. Therefore, in process of urban planning and management, formulation steps of plans and extraction of strategies have to be redefined. On the other hand, streaming strategies has to be explained as the neglected dimension in process of urban planning. In the research, effort has been made for the reasons of failing urban plans in implementation phase to be studied. Data have been collected and interpreted through library study, analyzing documents and expert views. Finally, a model has been proposed with emphasis on futures studies in urban planning. In the model, effort has been made to consider factors effective on failure of plans; and, to respond to those cases recognized as obstacles of materialization of plans. Manuscript profile

Despite the central role of food production, villagers are now one of the most vulnerable groups in terms of food security due to climate, economic and social changes. Changes in food patterns have led to poor nutrition and severe food insecurity in these settlements due to the poor power and access of villagers to the supply of basic food. This research attempts to answer the question of how dietary patterns among rural households in Jiroft city are affected and what factors affect it. The survey was conducted using a survey method and a questionnaire. The theoretical model of research with the approach of land management has identified three types of environmental, social and economic factors as the main factors explaining the patterns of popular food among villagers. Findings of the research show that rural households had a total of 14 main lunches and dinners per week; rice (average 4.99 times); artificial sugars such as sugar, sugar and sweetmeats (average 4.71 times) and dairy products (average 4.7 Times) and fish and shrimp (average 1.61 times). The consumption of rice among the villagers was significantly correlated with consumption of other foods including milk and herbs, vegetables and fruits, legumes, and chicken grass (with the acceptance of the positive effect of the symmetry of the data collection time on harvesting the consumption of rural households ) Access to water needed for agricultural and livestock production is the most important factor explaining the use of milk and its products among rural households (R = 0.47, F = 5.628, Sig = 0.028). In sum, the annual income associated with the sale price of agricultural products is the most important factor explaining how the consumption of food, especially consumption of meat, dietary foods, canned foods, etc. with (R = 0.51, F = 11.615, Sig = 0.002) and how much interest They consume food with (R = 0.52, F = 7.44, Sig = 0.013). Any land use program will be carried out at the ground level and will result in changes in landfill, surface and even underground landforms. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to the importance of landfills and landforms in their role in land application models., considering that geomorphologic knowledge studies the forms and processes of the Earth, it is necessary to consider the characteristics and processes affecting landforms in order to environmental Capability assessment in the land use planning In this research, the methods of environmental Capability assessment in land use planning of used in Iran from the geomorphology viewpoint have been investigated and analyzed. Investigating the methods according to the criteria used in each method showed that in the Land System Approch, the criteria of climate, fault, groundwater and environmental hazards are not considered, and also in the Natural Resources Master Plan, attention to environmental hazards And only two protection and grassland of land use are defined. In a system analysis, given that experts have different specializations, they do not take into account all the components of a system The Urban, Rural, and Industrial Development Model of McHarg and Makhdoum have a general view of nature. Therefore, the new environmental Capability assessment model was proposed based on the integration of existing methods and according to the geomorphology viewpoint, in order to evaluate the environmental Capability assessment based on the base units of the landform, and the resulting results would be more consistent with the Earth's realities. This model includes assessing ecological capability and assessing the environmental hazards. In assessing ecological capability, sub-criteria for dominant winds, slope curvature, surface water and underground water were added. Also, in the land parcel standard, a different classification of landforms for urban development was presented, and environmental risk assessment included flood potential assessment, landslide and seismicity. Rural tourism is also considered as a part of tourism that is located in a peripheral economy that not only does not promote rural and local areas, but also creates environmental and social imbalances in these areas, resulting in very little benefit; and, as a result, this economic activity (Rural Tourism) creates very little benefit for the villagers, and the major benefits and costs return to the mother cities and large cities of the Third World, and ultimately to transnational corporations (Holland et all, 2003). In this regard, paying attention to planning (specially space planning) becomes necessary. This kind of planning should particularly be considered as an effective approach to the issue of tourism space organization. On the basis, the present study looks for the space administration of tourism destination in the rural areas of Mohammad Abad-Zarrin Gol area (the city of Ali Abad Katoul) as one of the tourism destinations. The methodology of the study is quantitative and its method is descriptive, and the data have been collected through a documentary and field manner. The statistical population included 20 rural tourism destinations in Mohammad Abad-Zarrin Gol area in Ali Abad Katoul city. It has been used