. Companies should be able to reduce their logistics costs while improving their quality, customer satisfaction and reaching new customers. The most effective solution to this business problem is the outsourcing of logistics services based on long-term contracts provided by the third-party logistics service provider. These companies have expertise in coordinating economic resources and can create new opportunities for producers by providing consulting services. The Third Party Logistics Services Provider is an external supplier that manages, controls and executes logistics activities from the customer. In this paper, seven major dimensions of third-party logistics empowerment have been gained through MAXQDA software by analyzing the research background, textual content analysis, and expert interviews with 16 experts in the logistics industry. Then, with the help of DANP technique and doing paired comparisons and implementing Excel software, these empowers were weighed and the relationships between them were discovered. A paired questionnaire was used to collect data. Its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the analysis show that the most important enablers are: manufacturing empowerment, technical and marketing and sales, financial, human resources and strategic empowerment respectively. Also, technical and productive empowerment is one of the most influential enablers, and it also has the most interaction with other enablers. Manuscript profile

In today's cities, housing has a large part of urban utilities, as well as housing, which consumes a lot of energy and resources imported to cities. Hence, housing sustainability is an important step in achieving sustainable urban development. At the present study with a descriptive-analytic approach with the aim of evaluating the indicators of physical sustainability of housing in two regions 2 and 4 of Tabriz city, Using the Fuzzy AHP model in the GIS software, we evaluated each of the individual physical sustainability criteria. With the formation of the paired matrix, the weight of each criterion was obtained and then, by integrating the criteria based on the weights assigned to them, in the GIS map of the overall sustainability of the buildings in the two regions was achieved. In region 2, the high sustainability floor has the largest area of the region, which is 315 hectares (ie, %71 of the area of the region's housing). And the very sustainable floor has only %1 of the area in the region. While the floor with a high and very high sustainability, in Tabriz region4,was only %3.48, and the floor with moderate sustainability with an area of 437 hectares accounts for%68 of the total area of the 4th region. The class with moderate physical sustainability in region 2 has about %8(27 hectares) and in region 4, covers about %27 of the area. Therefore, the residential region of Tabriz 2nd region has higher levels of physical sustainability than region4. Manuscript profile

The urbanization process and urban growth in different parts of the world result from the interconnected interactions between factors and various socio-economic, political, technological, geographical, cultural, global and local issues. Accordingly, identifying the driving and shaping factors of the growth of cities is vital for urban planning and sustainable development, especially in developing countries, which is used as a means of predicting future trends, controlling and guiding the growth of the city, organizing the future development of the city and eventually efficiently and purposefully managing the city. The main objective of this study is to identify the driving and shaping factors of the biophysical and socio-economic growth of Tehran metropolis. In order to achieve this goal, five main stages are taken into consideration, including the production of land use maps, land cover to study the land use spatial-temporal changes, land cover in Tehran and its surrounding areas using satellite images, identifying driving factors of urban growth using logistic regression, using a factor ecology approach to investigate the human factors effective on Tehran landscape, calculating spatial metrics for quantization of the structure and characteristics of the landscape pattern in Tehran metropolis using Fragstatas software and investigating the relationship between urban growth pattern and social areas using multivariate regression. The results indicate that the distance from the roads and the commercial center of Tehran in the period 2000 to 2014 is the most significant biophysical factor shaping the growth pattern of Tehran metropolis, and among the obtained five socioeconomic components, the population density and employment components have the most effect on urban growth pattern in Tehran metropolis. Human earthquake, over time, faced with irreparable damages. Decision-makers have always tried to manage the crisis and challenges arising from it. Therefore, assessment of vulnerability of urban areas and planning to reduce these damage is necessary. This research was conducted with the aim of assessing the urban area against earthquake and with the crisis management approach in Tehran 6th area. For this purpose Valued, 11 criteria for degree of confinement, construction density, building quality, population density, materials and structure of the building unit, access to health centers, width of the road, building height, land use, maximum horizontal acceleration of the land and the age of the building by Delphi method. Subsequently, the indexes were analyzed using the IHWP Hierarchical Model and the criteria were overlapped in GIS software. The results of the earthquake vulnerability map showed 4.8% of the area in the vulnerability class was very low, 19% in the vulnerability class, 46.2% in the middle class vulnerability, 25.4% in the vulnerability class, and 4.6% in the vulnerability class. The vulnerability class is very large. Regarding the Vulnerability Map of Area 6, we can find that areas with a higher-wiring network and low-density distribution of low-density constructions tend to be less damaged, most of which are located on the periphery of the region or north of the 6th area. Existing districts in the north of the region are less vulnerable than the rest of the study area. As you move from north to south, the vulnerability increases. Manuscript profile

