Supply chain flexibility is presented and its significance is examined. This is trailed by a survey of the flexibility literature. Next, devices for assessing flexibility are talking about: Decision analysis, decision trees, and real options. This paper analyzes how firms got to be get arranged against unsettling impact in their supply chain and centers on how they can utilize real options to respect twofold sourcing procedures. As a presentation, it characterizes a common structure to assist chiefs with considering around store orchestrate interruptions and select adjusted systems. In the first place it sets up a general survey of the conceivable answers for overseeing chance interruptions. It centers on the specific approach of twofold sourcing and outlines that the real options thought may be a adjusted contraption to overview such a technique and builds up an instructive appear to look at and respect the focuses of intrigued of depending on twofold sourcing. In this study, we examine a supply chain of several products and four levels including suppliers (domestic and foreign), relief organizations (Red Crescent Organization), demand points (patient wards in the hospital). The Quantity Flexibility Contract provides coordination for inventory management by determining the order quantity between the relief organization and the internal supplier. Due to the many shortcomings, limited construction time and lack of facilities for mass production and increased costs, the use of outsourcing can increase the expected sales of the chain and also provide faster relief in times of crisis. Therefore, by presenting a mathematical model to minimize costs and times, we try to provide relief to the injured at the lowest cost and in the fastest time. By solving the model, we found that among the various parameters, the objective function is more sensitive to the demand parameter and domestic production capacity than other parameters, which shows the necessary accuracy of planners in this field to these parameters in crisis situations. Gastrointestinal disorders, as one of the most common physical complaints, are examples of the relationship between mental and physical health. It is estimated that about 7 to 12 percent of all visits to physicians are related to gastrointestinal symptoms and disorders. Therefore, the present study seeked to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on cognitive-emotional regulation and cognitive flexibility in gastrointestinal patients. The research method was quasi-experimental with pretestposttest design with unbalanced control group and its sample consisted of 30 subjects (15 persons for the experimental group and 15 persons for the control group) who were selected via available sampling method. Then, the members of the experimental group underwent mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for 8 sessions while the control group did not receive any treatment. The tests included the Cognitive-Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ) and Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (CFQ). The results of covariance analysis showed that the difference between the exerimental and control groups in cognitive-emotional regulation were statistically significant (P<0/05). The difference between experimental and control groups in cognitive flexibility was statistically significant (P<0/05). In general, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy had a significant effect on the overall scores of cognitive-emotional regulation and cognitive flexibility of these patients. Manuscript profile

The current study was conducted to investigate the structural relationships between attachment styles and major depressive symptoms in adolescents with the mediation of cognitive flexibility and distress tolerance. The research method is a correlation type, which was conducted through structural equation modeling on 352 adolescents aged 13-18 years old, who were selected by available sampling from the adolescent population of the 1st district of Tabriz city. Data were collected using the Collins and Reed attachment style scale, Kotcher depression scale, Dennis and Vanderwaal cognitive flexibility questionnaire, and Simmons and Gaher distress tolerance scale. Research data were analyzed using path analysis. The findings of the research indicated the optimal fit of the hypothetical research model. In addition, the results showed that distress tolerance can be considered as a mediating factor in the relationship between secure and insecure avoidant attachment styles with adolescent depression symptoms, on the other hand, the results showed that cognitive flexibility can be the relationship between secure attachment styles to mediate insecure avoidance and insecure anxiety with adolescent depression symptoms. The results of the research showed that distress tolerance and cognitive flexibility can mediate the relationship between attachment styles and the symptoms of major depression in adolescents. The results of this research can be used to identify the causes of adolescent depression and formulate therapeutic, interventions, including teaching adolescents the components of distress tolerance and cognitive flexibility. The purpose of this study was to test the model of cognitive flexibility and psychological hardiness on psychological helplessness with mediation of perceived social support. The study was a correlation through structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all infertile women in Shiraz, which was selected from 250 people with targeted sampling method as sample. The research data were collected by Lovibond and L0vibond psychological helplessness questionnaire(1995), Dennis and Vonder Wal's cognitive flexibility questionnaire(2010), Ahwaz psychological hardiness questionnaire(1377) and Zimet and colleagues perceived social support questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS software. According to the findings, the coefficient of direct pathway of cognitive flexibility to psychological helplessness, cognitive flexibility to perceived social support and psychological hardiness for perceived social support was significant. The coefficient of two direct pathways of psychological hardiness to psychological helplessness and perceived social support to psychological helplessness and also the indirect pathway coefficient of cognitive flexibility to psychological helplessness and psychological hardiness to psychological helplessness through perceived social support is not significant. In order to reduce the psychological helplessness of infertile women, measures should be taken to improve and increase psychological hardiness, cognitive flexibility and perceived social support.
