Technology intelligence is a concept that enables firms to detect technological opportunities and risks which influence their future progress and performance of trade, therefore using this concept by organizations and corporations can be noteworthy. On the other hand, literature has dealt with different models for realization of technology intelligence, and in any of them, multiple stages are introduced. Hence in this research, surveying four models and concluding relevant stages of each, we introduced a model for implementation of technology intelligence concept. In this model three elements which are ignored by existing models - time, requisite activity and management of technology intelligence - are regarded as proposed factors. In this research we used information from libraries to collect the literature. At the end of this article, there is also a suggestion in order to implement further researches. Manuscript profile

Today, researches importance is because of innovation and innovation importance is because of economic profit. Researches commercialization is the important portion of innovation process and without that, no product or technology can influence into the market. Commercialization is a process to make profit from innovation via applying new technology to generate new products, processes, services and selling them in markets. In most of new technologies, commercialization implies production scale, increasing from initial sample to mass production and accessing to more resources. It is required to be familiar with commercialization models for using its concept in organizations. Technology commercialization models are consisting of the maps of activities development paths and strategic planning for technology commercialization. These models are divided to linear and nonlinear models. Linear models show a combination of experience and specialty in the fields of research, product development, marketing and business development. Therefore in this research in addition to defining commercialization, the eight important models from linear commercialization models and their differences and common points will be studied. The conclusions of this study show that the best theoretical framework in commercialization patterns, regardless of organization specifications in which innovation system is working, is the Jolly model. This model because of details determination of commercialization process and attention to market needs, related to other models, is more applicable. This model with Gold Smith model which prescribe a set of instructions for each stage of business cycle, can be applied as a model to develop and commercialize new products Manuscript profile

Today, the role and importance of innovation in the domestic and international developments of the countries is so obvious. Evaluation of innovation at the national level is crucial for policymaking in this area. For this reason, extensive studies have been conducted in this area. In the Islamic republic of Iran, by determining the "innovation and development" as the slogan of the year 2008 and public announcement by the Supreme Leader and the mobilization of internal capacity to develop the infrastructure for innovation, the importance of the above-mentioned issue has been shown more than before. In the next years, this strategic slogan was stressed in a statement by Supreme Leader with phrases such as "This is a true slogan and innovation is a need for current movement of the country". In recent years, the "resistance economy" has been noticed as a strategy in macro policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is the most important pillar of the knowledge-based economy. Therefore targeted guidance of innovation at the national level as a critical need is desired at present. Development of the National Innovation is possible by purposeful interaction of some institutions. This institution can promote and develop innovation in the form of a dynamic and productive system in case of targeted integration and communication among themselves. In this paper, the innovation capacity of Iran is evaluated according to the Global Innovation Index to present proper analysis of Iran’s position in innovation according to the world reliable information so policy makers are able to decide for future.   Manuscript profile

Virtual university, offering an appropriate model for its creation and e-Learning realization, is a significant issue that should be considered seriously by managers and higher education administrative. Higher education system, through virtual university development not only could enhance the accessibility of people who interested in learning regardless of time and place constraints but also could full fill the issues such as developments of new strategies on leaning, representing the distinguished course materials, employed the outstanding faculty members, teaching and learning based on individuals ability, augmentation on effectiveness, increase the individual responsibility in learning (student base), learners society realizations and research association establishment. An attempt have been made to investigate the faculty members’ competencies in virtual environment. Considering a descriptive correlation type model and presenting a conceptual model four quarries utilized in order to assessing the model which Mehralborz university choose for field study and evaluating the practical results and their implementations. The questionnaire choose for purpose of data gathering which is checked and verified for validity and reliability and the produced results assessed in two stages. Using the check lists the most adapted competencies with model determined and by using three underlying factors they categorized in three groups. On the second stage, considering the competency discriminations the questionnaire handed out among the faculty members (all these people are working in the field of e-learning) and they gathered for analysis after questionnaires complementation. The results show that there is a significant correlation coefficient between the faculty members’ competency factors in virtual environment. Furthermore the dimensions and competency’s factor as well as students and teachers approach were examined and these two approaches were prioritized. Manuscript profile

