The subject matter of the present article is the interaction of national sovereignty with the transnational one in the context of globalization. This study shows that, national sovereignty is not threatened by globalization in itself. Rather, it, maintening its identity, acquires a global identity, so they can coexist with each other. Globalization does not take place merely from above, but there is a new form known as "globalization from below" which lessens the pressures of "globalization from above". Interactive view of the Islamic Republic of Iran can have such influence, and can lessen the pressures of globalization, and positively contribute to transnational sovereignty. Examples of such a view are "dialogue of civilizations", and "public diplomacy". Manuscript profile

Regionalism has been one of the main topics of social science, comparative politics, international economy, international relations, and international political economy in the last two decades. There is no consensus about its meaning among scholars. It is often considered as integration in international politics. Perhaps one of its reasons is the more objectivity of it in the regional level. Sometimes regionalisms perceived as intergovernment, and increased cooperation of different states. The main question of this essay is “what are the causes of development of regionalism theory?”; the assumption of the authors is that intra and supra theoretical factors have lead to changes in these theories. The power of the state that was constituted under the dominant Westphalia system, and characterized by the it’s supreme power according to Hegelian tenets, has changed and decreased due to the globalization process in one hand, and the postmodernism theory in the other hand, especially regarding to the citizenship concept and international law. Globalization is such a process that globalizes politics and makes it as a network in a global village and shapes a new public sphere. In this new sphere the citizens are free from the intervention of the power possessing the sole legitimate use of power. Additionally the postmodern theory, that considers the state as one of the actors in the international relations and tries to reshape the forgotten sub-systems, form the new components of the new state. This new state is called globalized state because of the acceptance of deinstitutionalized norms in the international system and deconstruction of inflexible Westphalia system. Accordingly this article, s hypothesis is that, three lines of change, including the non-nationalized state, non stated state and politico-economic institutionalized regimes, all led to the transition of the state to the new form and content named as globalized state. The crisis is the one of crucial concepts in political and social science and all of the states confront with it somehow. The states should test different strategies for solving the crisis. In the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, special attention has been given to the “citizen rights”, so that it disregards color, race, and language as regards these rights. Globalization is one of the key concepts in political science and sociology, which has become one of the major discourses in the literature of these two areas of social sciences. Many thinkers referred to it as the “Discourse of Globalization,” which is a discourse that can measure the proportion of many concepts in political thought in relation to it. One of these concepts is justice. Justice, with any definition, is the starting point for discussing globalization. Is it possible, in principle, to expect justice to be realized under the globalization discourse? In other words, what is the relation between justice and globalization? To answer the question, this paper addresses the views of the two thinkers of the globalization era, Anthony Giddens and Emmanuel Wallerstein. Essentially, I argue that Giddens believes in the Kantian assumption that justice is inherent in globalization, and only with the creation of a civil society in the current era, societies can attain globalization. On the other hand, Wallerstein rejected this claim and placed justice in the age of globalization under the overshoot of the capitalist system. Manuscript profile

8 - Carl Schmitt's Thought and the Problem of Reactive Identities in Contemporary Political Geography

