        Wound debridement in open wounds is one of the most necessary actions to be performed for wound healing achievement. It can reduce the amount of non-viable tissues, microbial contamination and foreign bodies in the wound’s bed. As a result, wound healing will be accelerated and facilitated. There are different methods for wound debridement using various instruments or substances or even endogenous secretions. Each of these methods has its own benefits and drawbacks and for the best choice the wound condition evaluation, facilities and the performer’s ability should be considered.         The two phenomena of wound contraction and reepithelialization which occur as stages of the repair phase in healing of the wound play an important role in closing the damaged site. Contraction is formed by the transformation of the modified fibroblast cells called myofibroblasts, and these cells, through their tensile properties, pierce the wound's environment and cut the edges together, and after contacting the two healthy regions, this process stops. Epithelialization also covers the damaged area by migrating epithelial cells at the wound surface. These cells, by secretion of the enzymes, open their path of movement on the wound surface and, after reaching the same cells, stop and thus the location of the ulcer is covered and problems such as fluid loss and the entry of microbial objects to the body will be disappeared.         Wound healing is an important concern in clinical medicine. Wound healing including skin wounds is a dynamic complicated procedure which involves many different molecular and cellular agents that occur after a tissue lesion in order to repair the injured tissue. Poor wound healing after trauma, surgery, or chronic disease such as diabetes affects human and animal life. Well understanding this process is necessary for developing therapeutic strategies and wound management to help treatment of normal healing procedure.         Ibn Sina’s kinematics, particularly based on his book of al-Shifa, has greatly influenced the thinkers of the Islamic period. Al-Shifa (The Book of Healing) is a philosophical encyclopedia, which, in Ibn Sina’s words, consists of four sections on logic, physics, mathematics, and metaphysics. The comprehensive and detailed nature of this work persuaded later scholars to write glosses, rather than comments and interpretations, on it. However, there are some short treatises whose writers have tried to explain some of the complexities regarding Ibn Sina’s kinematics in al-Shifa without making a direct reference to the title of this book in their own works. Hakim Mulla Solayman Gilani, a philosopher of the 11th century (AH), has explored some of the difficulties regarding the definitions of motion, types of motion, continuous motion, and cutting motion in a short treatise entitled Motion, Rest, and Time. In this treatise, in addition to paying particular attention to the views of Ibn Sina and Mulla Sadra, Hakim Gilani has also considered the views of some other thinkers such as Fakhr al-Din Razi, Athir al-Din Abhari, Khwajah Nasir al-Din Tusi, and Mir Seyyed Jurjani concerning the problem of motion. Hakim Gilani’s treatise consists of three parts: 1) An introduction to the definitions of motion, rest, and time; 2) Types of motion; 3) Responses to raised criticisms and objections.         Wound healing has been a major medical challenge in recent decades and it increase motivation of researchers to develop various therapeutic approaches. Along with the latest developments in science and technology, diverse approaches have been created and improved. Although Traditional management, including wound dressings and skin grafts, is still commonly used in current practice but newer technologies found their roles in wound management, such as using stem cells in skin grafts or combining traditional treatments with anti-bacterial nanoparticles. Various upcoming technologies, such as nanotechnology, biotechnology, stem cell therapy and telemedicine have emerged in recent years and are being used to assist wound healing, or even to replace traditional methods. However, many of these methods still lack assessment by large-scale studies and extensive application. Also, studies should design to explore cost-effectiveness, conveniency and efficacy of them. In this review, authors focus on and summarize recent developments involving hi-tech therapeutic methods that lead to both rapid healing and better cosmetic results. Manuscript profile