the AHP method for rating factors, the Prometheus method for final score and ranking the destinations, and cluster analysis method for leveling the tourism destinations; as well, to determine the functional area of rural tourism destinations, GIs point of deflection in the sofware environment has been applied. The results of the study showed that the disproportion in the distribution of rural tourism destinations in the intended area of the study is one of the important challenges of the space administration of tourism development of this area. In such circumstances, the adoption of environmental planning and design approaches is essential for promoting the health of citizens. The application of healthy city criteria with regard to sustainable development through designing and upgrading the quality of urban spaces and residential areas can lead to the general health of citizens. Many social, economic and environmental indicators such as safety and security, social participation, environmental quality and access to facilities and services can be factors that affect the health and quality of life of individuals. This is an applied research and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the library and field method is used for data collection and WASPAS model is used for data analysis. The statistical population of the study is all residents of Kerman. The sample size is 384 people by Morgan table. The results show that in all three dimensions of sustainable development and healthy city, Kerman is far from standards However, in terms of the current status of the indicators in the four regions of Kerman, Zone 2, there is a better situation than other regions. Although it is not in ideal conditions, it is in better condition than other areas and after that, the first, third and fourth regions were located in the next places. To select an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is time consuming due to the resource constraints, the software complexity, and the different of alternatives. A comprehensively systematic selection policy for ERP system is very important to the success of ERP project. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method to evaluate the alternatives of ERP system. The selection criteria of ERP system are numerous and fuzzy, so how to select an adequate ERP system is crucial in the early phase of an ERP project. The framework decomposes ERP system selection into four main factors. The goal of this paper is to select the best alternative that meets the requirements with respect to product factors, system factors, management factors and vendor factors. The sub-attributes (sub-factors) related to ERP selection have been classified into thirteen main categories of Functionality, Reliability¬, Usability¬, Efficiency¬, Maintainability¬, Portability¬, Cost, Implementation time, User friendliness¬, Flexibility¬, Vendor Reputation¬, Consultancy Services, and R&D Capability¬ and arranged in a hierarchy structure. These criteria and factors are weighted and prioritized and finally a framework is provided for ERP selection with the fuzzy AHP method. Also, a real case study from Iran (PARDIS-LO Company) is also presented to demonstrate efficiency of this method in practice. Manuscript profile

Contextualism, as an important approach in architecture emphasizes upon the preservation of traces of the past and the differences and the features of each culture and it is rooted in the identity of every nation. The ancient texture of cities carries rich signs of the culture and identity of forebears and Iranian traditional architecture is no exception to this rule, at the same time it’s a rich instance of harmony and co-habitation with environmental characteristics and spatial values. In traditional Iranian cities, bazaar was considered to be a fundamental element so that the city was recognized and appreciated for its bazaar. The Tabriz bazaar arranged in a complete city block has a long antiquity, vastness, functional diversity and architectural values. The current research makes attempt to elucidate and determine contextual factors influencing the Tabriz bazaar at urban (site location, formation and development) and architectural (dispersion of physical elements and function) scales. Therefore, the research questions are explained as follows: first, which contextual factors have been influential in the site location, formation and development of the Tabriz bazaar (Large scale)? Secondly, which contextual factors have been influential in the dispersion of physical elements and functions of the Tabriz bazaar (Intermediate scale)? The methodology of the research is deductive, which is based on the analysis of the content of documents. Thereby, the research attempts to re-read the subject matter and to draw a conclusion through the study of documents, exploration of historical books and logbooks, analysis of maps and old aerial images of Tabriz and the bazaar, as well as analysis of field survey findings of the existing condition of the bazaar. The extraction of contextual factors affecting the formation of the bazaar on the metropolitan scale and architectural programming related to the physical and functional dispersion shows that the formation and development of Tabriz bazaar and its elements over the ages have been influenced by the environmental, cultural, social, political, governmental and economic structure of the city. The effect of the contextual index in terms of the status of the political geography of the city and the economic value of the structural index of bazaar on the formation of necessity characteristic, supply-demand relationship and its manifestation in the form of Tabriz bazaar on large and medium scale has been found to be of more importance. Increasing rate of novice technology in global marketing arises some challenges in the economic enterprise planning. One of the appropriate approaches to resolve these challenges is