This recent study in Talequn catchment, placed in Alborz province, has been performed to prioritize affecting peak flow areas and generally areas that have a greater role in flood occurrence. To do this task, Arc Gis (Geographic information system) has been utilized to prepare maps of physical properties of Talequn basin catchment and also rain gauge date and equivalent run off statistics of Tehran regional water, for 20 years(1993-2013) has been received. As a result of existing data, four flood events were extracted and were calibrated under the (HEC-HMS) model. TO do calibration, SCS method was used to simulate flood hydrograph and lag-time method was utilized for channel routing. Also, Hydrologic Modeling System (HEC-HMS) was used to estimate the amount of contribution of sub-basin in output discharge of the total basin catchment on the basis of return periods of 2-5-10-25-50-100 years old and finally by the use of the 50-year return period and sub-basin individual remove method under the effect of HEC-HMS model, sub-basin were prioritized in terms of flooding potential. The research results show that sub-basin participation rate in output of basin catachment discharge is not only of affected area and sub-basin peak flow but also of factors such as curve number (CN) and soil hydrologic group which have significant role in flood occurrence. Another significant factor is sub-basin located in basin output, which has greater share in output discharge. In addition, short intervals in occurrence of peak flow of sub-basin water flow synchronization role, human changes such as construction activities like housing, have significant impact on the production of the whole basin flood areas. Due to the central role of the city, Tehran has been associated with increasing population and density, and consequently in providing services and facilities in various fields, due to lack of and, in some cases, due to the lack of appropriate geographical distribution of applications, there are shortcomings Is. The fuel filling stations network is one of the components of the municipal services network that acts as a fuel supplier to the intercity transportation sector, which is important in terms of traffic considerations, urbanization, safety and the environment. One of the most important factors surrounding fuel supply stations (petrol stations) is their proper location. Multi-criteria decision-making models (MCDMs) are now becoming an expanding tool for addressing complex spatial decision-making problems. There are several methods in making multi-criteria decisions. Studies and evidence show that multi-criteria decision-making methods, especially the combined methods between them, provide accurate results for spatial decision-making. Due to the high population density and the density of internal and external passage overnight and the passage to the adjacent areas, Tehran's region 17 shows the need for fuel efficiency and optimal location. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate location of pump-gas stations in the 17th district of Tehran and to investigate the position of the existing sites in this area, using the GIS and utilizing the fuzzy AHP combined method. Not. The research method has descriptive-analytical and applied nature in this evaluation. In order to achieve these goals, suitable criteria, consistent with the studied area and different methods have been used. Finally, by using paired comparisons and experts' opinion and calculations by the fuzzy AHP method, the final weight of the criteria has been determined. The results of the integration of information layers in ARCGIS software, while identifying suitable locations for building new stations, have analyzed the location of gas station positions, which shows that each of the 2 existing locations in the 17th district of Tehran in an appropriate and optimal position they are not. Soil erosion and sedimentation are among the major limitations in applying water and soil resources. Thus, the assessment processes that govern their behavior in order to better understand watershed systems and explain proper management practices are essential. This study is therefore aimed at studying erosion in the watershed of Shahriar Dam in Mianeh, East Azerbaijan Province. In view of the recent conditions of formations, a sedimentation rate is very high in this dam. Evidently, these sediments fill the dam reservoir and lead to a reduction of the dam life time. As a result, studying erosion and estimating upstream erosion and sedimentation are necessary. Consequently, one of the principal goals of this survey is determining the level of sensitivity of formations to erosion and their roles in formation of new sediments. To achieve this aim, the border of Shahriar Dam’s watershed was determined by using 1:50000 topographic maps of Zanjan, Mianeh and Hashtrood. This region was carefully implemented on 1:250000 geological maps of Zanjan, Mianeh and Hashtrood. Maps