Neighborhood in the Iranian cities plays a critical role in the construction of personal and collective identity, place attachment and place belonging. Such neighborhoods during the rapid urbanization and modern urban planning ideas have undergone changes in the spatial structure and social organization over the past several decades leading to disruptions in peoples’ psychological bonds with their neighborhoods and accordingly decline in social participation, social capital and local identities. According to a survey conducted by the Tehran Municipality (2017), Ekhtiarieh is one of the top ten neighborhoods in Tehran, where a high level of neighborhood attachment and relatively high residential stability have been recorded. This article seeks to identify the psychological nature of this bond by studying the lived experience of the residents of Ekhtiarieh and to identify the components that affect the construction of the attachment to the neighborhood. Therefore, the qualitative inquiry and the grounded theory methodology adopted. Using purposeful and theoretical sampling techniques, 24 residents were selected as participants in the research through the process of the data collection and analysis. In-depth interview, open questionnaire and cognitive mapping have been used for data collection and data analysis was performed simultaneously using open, axial and selective coding.Findings show that attachment to the neighborhood is experienced as the sense of home on the neighborhood level and has emotional, perceptual-cognitive and behavioral dimensions. Participants with high level of neighborhood attachment experience an array of emotions namely pride, psychological well-being and sense of belonging and membership. Attachment to the neighborhood is also experienced through maturity of person-place bond, formation of the social self, transformation in the place meanings, territoriality, and the psychological ownership of neighborhood. Analyses of lived experience of Residents shows neighborhood attachment is associated with the specific behaviors namely adaptive proximity seeking patterns, collective action, seeking similarity and affiliation. Attachment to the home, self-continuity, place identity, visual-auditory pleasantness, neighborhood status, places and events connecting people, perceived responsiveness of neighborhood, and place and community stability are factors promoting attachment to the neighborhood. Emerging adulthood as a distinct developmental stage emphasizes on the age range of 18 to 29 years. According to Arnett (2000), this developmental stage only occurs in industrialized countries, but accomplished researches have shown that emerging adulthood also exists in other cultures. According to importance of identity and personal agency and lack of sufficient knowledge of the aspects of this stage in Iran, the purpose of present study is to determine the mediating role of personal agency on the relationship between parental attachment and ego identity in emerging adulthood. In this study, the participants (N=540) were students from one of the universities of Tehran, between 18 to 29. They completed a survey consisted of: IDEA (The Inventory of the Dimensions of Emerging Adulthood), ECR-RS (The Experience in Close Relationships-Relational Structures), Personal Agency and EIPQ (Ego Identity Process Questionnaire). The results of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) showed that personal agency had a mediating role in relationship between parental attachment and ego identity. The model of father and mother has analyzed separately; the results showed that the father attachment had a greater effect on personal agency. Manuscript profile

6 - Ibn Sina and Mulla Sadra on the Soul-Body Relation: An Evaluation of the Efficiency of their Principles in Attaining their Ends

One of the differences between Ibn Sina and Mulla Sadra in the field of anthropology pertains to their approach to soul-body relation. This difference is rooted in the principles underlying the philosophical school of each of them. The soul-body relation, according to Mulla Sadra, is an essential and existential relation, which is the reason why he argues for the elemental body functioning as the material cause of the soul’s physical level. In contrast, based on Ibn Sina’s views, the soul needs the body merely for the acquisition of existential perfections and not for its very existence. Moreover, he maintains that there is no essential causation between the body and the soul. Next, Ibn Sina holds that the soul and the body enjoy composition by way of unification, and so does Mulla Sadra; however, he maintains that it is only through accepting some of the basic principles of the Transcendent Philosophy that one can justify this union. The next problem is that if the body and the soul have an ontological relationship with each other rather than an accidental one, is it possible for the soul’s dependence on the body to be disrupted? Besides, if it is certainly obvious that the soul is graded, should one not consider the body to be graded so that it could maintain its unity with the soul at its different levels? Due to the differences between the underlying principles of their philosophies, Mulla Sadra and Ibn Sina provide different responses to the above questions. This paper aims to study such responses analytically and evaluate the efficiency of these underlying principles in addressing their intended targets. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was the role of impulse control, irritability and attachment style of mothers in predicting the symptoms of attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder in children. The present study was a descriptive correlational study. 120 mothers of elementary school students (65 girls and 55 boys) who were studying in Tehran in the academic year of 2019- 2020 and had symptoms of attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder were selected using the purposive sampling method. Data were collected using the Connerss Parent Questionnaire (1999), the Buss and Plomine Irritability Questionnaire (1984), the Lynham Impulse Control Scale (2006), and the Collins and Read Attachment Styles Questionnaire (1999). To analyzing data, was used Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results of regression analysis showed that the control of impulse, irritability and attachment style of mothers by explaining 58 percent of the variance of the total score of attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder symptoms can predict the criterion variable. These findings indicate that therapists and psychologists pay close attention to the psychological characteristics of mothers in the effectiveness of treatment for the symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children. A tourist behavior in the destination forms as a meaningful behavior in the form of a social action, of which relationship with others is the most important element. Through the description and analysis of the type and frequency of tourist relationships, and social capital resulting from them, one can predict a tourist behavior, attachment, and loyalty to the destination. This study examined the effect of the relationship network among pilgrims from Isfahan in the host community on their loyalty to Sarshur neighborhood in Mashhad. This research followed the survey method. In 2016, 150 pilgrims from Isfahan were selected during the day of Arbaeen and the week following it. Results showed that the average size of the relationship network of Isfahan pilgrims in Sarshur neighborhood was 2.11 People (range: 0 to 9). The average of the general index of Isfahan pilgrims’ attachment to Sarshur neighborhood was 4.31 (range: 3.06 to 5) and the loyalty index was 4.43 (range: 1 to 5). The results of the model of structural equations by AMOS software showed that two causal ways used in this model can explain 80% of the loyalty variance of Isfahan pilgrims. The social capital of the relationship network among Isfahan pilgrims in this neighborhood increased their attachment. This attachment (through increased satisfaction) caused an increase in tourists’ loyalty. Manuscript profile

