Through growth centers, these parks strengthen innovative organizations and facilitate reproductive processes, and act as an environment in which independent research units, affiliated with organizations and industries, are integrated and covered to support creativity and innovation. To pay. The ultimate mission of these parks is to reconcile the results of academic research with the needs of industry in order to fill the gap between industry and academia, and this will ultimately lead to the commercialization of knowledge. Therefore, due to these functions, the formation and development of many emerging technological phenomena occur from within these parks, and governments try to provide working conditions for small and medium-sized companies and attract international technology-based companies by creating a suitable environment. In Iran, in recent years, these parks have expanded significantly and in a situation where the country is facing unilateral sanctions, they have been able to play an effective role in the use of indigenous knowledge and technology. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to address the importance and main functions of science and technology parks in the world as well as in Iran.   Emotional analysis is used as one of the main pillars in various fields such as financial management, marketing and economic changes forecasting in different countries. In order to build an emotion analyzer based on users' opinions on social media, after extracting important features between words by convolutional layers, we use LSTM layers to establish the relationship behind the sequence of words and extract the important features of the text. With discovery of new features extracted by LSTM, the ability of the proposed model to classify the stock values of companies increases. This article is based on the data of Nguyen et al. (2015) and uses only the emotional information of people in social networks to predict stocks. Given that we categorize each user's message into one of the emotional classes "Strong Buy", "Buy", "Hold", "Sell", "Strong Sell", this model can predict the stock value of the next day, whether it will be high or low. The proposed structure consisted of 21 layers of neural networks consisting of convolutional neural networks and long short-term memory network. These networks were implemented to predict the stock markets of 18 companies. Although some of the previously presented models have used for emotion analysis to predict the capital markets, the advanced hybrid methods have not been performed in deep networks with a good forecasting accuracy. The results were compared with 8 baseline methods and indicate that the performance of the proposed method is significantly better than other baselines. For daily forecasts of stocks changes, it resulted in 19.80% improvement in the prediction accuracy, compared with the deep CNN, and 24.50% and 23.94% improvement compared with the models developed by Nguyen et al. (2015) and Derakhshan et al. (2019), respectively. Manuscript profile

  Economic growth and development are among the main goals of economic policymakers, which have led them to always look for factors that accelerate economic growth. There are different theories in this regard, each of which is one of the factors influencing economic growth. One of the reasons for failure in the path of economic development is lack of a model for realizing economic complexity, taking into account the experiences of other countries. This research has been carried out for the purpose of a meta-analysis of research conducted in the field of economic complexity over the past few years. The statistical population of this research is the research on the complexity of the economy between 2011 and the end of 2017. Of the 35 studies reviewed, 22 cases have been identified for proper meta-analysis. These articles have been reviewed in two sections: "Meta-analysis descriptive findings" and "Qualitative assessment of articles". Descriptive findings include the time scale, the frequency of articles, the gender of the researchers and the geographical distribution of the authors and the level of the region studied (national, regional or global). In the quality assessment section, the articles are divided into three groups based on the "Blaikie" triple indicator, why and how they are categorized and analyzed. Then, by examining all the articles studied, the factors emphasized in economic complexity were extracted and in the end, considering these factors, a proposed model is proposed to achieve the complexity of the economy, which can be a way forward for managers and policymakers in the fields Economic and industrial.   This study seeks to study and analyze the civil society related to children in Iran. In this regard, with the qualitative approach and the method of monography and content analysis, she has analyzed two examples of active children's domain associations in Iran. The results show that the "pathological approach" to child-related civil society in Iran casts a shadow, indicating the dominance of the "American-English approach" to child-related civil society in Iran. And, unlike the title of licenses, associations are directly and indirectly affiliated with government agencies and seek to attract positive reviews from organizations for the three purposes of "obtaining financial support", "gaining legitimacy" and "reputation". They are government. Therefore, these associations, in effect, seek "economic profitability"; therefore, the domination of "rationality" and "market logic" over the inherent rationality that permeates civil society in Iran, especially in related fields. They are targeted with children; and children are purposely targeted as ignorant audiences and without the "critical intellect". In addition, the civil society in Iran has neglected its primary mission to seek the rights and improve the status of children affected and at risk of being harmed, forgotten, or in the forefront of the community's economic interests.   The resistance economy is a term that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution first introduced in September 2010 to counter the economic sanctions of enemies. According to his words, the resistance economy means that the economic conditions of the country are adjusted in such a way that they will be less vulnerable to economic impacts. Resistance Economics has different characteristics and requirements. In this research, it has been tried to analyze these features and strategies in the poetry of Iqbal lahori. According to this study, Iqbal Poliris has been instrumental in creating three countries' economic problems: 1-Non-self-confidence 2-Dependence on the West 3-Western conspiracies. He proposes solutions to solve these problems and to win the factors. Including attempts to reach the Islamic Ummah, achieve self-confidence, reduce dependence on the West by relying on domestic power and fighting crude sales. A review of the past trend shows that the Iranian economy has always suffered from this problem and so far the solution to the inflation problem in Iran has not been successful. In the current situation economic sanctions imposed on Iran, Solving the problem of inflation requires a special solution. Historical experience and past trends indicate that solving inflation in conventional and experienced solutions in the country are not responsive. This research focuses on designing a conceptual model looking for a new and distinct strategy and has shown the implementation of economic resistance policies through operational its components can solve this historical dilemma of the Iranian economy in other words adjusting and solving the problem of structural inflation by implementing the components of the resistance economy. Because the implementation of the components of the resistance economy based on the general policies of the resistance economy ultimately leads to the transfer of resources from non-productive activities and speculation to productive activities by this positive development, the manufacturing sector flourishes and, as a result, GDP will grow at a higher rate, and GDP growth Will reduces inflation. Hence, in the present study, the statistical population, including experts managers and senior experts with a history of General Administration of Roads and Urban Development with more than ten years of service in the General Administration of Roads and Urban Development of Khorasan Razavi from 2016 to 1398 and faculty members of management group Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch has a master's degree in human resources management and specializes in human resources. Organizations with at least 5 years of experience in cooperation or consulting with this department, which had knowledge, expertise and expert opinion in the field of research. In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the satirical motives of two great poets, . Anvari Abivardi and Khaghani are both great poets of the sixth century whose poems contain many satires. The bitter elder species with the scientific name Hipphophae rhamnoides L. and the English name sea buckthorn is native to Iran and has many values that have been introduced in this research. The economy of resistance, which is one of the general policies of the system, will happen with the production of multi-purpose plants due to the climatic and social political crises. The development of economic species with the participation of communities along with the green space fulfills the production of medicine and food.It can include a bank for the development of gardens outside the city or domestic and foreign investors. According to the permission of the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture, as well as the approval of the Science and Technology Park, part of the people have become familiar with the properties of this beautiful and economic medicinal plant in our country, but this plant is still not known to the public. By planting this species as a multi-purpose species, it is also possible to generate income with the products of this plant such as leaves and fruits. This species tolerates temperatures up to minus forty degrees.
