The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between internet dependence and intergenerational rupture in high school girls; for this purpose, 300 female high school students were selected by random cluster sampling from schools in the sixth district of Tehran. The research method was quantitative with a survey research design. "Internet Dependence" and "Parent-Child Relationship Scale" questionnaires were used to collect data. Statistical analysis of this study was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that there is a significant and inverse relationship between internet dependence and parent-child relationship in high school girls. As the Internet dependence increases in this sample, the father-child relationship and the mother-child relationship decrease. In addition, among the components of the father-child relationship, paternal relationship and paternal intimacy, and among the components of the mother-child relationship, positive maternal affection and maternal relationship, there is a significant correlation with internet dependence at the level (P <0.05). Most of the time effective decisions in strategic situations such as competitive issues require a non-linear mapping between stimulus and response. Artificial neural networks can be an appropriate way for modeling and solving these kinds of problems. Prison Dilemma Game is a well-known game that is proposed in game theory. This paper tries to describe how using neural network, the iterated prisoner’s dilemma game can be modeled and analyzed. To do this a Grossberg Counter-Propagation Neural Network (GCP-NN) has been designed to play this game. Results show the capability of this method in complete modeling game. The results present the efficiency of the new method in comparison with the two conventional methods: Tit For Tat (TFT) strategy and Perceptron modeled game. Manuscript profile

Transitional position of Iran from tradition to modernity, set new conditions in terms of challenges between two generations. One of these challenges is in relation to marriage. Family plays an important role in marriage culture, and actively participate in it. Basically, marriage is interpreted as a family bond. In some eras, initially choosing a spouse did by family; and love marriage was limited. Such pattern has been modified over time. In this study, we seek a descriptive-analytical study of conflicts arising from marriage patterns between clergy parents and their children. Another objective of this study is to examine strategies and approaches employed in conflict resolution. This research utilized a qualitative and grounded theory approach to provide an accurate and detailed explanation of the generational problems within the clergy family. The data from this study suggest that confrontation between clergy parents and their children has three patterns: 1. Endogamy versus Exogamy 2. Haste in marriage versus delay in marriage 3. Marriage based on gerontocracy versus Marriage based on freedom. The following three strategies were identified in their children 's exposure to conflicts in marriage patterns: 1. confrontation strategy 2. Surrender strategy 3. secrecy strategy. According to this study, there is a multiplicity of educational resources as well as a difference between the discourse and epistemological system governing the thought of parents and children. Also based on the research data, children's experience of divorce and their family emotional relationships are highly influential in how they approach conflicts. Furthermore, we have found that parents' attitudes toward girls and boys differ dramatically, which could explain the exacerbation of conflict due to "gender" contexts. Results also note the role of “educational status” as a facilitator of communication, referred to as "facilitating communication". Manuscript profile

This study was a clinical trial with pre-test and post-test interventions with a control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all prisoners sentenced to retaliation in Yasouj prison. Study and obtaining informed consent, 25 people were selected by convenience sampling method and participated in the project. The content of the training sessions, the emotional regulation training program based on the grass model at the prison level, was held during 4 one-hour sessions, then the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and statistical tests. The results showed that the emotional regulation training program controlled the behavior of prisoners sentenced to retaliation in Yasouj prison, so emotion regulation and management with the necessary training, rational decision-making and control of impulsivity followed. Reassessment, problem-solving skills, effective and efficient communication, and anger management are positive and adaptive strategies that can be provided to individuals in the community through emotion regulation training, so it is suggested that these trainings be part of the skill. Living conditions, not only for prisoners but also for members of society, are commensurate with the desired age, gender and education and can play a high role in the reform and empowerment of individuals. Tolerance is one of the prominent human qualities that God considered in the Qur'an as a divine blessing and mercy. Tolerance, as a high moral virtue, has a significant effect on personal and social ethics and is one of the principles that has had a tremendous impact on the improvement and growth of human relations with others. So, its observance is necessary for the general peace of society. In this regard, this article investigated the relations between men, women, and children from a descriptive and analytical perspective focusing on the internal and external effects of tolerance with a religious teaching approach. Tolerance has internal and external results, and tolerance, as a moral virtue, is one of the qualities that bring people high and honorable positions in this world and the hereafter. Also, it plays a very constructive role in the person's family and social life. Life is full of misfortunes that a person might deal with; if one does not build tolerance and behaves harshly and violently with others in times of difficulty and roughness, it will damage both person's social credit and his/ her religious-moral health. Considering the fertility conditions of Iran during the last three decades, the formulation and successful implementation of any population policy relies on improving our understanding of the behaviors, preferences and desires of couples to have children, the factors affecting their desires to have children, and the identification of demographic subgroups with the desire to have children. The yield is low and very low. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the desire to have children of educated women living in Yasouj city. The data is the result of a survey that took place in the winter of 1401 among 500 sample households in Yasouj city. The sampling method is a multi-stage cluster method. The results showed that 44% of women compared to 40% of educated women stated that they would like to have another child in addition to the children they had at the time of the research. Among the educated women who wanted to have children, 62% of them want 1 more child and only 3% of them want 3 more children. The corresponding ratios for women are 66.4% and 1.8%, respectively. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between the socio-economic base, the use of mass communication tools, women's independence, age at marriage, and the number of children alive and women's desire to have children. The results of multivariate analysis show the fact that socio-economic characteristics alone cannot play a decisive role in predicting the probability of wanting to have children. In fact, a combination of socio-economic, cultural and demographic characteristics gives a better explanation of educated women's desire to have children (9.59% versus 67.4%). Manuscript profile