of channels, geology, vegetative cover, faults, amount of rainfall, and regional topography were digitalized. Next, the erosion intensity was examined in the above-mentioned basin using GIS and marking and layer integration methods. On the other hand, in order to estimate the rate of erosion of present formations in the watershed basin, EPM method was used. It was revealed in this study that erosion-sensitive units were largely located in the northern and southern areas of the basin; however, there are erosion-prone rocks in the western part too. Based on the existing indices of GIS, total amount of sedimentation of the watershed basin of Shahriar Dam is medium. Moreover, according to EPM model, the coefficient of erosion and sediment yield (z) for this basin fall into very heavy erosion classes. for this reason, the sediment yield in the basin was high and put at somewhere close to 60,000 tons per hectare annually; and according to the zoning map of erosion, much of the sediment comes from segments of the zoning was done in this research area erosional is placed high. The final model represents the fact that lithology, land cover and stream erosion play a major role in controlling erosion and sediment yield. Manuscript profile

The aim of this article is to study the consequences of the influence of technology on democracy. Taking technologistic and cultural approaches, this paper studies the influence of technology on the four components of democracy as a government system- decision making policy, human beings as decision makers, community as consisting of individuals, and procedures of determining destiny- and argues that technology is an integral part of democracy in modern technological era to the extent that it entails making the new term as «technological democracy. This term overshadows the question of whether technology is a threat or opportunity to democracy. The question would be significant, when its purpose is to reconcile democracy and technology. In this paper we propose two new simultaneous image registration (IR) and super-resolution (SR) methods using a novel approach to calculate the Jacobian matrix. SR is the process of fusing several low resolution (LR) images to reconstruct a high resolution (HR) image; however as inverse problem it consists of three principal operations of warping, blurring and down-sampling should be applied to the desired HR image to produce the existing LR images. Unlike the previous methods, we neither calculate the Jacobian matrix numerically nor derive the Jacobian matrix by treating the three principal operations separately. We develop a new approach to derive the Jacobian matrix analytically from combinational form of the three principal operations. In this approach, a Gaussian kernel (as it is more realistic in a wide rang of applications) is considered for blurring, which can be adaptively resized for each LR image. The main intended method is established by applying the aforementioned ideas to the joint methods, a class of simultaneous iterative methods in which the incremental values for both registration parameters and HR image are obtained by solving one system of equations per iteration. Our second proposed method is formed by applying these ideas to the alternating minimization (AM) methods, a class of simultaneous iterative methods in which the incremental values of registration parameters are obtained after calculating the high resolution image at each iteration. The results show that our methods are superior to the recently proposed methods such as Tian's joint and Hardie's AM method. Additionally, the computational cost of our proposed methods has also been reduced. Manuscript profile

With the development of the internet and social networks, the interest on multimedia data, especially digital images, has been increased among scientists. Due to their advantages such as high speed as well as high security and complexity, chaotic functions have been extensively employed in images encryption. In this paper, a modified logistic map function was proposed, which resulted in higher scattering in obtained results. Confusion and diffusion functions, as the two main actions in cryptography, are not necessarily performed respectively, i.e. each of these two functions can be applied on the image in any order, provided that the sum of total functions does not exceed 10. In calculation of sum of functions, confusion has the coefficient of 1 and diffusion has the coefficient of 2. To simulate this method, a binary stack is used. Application of binary stack and pseudo-random numbers obtained from the modified chaotic function increased the complexity of the proposed encryption algorithm. The security key length, entropy value, NPCR and UICA values and correlation coefficient analysis results demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. Analyzing the obtained results and comparing the algorithm to other investigated methods clearly verified high efficiency of proposed method. Manuscript profile

