The purpose of this research is to explore strategies for developing knowledge-based employment in the country. The present research is applied to the research purpose, applied-development, and in terms of the method of research, it is a qualitative and quantitative mixture. In the first stage, using the Foundation Data Theory, a conceptual model has been used to explain the strategies for developing knowledge-based employment in the country. In the qualitative section, experts familiar with the issue of developing knowledge-based knowledge formed the statistical sample of research. According to the adequacy of sampling and theoretical saturation, 15 people were selected through purposeful sampling and bullet-shot sampling method. To analyze the data, a three stage, open, axial and selective coding process has been used. In the quantitative part of the research, the statistical population of the study included all the managers and experts of the companies of the students. The statistical sample of the research was based on the recommendations of the use of confirmatory models of 250 people. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used based on the sub-categories and the concepts derived from the qualitative research stage and based on the paradigm model. A confirmatory factor analysis has been used to analyze the data. The results of a small part of the research show that all validation models have been formulated appropriately. Manuscript profile

Evaluating the performance of the knowledge-based companies settled in science and technology parks is one of the criteria for determining the success rate of these STPs. Promoting the necessary skills in STP managers through the implementation of real and operational performance assessment systems is the best way for fulfilling this goal. The STPs mission could be achieved through a n integrated chain from research to production. Removing the gap between scientific and research ideas into products and services, directing the knowledge-based companies, meeting the actual needs and providing value-added services to the commercialization stage are the major missions of technology parks. The existence of a model for analyzing the role and the status of effective factors through assessment process is considered as one of the important measures for developing science and technology which has been paid less attention in Iran today. Therefore, there are different items used in assessment procedure including gaining some statistics on technology level, the relationship between the components of science and technology system, the status of intellectual property, cooperation methods between higher education and research centers with industries and organizations, diversity of financial resources and the rate of incomes, attracted investments, the scope of providing services and products, the number of customers and many other factors which are considered in a k-based company as key factors. Tehran Province, containing majority of scientists and researchers, plays a significant role in the development of science and technology in the country. Obviously, this number of scientific potential to flourish needs facilities and infrastructures. One of the most important factors in development of knowledge-based businesses is proportionate physical context of firms. Moreover, proximity of knowledge-based companies to the universities, higher education institutes and industries leads to accelerating transforming knowledge into industrial process. Thus, Tehran Province requires more technology parks and towns than the past, to retain the benefit of its whole scientific potentials. In connection with this, at first, we recognized and ranked effective factors on locating Knowledge-Based Town, then used AHP to give weight to criteria and sub-criteria. In the next step, we applied these weights in GIS software and provided maps which are related to each, in the ARCmap. Then, we identified zoned map of the areas via GIS and overlapped the effective factors on locating town of knowledge, with two priorities in the province, and the result indicated that the first priority was better. After preparing the final map, through the study on areas with priority, we have screened and shown places that the standards are higher for locating KBT on the map. At last, for the best performance, we have paid special attention to factors such as proximity to universities and training centers, proximity to industrial areas, infrastructures and Tehran province’s development plans. In the current decade, knowledge based economy is a popular term in the scientific circles of the country. This word has attracted the attention of many scholars and experts. The global index of knowledge based economy has four foundations, and innovation is one of these bases. In the area of innovation, Iran has less privilege than the global average. In order to promote the level of innovation and, consequently, the level of knowledge-based economy, using the global statistics in the field of knowledge based economy and innovation, in this paper first of all, we recognize the important input factors influencing the innovation and then we compare the status of these inputs with the global average. After identifying the weaknesses in the inputs, the status of these measures is reviewed in the Sixth Development Plan document. According to the findings, it was found that in the sixth program of development, only gross domestic product (GDP) per unit of energy consumption was pointed out, and no direct reference was made to other measures. Comparison of measures with the global average showed that in order to improve the output of innovation, the country needs to improve the level of research and development, knowledge workers, ICT and the political environment. This article examines the relationship between company orientation(entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation), internal control systems and new product development. Different researches results provide valuable insights on the role of the company orientation in New Product development. Entrepreneurial orientation helps the companies to have personal control in order to have great improvement in new product development activities .on the other hand market orientation emphasis more in output control than personal control in new product development. Manages in firms that emphasize output controls are evaluated and rewarded on the basis of objective financial criteria. Personal control on the other hand, focuses on long-term performance rather than short term financial targets. Generally personal control requires more time and has a higher coordination cost than output control. In recent decades, companies consider new product as a source of competitive advantage and means of anticipating the competitors. Some marketing research have found the relationship between market orientation and new product development. The goal of market orientation is to satisfy current market needs, rather than to develop new products targeted at emerging new needs. Some researchers criticize market orientation ,They suggest that entrepreneurship orientation must replace with market orientation. Some researches focus on one of the orientation , on the other hand they ignore the role of internal control systems as a mediating variable . Therefore we survey this subject completely. This study in terms of methodology is descriptive correlation. Manuscript profile

In the present age, intangible assets such as branding, quality, technology, innovation, creativity, and knowledge capital are the source of organizations' competitive advantage. Organizations need to be able to create the right mental image of themselves in the minds of their community, customers, and employees to attract and retain motivated, committed, and talented human resources. Given the importance of this issue in science and technology parks as technology and knowledge-based institution, whose most important assets are knowledgeable people, this article seeks to use the system dynamics approach of dynamic relationships of brand promotion policy on human resource performance in the park. Examine science and technology and provide appropriate solutions to improve the structure, quality, and quantity at the level of parks and ultimately improve the performance of science and technology parks. In this regard, using the opinions of experts in in-depth interviews in group model building (GMB) sessions, the problem was explained and a dynamic hypothesis was developed and a qualitative model (cause and effect diagrams - CLDs) and a quantitative model (stock and flow diagram - SFD) were developed. The results of group modeling in this paper lead to the identification of three strategies to increase agility and performance flexibility through the development of revenue sources, development of national and international science and technology parks, development of communications, and the scope of influence and development of specialized institutions, Technology, and communication with industry/market. Although signs of the concept of the city of knowledge can be traced back to a decade ago, but since the 21st century, cities around the world have moved towards the concept of knowledge-based development. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the level of managerial capabilities and technological capabilities and infrastructure of the knowledge-based city in Shiraz, which was done using a mixed research method (qualitative and quantitative). The dimensions and components of the knowledge-based city were first measured through a qualitative study (content analysis) based on the qualitative characteristics of the research and then a quantitative study was performed using the IPA technique (importance and performance). After these studies, the importance of the components identified in the first stage of the research was determined. Using data analysis, the priority matrix for improving knowledge-based indicators in Shiraz was also determined. The results also showed that the most important priority of Shiraz is awareness and increasing the knowledge of citizens with weight (0.158). On the other hand, decreasing paper services by weight (0.138) and increasing online services by weight (0.112) were correlated with each other as the second and third priorities. In addition, during this study, it was found that the educational infrastructure of Shiraz is in a good condition in terms of knowledge principles. Manuscript profile