According to past researches, increasing the age and education level of prisoners had an inverse relationship with committing crimes, especially theft, which is the most frequent crime, and a direct relationship was observed only in the case of fraud. The amount of crime and its re-offending had an inverse relationship with the level of education and income and a direct relationship with urbanization and settlement. Assaults and traffic accidents have an inverse relationship with urbanization, and fraud and drug trafficking, as well as their history of repetition, have a direct relationship with urbanization. In this research, the level of education has been investigated in reducing the number of prisoners in Yasouj city. The main purpose of this research is to investigate how these two variables are connected and to study the effect of education level in reducing social harms, which is the main hypothesis. This research is of a social type and the results of this research show that when we examine a limited statistical population, most of the defendants who are tried in courts for various crimes, especially crimes related to violence, are from the lower deciles of the society and are poorly educated. If we can investigate this issue among different strata by gaining trust and honest answers, we can achieve a favorable result, but the successful implementation of these laws requires proper culture in the society. The punishment of prison as the most obvious form of deprivation of freedom has always been discussed and disputed.Despite the positive functions of the prison, such as the ability to reform and subjugate criminals, throughout history, and due to the consequences it has left in the society, it has sometimes been criticized and disagreed with.Especially in modern society and the emergence of theorists in favor of reducing punishments such as imprisonment, the processing of this issue has gained strength. In this article, the differences of prison sociology from the perspective of Emile Durkheim and Michel Foucault were analyzed What is clear is the agreement of the two theorists regarding the positive functions of the prison in order to reduce crimes and prevent crime in the society, and the same is the reason for the continuation of the prison, but what is the point of disagreement is the acceptance of administrativeization and rationality in the punishment process. It is possible that Durkheim has addressed the issue more fully in this aspect and has accepted this issue. Although it emphasizes the emotional aspect of punishment more. But if we pay attention to Foucault's theory, which is a rational attitude, we will not see anything from emotional and moral aspects in it. In his description, Foucault focuses on closed institutions, especially prisons. He explains how correctional techniques and crime techniques. They consciously affect the penal systems. Foucault's statement is a description of the introduction of technology and the administrative process of the criminal realm. In his description of the prison, he ignores its social meaning, which can be understood through public opinion, and sees it as a technical institution. Manuscript profile

Feasibility of forced labor for prisoners has long been one of the topics of interest of Islamic scholars and jurists And it is considered a corrective-compensatory strategy Therefore, the purpose of this research Feasibility of forced labor of prisoners is in Islamic law. The study of the documents and opinions of Sharia scholars and existing hadiths and numerous verses in connection with the work showed which is forced to work as a prisoner in the religion of Islam And in the framework of Islamic law and jurisprudence, it is correct and approved And the employment of prisoners has existed in most societies since the distant past which in some societies is unfair and against humanitarian principles And in some others, it has been in agreement with human rights standards to some extent. In general, it can be said Convention documents (1930) And also the information obtained from Islamic sources showed that the work or employment of the prisoner in prisons (forced to work according to the instructions of the labor law) will have a win-win result for the parties. Therefore, duty prevails which provided working conditions for the prisoner And if he refuses to work The Ruler of Sharia should force him to work in a way by using legal solutions and following the standards of Sharia; It can be forced to work in providing family livelihood And on the other hand, the entitlement of the lost property and damages to the society is also useful.