using rough set theory along with decision making. In this paper, a decision support system with an algorithm based on rough set theory is provided. The proposed algorithm is implemented for a product line in one of the organizations under supervision of mining, industry and trade ministry. The variable effects on the enterpise aims are evaluated by analysing the strength and support criteria of rough sets. The rules are classeified as three different classes and 3 out of 12 have high reasonable averagewhie the last 3 have a relatively high violation probability. The other rules have heterogenious distribution and are not certain. The advantages of the proposed system are avoidance of enterprse capital wasting, prevention of errors due to data uncertainty, and high precision of decitions. The decision makers in the enterprise validated the increasment of simplicity and speeds of vital decision making by using the proposed system. Manuscript profile

So that in the regeneration of worn tissues during the last three decades, this approach has been mentioned as the key to problem solving and effective implementation of renovation programs. But experience shows that what has been considered as participation in urban management in Iran is more about financing and instrumental use of participation. In this article, an attempt has been made to study the experience of renovation in three neighborhoods of Sirus, Javadieh and Haftchenar, Tehran, which has been implemented with the approach of physical-spatial planning and participatory planning, while enumerating barriers to participation, to provide a model for future projects. The research method of this study is qualitative and the interview technique has been used. The sample size is 30 renovation managers and experts who have worked in these or similar projects. The results indicate that the barriers can be classified into two categories of structural and factor factors. Thus, structural factors at the macro level, including organizational structures, and at the micro level, including legal factors (laws and regulations) and agency at the two micro levels, ie individual factors and macro level, ie the organizational dimension, create obstacles to citizen participation. Therefore, in order to attract people’s participation, these structural and factor factors must be coordinated with each other and a positive and two-way interaction must be established between them. Information is the driving force for today's knowledge economy and information systems are tools for information application. While numerous benefits of information systems are proven, substantial risk of failure is still burdening implementation of such projects. To reduce the risk, attention must be paid to critical success factors. After reviewing the relevant literature, success factors for the transfer of information system technologies are identified. Using such factors, this research evaluates and prioritizes them in the context of Pars Khodro and Saipa Auto Companies, as well as Sazeh Gostar Parts Co. in Iran. A questionnaire was administered among 32 IS/IT experts and consultants in those firms. The chosen firms have had experience with the transfer of information system technologies like MES and ERP. The proposed classification in this research divides critical success factors into three broad categories: organizational factors, tactical factors, and technical factors. Consistent with others' findings in the area of information systems, this research finds that the managerial, organizational and tactical factors dominate the technical aspect, and special attention to the former reduces the risk of failure associated with the implementation of information systems. As one of the primary objectives of this research, it has been found that the most important critical success factors in each category are: 1) Among organizational factors, the support and commitment of top management, and clear understanding of business objectives and organizational requirements are the most important; 2) Within tactical factors, effective project management and competent teams are critical; and 3) Among technical factors, adequate training, extensive organizational participation, and retention of skilled employees are important. Selecting an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is time consuming due to the resource constraints, the software complexity, and the different of alternatives. The goal of this paper is to select the best alternative that meets the requirements with respect to “product factors”, “system factors”, “management factors” and “vendor factors”. The sub-attributes (sub-factors) related to ERP selection have been classified into thirteen main categories. These criteria and factors are weighed and prioritized and finally a framework is provided for ERP selection with the fuzzy AHP method. Also, a real case study from PARDIS-LO Company is presented. Moving towards information age which is the undeniable reality of third millennium, is more fundamental than conventional imaginations about the rise of computers or virtual spaces number only. In this era, a considerable share of intra and inter-urban communications done by Telecommunications, which is not only independent from geographical and physical environment, but also is completely intangible and invisible. Significant advances in telecommunications and undermining of time and distance constraints, in one hand, dominate a new logic –space of flows- on world geography and in the other hand, define the future city as an integrated physical- virtual phenomenon. Now the key question is that in such situation, to what extent the conventional methods in urban management based on only physical reality of cities, can manage and plan the new trends of future physical-virtual city? In this research, with a fundamental approach and analysis-based method, first we clarified the main features of current management and planning by studying the basic principals of industrial society. Then by comparing these with changes in the information era, the conformation of conventional methods has been evaluated. The research shows that these methods mainly don’t have enough correspondence with the principals of the new age. This leads to decrease in the efficiency of such patterns for the future city. These Incompatibilities have been explained as three challenges faced with current management and planning methods: challenge in concepts, challenge in method and challenge in indicators. Finally, we noted to some important point should be considered in the management and planning the future city. