Economic poverty, an ominous phenomenon that has always threatened human societies and has been the cause of moral and educational harm. The current issue is how and how much influence and impacts of economic poverty on other educational and moral dimensions, as well as its role in the inefficiency of moral education. Field studies and surveys clearly show that the contribution of harm to economic poverty, morbidity, and delinquency is far more than other personal and social factors. In addition, economic poverty is also a serious obstacle to the efficiency of ethical education. Economic poverty is the root cause of causing poverty, emotional poverty, cultural poverty, social poverty, political poverty and poverty. Each of these titles is a barrier to creativity. Therefore, the teachings of Islam about the prevalence of economic poverty in society Has given a serious warning and it has disturbed the educational and moral system. Manuscript profile

This research has been conducted with the aim of urban spatial analysis of urban poverty in order to achieve social justice in the Descatsib neighborhood based on the access of residents of the neighborhood to urban services in a quantitative manner. Out of the eight indicators, access to health services, education, transportation, law enforcement, parks, facilities and equipment, religious and commercial use has been used. The present research is applied and its method is descriptive-analytic. AHP (Hierarchical Analysis) method is used for spatial analysis of urban poverty. The results of the research show that poverty is concentrated in the central and eastern parts of the neighborhood and shows a lack of uniformity in the distribution of urban public services in this neighborhood. Therefore, the findings of this study emphasize the identification of poor neighborhoods and the importance of mapping poverty maps and, on the other hand, how to access urban services at the neighborhood level. This paper examines the problem of ontological indigence given its conceptual development from the earliest stages of the formation of Islamic philosophy to the time of Mulla Sadra. In doing so, the writers have tried to study some traces of this discussion in pre-Sadrian philosophy in addition to explaining Mulla Sadra’s intended meaning of the essential indigence of beings. To this end, they have initially explained some of the related points by highlighting certain hints to this discussion in the words of certain prominent pre-Sadrian philosophers such as Farabi, Ibn Sina, and Suhrawardi in their treatment of such problems as the criterion of the dependence of the effect on the cause and the continuity of this dependence. Finally, the authors have dealt with Mulla Sadra’s view of this problem, its consequences and concomitants in Sadrian philosophy, and its distinctions from similar discussions in pre-Sadrian philosophy. The main objective here is not only to unfold the development of the discussion of ontological indigence but also to pay attention to the changes in this regard in the light of Sadrian philosophy. In this way, the writers hope to demonstrate the significance and supreme place of this problem in the Transcendent Philosophy more than ever before. Manuscript profile

One of the questions regarding the discussion of the three implicit modes, necessity, possibility, and impossibility, is whether there is any concomitance, whether by itself or through the other, between the possible and the impossible. Some philosophers are for this problem, and some of them are against it. A number of them reject the concomitance of the two by reasoning that their implication leads to the realization of the implicant without the implicate. Still, there are some philosophers who, do not reject concomitance by referring to certain violating cases, such as the concomitance of the possibility of the non-existence of the first emanation with the impossibility of the non-existence of the essence of the truth. In this case, the validity of the syllogism per impossible will be challenged because here the impossibility of the premise and the affirmation of the desirable is deduced from the falsity of the consequent. The writer of this paper believes that we can solve this problem based on the principles of the Transcendent Philosophy and a correct analysis of the problem itself. Manuscript profile

Fitrah (primordial nature) is one of the important foundations of religious anthropology. Since human being is at the center of all human sciences, the belief in fitri anthropology leads to a specific direction in such disciplines. Man’s primordial nature is the same particular existence of human beings which enjoys certain concomitants and characteristics which are referred to as fitri things. Natural deism and theism are among the most important referents of fitri things. The concept of Fitrah or primordial nature is viewed differently in Islamic and Western philosophies. Some Islamic thinkers believe in natural theism, and some others advocate natural deism. Some members of the second group consider natural deism to be of the type of presential knowledge, while some other members believe that it is of the kind of acquired knowledge. Based on the demonstrated principles of Sadrian philosophy, such as the principiality of being, existential indigence, the graded or individual unity of being in the light of a profound analysis of the principle of causality, as well as the attention to the infinity of God’s being, one can provide a justifiable explanation of natural deism in the sense of presential knowledge, the inner intuition of indigence, and the connection with the Truth. Through accepting this fitri background, the context for reasoning and intrinsic acquired knowledge in the sense of non-primal evident knowledge is easily provided. The existence of several intellectual arguments on demonstrating the existence of God reveals the non-primal nature of acquired theology. Finally, through explaining natural deism, natural theism - an inner attraction to God - is simply explicated. This is because it is impossible for an existent to be identical with pure indigence and need and but not to be attracted to Absolute Beauty. Manuscript profile