Carl Schmitt, a prominent German philosopher and jurist who had always been accused of supporting the Third Reich throughout his life, was acquitted at the Nuremberg Trials and lived in general isolation until 1985. But Schmitt's isolation never prevented him from writing and disseminating his ideas throughout the twentieth century. Schmitt is one of the great thinkers whose views and thoughts have influenced various thinkers over the past decades, such as Hannah Arendt, Jürgen Habermas, and Giorgio Agamben. When Schmitt wrote the book Empress, he made it clear that politics must be defined in terms of the distinction between friend and foe. Today, neoliberalism, which firmly believes in downsizing government and market forces to regulate social relations and land management, has led to major social conflicts within and geopolitical conflicts outside the borders of countries. Neoliberal policies, along with the post-Fordist economy, have created a situation in recent years that has widened social divisions within countries as well as on a global scale. The increase in these gaps in the social strata has caused internal crises in countries and on the other hand has involved many countries in widespread social protests. According to great thinkers such as Fukuyama, such social conflicts have led to the formation of reactive identities within countries. Many of the works and writings of political geographers today show the attention of prominent thinkers such as Claudio Minka and Anaji Scor who focused on Schmitt's political philosophy, and the formation of reactive identities in relation to politics and the distinction between friend and foe. They search for globalization and post-Fordist economics. The main question of the article is why Schmitt's political philosophy and especially the political category in relation to reactive identities are at the center of the world's political geographical discourses? Background and objective: The result of “global paradigm shift” is birth of new minds and naturally the emersion of a newly global human world – Class society. Paradigm shifts originate from the change of 9 fold paradigm components (Theology, ontology, anthropology, epistemology, axiology, methodology, deontology, practicism, eventualism). Paradigm shifts are among the most important methods of making fundamental changes in the society. These changes take place in “Background”, “Contents”, and “structure” of the mind. Thus by subtilization and manipulation of " Management of Mind Change “ and using soft tools and soft technology, it is possible to humanize, socialize, civilize, systemize, globalize and lead mankind and societies to desired objectives. In other words, the world is constantly giving birth to new mentalities and interactions; confrontations and dispute of conceptual models in the concrete world. Research methodology and Findings: In this study with the presentation of globalization in modernism and a comparative study of postmodern and divine globalization, the portrait of a postmodern and divine man is extracted in humanist and divine paradigms and it is contemplated and judged by scholars. The type of qualitative research is based on analytical-descriptive study with using comparative text examination and post analysis of collected data libraries. The final result of the study is that mental imperialism attempts to change the constituents of the paradigm overwhelming the mentalities of the target societyin Kurt Lewin’s three step transformation process “Unfreezing-transition-freezing” and comparing it with Dusterandobill’s model (1997) in which the beginning chain of this processis triggering stream of consciousness in minds of scientists, strategists, professors and intellectuals of the subject society Conclusion: According to Imam Ali (AS) in sermon 27 of the noble NahjulBalagahe “No one will be degraded and despicable unless one who has fought against the foe in his homeland” and also based on Imam Khomeini’s order regarding the exportion of “spirituality & revolution” instead of mere defense in homeland, the necessity of soft invasion, adaption of the universal doctrine for soft war in mental peculiarities in enemy’s land in order to prepare the global atmosphere for the emersion of the world’s savior (Aj) has appeared so as to prevent the intrusion of “humanist anti-values” in the public mentality of divine societies and to stop the gradual transition of mental, cultural, values, identity, philosophical, behavioral, and structural models of the Islamic societies in order for the free people of the world such as Muslims and Islamic society not to be compromised by the cultural invasion of the hegemonic system. . New communication technologies have not only affected the range of audiences, but have even been able to question the foundation of classical communication theories. For example, the sender, channel, and receiver model in traditional communication theories has become a model of content-producing communities with the advent of media such as user-centric networks or social networks, in which each person is a sender and receiver continuously at all times and has multiple roles. In this communication channel. These technological developments inherently contain challenges and threats that some experts have referred to as soft warfare, but this is just a coin, these developments apply to all countries of the world, and if anyone is to be harmed, it is certainly that society. Will be the one to take a defensive guard against these technologies. The introduction and development of new technologies in media organizations have brought about many changes that have affected the structure and management of media organizations. This article tries to study the impact of new technologies on the media and its developments on a case-by-case basis. Manuscript profile

This means that traditional communities like Ilam province have become dependent on the modern world, which has caused a decrease in the sense of belonging and ethnic attachment of the people of Ilam province. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the ethnic trends in Ilam province, unlike the past, in the contemporary era, have gone out of a solid and uniform state, and modernization and social networks have had an impact on it.
This study examines consumer culture within commercial complexes in Iran's metropolises. Over the past two decades, Iran's major cities have witnessed significant developments in the construction of commercial complexes, which have also become symbols of social and cultural significance. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors influencing the formation of consumer culture in these complexes and their social, cultural, and economic impacts. The primary issue addressed in this paper is how economic transformations, globalization, social changes, and modern technologies affect consumer culture in commercial complexes of metropolises. Specifically, the research question focuses on how these factors have altered consumption patterns and purchasing behaviors, and what effects they have on social interactions and cultural identity. The research methodology involves analyzing existing literature, conducting interviews with experts, and evaluating field data from various commercial complexes. This approach examines economic and social changes and their impact on consumer patterns, while also analyzing the effects of technology and globalization on consumer preferences. The findings indicate that commercial complexes function not only as shopping centers but also as important social and cultural spaces. Economic changes and increased household incomes have led to higher demand for luxury goods, while globalization and modern technologies have influenced consumer preferences. These complexes provide opportunities for social and cultural interactions and contribute to the economic development of metropolises.
Manuscript profile
