        Purpose of this study is effect the role of Human resource management, intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship on organizational performance. The statistical population of this study is employees of Payame Noor University of Kermanshah Province.This study is descriptive-survey type of correlation research. For data collection, the standard questionnaire was used. To review the validity of the questionnaires was used content validity (The questionnaire confirmed by a group of university professors) and on the other side of convergent validity (average variance of output (AVE)) this illustrates the fact that the validity of the questionnaires is suitable. Reliability of the questionnaires was calculated with The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaires was examined (0.86, 0.80, 0.87 and 0.70) respectively. The results of testing hypotheses by SMART-PLS software (VERSION2) and using the t-test statistics and path coefficients (=), showed that a Human resource management has a strong, direct, and meaningful impact on intellectual capital But HRM has a strong, moderate, direct, indirect, and meaningful effect on organizational entrepreneurship and organizational performance,respectively, The results indicate that intellectual capital has a moderate, direct and significant impact on organizational entrepreneurship, Also, intellectual capital has a weak, direct, indirect and significant organizational effect on organizational performance, Finally, organizational entrepreneurship has a weak, direct and significant impact on organizational performance, As a result, the role of mediating intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship in the relationship of human resource management on organizational performance.         Organizations experience management needs during the different periods of their life cycle. In fact, based on the present conditions dominating the organization during a specific period, management measures should be taken or an organization would actually die. This problem is even more extreme about the tenants in incubators and preincubator stage seeds, because companies and seed firms in incubators are truly vulnerable against mismanagement, and this problem would cause failure more than any other time. Taking nice management style during preincubation and incubation period, not only prevents from death of the company, but also increase probability of success, because the success of organization is depend on their successful passage from different levels and stages. In this paper, the types of management styles and mismanagement are carefully dealt with, and regarding position of the pre-incubation seeds and tenants in incubators over the life cycle of the organizations, different types of management including improper styles which can affect the organization trend of management are introduced also for a successful passage from pre-incubation to incubation regarding the management style of organization in pre-incubation, we suggested a management style effective for organization during the incubation period.         In recent years, the advent of cloud computing has brought significant advances in the IT industry, and business management. One of the most important advantages of this technology is its reduced cost and the ability to seamlessly manage resources without the need for costly deployment of multiple infrastructures and software, and is thus widely used in the deployment of management systems and systems in organizations. Cloud computing technology has also been widely used in human resource management systems. In many cases the implementation and deployment of multiple HRM systems and software, especially for small and medium-sized organizations, entails numerous costs. Cloud computing technology is a tool that allows organizations to form and manage management systems, including their own human resource management systems, in a seamless, low-cost cloud environment. The purpose of this study is to explore the applications, advantages and challenges of cloud computing technology in human resource management, and its implementation requirements especially in small and medium enterprises. The study was carried out through library method and literature review. And it has attempted to review how literature and the requirements of cloud computing are applied in human resource management by reviewing literature and research in this area. Based on the findings of this study, the applications of cloud computing in human resource management systems in SMEs are widespread. This technology can be used in talent recruitment, training and development of human resources, compensation management systems, and human resource management and evaluation. Also, the advantages and challenges of this technology in human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises can be categorized into two general categories, including internal and external factors. Internal advantages and challenges include technical, security, human, and financial factors, and external factors include environmental and legal factors. The applications and advantages and challenges of this technology are described in detail in the HRM systems of SMEs. The findings of this study can serve as a basis for companies and organizations to manage small organizations using and utilizing cloud computing technology in human resource management systems. The study focused on application of the concepts of Quantum physic theory to explain the conceptual and practical issues of main core of educational systems in the area of instruction and learning. It seems that quantum approach in teaching and learning, as one of the newest and most advanced of teaching – learning systems, could solve many problems of human resources training. The main objective of this research was to explain the interpretation of quantum mechanics to improve training systems. This interpretation can be used to improve theory and practice of human resources training. The methodology used in this study is hermeneutic method and analysis of theoretical bases. The results showed that that quantum approach is an effective way to optimize the functionality of educational systems in ambiguity and complex situations; therefore, this approach can be used to improve human resources training.         