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to present a pattern regarding lay-off in local organizations (a case study about municipalities of Esfahan province) and also to analyze the impact of structural, behavioral and individual factors on lay-off and its aspects. The method used to do this research is descriptive and correlative .The method used to collect information is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the first stage (qualitative approach), the subjects were 22 experts who had suitable information about the issue of lay-off. A lay-off pattern and the influential factors on lay-off were designed using the fuzzy Delphi method and also fuzzy logic. These two methods were used to have more correlation between the views of the experts. Then, in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed in order to evaluate the pattern and then after reviewing the validity of the questionnaire through Exploratory Factor Analysis, it was given to some managers who, based on Judgmental Sampling, had been chosen out of managers of branches and units of municipalities in Esfahan province. The relationships between components of the model were reviewed using structural equation model. The findings demonstrated that the hypotheses were confirmed and the effect of individual, behavioral and structural factors on lay-off, the mutual effect of behavioral and structural factors and also the effect of individual factors on structural and behavioral factors are meaningful and direct. To this end, municipalities can take the right decisions, which are based on the views of experts, about the time of lay-off, the branch or the people who are going to be laid off and also the influential resources in lay-off. Manufacturing company’s decisions regarding the quantity of production and inventory is a production planning and inventory control problem. Decisions about transferring products are expressed as a transportation and routing problem. Considering these three problems together results in an integrated production-inventory-routing planning (PIRP) which is one of the important supply chain problems. Companies which solve their PIRP problems better can decrease the cost of their products and gain more competitive advantage compared to other competing companies. Based on today’s strict regulations, companies must take into account environmental considerations in addition to economical ones in all their processes, from production until supply. Thus, an appropriate transportation planning can prevent the excessive increase in costs and decrease environmental pollution. Therefore, this study integrates the problem of decreasing environmental pollution with PIRP and develops a green PIRP (GPIRP) problem which efficiently considers the economic and social dimensions of production and supply. This problem is modeled in an integrated manner using the MILP approach. In order to show the applicability of the developed model and its practicability of environmental aspect, a case study is conducted on Ahvaz Sugar Refinery, Iran. Finally, some managerial insights are derived from the computational results. Manuscript profile

Knowledge as a strategic resource in organizations is a major and effective factor in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. In industrial clusters, which include a set of organizations with similar field of activities, there is a joint effort among members to save resources and enhance their competitive ability. One of these joint activities is the exchange of knowledge among the members, which reduces the cost of knowledge acquisition, increasing collaboration between companies, the ability to innovate and strengthen their competitive ability. In this paper, a goal programming model for the process of knowledge exchange in industrial clusters has been presented based on the data of industrial cluster of animal feed, poultry and aquaculture in Golestan and its results have been analyzed. Achieving the ideal degree of knowledge in the cluster and the amount of budget assigned are considered as two model ideals. In this model, for the process of knowledge exchange, there are two types of presence and non-attendance methods that have significant differences in terms of cost and duration of the transfer. Analyzing the model parameters and examining the results shows that the use of both face-to-face and non- attendance methods for the exchange of knowledge enables companies to flexibly participate in the process according to their working conditions and resources. It also provides better understanding to cluster managers in order to be able to make better decisions and planning in order to achieve greater returns from the knowledge transfer process, based on existing resources and goals. ts cause different neural responses containing a regular firing, or a long latency before firing with or without a leading spike. In this paper, the firing behavior of DCN pyramidal cells is simulated first Transmission Expansion Planning (TEP) is an important issue of power system planning studies. In literature, different methods are investigated to achieve good solutions for TEP. This paper uses Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) and Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) methods to study TEP. It also presents a new NLP model in which the integer variables are omitted. Moreover, the models are properly modified so that contingency conditions are also observed. Different combinations of cost functions such as the expansion cost, the operation cost and the cost of the losses are considered and compared. To reach a global optimum solution, BARON solver is applied. The proposed algorithm is applied on Garver 6-bus and IEEE-118 bus test systems. It is shown that modeling the problem by MINLP and NLP methods, in combination with a proper solver, can result in a quick optimum solution. Manuscript profile