The principiality of existence is the basis of the Transcendent Philosophy. Mulla Sadra has demonstrated this principle based on solid arguments and used it as the foundation of his other philosophical principles. Although this issue was not raised in the time of Ibn Sina, one could ask if it could be traced in his words. Another related question here is whether any sound evidence demonstrating the existence of this principle could be found in Ibn Sina’s thoughts so that there would remain no excuse for interpreting his philosophy based on the principiality of quiddity. This study is intended to provide a number of strong proofs in favor of the considerable influence of the principiality of existence on Sinan philosophy through resorting to the statements made by Mulla Sadra and Ibn Sina. In order to confirm his intended principiality of existence, Mulla Sadra refers to Ibn Sina’s words. In fact, many of his views reveal his belief in the principiality of existence, and there are some direct references to this point in his works. Here, the author will try to present and explain the proofs testifying to the truth of this claim within the borderlines of the conducted study. Manuscript profile

The principle of nobler possibility is one of the important principles of Illuminationist philosophy. Suhrawardi paid particular attention to this principle and sought to substantiate it in most of his works. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the principle of nobler possibility and the principiality of existence. Accordingly, the authors found it necessary to provide some answers to the following questions: Is the famous argument for the principle of nobler possibility which has been propounded in the works of Suhrawardi and his followers based on the principiality of quiddity? What is the standpoint of Mulla Sadra, as the founder of the philosophical principle of the principiality of existence, regarding the mentioned principle and the related argument? Has anyone ever presented an interpretation of the principle of nobler possibility based on the principiality of existence? What are the strengths and weak points of the interpretations of this principle and the related arguments? On the other hand, some objections have been advanced against this principle which can be removed based on the fundamental principles of the Transcendent Philosophy. For example, Muhaqqiq Dawani has referred to a problem regarding this principle which Mulla Sadra has resolved relying on the principiality of existence and the related principles. His response could provide the basis for a different interpretation of the principle of nobler possibility, which has been tackled in this paper. Manuscript profile

In an attempt to provide some stronger interpretations of the argument of the righteous which were based on fewer premises, Ḥakīm Sabziwārī presented three main interpretations, two of which can be considered to be among his philosophical innovations. These interpretations attracted great attention from later researchers and inspired some thinkers, such as ‘Allāmah Ṭabāṭabā’ī to present some more advanced interpretations. At the same time, as pioneers, they opened some new horizons before this philosophical discussion and, hence, functioned as turning points in the development of the argument of the righteous. Accordingly, it is necessary to critically examine the mentioned interpretations as well as later thinkers’ interpretations of these interpretations. The present study reports and critically analyzes Sabziwārī’s interpretations and deliberates over the specific points and problems of recent readings of his interpretations. Manuscript profile

The poor have been the focus of attention in tourism development programs in developing countries. This has become a primary concern in tourism development programs so that the net revenues of tourism have been the reason for any tourism development initiative. The present qualitative study used content analysis to identify and explain perceptions of tourism stakeholders to reduce the poverty in the selected villages, i.e. Qaleh Bala, Abr and Reza Abad, in the east of Semnan. Because of their geographical isolation and traditional lifestyles, people in these villages suffered from poverty. In recent years, the government made efforts to reduce poverty through tourism development in these areas. The interviews with the five stakeholders showed that with government support, tourism reduced poverty in three ways: direct, indirect, and dynamic. The support had thus increased opportunities and skills for a large part of the rural poor and had also promoted relative cohesion, participation, and environmentally responsible behavior. Marriage of young girls during childhood is a social issue which has affected the lives of women and young girls in different parts of the world. The aim of this research is to discover the interpretations and rationales of the women in the city of Chabahar regarding their experience of child marriage through a qualitative methodology and Grounded Theory approach. To this end, using a theoretical sampling method, 28 young girls in Chabahar County were chosen and deep and semi-structured interviews were carried out with them. The categories that provided the causal conditions for the marriage of young girls during childhood years were financial poverty, cultural/educational poverty, unfavorable family circumstances, and gender discrimination. In addition, interventional conditions (poverty of female heads of household, and the femininity of poverty) and contextual conditions (urban poverty, unfriendly living environments, and normalized patriarchy) have become a background for and facilitated the marriage of young girls. Moreover, data analysis using open, axial, and selective coding showed that the central category abstracted from the marriage of young girls in the sample is “extreme poverty, and multifaceted child marriage”. The findings implied that child marriages expose young girls to different kinds of obvious and indirect distressful situations, including child motherhood, child widowhood, domestic violence, dropping out of school, reinforcement of the cycle of poverty, severe depression, and social isolation.