Urban bodies and their social and cultural dimensions, with a semiotic approach, play an effective role in creating a sense of belonging to a place in citizens. It is important to identify the patterns of integrated and coordinated urban bodies effective on the perception of the audience in order to create social life, social interactions and place identity. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of urban bodies on creating a sense of belonging among citizens and to determine the patterns of urban bodies that are effective on the sense of belonging to a place, which has been studied in the body of the west side of Imam Khomeini Street in Ardabil, the main and oldest street of this city. The research method is applied and descriptive- survey type and it was carried out by a combined (quantitative- qualitative) method. To collect information, library studies and field survey methods, observation and questionnaire have been used. Based on the findings of the research, the sense of belonging to a place among citizens is influenced by the social- perceptual components of the urban body; It is possible to increase the sense of satisfaction and sense of belonging to the place among the citizens by coordinating the shops, suitable furniture, revitalizing the destroyed buildings, appropriateness in color, appropriateness in the skyline, favorable facade design and suitable vegetation. The result of the research in the case study shows that the high age, proper access and the holding of national- religious rituals have created a sense of belonging to the place. Also, structures that are familiar with the culture and identity of citizens create a sense of belonging to a place. The use of urban walls related to identity and historical and native culture for national religious rituals can encourage people to be in the street and create memories and mental images for them and consequently increase the sense of belonging to a place. Interventions such as verses of the Quran or Iranian music can be considered as sources for regulation of emotion and attachment recovery. The purpose of this research was to study the effectiveness of verses of the Quran and music based on electro photon emission in relation with physical changes. The statistical population was monozygotic and dizygotic twins who were members of the Persian twins and multiples association. The participants consisted of 500 individuals selected with random sampling. A sample of 28 individuals was selected with diagnosis of borderline personality, then placed randomly in Quran verses (n1=14) and music (n2=14) intervention groups. The study tools: schizotypal trait questionnaire-b form (stb), positive and negative affect scale (panas), electro photon imaging (epi) equipment and words of negative emotion and attachment. Data analysis was based on dependent and independent t-test with the use of SPSS-23 Software. Based on the achieved results, subliminal stimulus of negative emotion and attachment was significantly more effective in posttest than pretest. Verses of the Quran and music were significantly different. The intervention of Quran verses compared with music was more effective on Electro photon emission regulation (p<0/05). It is concluded that verses of the Quran create order at the lowest physical levels (electrons and photons) and, thus, an aspect of the Quran’s miracle is demonstrated by an Interdisciplinary Study. The aim of present study was predicting resilience from attachment styles and cognitive emotion regulation of women who have experienced bereavement. The research method was of correlational type and its statistical population was women who experienced the bereavement of their spouse in Tehran in 1400. The research samples included 200 women with the experience of bereavement, who were selected by available sampling method, and filled the Collins and Reed Attachment Styles Questionnaire (RAAS), the Gratz and Roemer Difficulty in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) and Connor and Davidson Resilience scale (CD- RISD). Pearson's correlation method and simultaneous multiple regression analysis were used to calculate the results. The results indicated that there is a significant negative relationship between avoidant attachment style, ambivalent style and difficulty in emotional regulation with resilience. Also, there was a significant positive relationship between secure attachment style and resilience (p<0.01). The results of simultaneous regression to predict resilience based on ambivalent and avoidant attachment style showed that ambivalent and avoidant attachment style have the power to predict resilience negatively (p<0.01). Therefore, secure attachment style can predict greater resilience in women who have experienced spousal bereavement. Manuscript profile