The development of settlements has led to the identification of suitable locations for urban development goals as one of the priorities of urban planners. Accordingly, the present study tries to explore the natural environment of the city of Harsin for the development of residential areas with a view to future development. The present research is based on library, field and software methods. In this research, eight criteria included Elevation, Slope, Aspect, Distance from the River, Distance from Fault, Lithology, Road and Land use has been used. The research methodology is a combination of the preparation of information layers in the ARC GIS environment, Standardization by Fuzzy Logic and Weighing in the form of AHP model and zoning using two models of OWA and WLC. The results showed that the present and current urban area in terms of environmental and geomorphological parameters in the research is in good relative condition and based on the models used by OWA and WLC, it is 8.8 and 9.6 square kilometers, respectively. Nevertheless, there are inappropriate areas in the direction of urban development and urbanization of Harsin which often include mountain units and high Slope region, Rivers and Faults. The final result of the research also indicates the significant role of geomorphic units in the formation of urban systems And on this basis, we can say The present study, with the existing system-based comparative approach, is an effective model for managing the development of around- cities areas in the future. One of the most influential components in the sales process is the design and design of the packaging structure. This design is sometimes inspired by product-related elements such as product geometry, product origin, or product geography. As customers nowadays have more power than ever, they tend to look at the descriptions and ingredients of each These products are not comparable to them. Of course, given the fact that there is still a bulk buying culture in our country, there is still a long way to see the growth of packaging products, but these days, exporters have realized that No matter, this sector will not succeed in the global market, and we all know It was because of this package that we handed over the zooghfran to Spain, and if the manufacturer of the corners of the box shows that it is in order to improve the packaging of its products from bad to medium and still a place for innovative packaging in the country's industry It is not intended to be included in this paper. In this paper, we have reviewed the packaging packing protocols, so that we can take steps to help producers and increase sales. Manuscript profile

Investigating this question that why entrepreneurial indexes in Iran have got no desirable place in relation to other similar countries and also pondering culture as a very important parameter in the formation of entrepreneurs behavior has resulted in this new question that how culture could affect the entrepreneurship in that country. Entrepreneurial Alertness as a critical index in the entrepreneurship means that discovering new opportunities is also discussed as the chosen parameter of entrepreneurship and its relation to culture is analyzed. To study Iranian culture we use credible Hofstede method which enables us to compare cultures of many countries by its four dimensions: power distance, masculinity, individuality and uncertainty avoidance; we also use GEM reports that are related to the entrepreneurship condition in Iran in contrast to other world countries. By investigating the culture based on Hofstede Model of different countries in addition to entrepreneurship alertness and comparison with Iran indexes reported, we may conclude that cultural changes happened on the basis of dimensions of Hofstede as described before against the entrepreneurship indexes such as perceived opportunities in the years of study taken in Iran, i.e. these dimensions have been changed in a way that is not pro to entrepreneurial alertness increase, So that loss of risk taking and also increase of power distance as two dimensions of Hofstede model may decrease the entrepreneurship alertness which results in a total mitigation of entrepreneurship growth. Undoubtedly, the most sensitive activity that managers do in any organization is decision making. But today's world is so complex and chaotic that decision-making struggles with so many problems. In complex environments, information changes rapidly and covers a wide range. The point to consider in decision making is that it is not always successful, that is, there is always the possibility of success or failure, many factors affect the ability to make decisions. In today's complex world, decision-making has become a challenge for managers. The number of decision criteria, the variety of criteria and types of quantitative and qualitative decision-making methods and the need to consider them simultaneously, the importance of the effects and consequences of the decision and factors such as it add to the complexity of decisions. Regarding the criteria of human moral decision-making, it should be mentioned that the method of decision-making in the Islamic system is contingent and participatory, and the basis in this system is the important principle of "passion". The mentioned cases are more prominent among the managers of service organizations who are faced with a large volume of clients and as a result of immediate and instantaneous decisions, because the decision-making time is very short for them and it is possible to examine a variety of options. It fades in the traditional way. One of these very sensitive and concerned organizations is the Social Security Organization. Therefore, in order to analyze the factors affecting decision making, the present study examines the decision and its characteristics, decision models. Then, with the help of content analysis, the indicators and characteristics of each decision model are extracted. Finally, with the help of a panel of experts consisting of thinkers and managers of the Social Security Organization, and then identify the various factors affecting decision-making in this organization and factors affecting decision-making in various decision-making models according to the environmental complexity of the organization. have became. This paper presents a new exact formulation which models all harmonics in Double Fed Induction Generator (DFIG). In this methodology, the harmonics which originate from rotor side converter, stator side and mechanical part are analyzed and their interactions are considered and a new model is extracted based on frequency components in electrical and mechanical parts. The proposed method expands previous analytical approach and phase angle/amplitude of frequency components take to be account. Since this model is derived from time domain relations between frequency components, it can be used in normal and faulty conditions. The proposed model is evaluated by some case study in MATLAB/SIMULINK software. Manuscript profile
