    Background: Metabolic syndrome is a set of risk factors for cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of aerobic training and resveratrol consumption on the indicators of metabolic syndrome in overweight women. Materials and Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 32 women with metabolic syndrome with body mass index of 25-29 / 29 were purposefully selected and randomly divided into four groups (8 people): aerobic training, resveratrol supplementation, training + supplementation and control. The training protocol was performed on a treadmill for 8 weeks with 3 sessions of 60 minutes per week, with an intensity of 75-60% of the heart rate. The supplement groups took one capsule containing 400 mg of resveratrol daily. Blood sampling was performed before the start of the research protocol and 48 hours after the last training session. Analysis of covariance and Bonferroni post hoc test were used (P ≤ 0.05). Results: The results showed that aerobic training with supplementation led to a significant decrease in waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL and a significant increase in maximal oxygen consumption (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, taking resveratrol supplementation along with aerobic training can have a positive effect on the indicators of metabolic syndrome. It is recommended to use aerobic training and resveratrol supplement to improve the physical condition of overweight women. Manuscript profile

    Background: Irisin is released from the Fndc5 protein in muscle cell through physical activity and effects on metabolism through browning of white fat. The purpose of this study was to the effect of resistance training and supplementation of nanocurcumin on the expression of genes of FNDC5 and PPARɣ rat muscle tissue. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 32 rats were randomly divided into four groups (Control, resistance training, nanocurcumin, resistance training + nanocurcumin). The training groups program included 4 weeks, 3 days a week from climbing on a stepladder. Nanocarcmine (80 mg / kg) was given gavage in complementary groups for four weeks daily. FNDC5 and PPARƔ gene expression were measured using the RT-PCR method. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA with a significant level of P≤0.05. Results: The results showed that resistance training and supplementation of Nanocarcmine significantly increased the expression of the gene of FNDC5 and PPARɣ in muscle tissue of rat (P <0.05). Conclusion: It seems resistance training with nanocurcumin supplementation may stimulate secretion of FNDC5 & PPARƔ from muscle, that has a key role in the metabolism of adipose tissue and the conversion of white tissue to brown fat tissue.     Background: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of four weeks of moderate aerobic training and nanocurcumin supplementation on IGF-1 gene expression and its receptor in the soleus muscle of rats. Materials and Methods: 32 male Wistar rats, approximately eight weeks old, with a weight range of 200±10 grams, were prepared and kept for one week under standard conditions of light, temperature, and humidity. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 8 series: healthy control group, aerobic training group, nanocurcumin group and aerobic training + nanocurcumin group. The training protocol was for 4 weeks, 5 days a week, in the first week, 20 minutes of activity with a speed of 18 meters per minute, and finally in the 4th week, it reached 35 minutes of activity with a speed of 20 meters per minute. Nanocurcumin supplement was also used for each animal at 80 mg / kilogram of body weight. One-way analysis of variance and Bonferroni's post hoc test was used at the significance level (P<0.05). Results: The results showed an increase in IGF-1 and IGF-1R gene expression levels in the soleus muscle in all groups compared to the control group. Conclusion: The combination of training and nanocurcumin supplementation probably increases the antioxidant capacity of the body and causes a greater increase in the expression of the IGF-1 gene and IGF-1R in skeletal muscles, which indicates more anabolic effects.     Background: Leptin, produced from obesity gene, plays a key role in weight regulation. Rural women are vulnerable due to some social restrictions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of aerobic training along with curd consumption on cortisol, leptin and calcium levels in rural overweight women. Materials and Methods: In this semi-experimental study, 32 overweight women with an age range of 30-40 years were randomly divided into four groups (control, supplement, training, training + supplement). The training program was running on a treadmill for 8 weeks, 3 sessions a week, each session 30 minutes with an intensity of 65% MHR in the first week and reached 45 minutes with an intensity of 70% MHR in the eighth week. 100 grams of curd for eight weeks, three days a week, were given to the supplemented groups. Blood samples were taken before and after the training program in the fasting state. Data were evaluated using multivariate covariance analysis (P ≥ 0.05). Results: The results showed that eight weeks of aerobic training with curd consumption caused a significant decrease in leptin, fat percentage and a significant increase in calcium in women (P=0.000). But it had no effect on cortisol. Conclusion: aerobic training with curd can prevent injuries related to excess weight by improving fat metabolism and reducing leptin. To lose weight and maintain bone density in rural women, aerobic training along with curd consumption is recommended. Manuscript profile

    Background: non-alcoholic fatty liver disease NAFLD is the most common liver disease in the world, the most important cause of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is poor eating habits and sedentary lifestyles that cause obesity. The aim of this study was the effect of aerobic training and probiotic consumption on gene expression of IL6 liver tissue in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 32 male Wistar rats, 200-250 gr, were randomly divided into 4 groups: healthy group, modeled group (steatosis), steatosis + probiotic group, steatosis + probiotic + training group. To create a fatty liver model, tetracycline at a dose of 100 mg / kg at a volume of 1.5 cc per rat was gavaged daily for two weeks. The main training program was for eight weeks/3times per week. In the first week with a speed of 18 meters per minute, the time started 10 minutes and every week quickly, 1-2 meters per minute and time was added to 10 minutes so that in the fourth week the speed to 22 meters per minute and time to 40 minute has arrived. Probiotic groups received 109 CFU / ml of Lactobacillus ramensus by gavage daily for 8 weeks and 5 days a week. 48 hours after the last training session, 10 ml of blood was taken directly from the hearts of rat to test for total cholesterol (TC) and liver tissue samples were taken to test for IL6 gene expression. One-way analysis of variance and Tukey post hoc test was used P≤0.05. Results: There is a significant difference between the IL-6 gene variable in the groups (P=0/000), Induction of fatty liver in rats was associated with a significant increase in interleukin-6 gene levels, these changes were significantly reduced after taking probiotics (P=0/000), Also probiotic consumption with aerobic training had a significant reduction compared to other groups. However taking probiotic with aerobic training had no significant effect on TC of rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver (P=0/306). Conclusion: Probably, performing aerobic training along with taking probiotic can have a better effect in controlling non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Manuscript profile
