The business approach and risk management framework of the company through the establishment and maintenance of the information security management system (ISMS) is a framework for identifying, assessing, controlling and managing the risks associated with information security in the company. It is based on privacy standards, integrity and availability of information assets. In the present report, not only a model for evaluating the information security maturity in the headquarters of one of the oil industry companies is developed, but also the defect analysis and implementation of the existing organization are initially carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27000. By defining the indicators of evaluation and measurement of these indicators in the organization, its maturity is estimated in this security standard. Different models are presented to identify the weaknesses and security powers of a particular organization. The goal is to identify a gap between theory and practice that can be approximated by the process-oriented approach. The puberty model introduced and used in this project, provides a starting point for implementing security, a public view of security, and a framework for prioritizing operations. This model of information security maturity has 5 phases. (The maturity model is information security as a tool for assessing the ability of organizations to meet security goals, that is, confidentiality, integrity and availability, and prevent attacks and access to the mission of the organization in spite of attacks and accidents)??. This model defines a process that has all aspects of security management, measurement, and control. The results of the evaluation show that the organizations which have security investments ahead of time have to understand the needs for high-level management of information security in the organization, and in addition to the actions taken in the field of physical environment, network and personal computers, controls access and encryption have been made to identify the necessary training and culture. Background and Aim: Under the rule stipulated in Article 1210 of the Civil Code, minors who have reached puberty can be allowed to leave the custody of their parents and guardians and continue their lives independently before mentally mature. It is clear that such a rule will involve a lot of damage for minors. Now the question is if in the light of principle of harm, a step can be taken to protect children more and so limit the scope of this legal ruling? In this article, the author is trying to provide an appropriate answer to this question by relying on some jurisprudential opinions and rules and legal ideas so that the interests of minors were better considered. Method: This research has been done using documents and library resources and descriptive-analytical method. Results: Leaving a child out of parental custody before reaching mentally mature is against the goals of care and education and can cause irreparable damage to the child first and then to the society. But unfortunately, due to the interpretation of Article 1210 of the Civil Code, there is a possibility of minors leaving custody early and causing such injuries to them. Therefore, before the legislative reform, it should be thinked about the interpretation and implementation of the law in order to prevent such a situation in the family and society. Conclusion: Currently, based on some jurisprudential opinions as well as the principle of harm, it is necessary to consider the continuation of custody of children until they reach the mentally mature stage. The lean approach seeks to eliminate non-value-added activities and knowledge management to create and apply useable and accessible knowledge for value creation. Therefore, knowledge management is predicted to have a significant impact on the leanness of an organization. On the other hand, despite the fact that the service sector has become a major resource in the economies of the countries, there is little research on how to implement a lean approach in this sector. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on lean service. For this purpose, the dimensions of lean service were first extracted using the grounded theory. In the following, a questionnaire was designed to measure the maturity level of organizations’ knowledge management. Then, structural equation modeling was performed to illustrate the impact of knowledge management on lean service of Payam Noor Universities by using Smart PLS 2 software. The statistical population of this study is all employees, professors, managers and assistants of Payam Noor Universities. Using sample random sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the statistical population, 157 of which were completed and analyzed. After making sure that the measurement and structural models of the research are acceptable, the results suggest that KM plays an important role in improving the lean of Payam Noor Universities. In the field of knowledge management, factors such as knowledge management leadership, organization’s processes, people and knowledge managements’ outcomes have greatest impact on lean service at Payam Noor University. Therefore, managers of Payam Noor University can improve the maturity level of the knowledge management of the organization and then improve the lean status of their organization by focusing on these factors. By applying this model, service managers, especially university managers, can provide an appropriate platform for their use in managing these organizations through the link between knowledge management and lean. Process management in the organization requires the creation of process insights throughout the organization. In this regard, organizations need a comprehensive method to evaluate the implementation of organizational processes that determine the factors affecting the implementation of organizational programs. For this purpose, it is a responsive way for organizations that, in addition to creating awareness of the effective factors, provide a roadmap to improve the realization of the organization's plans and visions. In the present article, to facilitate the management of processes in the East Azerbaijan Province Gas Co., a Hybrid Process Maturity Model has been developed. This model has been presented and implemented with a combined approach of selected maturity models, considering the limitations of maturity models, which makes the models not comprehensive enough. The capability of the proposed model framework, unlike other models, is that the above model can be evaluated in detail. In this regard, first, the key processes of the company have been identified. Then by collecting the required information on how to implement the processes, the maturity levels of the key processes of the organization have been evaluated according to the proposed model and current level, the desired level of maturity is set. Implementing solutions also have been proposed to improve the processes. According to the collected information, 16 of the 26 Key Processes of the East Azerbaijan Gas Co. are at level zero or incomplete process implementation, eight processes are at level one or planned and two processes are at level two or controlled. This study explores to provide a cyber security maturity model for critical infrastructure. This study examines and analyzes five crucial models of cyber security maturity. The research shows that the cybersecurity maturity models are significantly similar to each other. By comparative study and comparison between the analyzed models, 48 indicators were obtained. Examination of these indicators shows that some of them overlap with other indicators. Therefore overlapping indices were classified into 16 groups based on frequency. Then, these groups by clustering analysis method and according to the obtained data, using SPSS software were organized in five levels, based on which the cyber security maturity model for critical infrastructure was presented.
