The increased human beings experiences and improvements have direct effect on social and legal developments. As a sample, the classic rights such as the right to life and the right to body immunity are counted as obvious and normal rights. The less-known rights have been appeared in both internal and international law. The right to happiness with emphasis on child happiness is one of these new phenomenons. This right obtains its situation as a new generation of developing factors by some countries. The authors search and explain by library-based studying method on the concept of happiness in philosophy, theosophy, morality, literature and religious jurisprudence. Then, (facts) and (norms) about joining of children happiness and legal system are discovered. The results show us non-governmental organizations and governmental ones such as teaching and cultivation ministry or Institute for the intellectual development of children and young adults in spite of their advantageous services are far from their real missions. It may because of no priority of happiness for politicians, absence of consistency between policy and relative administrators, some cultural and economic challenges, etc. This article has submitted some suggestion to solve the obstacles in accordance with available circumstances. The use of computer games among children is rapidly expanding and it has become an integral part of children's daily lives. These games, with their innovative potential, can provide motivation for therapy, enhance practical skills and facilitate teaching and learning concepts. In addition to the positive aspects, playing these games has negative effects and on the other hand, kids drowning in computer games will lead to earn profits and benefits by the companies that make these games. This study, with descriptive-analytical method using domestic laws and regulations and internationals treaties and other library resources; was carried out to examine the protection of the children's rights from harmful computer games by applying sociological theories; domestic law and international documents and has used descriptive, analytical method aimed to ensure the right to play, enjoy and entertain. The present study was conducted aimed to examine the benefits and disadvantages of computer games to express legal requirements and protections and protect users from harmful effects of these games. Abstract: Intorduction: Happiness among people in society is as a motor for profitable and productive economic activity, a country in which people with a positive spirit and advanced social capital will certainly have better economic returns and prosperity, so the present study It answers the key question: How is the relationship between monetary policy, social capital and the happiness of the Iranian people? Method:The research method used in this study is based on time series analysis and econometric model of VAR model research. In this regard, after evaluating the variables manu- facture, the results of the research are estimated using vector autoregressive approach and cumulative economic analysis related to time series variables and using VAR model. The variables used in this study include gross national product, cash volume, divorce, return checks, and recreational and household spending in Iran during the period 1986-1999. Findings: The results for this 32 year period show: Social capital and the components of happiness are causality, and social capital has a positive effect on the components of a happy economy, as well as the monetary policies, social capital, and happiness of the Iranian people, which have a significant relationship with each other as they affect each other in the long run. Sustainable development is a potential solution to some important social challenges such as happiness, which is an ultimate goal for human beings and happiness is often seen as an individual trait for which each person is solely responsible. However, it is also a social trait that is influenced by external factors. The present article reviews the parameters and goals of sustainable development to achieve happiness, the most important quantitative and qualitative criteria in five areas of happiness and ecological, economic, social and cultural sustainability through them, one can evaluate and promote happiness in neighborhoods and a brief insight about the neighborhood development project . The tool can also be used in future sustainable neighborhoods for fun projects. Finally, he suggests that sustainable development should promote happiness while rebuilding local economies and ecosystems, strengthening social ties and revives or preserves desirable cultural traditions, as well as provides an alternative framework for sustainable social development that focuses on improving the opportunities for happiness and well-being of society. This research analyzes happiness and welfare in Jami's poems with a content approach . Happiness is one of the most important needs of life which is known as one of important positive emotion goals in psychology. One of artistic manifestations of poets is expressing happy moods and inner joy in their poems. After Jami became acquainted with Sufism, added to his spiritual status and became the caliph of Naqshbandyya. He creates colorful anecdotes in the Seven oranges and beautiful images in his poetry collection by describing the concept of happiness in form of specific mystical terms. He's skilled in composing heartfelt poems that have the content of happiness and welfare. For instance using and choosing happy and audible words of his poems is the proof of this content. In this research, descriptive-analytical and bibliographic methods have been tried after describing the background of the studies . In this regard, with the help of content analysis, to examine the effects of this motivating and joyful image in the midst of the slogans of this poet. This descriptive study sought to investigate the effect of leisure time's perceived risks on the sports tourists’ social happiness during the COVID_ 19 Pandemic using the structural equation model. The study’s statistical population comprised all tourists who used sports tourism complexes in Mashhad, out of whom 381 people were selected via purposive sampling. The required data were collected via Ishraqi et al’ (2017) perceived risks questionnaire and the oxford social happiness scale. The questionnaires’ face and content validities were confirmed by experts, and their construct validity was confirmed via exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Moreover, the questionnaires’ reliability, obtained through Cronbach's alpha, was found to be over 0.7. As for analyzing the data, descriptive and inferential statistics such as one-sample T-test and structural equation modeling were used. The study’s results indicated a significant difference between the mean perceived risk components, the tourists’ happiness, and the theoretical mean. Furthermore, a significant correlation was found between perceived risk components and the tourist's happiness during the COVID_ 19 Pandemic. Therefore, it is emphasized that factors such as supervision, planning, hardware, security, information provision, organizational matters, and internationally recognized methods be considered in setting sports tourism policies to prevent the psychological consequences of COVID_ 19 and achieve perfect social happiness. Tourism can help create happiness and, therefore, provide people with the satisfaction of life. On the other hand, the presence of a "happy host" is a fundamental requirement for the successful development of tourism, making the monitoring of the tourism-induces happiness and satisfaction level a key factor in any such development program. In this regard, as assessing the issue in Noshahr and Chalous cities (as two main tourist destinations in northern Iran) is of particular importance, this study set out to investigate the role of tourism in constructing the indices of a happy city in Chalus and Nowshahr. The statistical population of the study comprised residents of Nowshahr and Chalous cities. Moreover, the sample size was estimated to be 380 using Cochran's formula, and the participants of the study were selected via the convenience sampling method. Finally, the data collected from the questionnaires distributed among the respondents were analyzed through structural equations and factor analysis using the SPSS and PLS software. The results revealed that tourism was effective in creating happy cities in Nowshahr and Chalous. However, according to the results of statistical tests, the extent of such influence was found to be very poor. It was also found that tourism slightly increased the welfare, happiness, social participation, and satisfaction of the residents of Nowshahr and Chalous cities. Manuscript profile

Does loneliness merely mean willing or unwilling distance from the people surrounding us? or are there any other kinds of loneliness?From a long time ago, although some philosophers and psychologists have defined loneliness and its kinds, it’s not an easy task to define a definite borderline between kinds of loneliness. These experts have suggested that some kinds of loneliness can be merged and in some cases loneliness can be either the causes or forms of loneliness occurrence, not a specific kind.In a descriptive-analytical design, this theoretical research tries to examine the kinds and causes of loneliness in ShafieiKadkani’s poems through library and documentary methods. According to the findings of the research, among the factors of interpersonal loneliness in ShafiiKodkani's poems, we can mention the separation that is the result of his first poems.From this point of view, ShafieiKadknai is a romantic poet who mainly followsthe images and themes of the poets known to have Indian Style. With regard to intrapersonal loneliness, the poet shows a tendency for seclusionwhich is resulted from his frustration from the political and social events and his nonconformity with a group of people with whom he sees no affinity. However, there is no sign of existential loneliness (i.e., a subcategory of intrapersonal loneliness) in ShafieiKadknai’s poems. Manuscript profile