In recent years, the use of strategic management has been widespread in various fields, including the field of human resources. many organizations are working to identify their desired future and focus on achieving their goals. In this regard, the purpose of this research was to design a model for the development of human resources strategies at the level of private banks in the country using a mixed research method. The statistical population in the qualitative section included all available resources and documents in 278 cases, which was selected by systematic extra-systematic method of 141 sources. The participants in the quantitative section included 402 private key bankers who, based on the Morgan table, 196 were selected by stratified random sampling. In the qualitative section with exploratory approach, documents were examined in the framework of the method of the analysis of the subject. to collect information in a quantitive section, a researcher made questionnaire whose validity was calculated by Cronbach's alpha. The results of the first question was identification of 817 key propositions, 32 basic themes, 17 themes and 7 main themes including "strategic insight, strategic analysis, timely decision making, strategic culture, strategic leadership, strategic management of knowledge and strategic monitoring". Which was used to validate them (second question of research) from confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations. The results obtained after the removal of non-significant pathways indicated RMSEA (0.052), NFI, CFI, GFI (0.09), and Chi-square to degree of freedom is 3.14, which indicates the optimal fit of the model and the conformance of the conceptual model of the research to observed data.         Considering the fact that customer loyalty is regarded as one of the most important concerns of hotel managers, this study sought to investigate the influence of human resources management activities on customer loyalty using a multi-level approach. The statistical population of the study comprised of managers, staff, and customers of four-star and five-star hotels in Mashhad. Moreover, the statistical sample size of the research at the organization level consisted of thirty-four, one-hundred and forty, two-hundred and forty managers, staff, and customers at organizational, staff, and customer levels, respectively. On the other hand, Sam’s 12-item questionnaire (2008) and the 17-item questionnaire developed by Al-Rafiei et al. (2013) were used to measure the human resources management activities and the staff’s satisfaction and loyalty, respectively, whose validity and reliability was tested using the Content validity method and Cronbach's alpha, respectively. Finally, HLM 7.02 and the SPSS software were used to analyse the collected data. The results proved the positive influence of human resources management activities on the staff’s satisfaction and loyalty, and in turn, on the satisfaction and loyalty of the customers. Therefore, it could be argued that hotel managers can increase the loyalty of their customers by emphasizing human resource management activities and improving their staff’s satisfaction and loyalty, which would increase the profitability of hotels in the long term by reducing marketing costs.         The purpose of this research is introducing mentoring model by improving Human Resources Practices approach in National Iranian South Oilfields Company. This research is done according to qualitative and quantitative approach (Mixed method). In qualitative step finding necessary factors and bases for model were done by use of interview with 11 people of experts that were chosen by use of snowball sampling method and theme analysis was used and this research is an exploratory research. To survey the validation of the research qualitative data gathering tool expert`s opinions were used and to survey the reliability of the theme analysis findings Kappa Index was used and 96 initial codes in the form of 12 themes and in fact necessary bases for designing model were found that consists of: organizational relationships, mentoring assessment, organizational education, organizational commitment, personnel empowerment, organizational chart, organizational factors, knowledge management, career path management, human resources management, organizational performance results and mentor`s individual characteristics. In quantitative step for model validation Structural Equations were used. In this research by use of stratified random sampling and according to Cochran formula, out of 105 people in the statistical population, the number of sample should be 83 people that 100 questionnaires were distributed for precaution. Research model according to qualitative analysis findings and results of Structural Equations and according to finding necessary bases for implementation of mentoring and by use of Partial Minimum Square Technique was examined and finally mentoring model by improving Haman Resource Practices Approach and suggestions for creating the necessary conditions and context for the implementation of mentoring were introduced.         The purpose of the current research was to validate the designed model of human resources development based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. For this purpose, a mixed approach of exploratory research was used. The research community in the qualitative part consisted of experts and specialists in the field of human resources development and the statement of the second step of the revolution, who were among the university faculty members and were selected by purposeful sampling method. Accordingly, 15 individuals were interviewed until the data reached information saturation. In the quantitative part of the research, from the employees of the human resources department of the ministries, 372 individuals were selected through random stratified sampling and the research questionnaire was implemented. In the qualitative part the data was analyzed by qualitative content analysis method, and in the quantitative part the data analysis was conducted with descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS and Smart PLS software. According to the findings of the research in examining the fit of the model, there was a good fit of the model. After examining the fit of the model designed to evaluate the main dimensions of the human resources development model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution, it was found that the dimension of society plays the most important role among the dimensions examined, and after this dimension, there was the organizational dimension. At the end of this continuum, the individual dimension played a significant role in forming the main dimensions of the human resources development model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. Based on the findings of the research, it is necessary to integrate the policies of human resources development with the policies of the country, including the policies presented in the statement of the second step of the revolution, which could lead to the realization of the goals of human resources development in the country.