Applying to the video frames, this paper proposes a hybrid method which combines the features extracted from the images using the ‘scale-invariant features transform’ (SIFT), ‘histogram of oriented gradient’ (HOG) and ‘global invariant features transform’ (GIST) descriptors and classifies the activities by means of the deep belief network (DBN). First, in order to avoid ineffective features, a pre-processing course is performed on any image in the dataset. Then, the mentioned descriptors extract several features from the image. Due to the problems of working with a large number of features, a small and distinguishing feature set is produced using the bag of words (BoW) technique. Finally, these reduced features are given to a deep belief network in order to recognize the human activities. Comparing the simulation results of the proposed approach with some other existing methods applied to the standard PASCAL VOC Challenge 2010 database with nine different activities demonstrates an improvement in the accuracy, precision and recall measures (reaching 96.39%, 85.77% and 86.72% respectively) for the approach of this work with respect to the other compared ones in the human activity recognition. Abstract: According to Iranian legal system, despite the existence of fixed debt in an obligation, pledgee and its waiver, the mortgage contract shall be enforceable and the right of pledgee shall be established on the mortgaged object. This is done without any difference between the two stages of creation and establishment of the right of pledge. Even in the case of immovable mortgage it is obligatory to register the document. On the other hand, in Iranian legal system the principle of transferability of the mortgage – however briefly – has been officially recognized so that conclusion of a mortgage contract and the establishment of the right of pledgee is no obstacle to future transfer of mortgage or pertinent rights by the mortgagor in case it does not violate the rights of the pledgee. The rule of this principle, without special stipulations on establishment of the rights mentioned in the contract such as obligation to register the mortgage, will sometimes raise consequences such as dispute in discerning priority, reference to the superficial contracts containing the date of priority and consequently violating the rights of pledgee as well as legal dispute in courts and probably penal procedures. Whereas in many legal systems across the world, the US legal system for instance, there is a distinction between the two stages of concluding the mortgage contract or a pledge and stipulations for the establishment of the rights of mortgage for either side. In these legal systems, a distinction has been made between movable and immovable mortgage and establishment of the right of pledgee on each case requires finishing certain formalities otherwise, the right of the pledgee will be incomplete and the priority will be with the other party finishing the procedure. The question raised in this paper is this: Is it possible to make a distinction between the two stages in Iranian legal system with respect to the existing jurisprudential laws and the enforceable legal texts? Abstract: There is divergence of opinions on contracting or pledging in optional sale. Imamiyah jurists endorse the act and consider it as an instance of sale in nature. Sunni jurists identify optional sale as bay’ al-Wafa or buyback sale, associating it with a pledge (rahn) contract. The conditional sale can be analyzed in two ways: First, the conditional sale involving the contractual relationship between mortgagor (seller) and mortgagee (buyer) stipulated in Article 34 of the Law on Registration of Deeds; Second, the conditional sale that does not govern the contractural relationship between the seller and buyer, and it is a real sale under articles 485-462 of the Law. The conditional sale governing the contractural relationship between the mortgagor and mortgagee is an instance of transaction with the right of restitution (Article 33 of the Law). This is why the law has considered the request for registration of the property in conditional sale as a right for the debtor, because in this type of conditional sale the buyer does not intend to conclude a contract of sale. Any negligence of this criterion will raise ambiguities: First, any conditional sale will be taken as the one with the right of restitution, whereas it is otherwise. Second, the real conditional sale has been well stipulated in Article 399 of the Civil Code; therefore, all sales stipulated in Article 399 of the Civil Code must be considered as the transactions with the right of restitution. It is clear that the existence of the element of option in a sale contract does not mean it is an instance of transaction with the right of restitution. Articles 33 and 34 of the Law on Registration of Deeds are not exclusive to provisions of Article 459, because this article is not about the conditional sale governing the contractual relationship between the mortgagor and mortgagee, whereas articles 33 and 34 of the Law govern such relationship. Parviz Moradgholi Department of religious jurisprudence; Zahedan Branch, Islamic Azad University; Zahedan. The subject of Iranian woman’s marriage to foreigners is considered a serious issue as it has coincided with the arrival of Afghan and Iraqi neighbors to our country. This issue has caused serious problems to Iran. In addition to political and social problems caused by such marriage, it has also a significant effect on their family situation. In the current legal system of Iran, the differences between the citizenship of a husband because of his women are enacted barriers by the legislatures in Article 1060 of the Civil Code; however, the citizenship of a husband lacks any precedent in legal records. In this paper, the concept of marriage and citizenship, arrangements and legal terms relating to the restrictions of marriage of Iranian women to foreigners and its consequences has been investigated. It was suggested that appropriate education about marriage through social media should be given to women. This issue also should be considered serious in the regulations Manuscript profile

