  The resistance economy is a term that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution first introduced in September 2010 to counter the economic sanctions of enemies. According to his words, the resistance economy means that the economic conditions of the country are adjusted in such a way that they will be less vulnerable to economic impacts. Resistance Economics has different characteristics and requirements. In this research, it has been tried to analyze these features and strategies in the poetry of Iqbal lahori. According to this study, Iqbal Poliris has been instrumental in creating three countries' economic problems: 1-Non-self-confidence 2-Dependence on the West 3-Western conspiracies. He proposes solutions to solve these problems and to win the factors. Including attempts to reach the Islamic Ummah, achieve self-confidence, reduce dependence on the West by relying on domestic power and fighting crude sales. Iqbal's views on the subject are endogenous and an extension of the strength of the economy, the pattern of consumption patterns and the protection of domestic Malay.   The present research was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the strengthening of social capital in the context of resistance economy. After the preliminary stages and review of theoretical foundations, the research was conducted and the research model was determined and then its hypotheses were formulated and then the information needed to test this The hypotheses were collected through a questionnaire from a sample of 105 students, staff and faculty members of Payame Noor University of Bushehr Province selected by simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as one-dimensional tables of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficient. The results are as follows According to the results of the research, all the assumptions of the research were confirmed. Productivity is the eighth goal of the United Nations Sustainable Development Program (SDGs) over a 15-year perspective, and ethical issues have a special place in this regard The aim of this study was to design a model of enhancing human resource productivity with a professional ethics approach to the conditions of the resilient economy. Hence, in the present study, the statistical population, including experts managers and senior experts with a history of General Administration of Roads and Urban Development with more than ten years of service in the General Administration of Roads and Urban Development of Khorasan Razavi from 2016 to 1398 and faculty members of management group Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch has a master's degree in human resources management and specializes in human resources. Organizations with at least 5 years of experience in cooperation or consulting with this department, which had knowledge, expertise and expert opinion in the field of research. In addition, The statistical sample was selected by non-random sampling method, purposely by snowball method.This research in case of objective was based functional and in terms of the type of method, mixed and exploratory.To collect qualitative data from interview tools and to analyze the data. The interview used grounded theory method.The research findings show that three hypotheses in order to improve the productivity of human resources of the General Administration of Roads and Urban Development of Khorasan Razavi Province in the conditions of resilient economy, organizational ethics, individual ethics and Islamic ethics should be considered.   The theory of resistance economics has been proposed by the Supreme Leader for some time. Addressing this issue for various reasons is important and necessary. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical method according to the available facilities and resources. Also, in conducting this research, we came to the conclusion that: First of all, endurance in the field of economy has an important role in the country's growth and bringing the nation to prosperity and perfection. Another result that can be obtained from this research is the identification of endurance, which by recognizing its characteristics, we came to the conclusion that endurance has characteristics such as orbital guardianship, justice, independence, and so on. It was known that endurance is the culture of guardianship, that is, moving in the right path of God is present in all matters of our lives. We also realized that endurance is a culture of hardship and duty, that is, along with endurance, there must be patience and endurance, but the results are also great in parallel with these hardships. Another characteristic of endurance in economics is effort and contentment.
