Among the subset of the fairy-tales genre, there is one type classified as No. 410 under Arne-Thompson classification. The narrative is centered on a young boy attaining a magic garden gets the fruits out of which emerge beautiful fairies. The tale is narrated in different versions around the world. Having gathered the stories narrated among different nations, the author in this article, tires to explore the rules governing these tales, and explain their universal motifs regarding their mythological origins. According to the findings of the present article, these tales and the myths behind them are reflections of the humans’ beautiful imagination on personification and attributing life to the nature. In a sociological approach to literary studies, apart from their aesthetic and poetic functions, works of literature reveal the social- cultural trends of their own time. Author's world view, affected by their class- consciousness, to a great extent, forms their works. In A City Resembling the Paradise, Simin Daneshvar describes the solemn and glum portrait of the women and the underclass of the Iranian society in a special period of its history. She views the deep- rooted ossification and superstition the causes of decadence which intensifies by the interferences of the western colonialists, especially the America. Turning to Iran's ancient civilization, the noble religious beliefs, and relying on the national potentials are the effective and decisive ways to decolonization and to remove sexual and social discrimination to which Daneshvar pays much attention in "A City Resembling the Paradise", especially in "the Iranians Feast" short story. Sparrows Sense Heaven, a novel, was written based on post-modernism teachings. Paying attention to chaos in narration and naturally the time of the story, super-story features, creating a false cycle using historical characters along with story characters and the presence of the writer within the story for distorting the borders between the reality and imagination are among the features and characteristics which categorize this work as a post-modern novel. Still, and at points, one can spot and observe issues which have no relation with the post-modernism teachings. The present essay first points to the post-modernism characteristics of the novel, and then criticizes the non-relevant elements. It also shows that using the methods related to this process- which claims one of its major duties to be revealing a character as a symbol and representative of the sacred defense war soldiers- is not in its right and due place; as the post-modernism attitude and insight towards man and life does not correspond with the existing attitude in this novel. A tail collection called "shahri chun behesht" (A city same as haven) by Simin Daneshvar, is the product of political, social and cultural conditions of the years of fear and violence of the post-coup-d'etat of 28 Mordad 1332. the period in which aspirations of a nation who demanded independence and liberty, by conspiracy of alien counteries agents and some mistakes of religio-political leaders dissipated and feelings of hopelessness and defeat and failure spreaded in cultural society of Iran. Before Mulla Sadra’s time, Resurrection as well as the type and quality of afterlife had been discussed from the perspective of Kalām and as one of its sub-branches dealing with soul, its mortality and immortality after death. Mulla Sadra discussed the afore-mentioned points from philosophical viewpoint and somehow links them to the Movement on the Transcendence of Human Soul as well as its powers and perceptions. He holds that partial perception takes place after death through imagination. Imagination power remains attached to soul after death. Autism spectrum disorder or Autism is a prominent contemporary psychological disorder. Patients depending on the severity of disease, suffer from functional impairment, in the areas of communication, social interaction and behavior, and generally behavioral imbalance caused serious problems for them in normal process of family and social life. The rising trend and tangible growth in the number of children affected in recent years, has sounded the need for targeted actions in the area of autism community health management. One of the most important areas that need to be addressed is the special support for children with autism based on the general principles of child rights and in accordance with the special situation of these children. At the moment, due to lack of health insurance coverage, inadequate diagnosis and rehabilitation facilities, ignoring the right to education and enjoy the conditions appropriate to the situation, necessity of establishing parent guidance and counseling system and support the living standards of children affected in their families and community, all has led serious challenges for those with autism and their families. Accordingly, the theoretical analysis of the principles of child rights with the importance of children with autism seems to be necessary to provide the infrastructure and requirements for securing the fundamental rights of these children especially in two areas of health and education in the domestic system. Paying attention to faculty development programs is one of the strategies to enhance the quality of universities. For this reason, universities try to offer various faculty development programs. Faculty members, however, have not welcomed such programs, as expected. Thus, finding the reasons needs researches and studies. Therefore, the current study seeks to identify the weaknesses of faculty development programs from academic staffs’ viewpoints. Using a phenomenological and qualitative design, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 29 lecturers at Shahid Beheshti University. The transcribed interviews were coded in 3 stages using the Strauss and Corbin framework. As a result of this study, 14 weaknesses in the current FD programs were identified, as follows: “negligence in different dimensions of faculty development”, “lack of needs assessment”, “negligence in intrinsic motivators”, “negligence in individual differences”, “low frequency and quantity of programs”, “inflexible schedules”, “weak promotion and dissemination of programs”, “disorganized programs”, “irrelevant subjects”, “irrelevant content”, “ineffective teaching-learning methods”, “low interaction and participation of faculty members”, “lack of effectiveness for evaluation mechanisms”, and “weaknesses in feedback channels”. In order to get a comprehensive view of faculty development programs, the identified weaknesses were categorized and discussed in accordance with the different curriculum components. In General, based on the findings, it can be said that faculty development programs at this university call for a major revision in the four following components: Goal, Content, Teaching-Learning method, and Assessment methods. The present study was conducted to investigate the role and importance of chief knowledge officers in knowledge management development at Shahid Beheshti University. Of a total of 831 academic staff a random sample of 135 was selected by Stratified