The Islamic Consultative Assembly in its most important task, that is, legislation in accordance with Article 71 of the Constitution, has general jurisdiction and can legislate in general matters. Nonetheless, the parliament has a constraint on this role, which is set out in various constitutional principles. Article 72, for example, states: "The Islamic Consultative Assembly can not legislate to comply with the principles and rules of the official religion of the country or the constitution ..."All laws must be approved by the Guardian Council. Without a Guardian Council, the Islamic Consultative Assembly has no statutory authority, except in the case of approval of the credentials of the representatives, and the election of six lawyers of members of the Guardian Council. In cases where the Assembly of the Islamic Consultative Assembly considers the Council of Guardians to be in violation of the Shari'a or the Constitution, and the Assembly shall not provide the Guardian Council with due consideration to the expediency of the system. The Expediency Council adopts the necessary decisions. In US law, the three executive powers, the judiciary and the legislature are completely independent of each other. Tehran Province, containing majority of scientists and researchers, plays a significant role in the development of science and technology in the country. Obviously, this number of scientific potential to flourish needs facilities and infrastructures. One of the most important factors in development of knowledge-based businesses is proportionate physical context of firms. Moreover, proximity of knowledge-based companies to the universities, higher education institutes and industries leads to accelerating transforming knowledge into industrial process. Thus, Tehran Province requires more technology parks and towns than the past, to retain the benefit of its whole scientific potentials. In connection with this, at first, we recognized and ranked effective factors on locating Knowledge-Based Town, then used AHP to give weight to criteria and sub-criteria. In the next step, we applied these weights in GIS software and provided maps which are related to each, in the ARCmap. Then, we identified zoned map of the areas via GIS and overlapped the effective factors on locating town of knowledge, with two priorities in the province, and the result indicated that the first priority was better. After preparing the final map, through the study on areas with priority, we have screened and shown places that the standards are higher for locating KBT on the map. At last, for the best performance, we have paid special attention to factors such as proximity to universities and training centers, proximity to industrial areas, infrastructures and Tehran province’s development plans. The astonishing advancement of information technology in the early years of the twenty-first century has brought about countless changes in the various fields and opened another door to the new world so that all human economic, social, political, cultural and scientific activities are fundamentally changed. Law is also a branch of the humanities that regulates human relations in the context of collective life. It has developed laws to prevent children from unsecured entering the virtual world and legal measures to protect them. Adopting a distinct approach to the substantive criminal law of cybercrime can minimize harm to children and adolescents by prevention. In the meantime, questions and doubts have been raised about the limits of freedom of use of the Internet for children, the limits of free flow of information against child users, protection of child privacy in cyberspace and finally the role of legal regulations to protect this vulnerable group that easily can be exploited in this boundless world. In this research, through data collection tools and using library and internet resources with rational analysis of the content to study the legislative policy of criminal law on criminal security for children in cyberspace, in comparison with the iranian legal system and international documents, in order to better confront and prevent these crimes, the issues and problems and the strengths and weaknesses of the enacted laws are presented and suggestions and solutions for solving these problems are discussed. Afnan and Sami al-Nishar believe that Islamic philosophers found access to the main texts of Stoic thinkers during the translation movement. Nevertheless, Josef van Ess maintains that Muslim philosophers were exposed to Stoic teachings in the course of the cultural interactions between Muslims and the residents of newly conquered regions. In the present paper, after criticizing these two ideas, the writer agrees with Dimitri Gutas’s view regarding the indirect impact of Stoic logical doctrines through the works of such logicians as Galen and Alexander of Aphrodisias. Then, by examining the concepts and technical terms which are employed by Stoic logicians in the analysis of conditional propositions and reasonings, he investigates the effects of such concepts and terms through the works of the above-mentioned logicians in the development of certain concepts such as conflict, necessity, and exception. One of the questions regarding the discussion of the three implicit modes, necessity, possibility, and impossibility, is whether there is any concomitance, whether by itself or through the other, between the possible and the impossible. Some philosophers are for this problem, and some of them are against it. A number of them reject the concomitance of the two by reasoning that their implication leads to the realization of the implicant without the implicate. Still, there are some philosophers who, do not reject concomitance by referring to certain violating cases, such as the concomitance of the possibility of the non-existence of the first emanation with the impossibility of the non-existence of the essence of the truth. In this case, the validity of the syllogism per impossible will be challenged because here the impossibility of the premise and the affirmation of the desirable is deduced from the falsity of the consequent. The writer of this paper believes that we can solve this problem based on the principles of the Transcendent Philosophy and a correct analysis of the problem itself. Manuscript profile

