Increment of complexity and costs of information technology systems have made many problems about infrastructure and manpower for organizations which have been decreased by the use of outsourcing. All organizations try to increase the success of outsourcing projects by using different ways. One of the important reasons for failure of these projects especially in IT area- because of its major role in acquisition of competitive advantage- is selecting inappropriate contractor. In order to existence of different and contradictive criteria, this selection is complex. The purpose of this research is to determine important criteria and specify the weights of each criterion and finally design a fuzzy expert system for selecting the best contractor in IT outsourcing. The method of knowledge acquisition from experts-which are managers and experts of IT- is a questionnaire. Also in order to evaluate the validity of system, it was used in an IT company. The results show the favorable performance of contractor selection expert system. Manuscript profile

In the present paper, a basic proof method is provided for representing the verification, Validation and evaluation of expert systems. The result provides an overview of the basic method for formal proof such as: partition larger systems into small systems prove correctness on small systems by non-recursive means, prove that the correctness of all subsystems implies the correctness of the entire system. Due to the importance of job satisfaction and its role in the success of the organization, this issue has long been of interest to scholars of management. However, this study tried to measure job satisfaction reports like this one model with fuzzy mathematics and the determinants of job satisfaction Robbins offer. The fuzzy expert system designed in this study, four factors Robbins inputs are as follows: 1- Demanding and challenging work that will rival, 2- the same rights and benefits, 3- good working conditions, 4- good friends and colleagues. The purpose of this research is applied, but the present study is based on work done. Development experts and rules used to form the base of our knowledge, and in the end the system output and the model that job satisfaction is achieved This is done whit using MATLAB software. Finally, the model presented in the state-owned companies with a population of 198 persons and 50 persons out of which the results are as follows. Job satisfaction of the employees with 0/42 medium and 0/58 high (in the range [1 0]) and the phase can be expressed somewhat higher levels of satisfaction Manuscript profile

With dramatic development of information technology and its widespread applications, increasing dependence on information technology and the increasing complexity of technologies and services which used in organizations, the management of these technologies and services is more difficult. Hence, wiith the development of IT-based banking services, including electronic banking services, the requirement methods which evaluate the quality of these services in the organization has been increased. Therefore, in this study, a comprehensive model for more accurate measurement of e-banking service quality through an extensive literature review and questions from experts in this field is presented using Fuzzy Delphi Technique. In this regard, after the identification of relevant dimensions and criteria, since the traditional scale can not accurately evaluate the e-banking service quality in the terms of the uncertainty , these dimensions and criteria are to be fuzzified, then the fuzzy expert system conceptual model is presented. Finally, a fuzzy expert system with 5 fuzzy module and a graphical user interface is provided in MATLAB.The fuzzy expert system indicate the final status of e-banking service quality and the main dimension. In this paper, the application of this system has been has been examined in the Sina bank. Finally by calculating expert system errors, optimum performance of designed fuzzy system has been approved which is evaluated by sina bank information . Manuscript profile

In order to assess the risk of exploration and development of oil and gas fields, which is mentioned as one of the ‎most important determining parameters in the economic development of oil- countries, an expert system using ‎the inference fuzzy system approach was designed. First, the system inputs, which are in fact the characteristics ‎of risk assessment for the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, were extracted. In continuation, ‎the knowledge base of the system, the most important part of which is considered to be in the form of if-then ‎rules and based on the opinions of experts in the upstream part of the oil industry. To do this, the degree of ‎system accuracy is measured in two stages based on expert comments. Based on the Likert scale and presenting ‎a questionnaire to the experts, Student's t-test was performed and out of 48 defined indicators, 42 indicators ‎were selected as the final index. In the next step, the data validation of an oil field in the south of the country ‎was provided to the oil industry experts and they were asked to evaluate the output of the system‏.‏‎ Finally, the ‎opinions of experts were compared with the output of the expert system and based on the criterion of mean ‎square error (MSE) and a small difference between the average opinion of experts and the output of the system, ‎it was determined that the designed expert system has sufficient accuracy and validity for future studies.‎ Manuscript profile
