The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between perceived social support and the entrepreneurial spirit of undergraduate students at University of Birjand. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population consisted of 8304 undergraduate students of University of Birjand, that 340 people by using simple random sampling and based on Morgan's table were selected. The Perceptual Social Support Questionnaire (Zimet et al., 1988), Spreitzer and Mishra Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (1995), and the Patrice and Attitude Entrepreneurship Questionnaire (1394) were used. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were assessed by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and 0.99 for social support, 0.98 for entrepreneurial spirit and 0.89 for psychological empowerment. Data analysis were done at descriptive level (frequency, mean, standard deviation) and inferential level (Pearson correlation, analysis of variance, regression and structural equation modeling). The results indicated that socially supported social support predicts entrepreneurial spirit (Beta=0.19), and predicts psychological empowerment (Beta= 0.42). Psychological empowerment is also a predictor of entrepreneurial spirit (Beta= 0.42). The findings showed that psychological empowerment plays a mediating role between perceived social support and entrepreneurial spirit and the research model has a good fit. According to the research results, social protection of family, friends and people has a reverse and significant relation with the entrepreneurial spirit of individuals. So that, by increasing the amount of social support, the entrepreneurial spirit of people decreases. The results also indicate a direct and significant relationship between social support and psychological empowerment.   Manuscript profile

Nowadays, industries, especially the banking industry, are facing a much more complex environment than the past decade. Therefore, they have to adapt to the environment to obtain and maintain their competitive edge. The traditional banking system is no longer efficient enough, while a universal banking system can provide more varied services to a more diverse clientele. Considering the radical humanist paradigm in the analysis of social theories and a focus on the effectiveness of capable human resources for the correct implementation of universal banking in Iran, the present paper aims to propose a universal banking system focusing on the empowerment and skill development of bank employees. This study used the Delphi fuzzy method to select experts and classify and analyze their responses. Further, the Linear Programming and , FGTMA-FDEMATEL and screenwriting method was used to identify and investigate the criteria correlationsand map the network relationships. Arobust statisticalmethod was used to solve optimization problems based on data uncertainty.and lingo software was used to solve the problem. The results drawn from the model indicated that factors such as employee decision-making ability, responsibility towards executing a decision, access to decision tools, and employee self-efficacy sources influence the empowerment of employees and correct implementation of private, corporate, business, and investment banking. Further, they showed that sense of competence, motivation, participation, sense of effectiveness, and information technology influence universal banking. Statistical population consisted of all the official and educational staff of University of Gilan in 2012-13 except its faculty. They were 650 persons from whom 100 people were chosen as sample by random Stratified sampling. In order to gather data, two kinds of questionnaires were used: Fry spiritual questionnaire with 25 questions and Spritzer enabling questionnaire with16 questions. "Face validity" and "Cronbach’s method" were used to approve the validity and reliability of the questionnaire respectively. According to this, alpha coefficient of the spiritual and enabling questionnaires were acquired 0.85 and 0.89 respectively, and it shows the good validity of the instrument. Analysis of gathered data by the use of SPSS statistical software, and also testing hypothesizes by exploiting Pearson's correlation coefficient methods -to relate different variables- were used. The main hypothesis's results showed that according to (r=0.539) there is a meaningful and positive relationship between spiritual leadership and enabling staff members. The results from extraneous hypotheses also showed that there's a meaningful and positive causal relationship between enabling staff members and other factors as follows: dimensions of spiritual leadership (instructional landscape) (r=0.365), altruism (r=0.402), belief in the job (r=0.558), being meaningful in job (r=0.341), membership in the organization (r=0.377), institutional commitment (r=0.628), and function feedback (r=0.315). Also the amount of enabling has a relation with variables such as sex, age, educational degree, and the employment condition. Today’s organizations, in order to their survival in today's competitive world, need to care a great deal about the role of spiritual leadership in the process of enabling staff members. The purpose of this article is to study of distinctions and overlapping areas between "Human Security" and "Human Rights". Both concepts put the preserving and promoting "Human Dignity" on the agenda, And for this reason, they cover many of each other's shortcomings. On the other hand, there are differences areas between "Human Security" and "Human Rights", especially in the level of analysis, operational aspects, and scope of inclusion. In this regard, the question arises: "How can human rights and human security, despite some differences and distinctions, be able to complement and reinforce each other?"Human rights and human security have the ability to overlap and reinforce each other, because they focus on a single issue, namely "human dignity" and the development of various aspects of human life, including individual, social and international. In order to realizing the Human security strategies (protection and empowerment), Human rights provide the necessary legal framework to support the two principles of "Protection" and "Empowerment". And conversely, human security, with its emphasis on the operational aspects of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in particular economic, social and cultural rights, as well as the Securitization of some common human rights concerns, can provide the necessary political support for achieving human rights goals. Findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between human rights and human security. The research method is descriptive-analytical and in some cases a comparative method has been used to prove the hypothesis. Manuscript profile

In the quantitative phase, using Cochran's formula, 293 individuals were selected randomly. The data collected from the interviews were analyzed through the grounded theory and the data from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The findings revealed that self-empowerment could be considered as a psychological phenomenon based on individual activism. This refers to a process where a set of causal factors (individual and organizational factors or, in other words, internal and external factors), contextual factors (including cultural-social and organizational factors), intervening organizational factors (including organizational justice and organizational transformation and modernization) involve in its formation. Among the mentioned factors, the respondents offered a better evaluation of individual factors compared to organizational factors regarding the casual factors, of organizational nature compared to cultural and social factors in terms of the contextual factors, and of organization change and update compared to organizational justice in terms of intervening factors.