In the view of Muslim philosophers, the art of poetry not only enjoys a logical nature in Islamic philosophy but also constitutes the basis of the philosophy of art. One of the important questions in the realms of poetry and logic addresses the reason for exploring poetry as a part of the nine-part logic and then abandoning it in two-part logics and being content with a minimum study of this art by Ibn Sina under the title of imaginal matters (mukhayyalat). Ibn Sina does not follow a consistent process in this regard in his various works and gradually leaves aside certain parts, including the art of poetry. The equivalence syllogism is apparently similar to a simple categorical conjunctive syllogism, the truth of which depends on the truth of its external premise of “what is equal to the equal of something is equal to that thing”. Therefore, some believe that, by using the phrase “result by itself” in the definition of syllogism, Aristotle aimed to derive some syllogisms such as the equivalence syllogism. It can be inferred from Ibn Sina’s words that the equivalence syllogism is a categorical conjunctive syllogism which has lost its syllogistic form, and whose terms lack a logical arrangement. This is because the premises of this syllogism share only a part of its middle term rather than its totality. Khwajah Nasir al-Din Tusi has tried to express the syllogistic configuration and logical arrangement of the terms of the equivalence syllogism. In doing so, he has presented two types of simple and compound categorical syllogisms. He has also responded to Fakhr al-Din Razi’s words in this regard. He believes that the equivalence syllogism lacks a repeated middle term and, hence, cannot be deemed a conjunctive syllogism. Rather, it should be viewed as a syllogism which results in a conclusion based on intellectual evidence. However, when commenting on Khawajah Nasir al-Din Tusi’s words, Qutb al-Din Razi, on the one hand, views the equivalence syllogism of a compound conjunctive nature and believes that it is problematic to introduce it as a simple conjunctive syllogism. On the other hand, in his comments on Sharh-i matali‘, similar to Fakhr al-Din Razi, he argues that the equivalence syllogism lacks the repetition of the middle term, and that its conclusion is evident based on its two internal and external premises. Khwunji designs a new structure for the equivalence syllogism and believes that its external premise is as follows: “Anything equal to B is equal to everything equal to B”. Of course, this view is not immune to criticism as well. Shahrzuri believes that, if the equivalence syllogism results in concluding “A is equal to C”, it will be out of the division of syllogism into conjunctive and exclusive types; when the conclusion is “what is equal to A is equal to C”, he considers it to be a simple categorical conjunctive syllogism. By rejecting the view that deems the equivalence syllogism lacking in the repetition of the middle term, Mulla Sadra introduces it as a kind of compound categorical conjunctive syllogism with independent conclusions and argues that the middle term has been repeated in both syllogisms. Mulla Sadra’s words, which are in agreement with those of Khwajah Nasir al-Din Tusi, present the correct view regarding the logical structure of the equivalence syllogism. Manuscript profile

Remote sensing image registration is the method of aligning two images from the same scene taken under different imaging circumstances containing different times, angles, or sensors. Scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) is one of the most common matching methods previously used in the remote sensing image registration. The defects of SIFT are the large number of mismatches and high execution time due to the high dimensions of classical SIFT descriptor. These drawbacks reduce the efficiency of the SIFT algorithm. To enhance the performance of the remote sensing image registration, this paper proposes an approach consisting of three different steps. At first, the keypoints of both reference and second images are extracted using SIFT algorithm. Then, to increase the speed of the algorithm and accuracy of the matching, the SIFT descriptor with the vector length of 64 is used for keypoints description. Finally, a new method has been proposed for the image matching. The proposed matching method is based on calculating the distances of keypoints and their transformed points. Simulation results of applying the proposed method to some standard databases demonstrated the superiority of this approach compared with some other existing methods, according to the root mean square error (RMSE), precision and running time criteria. In other words, if the performance of the organization is not evaluated, its management is hampered. This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of organizational performance evaluation. The research population includes 30 cases chosen from the university lecturers and the elite in the fields of organizational performance evaluation, supply chain, logistics and support. The sample size