Demand response is becoming a promising subject in operation of restructured power systems. As a result, recently more attention is paid to demand response programs. Customers can contribute in operation of power systems by deployment demand response. The growth of customers’ participation in such programs may affect planning of power systems. Therefore, it seems necessary to consider the effects of demand response in planning approaches. In this paper, the impact of demand responsiveness on decision making in generation expansion planning is modeled. Then, avoidance or deferment in installation of new generating units is comprehensively investigated and evaluated by introducing a new simple index. In addition, changes in investment cost and total cost paid by customers are investigated. The effects of demand responsiveness are studied from both the customers’ and generation companies (Gencos) points of view. The proposed model has been applied to modified IEEE 30-bus system and the results are discussed. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, it is clear to everyone that climate change has posed a huge threat to human welfare. Hence, the growth of demand for electricity as well as the dependence of power sector to the fossil fuel sources has converted the electrical energy sector into one of the most important areas suitable for applying the restrictions and implementation of the solutions provided to mitigate greenhouse gases. Enacting different incentive-based support schemes pursuing the promotion of renewable energy sources along with emission reduction in power generation sector is treated as one the main provided solutions. In this paper, from various points of view, such as environmental issues, power sector investors’ profit and the surplus of electricity consumers, the effect of renewable penetration rate growth under implementation of incentive-based policies is evaluated in a long-term generation expansion planning framework by employing the concept of Bergson-Samuelson social welfare function. To achieve this aim, first, a comprehensive generation expansion planning model, faced by a generation company, is proposed, as the effect of one on the most popular policies, namely emission trading system, is incorporated into the model. As a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem, the model is solved through two different scenarios using the GMAS optimization package. Then, regarding the obtained optimized expansion strategies, aforementioned viewpoints are assessed. Manuscript profile

This paper addresses the cooperative object transportation by a multi robot distributed system, which is a difficult problem due to path planning and robot cooperation challenges. In this problem, a number of robots should transport an object to a goal point safely while avoiding obstacles and utilizing a proper coordination and cooperation mechanism. The proposed method has a two-layer structure which benefits from both centralized and decentralized architectures. The global level takes advantage of full knowledge of environment to plan an optimal path using the new Optimally-Connect Random Tree (ORT) method, and the local level performs some local processes to reduce the system’s overall processing load and cost and increase its robustness. The required coordination between the robots is realized via radio communication, and for local path planning of the robots a combination of potential fields and TangentBug algorithms has been used. The proposed method has been implemented on multiple KUKA youBot mobile manipulators in the Webots simulation software, and its performance has been evaluated through various experimentations and the results of implementing and comparing the ORT and Rapidly-exploring Random Trees (RRT) showed the advantage of the proposed method. Transmission lines are widely used for transferring electrical energy from power plants to loads, interconnecting load centers and improving reliability of power systems. Due to recent society developments, the need for electrical energy has increased which in turn requires more investment in constructing additional electrical transmission lines. Power system restructuring and deregulation has increased uncertainties in transmission expansion planning and made investment in electrical transmission lines more complicated and less appealing for private parties. This paper proposes a new approach for transmission line expansion planning in deregulated networks. To do that, a multi objective programming problem which consists of various objective functions such as minimizing capital investment for constructing new transmission lines, minimizing congestion in transmission lines and maximizing the investment from private parties is suggested such that access to competitive, economic and reliable energy market is facilitated. To solve the proposed multi objective optimization problem, the Pareto differential evolution algorithm is used. Applying this algorithm to the proposed multi objective programming problem generates set of optimal plans that shows the best compromise between objective functions. The final plan, among the generated plans, is selected using a max-min fuzzy decision making. The proposed method is applied on the IEEE 24 bus test system and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. Manuscript profile

