The aim of this study was the impact of knowledge sharing on team innovation Ferdowsi University of Mashhad faculty. Methods of the present study, the correlation (path analysis) and sampling is stratified sampling. This research using the questionnaire on the faculty of Ferdowsi Consisting of 261 patients was conducted. The results showed that attitude to share knowledge and motivation through the sharing of knowledge on innovation team are faculty members of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad indirect effect. But the desire to share knowledge through the sharing of knowledge on innovation team Ferdowsi University of Mashhad faculty had no effect. Baruch Benedict Spinoza’s theoretical constellation formulates a theory of right and law that prepares bases for his special rationalism and humanism that is specific to republican political philosophy. This philosophy of right and law relies on metaphysics of power and prefigures the “Multitude” and the “Commune”. This philosophy of right and law is one of the many unique aspects of Spinoza`s practical philosophy. Spinoza`s theory of right as articulated in his political essays Ethica and Tractatus Politicus is as following: The more right extends, the more power extends and since society or commune produces more power, it produces more right. Throughout history, numerous movements have been formed in various societies, and after almost all of them, thinkers have emerged who have judged the failure of that movement and theorized it. Therefore, this question arises as to why, despite the influence of movements, the subject is persuaded to its failure? To find the answer, Jacques Lacan's psycho-socio-political theories, which have a post-structural background, have been used as a method. Also, the constitutional movement, as an example, has been chosen as a case study for applying Lacan theories. The possible answer to this question, based on Lacan theories, refers to the importance of the subject's desire and fantasy in human dynamism and movement. The research findings show that the subject's belief in failure is inevitable. In his moral theory, kant has argued the three concepts of happiness that we could interpret about them as desire happiness, moral happiness and final happiness. Although it seems he faild to state a determinate concept of happiness, there is a organic unity between concepts of apparently conflicting of happiness. This paper aims to indicate this unity and reveal the important that kant gives to moral happiness. Moreover, it indicate According to Kant, whereas happiness is lower than the virtue, has two important role: happiness at the beginning of ethics, preventing of temptation to the violation of duties, help our to be virtuous and at the end of ethics serve as reward of virtue. The literary works can be classified into four categories: epic, educational, dramatic and lyrics. The demand and the desire that manifests in poetry from the beginning of Persian poetry to the contemporary period in various forms, is one of the subcategories of lyrical literature . Demand and desire in poetry is classified into two general categories: 1) material, 2) immaterial (spiritual). This a descriptive-analytical paper aiming at pathology of the concept of spiritual demand and desire in the poetry of the most prominent poets of Khorasani style. Spiritual demand and desire in this course can be classified into two parts with transcendental goals (such as prayer) or for personal purposes (such as position). Prayer is the main purpose of the transcendent demand and desire, which has a special place in Khorasani style poetry and there are fewer works in which the poet and the writer did not praise and describe God and have not expressed their prayers. In the view of the Transcendent Philosophy, knowledge, love, kindness, desire, and free will, similar to existence, exist at various levels in all existents, including in Man’s voluntary acts. Lack of moral commitment results from one of the following three factors: 1) weakness of moral beliefs (lack of perfect certainty and being heedless of existing beliefs); 2) weakness of desire (dominance of whimsical desires and forces and wrath over rational and moral enthusiasm), and 3) weakness of will power (weakness in making decisions and removing obstacles to the desired aim). Accordingly, moral commitment is realized through: 1) attaining the level of certainly and notifying others; 2) intensifying enthusiasm to the level of intellectual desire and delight, and 3) strengthening will power to make the right decision. Given the graded structure of the principles of voluntary act and the promotion and strengthening of the three levels of belief, desire, and will can consolidate the relationship among them and the realization of act will bring them closer to necessity. The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions, components and indicators of model of competency-based training of Shahid Rajaee port staff. The Research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of data is qualitative, and in terms of nature is descriptive. The statistical population consisted of key experts and informants in the subject area of the research who were selected based on informed approach and purposeful and snowball method. Data collection was done by library method (surveying) and field method (interviewing and Delphi). Interviews with focal subjects and theoretical saturation techniques, specific coding procedures, and validity of data collection techniques from multiple sources, negative case analysis, and method flexibility were used to validate the findings. Finally, theoretical coding technique was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the systematic model of competency-based training of Shahid Rajaee port staff has 8 dimensions, 27 components and 83 indicators that are the components of the final paradigm model: Causal conditions (learning environment); Interfering conditions (Competency-Based Characteristics of Learners); Contextual conditions (context of learning process); Core category (competency-based training); Strategies (Developing a Competency Model, ...); Consequences (effective training, Desire for Self-Development, etc.). Tradition, Modernism and Postmodernism are often used to refer to intellectual developments in the foundations and assumptions as well as the consequences of thought-making throughout history. One of the most important principles of this paradigm division is the analysis of the ratio of structure to broker and th<a name="_GoBack"></a>eir interaction and interaction. In particular, it seems that the ratio of structure and agent in contemporary thought has become much more complex than the dual-division and inherently common and conventional as poststructuralist thinkers or postmodern inspiring thinkers like Jacques Lacan have advanced their discussions using the unconscious conception of man as a structure based on language. On the other hand, classifiable thinkers in the modern approach such as Louis Althusser, with their structuralist viewpoint, have provided the grounds for doubt in the independent and self-founded identity of the subject. In this article, by focusing on a reading of Althusser's and Lacan's views, some of the similarities of their viewpoint and its consequences on the relation between the subject and authority are discussed. The findings of the study indicate that in the process of developing the subject in the context of language and ideology and in relation to social structures, with all the fluctuations and ups and upheavals, the subject does not die and the power along with its repressive and limiting aspect also builds the subject. Therefore, in Althusser's thought, along with many similarities with Lacan's thought, the authority is more important and in Lacan's attitude, the subject has more possibilities to escape from authority. So Althusser has considered the subject under it by discussing ideology, although from his point of view in the field of ideology, there is also the possibility of forming resistance centers. In addition, Lacan also considers language as a dominant structure of the subject that directs its actions, but is affected by the transformation of the political in his view, a kind of situation of impulsivity and evasion from authority in the subject.
