Water resources have always been the focal point of the civilizations and urbanities formation. Human societies, at the early age until now, have been initiated around these resources. Therefore the preservation of the water resources for the next generation and correct exploitation, play a crucial role in sustainability and extension of civilizations. Then, most of the experts believe that wars at the 21th century are about clean and pure water resources. In these days, because of excessive increase in environment uncertainty, the traditional planning approaches/methods have lost their usefulness. To confront these uncertainties and at the age of Cold War, scenario planning established as one of the future proofing approaches/methods. In scenario planning, against the traditional planning methods, the future has not seen as the extension of the past, on the contrary, general environmental drivers and forces form the future state of a system. Considering the uncertainities in water resource management, this article has tried to use scenario planning approach for future proofing, finding driving forces that shape the future state of water resources in the Golestan province and then determined the crucial drivers by interview with the experts of strategic management and water resource planning fields. All possible scenarios have been written and at the end, for managing water resources in stable ways, strategies and course of actions have presented. Manuscript profile

Due to increasing competition, it is necessary to focus on new technology in supply chain. Internet of things is one of the most innovative tools. Creation of appropriate factors in order to operationalization internet of things will lead to development of supply chain performance. Recognition of determining factors in order to use internet of things and awareness of effective result are essential. The purpose of this research is analysis of antecedents and outcomes of Internet of things in supply chain. This paper is based on mixed research including qualitative and quantitative parts. The statistical population of this paper in qualitative part is internal and external papers and that of quantitative part is university professors and industrial experts. This research based on judgmental sampling method as well as contains 22 articles in qualitative part and 10 persons in quantitative part. Library method is used to collect data in the qualitative part while researcher-made questionnaire is used to collect data in the quantitative part. Content analysis is allocated to qualitative part and interpretive structural modeling is assigned to quantitative part. Finally, the results of content analysis are presented in eight antecedents including cultural capital, financial capital, human capital, mental capital, communication capital, information technology infrastructure, legal facilities and environmental capabilities. Additionally, the seven main outcomes including economic performance, social performance, environmental performance, commercial performance, production and operational performance, office system performance and performance development. The most determining variables in antecedent section is information technology infrastructure and in outcome section is economic performance. Manuscript profile

Sustainable development of tourism requires a future studies approach. Given the nature of sustainability and the complexity of the open tourism system and its impact from trends, events, and changes (known as drivers), such an approach can identify, understand, and analyze the complexities and the operating drivers. This applied research with a descriptive-analytical method and a prospective exploratory approach identified the most important drivers that would affect the sustainable development of Awraman (Kurdistan, Iran) rural tourism. To identify the drivers, we used the Delphi technique and selected 38 experts. The MicMac software was used to find the relationships and their impacts and effectiveness. The results showed that the tourism system of the region would follow an unstable development. In such a situation, the aggregated drivers of economic, institutional, and environmental indicators would be more effective than social drivers. The most effective driver would be an inappropriate business environment, while a culture of self-employment and entrepreneurship would be the most influential driver in the sustainable development tourism for the region. One of the main applications of nitrocellulose polymer is producing propellants. The propellant production process includes mixing nitrocellulose with solvents and other additives and converting it from a fibrous to a non-fibrous state during gelatinization and physical gel formation. This gel is subsequently subjected to shaping processes using ram or screw extrusion. One of the main problems in producing propellant based on nitrocellulose is the lack of uniformity and product quality control. Despite the high capability of rheology knowledge as a powerful tool for measuring the quality control of raw materials and the production process of propellant based on nitrocellulose, this knowledge has received less attention from researchers and manufacturers in this field. This article reviewed the use of rheology in different parts of the production of nitrocellulose-based propellants, from the quality control of the incoming raw materials to the final mixing and extrusion. At first, the rheological behavior of nitrocellulose mixtures was discussed. Next, the effect of nitrocellulose polymer microstructure on the rheological behavior of its solution was discussed. Phenomena affecting the measurement of the rheological behavior of the mixture, such as wall slippage, were among the other cases investigated. Finally, a review of the quality control methods of nitrocellulose-based propellant products using appropriate material functions and production process modification was discussed. Manuscript profile

Despite the emphasis of researchers and experts on the need to implement digital signatures and the progress of technology towards the digitization of all affairs and electronic governance, Iran is still facing the challenge of implementing digital signatures. The purpose of this article is to identify and analyze the key drivers of digital signature implementation in Iran with a fuzzy Delphi approach. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of information gathering, the research has benefited from a hybrid approach. The statistical community consists of all experts and specialists in the field of information technology and digital signature and articles in this field. The sample size of the statistical community of experts is 13 people who were selected by the purposeful sampling method. 31 articles were selected based on their availability and downloadable, non-technical nature, and relevance to the topic. The method of data analysis was done according to the fuzzy Delphi approach. Validity and reliability were calculated and confirmed using the CVR index and Cohen's kappa test with coefficients of 0.83 and 0.93, respectively. The results prove that the key drivers of digital signature implementation in Iran include 5 main dimensions and 30 concepts, which are 1) security (information confidentiality, information security, sender authentication, document authentication, privacy protection, trust between parties), 2) business (digital business models, communication needs, staff management, organization size, organizational structure, organization resources, organizational culture, top managers, competition ecosystem, e-governance), 3) user (perceived convenience, perceived benefit, consumer behavior, consumer literacy, consumer lifestyle), 4) technical (development of technical infrastructure, systems integration, system complexity, system tanks, design quality, technical speed of certificate production and verification, impermeability of hackers) and 5) Legal (legal licenses, penal laws, legislative body, e-commerce laws). It is suggested that in the field of digital signature implementation, special attention should be paid to rewriting rules, training users, creating a security culture, and digital signature policymakers should invite knowledge-based companies to cooperate in developing infrastructure and making relevant software competitive.