Path planning of mobile robot is one of the most important topics in mobile robotic discussion. The aim of this study is to find a continuous path from an initial position to the final target; So that, it should be free of collision and optimal or near to optimal. Since path planning problem of robot is one type of optimization problems, the evolutionary algorithms can be used to solve this problem. Nowadays, clonal selection algorithm is frequently used to solve the problems because of having valuable computational characteristics. But very little attempts have been done in the field of using this method to solve robot path planning problem. Few accomplished attempts are actually a kind of improved genetic algorithm. In this research, an efficient method for robot path planning in the presence of obstacles is designed using all the features of the clonal selection algorithm. The proposed method is evaluated in various environments with different runs in terms of the proposed path length criteria and the number of generations needed to generate the path. Based on the results of experiments, the proposed method shows better performance than the genetic algorithm in all environments and all the evaluation parameters. Especially, by increasing the number of obstacles vertices and also concave obstacles, the proposed method shows much more efficient performance than the genetic algorithm. Also, comparing the performance of the proposed method with the BPSO algorithm (presented in another study) indicates the superiority of path planning algorithm based on the clonal selection. Planning for the coordinated expansion of generation units, taking into account the fuel needed, has always attracted the attention of power industry planners. Failure to coordinated expansion of electricity and gas networks will result in excessive investment and, in some cases, defects in power supply. Therefore, there is a need to a model coordinating the expansion of electricity and gas networks, while taking into account the technical constraints. In this study, centralized expansion of gas and electricity networks is modeled by considering N-1 security criterion in gas network. This modeling is from the perspective of a central investor who, considering the technical constraints, seeks to minimize the total cost of investment and operation of the electricity and gas networks. The results of the gas network investment problem indicate that there is a need to increase pipeline capacity in some areas. In the proposed case study, the investment cost of the gas network is $19 million, while the total cost of investment and operation of the gas network is $37.19 billion. On the other hand, in the electricity grid, new power plants need to be installed in the designated areas. The results also indicate that the capacity of the F-H transmission line should be increased. Moreover, considering the N-1 criterion for gas pipeline outages, the power grid would prefer to install about 3200 MW of new generation units all around the grid thereby boosting the power network against pipeline outages. However, 2400 MW of new generating units would be adequate when N-1 criterion is omitted. Manuscript profile

Deleuze tries to introduce a new look at knowledge by presenting his horizontal and transverse approach to knowledge, which is called "rhizomatic approach"; A view that opposes the tree approach to knowledge and challenges all the different epistemological systems based on the tree approach to knowledge. Deleuze argues that tree systems are linear, hierarchical, static, and vertical, and suggest cuts, divisions, and lines between things. Government planning, whether annual or multi-year, is based on a long-term vision. The 75-year-old vision was recently released in the United States, which will undoubtedly affect world science. The perspective of science in Iran in upstream documents is very weak or dependent on global growth. We need to have a clearer perspective on the needs of the country in its unique historical context. In this article, I will discuss the history of government planning in science and its roots in Iran during the Ghazan Khan era, to the recent world era, which is the beginning of a serious government planning for science in the world. I will also elaborate on a recent US document outlining a 75-year vision. Finally, I would like to give a basic reflection on how Iran draws its own scientific and research perspective. In recent decades, several schools and paradigms have emerged in the field of urban literature, some of which have profound effects on urban spaces, including the "urban development strategy" (CDS) approach, which is one of the most important and controversial, and in several Recent years have also attracted the attention of many scientific-professional circles in Iran. Although the CDS dates back to the formal formation of the Coalition of Cities in 1999, it later published its official documents in the following years in partnership with the World Bank and the United Nations Center for Human Settlements (HABITAT). He is also the official tribune and executive trustee of CDS worldwide. Today, many managers, planners and urban theorists are trying to develop the question of how and by what mechanisms this approach is able to draw positive changes in the normal life of citizens and reduce urban poverty, based on the successful experiences of CDS. -Develop your role. An overview of CDS implementation in more than 250 Third World cities in less than a decade underscores the fact that the approach is more action-based than action-oriented. However, most cities in developing countries such as Iran experience difficult conditions, both in terms of preparation and referral, because the major approach to management and urban planning in Iran is influenced by the school of classical