Random Sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed and validated by experts. Using quantitative approach, a descriptive correlational research was conducted. The 21 items of this questionnaire addressed the components of knowledge management (maintenance, acquisition, transfer, and application of knowledge) whereas other 19 items explored the impact of the chief knowledge officer. Research data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed a significant relationship between the role of chief knowledge officer and the components of knowledge management. In the light of chief knowledge officers’ position, the most important factor was the application of knowledge then the knowledge acquisition variable، knowledge transfer، and knowledge preservation were influenced by the role of chief knowledge officers in knowledge management development. by adopting a quantitative approach and using the survey method, the present study sought to analyze the performance of human resources management in identifying and addressing the needs of faculty members' professional development. finally, out of 850 faculty members of the Shahid Beheshti University, 270 members were selected as sample size and were sampled in a relative sampling process. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was calculated using Alpha coefficient of Kornbach .89. The data were analyzed in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the research indicated that the faculty members' knowledge of the needs for research, educational, personal, organizational and ethical development was reported to be high. However, HRM has only been reported to meet the needs of the training professional development and has been reported at a disadvantage in addressing other needs. Therefore, the fundamental gap between the needs of faculty members' professional development and the HRM function is evident in meeting these needs. Objective: Islam has always portrayed the human status after death. This trend can be seen in several Islamic sources such as fundamental texts and theosophical manuscripts. Some of those are the verses about heaven and hell mentioned at the holy Quran occasionally. Surah Al-Rahman has presented exquisite descriptions of paradise among other allegorical verses, in which we can find out basic elements of landscape architecture and garden design. At outset, this paper deals with the history of main elements of Islamic garden like tree and water in ancient culture and mythology. Thereupon, we also review the Islamic doctrine of paradise to realize the main concept and design features of it in Quran. Method: Descriptive-analytical method has been employed to conduct the study with a focus on verses of Surah Al-Rahman, aiming to introduce the architectural concepts of Quranic verses. Conclusion: The study indicates that Muslim architects have always tried to derive the landscape architecture and design criteria for their garden design from the verses of the holy Quran. As an urban space, the street is one of the most important places where face-to-face encounters and the arena of social interactions of citizens are considered. The presence of vehicle traffic crisis and low physical quality has caused a severe lack of public space with the ability to accept social interactions. Enhancing public spaces is a means of dealing with this fragmentation and related concerns. It is possible to strengthen the feeling of togetherness by creating a variety of public spaces. On the other hand, the presence of untouched natural environments inside the cities is one of the important potentials of the city in creating a new urban public space and strengthening the civic life and social connections among the city residents. Therefore, organizing these spaces, while transforming them from a defenseless space into a safe urban space, provides a basis for being present in the space and strengthening communication and social interactions in cities and among residents, which leads to the establishment and strengthening of civil life in the city. The phenomenon of an urban defenseless space and the effect it has on the collective conscience can turn the healthy human-city relationship into a disconnected and sometimes hostile relationship with the environment. Because until a person does not feel calm in the environment and space and always lives in worry as a victim, he cannot display his capabilities and values and fulfill his social role in a desirable way. In this research, the aim of which is to promote social interactions in the North Shahid Beheshti axis (between Shahid Square and Charah Safa Square), a combined research method (analytical-descriptive) has been used. Ayatollah Hussein-Ali Montazeri and Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti played an irreplaceable role in formulating the Constitution due to their positions in the parliament. Each of these two eminent figures had significant differences in their understanding of the Constitution and its concepts. This article, from the perspective of Skinner's hermeneutic method, delves into analyzing the prominent roles of these two figures in the Islamic Revolution in the drafting of the Constitution. What were their intentions and practical actions within the political system established by the Constitution? During a time when Islam was severely threatened by Western thought, they aimed to establish an Islamic political system. Montazeri believed that the principles and rules of fiqh concerning the concept of Guardianship of the Jurist were sufficient for governing Islamic society, while Beheshti viewed Islamic principles and standards around the axis of Guardianship of the Jurist as a framework that could selectively incorporate modern democratic, Marxist, and human rights concepts to be responsive to the current Iranian Islamic society. Mullahsadra has used the distinct views of previous philosophers for proving physical resurrection. He has considered his point of view in line with religion and surprised by those who know the day of judgment as spiritual, their express opposite opinion with doomsday bodies in the from of example body and have referred to the assembling from the graves and the blow of the soul by the angels. however, the involvement of some basic issues, such as the position of the religion, the inclusion of the differences between the world and the Hereafter, the kind of bonds of the soul with the afterlife bodies, and also the constitutive substance of the eternal bodies, has led to a dualism in his vision. Although he has distinguished the quality of hereafter life from the world, in the explanation the quality of the substance of Hellman's eternal body, he has inevitably likened the hell substance to this world. To compare the quality of the earthly body with the afterlife body, the mullah has used two terms of femininity and objectivity. In fact, he has generalized the soul to mentioned bodies. Although, he has considered his method for describing physical resurrection discursive and in conformance with religion, unlike his first claim, by including theosophical issues, he has given less importance to the mere rational aspects.