was determined using the census approach. The research method was descriptive and correlational, and a self-constructed questionnaire—using the Delphi method— was used to collect the data. The validity and reliability of the scale were reported as 0.96 and 0.91, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of tables and figures. The data were analyzed by Smart PLS and Structural Equation Modeling. Attempts were made to examine all the factors affecting the logistic organizational performance. Therefore, six main factors and 30 minor factors in the form of 101 items were examined. The results showed that infrastructure and input, growth and learning, results and consequences, stakeholders’ satisfaction, finance and procedures were confirmed as main factors of logistic organizational performance evaluation. The model was also reported powerful according to goodness of fit indices. Manuscript profile

Voice communications through internet uses VOIP which includes several protocols while its secrecy is very important issue. SIP is the most important signaling protocol whose attack detection may help system immunization. This paper is dedicated to the issue of SIP registration flood attacks. Attackers can send registration signals which have several dangers for registration server. In this paper, SIP register flood attacks is investigated by details and the effects of attack over registration server is illustrated. Finally, the effects of attack, regarding the ratios compared with a regular situation of the network, are evaluated in experiments done in a real network. Moreover, instead of Hellinger distance, Kullback–Leibler distance is used for register flood attacks detection and corresponding ROC curves show this approach has better performance. The main purpose in various methods of image registration is to find the transformation parameters for accurate mapping an image onto another image coordinates. In medical sciences creating a precise mapping between medical images data is very important in application such as diagnosis and treatment. Accordingly, several approaches have been proposed for image registration. The compression of results and performance between different image registration algorithms was the main motivation for this research to design and implement a new hybrid algorithm so that provide high accuracy in multimodal image registration. Automating the image registration process by using machine learning approach is the innovation of this method compared to previous ones. To this end, the proposed method which is named multi resolution learning is composed of multi resolution decomposition and a hierarchical neural network which it learn the transformation parameters by using global properties of the image and uses learned transformation parameter for image registration. The proposed method is implemented and tested on the medical images of Vanderbilt university database. Experiment result show acceptable accuracy for the proposed method compared with other methods. Available techniques in handover management in cellular communication networks can’t keep unnecessary events and delay decision at a low level state. The main purpose of this paper is to provide the intelligence method which is able to minimize the number of unnecessary events and allowing the necessary requests to occur and so improves the overall network performance. In order to achieve such a goal, in the proposed method, we have used the geographical knowledge from building maps with spectral clustering in the area covered by femtocell. Therefore, we require to develop the spectral clustering based on geographical information. The experimental results on real dataset and performed simulations indicate that the superiority of the proposed method in allocating the user to appropriate cell and acceptable ability to manage the handover in heterogeneous layer of femtocell-macrocell. Large register files reduce the performance and energy overhead of memory accesses by improving the thread-level parallelism and reducing the number of data movements from the off-chip memory. Recently, the latency-tolerant register file (LTRF) is proposed to enable high-capacity register files with low power and area cost. LTRF is a two-level register file in which the first level is a small fast register cache, and the second level is a large slow main register file. LTRF uses a near-perfect register prefetching mechanism that warp registers are prefetched from the main register file to the register file cache before scheduling the warp and hiding the register prefetching latency by the execution of other active warps. LTRF specifies the working set of the warps by partitioning the control flow graph into several prefetch subgraphs, called register-interval. LTRF imposes some performance overhead due to warp stall during the register prefetching. Reducing the number of register-intervals can greatly mitigate this overhead, and improve the effectiveness of LTRF. A register-interval is a subgraph of the control flow graph (CFG) where it has to be a single-entry subgraph with a limited number of registers. We observe that the second constrain contributes more in reducing the size of register-intervals. Increasing the number of registers inside the register-interval cannot address this problem as it imposes huge performance and power overhead during the register prefetching process. In this paper, we propose a register-interval-aware re-production mechanism at compile-time to increase register-interval size without increasing the number of registers inside it. Our experimental results show that our proposal improves the effectiveness of LTRF by 29%, and LTRF’s performance by about 18% (about 30% improvement over baseline GPU architecture). Moreover, our proposal reduces GPU energy and power consumption by respectively 38% and 15%, on average. Manuscript profile