planning with a focus on design. It is comprehensive in which the dimensions of physical development, arrangement and physical order of cities often take precedence over the social-citizenship dimensions. Although comprehensive plans are developed in Iran with the aim of paving the way for the balanced physical growth of cities, in practice they not only impose a lot of energy and costs on the urban economy, but often most of their goals are never achieved. "Contrary to automotive, commodity-based, and money-oriented cities, a people-oriented city is an organic and systematic city based on human virtues and commune where people are concerned about each others’ rights. In such a city, humans are the main focus of urban planners, urban developers, and, most importantly, municipal decision-makers and executives. Therefore, here the biological, spiritual, and psychological needs of humans are the fundamental elements taken into account by urban management. This city, then, could unite urban spaces and tourists. Considering its great potentials, Yazd could be a good case for tourism development, building people-oriented cities, and improving the desirability of urban life. This qualitative-quantitative study sought to explore the feasibility of building a people-oriented city in Yazd province based on urban planning and the causal factors involved in this regard, intending to attract more tourists to this region. To this end, 14 interviews were conducted with tourism and urban planning experts, out of which 19 factors involved in building such a city were identified. The causal relationship between the identified factors was examined through a mixed-method approach, using the fuzzy cognitive mapping technique. The study’s findings indicated that educating the citizens, developing a sense of familiarity with the environment, and reducing environmental pollutions (soil, water, air) were the three most important factors for developing people oriented-cities in Yazd province, Iran. The history of curriculum planning in the world goes back more than a century, but this field in Iran is not more than a few decades old. However, in this short life, it has been able to open its position and effectiveness among all theoretical sciences, and its most important role has been to determine the boundary between knowledge and education of each science. For example, in the field of geography, with all the differences and similarities with other sciences, this demarcation has been able to reveal a corner of its inherent capabilities. The history of the production of geography curricula can be scientifically traced back to 70 years ago, when modern education was formed in Iran. However, until about 1996, geography education in Iran was carried out with emphasis on descriptive methods, until this year, along with the formation of a stream of scientific and codified curriculum planning in the educational system, A kind of reform was formed in the production of codified curricula, and thus the first document of geography curriculum was produced this year, and other programs were extracted from the heart of this curriculum in accordance with the courses and educational bases. Geography education was formed as a new approach in official Iranian education. Manuscript profile

In the corners and along the urban spaces of Iran, especially in the old context of some areas of Tehran, such as region 9, there is a type of land urban spaces that have not been defined in the legal system and urban planning. In urban terms, these lands are called worn-out textures and marginal areas or worn-out textures. In general, the causes and consequences of marginal areas and worn-out areas, in addition to physical ugliness, security problems, and environmental problems, can be summarized in four groups: economic, social, legal causes, legal causes, and physical-environmental causes. Since District 9 of Tehran Municipality has more worn-out texture than other areas, so in this study we intend to investigate the management of worn-out urban texture (case study: District 9 of Tehran). In this research, using field observations and interviews and with the help of urban maps, the management of the worn-out urban fabric of District 9 of Tehran Municipality as one of the central and important areas of this city has been analyzed. The results show that the most important causes of occurrence and formation of worn texture in District 9 of Tehran are: severe wear of buildings in the old texture, problems related to the network of texture passages, without using some urban elements, density and connectivity of the texture, problems Due to the materials used and the way of repairing the building, lack of services and facilities and urban and infrastructure facilities, as well as some problem and s due to the weakness of laws in acquiring and correcting the use of worn-out structures and management problems of Tehran 9th District Municipality. Accessing public transport plays an essential role in the daily life productivity of people in urban regions. Therefore, it is necessary to represent the spatiotemporal diversity of transit services to evaluate public transit accessibility appropriately. That can be accomplished by determining the shortest path or shortest travel time trip plan. Many applications like ArcGIS provide tools to estimate the trip time using GTFS data. They can perform well in finding travel time. Still, they can be computationally inefficient and impractical with increasing the data dimensions like searching all day time or in case of huge data. Some research proposed recently provides more computationally efficient algorithms to solve the problem. This paper presents a new algorithm to find the timing information for a trip plan between two start and destination points. Also, we introduce RMH (Range Mapping Hash) as a new approach using Redis NoSQL to find and calculate the accessibility of a trip plan with fixed time complexity of O(2) regardless of the city size (GTFS size). We experimented with the performance of this approach and compared it with the traditional run-time algorithm using GTFS data of Debrecen and Budapest. This Redis model can be applied to similar problems where input can be divided into ranges with the same output. Manuscript profile

