The share of industries and services with the highest technology in each economy is one of the indicators for assessing the degree to which a knowledge-based economy is at work. Among these, commercialization of inventions and research achievements is one of the important issues in various societies. The purpose of this research is to identify and review the most important marketing strategies for inventions from the perspective of inventors. This research is an applied research, a descriptive survey, and a research mix method that first approaches the qualitative and then quantitative approach. In the qualitative stage, marketing strategies of inventions were identified using library studies and semi-structured interviews through targeted sampling with 8 experts in the field of commercialization and technology management. Then, at a small stage, a questionnaire was used in the research sample including the inventors of the regional festival of innovations and flourishing of the Roish Khorasan inventions. According to the Morgan table, according to the analysis method, 36 inventors were considered. Data analysis was done by t-test and TOPSIS method. The results show that 91% of inventors know too much importance of commercialization and marketing of their invention. In the case of the marketing mix, it was concluded that the importance of good features products with the highest scores were 46% and after that, the price of 28%, the promotion with 18% and finally advertising place was 8% by inventors. Finally, with notice to the 10 strategy outlined in the paper, inventors chose three of strategy marketing contain participation in international technology exhibitions, participation in national technology exhibitions and Internet marketing.   Manuscript profile

The World Trade Organization (WTO), as a regulator, has begun to harmonize some of the principles governing intellectual property protection. Although the role of resolving disputes by the organization is also remarkable, it should be noted that part of the activities of the World Trade Organization include the principles that underpin the protection of intellectual property. Since nanotechnology is one of the technologies that requires serious intellectual property protection from its inventions, it seems necessary to provide a framework for supporting this technology. On the other hand, it should be pointed out that the frameworks specified in the TRIPs are sometimes not in line with the existing situation, and it seems that some features of nanotechnology are not well considered. It is therefore proposed that the Nanotechnology Doctrine be considered in support of nanotechnology in the framework of the WTO rules, because the features in nanotechnology have made some conditions for supporting this technology different from other inventions of technology. In this paper, we try to place the World Trade Organization as a regulator in relation to intellectual property, especially nanotechnology, and, finally, consider the framework of the Nanotechnology Support Doctrine in accordance with the foundations of the World Trade Organization. At present Research and Development centers face rapid technology changes. So, these centers are in perpetual search for new methods and tools to serve as a frame for conducting activities of researchers to access innovative solutions for new problems. Systematic innovation (TRIZ) is a creative problem solving technique that firstly has been introduced by Genrich Altshuller. TRIZ has been developed to aid inventors and researchers to accelerate innovations without numerous trials and errors. It is a scientific systematic methodology for defining, analyzing, and formulating solution models for difficult problems. The problem solving through TRIZ consist of four steps: problem definition, tools selection, making solutions, and assessing the solutions. In this paper, we introduce a summary of the TRIZ Tools and TRIZ Problem Solving Process and way of its using on developing capabilities of creativity and innovation and inventive problem solving power in Research organizations and Researchers. Helping to avoid numerous trials and errors without compromise between the two and more than two requirements and solving problems by a different approach using TRIZ is the first difference between TRIZ and other creativity techniques and tools. The accurate understanding of TRIZ and its tools has many advantages for people and organizations in R&D process and solving problems of it. This paper discusses a number of these advantage, too.