Cancer of the breast is a difficult disease to treat since it weakens the patient's immune system. Particular interest has lately been shown in the identification of particular immune signals for a variety of malignancies in this regard. In recent years, several methods for predicting cancer based on proteomic datasets and peptides have been published. The cells turns into cancerous cells because of various reasons and get spread very quickly while detrimental to normal cells. In this regard, identifying specific immunity signs for a range of cancers has recently gained a lot of interest. Accurately categorizing and compartmentalizing the breast cancer subtype is a vital job. Computerized systems built on artificial intelligence can substantially save time and reduce inaccuracy. Several strategies for predicting cancer utilizing proteomic datasets and peptides have been reported in the literature in recent years. It is critical to classify and categorize breast cancer treatments correctly. It's possible to save time while simultaneously minimizing the likelihood of mistakes using machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches. Using the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Diagnostic dataset, this study evaluates the performance of various classification methods, including SVC, ETC, KNN, LR, and RF (random forest). Breast cancer can be detected and diagnosed using a variety of measurements of data (which are discussed in detail in the article) (WBCD). The goal is to determine how well each algorithm performs in terms of precision, recall, and accuracy. The variation of each classification threshold has been tested on various algorithms and SVM turned out to be very promising. Manuscript profile

Wastes pollution is the source of many environmental problems. These pollutants cause water, soil and air resources pollution and destruction of natural landscapes and spread of disease, while waste disposal centers pose a threat to rural areas, despite the appropriate distance from urban centers. Determining areas suitable for landfills is one of the general strategies to deal with this crisis. In this research, which has been done by descriptive-analytical method and relying on library resources, after collecting raw layers related to 12 indicators (rural, urban, roads, water resources, floods, land use, pastures, soil, geology, faults, communication roads, etc.) and preparing distance maps and its scaling were investigated using linear software in GIS software of suitable areas for waste disposal in Qasr Shirin city due to its special location in terms of abundant water resources (mineral water and ecotourism). The results show that most of the city of Qasr Shirin is not suitable for waste disposal, these areas are shown in red in the final output of the models. Also, only the parts of the city are suitable for this purpose, which are marked in blue in the final output of the models. Manuscript profile

In the Crisis of European Sciences and Transcendental Phenomenology, Husserl has tried to disclose the origin of psychologism in the history of modern philosophy. Phenomenological psychology not only provides a basis for empirical psychology but can also function as an introduction to transcendental phenomenology. In his philosophical narration of the historical development of the concept of psychologism, Husserl refers to John Locke and states that Barkley and Hume advocated Locke’s views. Locke’s psychological studies come at the service of transcendental concept, which had been formulated by Descartes in his Meditations on First Philosophy for the first time. In his view, metaphysics can show that the whole reality of the world and everything that exists is nothing more than our cognitive acts. It is at this point that it is necessary to pay attention to transcendental affairs. Descartes’ methodological skepticism was the first method used for posing the transcendental subject, and his description of cogito ergo (I think) provided the first conceptual formulation for it. John Locke replaced the pure transcendental mind of Descartes with the human mind. Nevertheless, he continued his study of the human mind through intrinsic experience because of an unconscious transcendental-philosophical concern. However, knowingly or unknowingly, he fell in the trap of psychologism. Following a historical and, in a way, completely philosophical approach, Husserl showed how the rays of attention to transcendental affairs emerged for the first time in Cartesian philosophy and, then, in the conflict between rationalism and empiricism. He also demonstrated how, after the growth of this attention in Kantian transcendental philosophy, it came to fruition in Husserl’s phenomenological philosophy. Manuscript profile

Partition, separation, and division each have their own specific definitions and are different from one another. Generally, partition refers to the difference between multiple joint partners, while separation means separating a property or land by the owner. In other words, when the partners do not agree on how to divide the joint property, the solution is to request partition. However, in the case of separation, a person can also take action to separate their own land or property. In this research, we intend to focus on the concepts of partition and separation and compare them from the perspective of property registration law. Manuscript profile