        Objective: [17:82 Quran] We send down in the Quran healing and mercy for the believers. Quran is the holy book of Prophet Mohammad. In religious texts we frequently encounter with importance of Quran verses in treatment of diseases. The aim of this article is to study the scientific evidences in relation with sacred healing. Methods: In this article we review the recent scientific findings on water and effects of words, especially Quranic verses. Results: Emotto found that water reflects different responses to different words and sounds , observing frozen water crystals showed this difference. Hence the Quran produces one of the most beautiful and harmonized water crystals. [21:30 Quran] from water we made all living things. Would they believe? Rustom Roy & al found that water could memorize such effects. Bytaraf Hamideh, also concluded the effect of sounds and word on the tin, sugar candy and water crystals. In her studies it is shown one of the best harmonized crystals is produce by the religious sounds. Conclusion: Holy Quran gives the knowledge that there is healing for believers. Recent scientific findings show the profound influence of words especially sacred ones and on the other hand the impressionability of water.         In the present age in urban and industrial societies, the environment's negative effects on the psyche of individuals and the prevalence of mental disorders make a need to pay attention to public health. Based on this fact, healing spaces are required for a daily stressful life. Residential areas have the largest share among where human beings deal during the day and have the most significant impact on the individual. So, these spaces should be designed to provide mental and physical health for residents. This study aims to provide effective components for promoting the general health of residents in residential complexes. This research has been done by a combined method (quantitative-qualitative). In the first stage, after introducing the basic concepts, healing architecture characteristics have been extracted from the research background, which will be the basis for the researcher-made questionnaire. Data collection was conducted by presenting a researcher-made questionnaire, a standard general health questionnaire (GHQ), and Keyes's Social Well-being questionnaire (KSWBQ) to the residents of Zanbagh, Civil and development residential complexes in Shiraz. Finally, the data obtained by Spss-23 software were analyzed using factor analysis, Pearson correlation, and the Friedman test. According to the results, the effective design components of residential complexes include various spaces and activities, environmental safety and security, privacy, environmental well-being, environmental pleasure and attractiveness, and social interactions based on promoting the general health of residents. Among these factors, the highest mean rank belongs to the component of social interactions, and the lowest one belongs to the component of various spaces and activities. Manuscript profile

        Self-healing polymers are categorized as smart materials that are capable of surface protection and prevention of structural failure. Polyurethane/polyurea, as one of the representative coatings, has also attracted attention for industrial applications. Compared with polyurethane, polyurea coating, with a similar formation process, provides higher tensile strength and requires shorter curing time. The working principle of polyurea self-healing mechanisms is to fill cracks by introducing more healing components, which can polymerize and seal damage in the material. Alternatively, it can also be addressed by encouraging continuous chemical reactions, which can form bonds to close gaps between the separated faces of material due to the damage. In this paper, extrinsic and intrinsic mechanisms are reviewed to address the efficiency of the self-healing process. Furthermore, the extrinsic and intrinsic mechanisms have been compared to attain a better understanding of the advantages and limitations of each mechanism. Moreover, formulation optimization and strategic improvement to ensure self-healing within a shorter period of time with acceptable recovery of mechanical strength are also discussed. The choice and ratio of diisocyanates, as well as the choice of chain extender, are believed to have a crucial effect on the acceleration of the self-healing process and enhance self-healing efficiency during the preparation of polyurea coatings.         Treatment of children with autism is limited to hospital and treatment spaces, and urban spaces, especially green spaces, do not play a suitable role in their presence in the social setting. In terms of green spaces, landscape healing is debatable and significant, and in terms of therapy, it can be beneficial to the treatment and health of autistic children. This research besides presenting a descriptive description of the characteristics of autistic children in dealing with the environment, and considering the effective factors regarding children's presence in the urban landscape, proposes strategies for designing healing parks through this perspective. This research is done with an applied purpose, based on descriptive-analytical logic and with a qualitative method and classifying interviews with physicians, psychologists, and mothers of children with autism, benefiting from theoretical studies on the environment and disease type. The healing landscape, considering the benefit of a multi-sensory and prone space in the community presence in the open space, can suitably impact the treatment of children, if it benefits from a controllable space and observes physical components in reducing harm to children from the environment.         