Abstract :
Abstract Foresight involves a set of endeavors that, by searching for resources, patterns, and factors of change or stability, visualize potential futures and plan for them. Foresight reflects how the reality of "tomorrow" is born from the changes of "today." The expansion of higher education institutions has created demand and competition for women's presence in universities and transformed their social identity. The institution of the university has caused women to rethink their identities, and their identities are constantly being constructed. The aim of this research is to forecast the transformation of women's social identity within the university institution, an area that has not been previously researched. Therefore, it is innovative in terms of its subject matter and the approach adopted. The statistical population of the research consisted of experts in sociology and university employees. The sample size was 18 people, and the data collection tool was interviews. After transcribing the interviews, the main and sub-themes of the interviews were extracted using thematic analysis, and then, by applying causal layered analysis, their components and dimensions were identified at four levels: litany, social causes, discourse, and myth. The findings of the research using these four levels show that the university environment has caused women to constantly rethink their identities, and this will continue in the future. Women resist the inequality between men and women using various discourses, and with their continued resistance, equality between men and women will become a normal matter in the future. In the university, women's semantic structures have changed, and women have increased their activities in the social sphere, in the process of modernization has had a significant impact.
