The aim of this study was the role of perfectionism and positive thinking of parents in Prediction of social skills of the elementary students. The research method was descriptive – correlational (regression type). The population of this study was comprised of all elementary students in Ghaemshar city during 2014-2015 academic year. The sample included 377 students randomly selected by cluster sampling method. To collect data, the questionnaire of perfectionism, positive thinking, and social skills were used. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions by SPSS- 18. The results showed that there is significance relation between perfectionism and positive thinking with social skills of the elementary students (p<0/05). The results of multiple regression analysis using simultaneous arrival research showed that perfectionism and positive thinking be explaining 31% of the variance of the total score of social skills, have the ability to predict the criterion variable (p<0/01). These findings indicate the need for serious attention of planner, counselors and authorities to social skills of students. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between child characteristics (behavioral problems and social skills) with the psychological well-being of mothers of students with intellectual disabilities with the mediating role of maternal mindfulness. The study was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population included students with intellectual disabilities in primary schools with intellectual disability in Golestan province, in the academic year 2019-2020, and their mothers. 298 students (out of 878 students) were selected by cluster sampling. The instruments used in the study were: The Children,s The Rutter Children,s behavior questionnaire (1967), Matson’s social skills scale (1983), Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (2006), and Ryff Psychological Wellbeing Scale (1980). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling, using SPSS23 and AMOS23 statistical software. The results showed a significant positive correlation between social skills and mindfulness with psychological well-being. There was also a significant negative correlation between behavioral problems and psychological well-being. In addition, the mediating role of mindfulness in the relationship between child characteristics (behavioral problems and social skills) with psychological well-being was confirmed (P <0.01). From the research findings, it is inferred that by reducing the behavioral problems and increasing the social skills of students in schools, it is possible to improve the psychological well-being of their mothers. Due to the increased prevalence of autism spectrum disorder, professionals need to access and study programs which are de-signed to improve fundamental problems of these children. The present study has inves-tigated the effectiveness of a social skills group intervention based on DeRosier Program for decreasing externalizing behavior problems in children with high functioning autism. The study was done as a single-subject design using the A-B-A method. The statistical population consisted of children with high-func-tioning autism in Isfahan. Three students were selected using a purposeful sampling. The base-lines were drawn up using a subscale of Externalizing Behavior Problems (Social Skills Improvement System Rating Scales) (SSIS). There were 20 training sessions, each for 40 minutes which were held by the researcher. The evaluations were completed during the treatment and followed up by one the child specialist teacher one month later. Based on the results of the visual analysis of the data, this program has been effective in reducing behavioral problems (PND for participants respectively, 100%, 85.71%, and 100%). The results from PEM, NAP, TauU (at least 0.85%) indicate the effectiveness of this program. Therefore, the improvement of social skills in a group-based intervention has led to the growth of positive communicative experiences and reduced be-havioral problems for this group of children. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of positive parenting group training for mothers and its effect on children's aggression and social skills. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre and post-test design, a control group, and a 3-month follow-up. Socio-statistics were all mothers of preschool children in district one of Gorgan city in 2018. The sampling method was a multi-stage cluster, in which 2 schools were randomly selected from among preschool schools in district one of Gorgan city. In the next stage, 2 classes from each school and 60 mothers from the statistical community were randomly selected. They were placed in two groups of experimental (30 people) and a control (30 people). The experimental group was trained for 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week, and no intervention was performed in the control group. A follow-up was conducted 3 months later at the end of the post-test. The data were analyzed by covariance analysis and Bonferroni's post hoc test. Based on the results, the positive parenting training program was effective in all four components of aggression and social skills of preschool children (P<0.05). The results showed that positive parenting training has the necessary efficiency to reduce aggression and increase the social skills of preschool children. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for the production of digital stories by children and the role of its production on social skills and emotional intelligence of children in smart schools in Kerman province. Accordingly, in this study, first, the stages of digital story production were identified through exploratory studies and surveys of subject-aware experts using the Delphi technique, and then these steps were taught in the form of a model designed in the statistical community. . The present study is a descriptive-correlational research that has been done by survey method. Also, this research is development-applied in terms of purpose. The data collection method in this study is a combination of library and field studies and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling with SPSS and smart pls software has been used. Findings of the study, while confirming the proposed research model, showed that digital story production has an effect on changing social skills in students after the test and students 'social skills have increased, indicating the effect of digital story production on students' social skills after the test. From the test. Also, digital story production has an effect on the emotional intelligence of the students after the test and the students' emotional intelligence has increased, which indicates the effect of creating a digital story on the emotional intelligence of the students after the test.
