This article is aimed at designing and explaining the integrated pattern of employee performance management in the country's state-owned banks. In order to achieve this goal, first the integrated categories of integrated performance management have been identified and validated, and finally, by determining the model of causal relationships of these elements, the final model has been obtained. This research is based on empiricist philosophy and deductive-inductive method. The present study is a fundamental research in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, it’s a cross-sectional research. In this research, mixed method (qualitative & quantitative) has been used. The statistical population of this article includes professors and experts with management experience in SepahBank and has been used to sample the method of bullet and snow. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was achieved, and finally 11 managers of the central offices of SepahBank participated in this study. To identify the infrastructural categories of employee performance management, a metasynthesis method has been used and by using interpretive-structural modeling, an integrated staff performance management model has been presented. Data analysis was performed with MaxQda and MicMac software. The results show that among integrated management structures, performance, planning and targeting and organizational culture have high penetration power and have low effectiveness. So the variables are independent. The two variables of knowledge management and coaching have high penetration power and dependency, so they are transferable variables. Employee performance management variables and performance analysis and revision are also highly dependent but have little influence, so they are dependent variables. Manuscript profile

Tourism is a powerful means of cultural transactions among societies. UNWTO predicted the following two decades (to 2030) to be the tourism sustainable growth period. Cultural tourism development could preserve the cultural and natural assets of destinations, enhance the host communities’ quality of life, and delight the tourists. Following an interpretive approach and a systematic meta-synthesis technique, this paper systematically studied the scholarship in cultural tourism sustainable development. This study identified and categorized the extracted codes using a latent content analysis strategy. Based on the CASP criterion, the papers published in authentic Persian and English scientific databases by 2019 (Azar 1397) were selected. Maxqda 2018.1 was used to identify, group, analyze, and interpret the codes. One hundred four primary codes were grouped into 29 major and minor categories, and four main codes: i.e., dimensions, influential factors, impacts and challenges of cultural tourism sustainable development. We presented a conceptual model for cultural tourism sustainable development. Finally, by Cohen’s kappa index using SPSS, the validity of the results was measured 0.712, also verified by the experts excluding the authors. Manuscript profile

Growth and survival is one of the most important challenges for start-ups in the current situation. On the one hand, the coopetition strategy in the last two decades in order to gain, maintain and improve the competitive position has been considered by many businesses. Start-up can gain a good coopetition position in many areas by using a competitive strategy. So far, research has not examined the factors that are involved in the implementation of a coopetition strategy in start-up. In this method, in order to explain the factors affecting the application of the coopetition strategy, first by systematic review of the literature and using the method of meta-synthetic qualitative research, all dimensions of the coopetition strategy were identified. Then the importance and priority of each of the proposed factors is determined using the Shannon quantitative entropy method. After analyzing the articles, the effective factors were classified into 6 categories, 16 dimensions and 68indicators. The results showed; The most important categories are "institutional factors", "strategic factors", "environmental factors","individual-managerial factors","participatory factors","communication factors" respectively. Among the dimensions, " Events " were in the first place, " Supporting institutions ," and " Good reputation of the company " and , "Having coopetitive mindset " were in the second ,third and Fourth places. This study provides a deep understanding of the existing literature on coopetition strategy in start-ups by organizing the factors affecting it and can be used in planning for their growth and survival in complex and dynamic market conditions to compete with other businesse Manuscript profile

The interaction of marketing and entrepreneurship has occupied an important part of marketing research in the last decade. Marketing has a lot to offer entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial marketing is a concept that has emerged from the level of sharing of two areas of marketing and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial marketing in the field of online business is always growing and its fields are expanding day by day. Entrepreneurial marketing requires a valid and reliable scale to measure the underlying dimensions and factors in any type of business environment, which requires that it be done in a principled manner and in accordance with scientific methods. Therefore, by understanding this issue, by conducting this research, we are seeking to identify the components and inhibiting factors with the help of hybridization method. The considered articles and researches were considered from among the studied articles and books, using the CASP method, and the main indicators were extracted through the document analysis method and using the MaxQD software. Necessary aggregation and clustering were done, then they were organized in the form of concepts and components. The results showed that the factors inhibiting entrepreneurial marketing include two main components of internal factors (environmental disturbance, government problems, limited market share, lack of customer commitment, technological change, and market problems) and external factors (management challenges, human barriers, lack of resources, and limitations) are classified. As most researchers agree and acknowledge, Iranian administration is transitioning from a new public affairs administration and evolving into a new public service provider. However, a number of traditional viewpoints and opinions are yet to achieve some necessary revision, as the quality and quantity of services remain vague and ineffective for the audience and recipients of these services. The present research attempts to study the existing public services and welfare policies, in comparison with the ideal situation and conditions, in order to reveal the inconsistency between them, from a pathologic perspective. To this end, among the qualitative research approaches, the content analysis method was adopted, and the meta-synthesis method was used to extract the necessary key concepts and content codes from 32 papers. Peer-reviewed research and analysis papers were used as references and inspected to collect information and data. After extracting the content codes, a focus group consisting of 15 participants was consulted and deliberated with, until validity was confirmed and the necessary indicators were obtained. Regarding the desirable range of these indicators, 31 elite field members of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare, were queried. On the other hand, 350 questionnaires were distributed among a ministry clientele to determine the status quo regarding the quality and quantity of service provision and reception. Findings indicate disagreement between elite members and managers of the ministry versus service recipients and people. As such, we are still far away from an ideal society and governance when it comes to provision of public services.. Manuscript profile

Resistance economy as an economic strategy to face the dependent economy and in response to the arrogant global sanctions against Iran, has been emphasized by the Supreme Leader. Resistance economy seeks to reduce vulnerability to external threats, prevent crises, and review current inefficient economic structures and systems. In the resistance economy, the effort is to reduce dependencies and make maximum use of the advantages of domestic production. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the business models of Iranian enterprises based on this approach. In this regard, this research has compiled and explained the conceptual framework, dimensions and components of the business model based on the resistance economy approach. The approach of this qualitative research and the research method is meta-synthesis, which follows the seven-stage model of Sandelowski. In the first step, the Supreme Leader's statements regarding the resistance economy, as well as articles and research collections on the concepts of resilience and business models were carefully collected and studied. Then, the conceptual framework of business was identified with the resistance economy approach. In the following, the influencing factors on the design of the business model with the resistance economy approach were identified. For this purpose, 32 studies that were directly related to the research subject were selected and analyzed through MAXQDA software, and 169 codes were identified. In the next step, after categorizing the similar codes, finally 34 code titles were selected in the form of 9 topics and presented in the framework of the conceptual model of the research.