Contextualism, one of the common views in urban planning, considers the context as a historical event in which the elements of the city are known, addressed and constructed. What is needed in the lively and lively life of a city is to adapt the container of the environment to the contents of the building in a historical process. The confusion and anxiety of urban views in most cities of Iran, especially in contemporary and modern cities, is a tolerable issue. Unfortunately, today, not only the show is not considered as a part of the urban space; Rather, it is often built as a unit for the supply of owners. This issue has caused disturbance and perceptual confusion in urban spaces. While dealing with, analyzing and studying the facades of urban buildings, part of the urban walls is of special importance. Landscape architecture as a codified knowledge to improve the quality of man-made environments, has always claimed to pay attention to the cultural values and specific identity of each region, but contemporary and new cities are becoming more and more similar, this issue is more pronounced in different cities Relaxing views based on local materials and climate can help to give identity, a sense of belonging and peace of mind to citizens. The main purpose of this article is to identify the criteria and patterns of contextualism and to create a favorable visual environment and to deal with new urban views with a case study of Yasuj with emphasis on ecology and its role in urban planning and architecture and their interaction with sustainable development, culture and behaviors. It is social actions and taking into account the urban wall (facade) that leads to a desirable and ideal atmosphere that indirectly and indirectly affects them and the personality of citizens. Simultaneously with the formation of the field of curriculum in the beginning of the 20th century, integrated curriculum became the focus of curriculum planning experts and education practitioners, and in recent years, special attention has been paid to this issue in most of the advanced countries of the world. The rapid expansion of knowledge and information, the fragmentation and dispersion of various parts of traditional curricula, its lack of connection with the realities of the personal and social life of learners, and the unfortunate consequences of existing curricula, have caused more and more attention to the category of curriculum integration. On the other hand, the successful experiences of implementing the integrated curriculum have confirmed the theory that this approach motivates students for better and continuous learning and develops the necessary skills for life in the 21st century. . In this category, the model of the integrated curriculum, which is the result of the author's studies and researches, has been presented. First, as a result of reviewing the available sources and literature in the field of curriculum integration, the main themes of the topics have been extracted and based on that, the guiding principles of the desired model have been compiled. Then, the elements of the model that show the main components and different parts of the integrated curriculum are presented. The implementation stages of the model are the steps during which different parts of the curriculum are gradually and comprehensively implemented in a real context. Finally, in order to apply the integrated approach in the education system of the country, as an example, the position of the target model in the primary course curriculum has been investigated and the guide of the primary course curriculum has been compared with the target model. This article examines and compares separate and integrated curriculum in Iranian schools. Manuscript profile

The first development program in Iran was approved by the National Council in February 1949, and then in July 1948, the law allowing the temporary implementation of the first development program was approved. The duration of this program was seven years. Before the approval of the first development program and during the Second World War, it is important that all economic sectors had negative and unstable growth. In the years leading up to the program, numerous domestic and foreign political problems caused the industrial facilities and factories that had been set up with government support in Iran to be on the verge of closure. The purpose of this research is to examine the foundations of the formation and formulation of the first development program, as well as to evaluate the results and its implementation. The purpose of this research is to investigate how to finance, how to formulate and evaluate the results of the first development program. This research is qualitative and has been done by document analysis. The results of the research show that among the financing sources of the first Program, oil income with 37.1% (7.8 billion Rials) and receiving a loan from the World Bank with 31.9% (6.7 billion Rials) are the main projected financial sources of the program (69% in total) due to The occurrence of important domestic and international issues of these resources did not materialize, which led to the suspension of the program. But this program, as the first national development program, became the basis of the development planning system in Iran, and during its implementation, the organization of the program was formed and limited measures were taken to modernize industries. Also, measures were taken to create new industries and improve the condition of railways and agricultural development. Manuscript profile
