The main purpose of this research is to identify and investigate the organizational factors for implementing open innovation in Iran universities. This study was a qualitative-quantitative research. The field of research in the qualitative section was all open innovation articles and books in the period from 2007 to 2018 and open innovation components were extracted by thematic analysis in an inductive manner. In this research, the "Thematic Network" was used. The validity of the research was approved by the referee by the audit method. To calculate reliability, coding was done by studying row to row of selected resources manually by two individuals individually. After coding, the results of these two coding were compared by the Holsti method. The result of thematic analysis was the extraction of 20 basic themes from different sections of the articles. From these basic themes, 3 organizing themes and finally global theme of “organizational factors” were extracted. Then the proposed innovation model was designed and a questionnaire was prepared for fitting this model. The proposed model has three factors related to the organizational preparation, human resource preparation, and setting up for idea creation, which offered three dimensions for the university to exploit the open innovation. The statistical population in the quantitative part of the research was the managers of the centers of growth and innovation of various universities, including State universities, Islamic azad universities, Payam Noor universities, Scientific and Applied Sciences universities, and Medical universities licensed by the Ministry of Science and also faculty member of entrepreneurship management. To evaluate the content validity of the questionnaire, the Lawshe method was used. In order to study the structural validity of the test, the analysis of the questions was done by confirmatory factor analysis method. All calculated factor loads were greater than 0.6 indicating their favorable condition. Also, all calculated pi values were less than 0.05 which indicated a significant relationship between each factor and the main factor higher than its own. The reliability of the final test was also examined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. All calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficients were greater than 0.7 which showed reliability acceptable. the results of the validity and reliability testing of the quantitative part confirmed the proposed model. The present research aims at designing a comprehensive personal productivity assessment model for the personnel in the banking industry, which has been conducted with a combined (qualitative-quantitative) method. Objective sampling method has been employed for the research where a number of university elite and experts as well as managers of the banking industry were elected as samples. Semi-organized interviews and closed-ended questions were used as the first and second stages of data collection. The method of analysis in the qualitative section was inductive thematic analysis and in the quantitative section was structural equations modeling, and the results of the research in the qualitative section is indicative of identifying 377 meaningful concepts or propositions resulting from 110 interview texts; however, taking into account the notion of concentration, the meaningful concepts and propositions were reduced to 137 primary themes. Further on, 15 subsidiary themes and 3 levels of main themes were identified. For the quantitative section, a structural pattern was presented for the correlation among the components which depicted that from among the 15 components constituting the personal productivity of the personnel in the banking industry, the highest ratio belongs to social intelligence with the value of 0.82 and the lowest ratio goes for professional competency wit the value of 0.49 Manuscript profile

In recent years, the use of strategic management has been widespread in various fields, including the field of human resources. many organizations are working to identify their desired future and focus on achieving their goals. In this regard, the purpose of this research was to design a model for the development of human resources strategies at the level of private banks in the country using a mixed research method. The statistical population in the qualitative section included all available resources and documents in 278 cases, which was selected by systematic extra-systematic method of 141 sources. The participants in the quantitative section included 402 private key bankers who, based on the Morgan table, 196 were selected by stratified random sampling. In the qualitative section with exploratory approach, documents were examined in the framework of the method of the analysis of the subject. to collect information in a quantitive section, a researcher made questionnaire whose validity was calculated by Cronbach's alpha. The results of the first question was identification of 817 key propositions, 32 basic themes, 17 themes and 7 main themes including "strategic insight, strategic analysis, timely decision making, strategic culture, strategic leadership, strategic management of knowledge and strategic monitoring". Which was used to validate them (second question of research) from confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations. The results obtained after the removal of non-significant pathways indicated RMSEA (0.052), NFI, CFI, GFI (0.09), and Chi-square to degree of freedom is 3.14, which indicates the optimal fit of the model and the conformance of the conceptual model of the research to observed data. Urban resilience is an approach, developed to respond to different unpredictable disasters. It is hypothesized that besides capacity, resistance and ability, there are other elements involved in urban resilience that have to be extracted. It seeks to develop a conceptual framework for urban resilience and to present its characteristics through a systematic review of the updated publications. Second, it proposes an inclusive definition of urban resilience, relying on the results of this study, finally, the qualitative data are reviewed to shed light on hidden aspects of urban resilience. This is a qualitative research in which thematic analysis, MAXQDA 13.28 software is used to understand and analyze the data. A collection of 100 publications containing definition of resilience was gathered as data, based on which six characteristics for conceptual framework of urban resilience were extracted as R1 to R6. The extracted results, were confirmed by expert panel and also the keywords were used in CiteSpace software to confirm their inclusion in 1250 published papers in the international journals under WOS index over the period of 2010 to 2020 (i.e. the papers which had ‘urban resilience’ and ‘urban resiliency’ phrases in their topics) and the results were supported. The authors define: “urban resilience is ability of cities to respond in timely manner and to resist during occurring natural or man-made disasters; while adapting and coordinating with new situations, in case of not being collapsed, they will continue their urban functions stronger than the past.” Manuscript profile

Abstract Story is a useful means to convey human aspirations, experiences, thoughts, rites, traditions and values. The Quran uses stories when it intends to fix a truth in the reader’s mind or remove a falsehood from his mind. But this by no means prevents artistic features of storytelling from appearing in Quran’s stories. In the Quran’s stories, conveying religious ideas and using an artistic style are both considered important. This paper, paying attention to the concepts and fundamental principles emphasized today in storytelling and drama, tries to identify and categorize the images and features in Surah Yusuf related to place, time, dreaming and character as much as possible. The method used is description-analytical based on the images taken from the text of the Surah. According to the findings of the research, some of the main artistic-literary features of Surah Yusuf include: presenting a clear and precise picture of the society, place, and time of the story, creativity in creating and developing the characters and human natures, presenting different portrays of a character, dialogue, describing incidents, complication, crisis making, denouement, and creating expectations. These features act in coordination as the story unfolds and help to realize its objectives. The results of the research also showed that there are common points in the contemporary story- writing principles and the story-telling in the Quran in terms of narration, style, structure and use of artistic and literary nuances and techniques.