Tendons are soft connective tissues composed of parallel collagen fibers embedded in an extracellular matrix. This organized structure allows the tendons to bear and transfer large forces between the muscle and the bone. Tendons contain 86% collagen, 1-5% proteoglycan ,and 2% elastin, which are calculated as dry weight, and water is responsible for 60-80% of the wet weight of the whole tendon. Tendon healing can be generally divided into 3 phases; the repair, inflammation, and remodeling phases.         Cartilage is a strong, flexible connective tissue that protects joints and bones. It acts as a shock absorber throughout body. Cartilage is divided into different types based on the type of fibers in the underlying tissue as well as the percentage of their composition, each has different functional characteristics. Hyaline cartilage is the most common and abundant type of cartilage rich in type ΙΙ of collagen fibers and proteoglycan. Elastic cartilage has more flexibility and in the matrix of this cartilage, in addition to the type ΙΙ of collagen fibers, a large amount of elastic fibers is also present. In fact, the presence of these elastic fibers is a factor in the ability of this type of cartilage to change shape and return to its original state. The fibrocartilage is the strongest type of cartilage. The characteristic feature of this type of cartilage is high weight bearing. Fibrocartilage contains collagen fibers scattered between layers of the matrix. The restorative strength of cartilage tissue is very limited and the repair of this tissue after injury is always accompanied by challenges and problems. Articular cartilage damage is considered as one of the most important challenges of orthopedic surgeons. Today, different methods are used to treat the articular cartilage defect, however, in none of the methods complete restoration and restoration of tissue integrity of articular cartilage is achieved. Surgical procedures are divided into two categories, reparative and restorative surgery.         Lithium-ion batteries, as one of the most advanced and suitable rechargeable batteries, have received considerable attention in recent years. Polymer electrolytes are considered as one of the main components of the battery and good substitute for liquid electrolytes in the next generations of batteries. The polymer electrolytes used in the battery may be damaged or lose performance due to the alternating movement of ions or physical damage. To avoid the damages caused by this phenomenon, the use of self-healing polymer electrolytes is suggested as a appropriate solution. The ability of self-healing in the polymer electrolytes makes them start to repair themselves as soon as a craze or crack occurs on their surface, without the need for any stimulus, and even after repair, they are able to recover all their properties. This ability comes from the microstructure and type of chemical bonds of self-healing polymers. In general, the self-healing polymer electrolytes used in batteries are divided into two main categories: polymer electrolytes based on reversible covalent bonds, and polymer electrolytes based on non-covalent supramolecular bond type.         Fracture repair involves proliferation and differentiation of multiple tissue types in a sequence followed by regeneration. All of these processes may be affected by medications. Some drugs can affect the proliferation of primary callus tissue, others can affect the differentiation of chondrocytes or osteoblasts, formation of capillaries, sensitivity to mechanical input, etc. Therefore, the subject of drugs and fracture repair not only includes pharmacology and orthopedics, but also includes a wide scope. Repair steps after bone damage include: stage 1: (swelling stage), stage 2: (primary bone repair): over the next 4 to 21 days, a callus is formed around the broken bone. In this stage, a substance called collagen gradually replaces the blood clot. Step 3: (secondary bone repair) approximately two weeks after the fracture, cells called osteoblasts start working. These cells cause new bone to fuse and provide minerals needed for bone strength. Step 4: (reconstruction step): in this stage, cells called osteoclasts make the needed changes and adjustments. These cells break down any extra bone that is formed during this healing phase to return the bone shape to its normal status. In current veterinary and also human orthopedics, bone grafts are used for stimulation of fractures healing, accelerate joint fusion and repair of bone defects. Native grafted bone in addition to healing stimulator substances, contains cells that do not stimulate immune reactions and do not transmit infectious diseases. Currently, due to the problems of autologous bone grafting, the desire to use non-autologous bone grafts such as allograft and xenograft has increased. Kinetic hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate and their both combination are among the common materials for bone grafting. Hydroxyapatite works as a scaffold for the growth of bone-forming cells; tarantula cubensis is an extract that is widely used in the treatment of tumors, smallpox, septicemia and toxemic diseases. Also, other materials that are used as substitutes, after being implanted at the site of bone lesions, induce the differentiation of undifferentiated mesenchymal cells present at the site of the lesion into chondrocytes or immature bone cells, and finally, the defects are successfully repaired.
