        Based on psychological theories, decision-making of managers are influenced by some inaccessible psychological and Behavorial factors that in order to make effective decisions, it needed to understand these factors. Unfortunately, in many cases, managers are not aware of this issue, and as a result of their lack of management of their feelings, they unconsciously make mistakes. One of the effective solvation is hellping of new science in accounting named behavorial finance .The present research is conducted in the field of individuals and explores various psychological and Behavorial factors that affected in decision making of financial managers in the banking system.This research is a step-by-step with a qualitative-quantitative approach, which is conducted in most of the questionnaires, so that using of Smart-Pls, with the help of AHP techniques, it will rank the effective psychological variables in selection of financial managers and decision making of them. The results indicate that inheritance, personality, acquisition and social factors influence people's decision making so that variables: having confidence, managing and controlling stress, person's responsibility and having mental abilities in finding innovative solutions, having emotional intelligence (EQ), are the psychological factors that effected in kind of decision making of financial manager.         Organizations are facing turbulence and transformation. This requires that they be able to stay on the competition stage by adopting solutions to the severe shocks that result from these transformations. Organizational trauma theory is one of the newest theories in the field of organizational behavior and management, which is examined with the aim of psychological and physical effects on the individual and group in an organization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between organizational trauma and organizational silence due to the mediating role of managers' emotional intelligence. The present research is considered as a descriptive-survey research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study is 758 managers and experts of Bank Mellat companies who have selected a sample of 255 people using simple random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect information. For data analysis, Smart PLS software have been used. The results show that organizational trauma has a positive and significant relationship with organizational silence and organizational trauma has a negative and significant relationship with emotional intelligence. There is also a significant negative relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational silence. Given the degree of organizational silence, it is necessary to pay more attention to the factors affecting organizational trauma. The consequences of organizational trauma have many destructive effects on organizations, especially human capital, the result of which is manifested in organizational silence. Manuscript profile

        Several factors affect marital satisfaction, among which we can mention self-efficacy and emotional intelligence. This study aims to predict conflict resolution based on two variables of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence. This study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all married students of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Among them, 150 people from two faculties of literature and theology were selected using the cluster sampling method. Research tools included the Shering Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (Saffari Nia & Selgi, 2011), Sherer Self-efficacy (Sherer & Maddox, 1982), and the Kansas Marital Conflict Scale (Corcoran & Fisher, 2000). Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 21 and stepwise regression. Findings show that emotional intelligence with (Beta=24.6) and emotional intelligence with (Beta= 32.5) self-efficacy had significant effect on conflict resolution (P <0.01). Based on this study, emotional intelligence with self-efficacy have an important role in marital satisfaction. So this information can help in reducing conflict between couples. Manuscript profile

        Social capital development is one of the most important challenges of the managers in the today organizations. Decrease of social capital index as level is in Iran proves the necessity of research in this field. Emotional behaviors is an important aspect of interpersonal communication. This research tries to develop a framework for social capital development based on the organizational emotional capital. This is a qualitative research and uses grounded theory method with emerging approach. Data collection in this research is done using a semi-structured interview. Interviewees where selected from managers in public sector and NGOs of Markazi and Qom provinces. Theoretical saturation after 16 interviews. Final framework of this research consists of two schemas, first one diagnosis social capital and the second one emotional based development of social capital. Under diagnosis schema there are three main categories causes of social capital weakness symptoms of emotional capital weakness and consequences of social capital weakness. Examining the intelligence of societies and the factors affecting it is extremely important. The purpose of this research is whether teaching philosophy to children and teenagers can be an effective intervention in increasing successful intelligence, emotional intelligence and wisdom of students. The design of the current research was semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population of the research included fourth grade elementary school students in Tehran, a school was selected using available sampling method and considering the inclusion criteria, 20 female students with an average age of 10 years were selected and They were randomly placed in two experimental and control groups. The tools used in this research include Gorigor and Sternberg's successful intelligence questionnaire (2002); Schering Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1995); Ardlet's Wisdom Questionnaire (2004); have been. The findings from the analysis of covariance showed that philosophy education for children and adolescents was effective on successful intelligence and emotional intelligence, but philosophy education for children and adolescents was not effective on wisdom, and therefore philosophy education for children and adolescents can be an effective intervention in increasing Successful intelligence and emotional intelligence of students should be used.         The purpose of this study was to provide a model for the production of digital stories by children and the role of its production on social skills and emotional intelligence of children in smart schools in Kerman province. Accordingly, in this study, first, the stages of digital story production were identified through exploratory studies and surveys of subject-aware experts using the Delphi technique, and then these steps were taught in the form of a model designed in the statistical community. . The present study is a descriptive-correlational research that has been done by survey method. Also, this research is development-applied in terms of purpose. The data collection method in this study is a combination of library and field studies and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling with SPSS and smart pls software has been used. Findings of the study, while confirming the proposed research model, showed that digital story production has an effect on changing social skills in students after the test and students 'social skills have increased, indicating the effect of digital story production on students' social skills after the test. The purpose of this research is to compare emotional intelligence with academic progress of primary school students in Yasouj city. The measurement tool in the current research is a standard questionnaire that determines the comparative study of emotional intelligence with the academic progress of the studied elementary school students. The statistical population of this research is all primary school students of Yasouj city who were selected by simple random method. The results of the research showed that there is a difference between emotional intelligence and academic progress of male and female students.         Generally, in performing technical projects, especially in the field of information and communication technology, the most important criterion for handing over the project is having technical capabilities, and less attention is paid to the communication skills of project managers, such as having emotional intelligence. Lack of attention to this issue seems to reduce the effectiveness of team communication and thus lead to project failure. The aim of this study was to measure the effect of emotional intelligence of project managers on the effectiveness of team communication in the projects of the Institute of Communication and Information Technology. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical of correlation type, the statistical population of which consists of project managers and members of the project teams of the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology. The statistical population includes 19 project teams that have been selected by census method. Data collection tools are Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Senior Questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of project team communication. Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression and imaginary variable regression and dependent t-test were used to analyze the data. The results show that the emotional intelligence of project managers affects effective communication in the project team. However, only interpersonal skills, interpersonal skills, and adaptability can predict effective communication within the project team, and the dimensions of general mood and stress management do not affect these relationships Manuscript profile
